Description

一种地面清洁装置 技术领域
本发明属于地面清洁技术领域,具体涉及一种地面清洁装置。
背景技术
由于城市的发展和建造技术的提高,越老越多的建筑物都建造的高大宏伟,尤其是商场、医院等公共场合,往往都具有一个空间巨大的大厅,为了维护这些场合的干净整洁,需要保洁人员定期进行清洁处理。但是由于面积较大,因此劳动强度较高,且效率低下,清洁效果差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种地面清洁装置,利用清洁刷将地面污物剥离,从而实现表面清洁的目的,具有更高的效率,降低保洁人员的劳动强度,更进一步的,还利用吸污头将污物吸入,从而实现统一收集处理的目的。
本发明是这样实现的:一种地面清洁装置,包括机架,所述机架的底部安装有脚轮,所述机架上安装有第一转动轴、第二转动轴、传动机构和驱动装置;所述驱动装置与所述第一转动轴或所述第二转动轴连接,所述传动机构连接所述第一转动轴和第二转动轴所述第一转动轴位于所述第二转动轴的后方;所述第一转动轴的底部安装有第一清洁转盘,所述第二转动轴的底部安装有第二清洁转盘;所述第一清洁转盘和第二清洁转盘的底部沿各自的圆周方向均分布有清洁刷;所述第一清洁转盘上的清洁刷分布直径小于所述第二清洁转盘上的清洁刷的分布直径。
进一步地,所述机架上安装有用于转动安装所述第一转动轴的第一轴承座和用于转动安装所述第二转动轴的第二轴承座;所述第一轴承座和所述第二轴承座中均安装有轴承。
进一步地,所述第一轴承座和第二轴承座均成对设置,所述轴承通过两个相对设置的第一轴承座或第二轴承座得以固定。
进一步地,所述传动机构包括带轮和皮带,所述带轮分别安装在所述第一转动轴和第二转动轴上,所述皮带连接两个带轮。
进一步地,所述第一转动轴上的带轮的直径不小于所述第二转动轴上的带轮的直径。
进一步地,所述驱动装置通过齿轮副连接所述第二转动轴。
进一步地,所述机架上还安装有吸尘装置,所述吸尘装置的吸尘口连接吸尘管,所 述吸尘管的另一端连接吸污头;所述吸污头位于所述第二清洁转盘的后方。
进一步地,所述吸污头为斗状结构体,其入口处的横向尺寸为其出口处的横向尺寸的5至10倍,所述出口处的纵向尺寸为所述入口处的纵向尺寸的5至10倍。
进一步地,所述吸污头的入口位于其出口的前方,其整体倾斜设置,倾斜角度为30至50°。
本发明带来的有益效果是:本发明采用两个清洁转盘同时工作,并且两个清洁转盘上的清洁刷转速前快后慢,从而更好地将污物从地面剥离,起到有效清洁地面的作用,剥离地面的污物再由吸污头吸入从而完成污物的收集,整个清洁过程更加高效,降低了保洁人员的劳动强度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1和2所示,一种地面清洁装置,包括机架1,机架1外部可以安装外壳,从而使整体外观更加美观,同时可以保护内部部件及使用者安全。机架1的底部安装有脚轮14,脚轮14为万向轮,可以实现平移和转向。
机架1上安装有第一转动轴5、第二转动轴6、传动机构11和驱动装置13。第一转动轴5和第二转动轴6竖直设置,驱动装置13与第一转动轴5或第二转动轴6连接,传动机构11连接第一转动轴5和第二转动轴6第一转动轴5位于第二转动轴6的后方。第一转动轴的底部安装有第一清洁转盘9,第二转动轴的底部安装有第二清洁转盘10。第一清洁转盘9和第二清洁转盘10的底部沿各自的圆周方向均分布有清洁刷15。清洁刷15可以是钢丝刷或鬃毛刷,也可以是带状或条状柔性部件。
第一清洁转盘9上的清洁刷15分布直径小于第二清洁转盘10上的清洁刷15的分布直径,由于分布直径的不同,导致两个清洁转盘上的清洁刷15的实际线速度不同,具体地表现为前面的清洁转盘上的清洁刷15的线速度相对更大,因此可以更加有效的剥离地面污物。需要说的是,驱动装置13为用电设备,因此本清洁装置还包含供电设备,但该设备为常规设备,故不作赘述。
作为固定第一转动轴5和第二转动轴6的一种具体方式,在一可选实施例中,机架 1上安装有用于转动安装第一转动轴5的第一轴承座7和用于转动安装第二转动轴6的第二轴承座8;第一轴承座7和第二轴承座8中均安装有轴承。
作为固定轴承座的一种具体方式,在一可选实施例中,第一轴承座7和第二轴承座8均成对设置,轴承通过两个相对设置的第一轴承座7或第二轴承座8得以固定。需要说明的是,每个转动轴通过两对轴承座及轴承固定,固定位置靠近转动轴的端部。
在一可选实施例中,传动机构包括带轮和皮带,带轮分别安装在第一转动轴5和第二转动轴6上,皮带连接两个带轮。采用皮带传动可以减少传动噪声,从而能够在装置运行时降低对周围人群的打扰,同时还能够减少传动效率损耗,提高清洁能力。
在一可选实施例中,第一转动轴5上的带轮的直径不小于第二转动轴6上的带轮的直径。通过这种方式使第二清洁转盘10的转速得到提高,从而进一步提高该清洁转盘的清洁刷的去污能力。
