Abstract

La présente invention concerne : un aptamère d'ARN se liant spécifiquement à une ARN-polymérase ARN dépendante d'un coronavirus et une utilisation associée. En particulier, l'aptamère d'ARN selon la présente invention se lie spécifiquement à une ARN polymérase ARN-dépendante du coronavirus, en particulier au nouveau coronavirus provoquant la nouvelle maladie infectieuse du coronavirus (COVID-19) et, en tant que tel, peut être avantageusement utilisé pour détecter et diagnostiquer un coronavirus et traiter les maladies provoquées par celui-ci.