在一可选实施例中,驱动装置13通过齿轮副连接第二转动轴6。具体地,驱动装置13为减速电机,其水平设置,第二转动轴6和第一转动轴5均竖直设置,驱动装置13的转轴通过锥齿轮机构连接第二转动轴6实现动力传递。
在一可选实施例中,机架1上还安装有吸尘装置2,吸尘装置2的吸尘口连接吸尘管3,吸尘管3的另一端连接吸污头4;吸污头4位于第二清洁转盘10的后方。吸尘装置2内设置有吸尘风机和储物腔,地面尘土及污物经吸污头4和吸尘管3进入储物腔内统一收集。通过吸尘装置2可以将地面污物和灰尘收集,实现地面的清洁处理。
在一可选实施例中,吸污头4为斗状结构体,其入口处的横向尺寸为其出口处的横向尺寸的5至10倍,优选10倍,出口处的纵向尺寸为入口处的纵向尺寸的5至10倍,优选10倍。吸污头4的横向尺寸比清洁转盘底部的清洁刷的分布直径大,从而确保吸尘区域能够覆盖清洁刷15的覆盖区域,从而提升污物吸收能力。
在一可选实施例中,吸污头4的入口位于其出口的前方,其整体倾斜设置,倾斜角度为30至50°,优选45°,通过这样设置能够使地面污物更好地被吸入吸污头4中。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。

  1. 一种地面清洁装置,其特征在于,包括机架(1),所述机架(1)的底部安装有脚轮(14),所述机架(1)上安装有第一转动轴(5)、第二转动轴(6)、传动机构(11)和驱动装置(13);所述驱动装置(13)与所述第一转动轴(5)或所述第二转动轴(6)连接,所述传动机构(11)连接所述第一转动轴(5)和第二转动轴(6)所述第一转动轴(5)位于所述第二转动轴(6)的后方;所述第一转动轴的底部安装有第一清洁转盘(9),所述第二转动轴的底部安装有第二清洁转盘(10);所述第一清洁转盘(9)和第二清洁转盘(10)的底部沿各自的圆周方向均分布有清洁刷(15);所述第一清洁转盘(9)上的清洁刷(15)分布直径小于所述第二清洁转盘(10)上的清洁刷(15)的分布直径。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的地面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述机架(1)上安装有用于转动安装所述第一转动轴(5)的第一轴承座(7)和用于转动安装所述第二转动轴(6)的第二轴承座(8);所述第一轴承座(7)和所述第二轴承座(8)中均安装有轴承。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的地面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第一轴承座(7)和第二轴承座(8)均成对设置,所述轴承通过两个相对设置的第一轴承座(7)或第二轴承座(8)得以固定。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的地面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括带轮和皮带,所述带轮分别安装在所述第一转动轴(5)和第二转动轴(6)上,所述皮带连接两个带轮。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的地面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第一转动轴(5)上的带轮的直径不小于所述第二转动轴(6)上的带轮的直径。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的地面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述驱动装置(13)通过齿轮副连接所述第二转动轴(6)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的地面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述机架(1)上还安装有吸尘装置(2),所述吸尘装置(2)的吸尘口连接吸尘管(3),所述吸尘管(3)的另一端连接吸污头(4);所述吸污头(4)位于所述第二清洁转盘(10)的后方。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的地面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述吸污头(4)为斗状结构体,其入口处的横向尺寸为其出口处的横向尺寸的5至10倍,所述出口处的纵向尺寸为所述入口处的纵向尺寸的5至10倍。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的地面清洁装置,其特征在于,所述吸污头(4)的入口位于其出口的前方,其整体倾斜设置,倾斜角度为30至50°。
