Description
본 발명은 계장제어반 및 빌딩자동제어반에 관한 것으로서, 특히 전기설비를 지진으로부터 보호하기 위한 내진 장치를 포함하는 계장제어반 및 빌딩자동제어반에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 내진 설계란 지진 발생시 구조물의 안전성을 유지하고 그 기능을 발휘할 수 있도록 구조물의 모든 응력이 허용 응력 이내가 되도록 단면의 물리적 특성을 결정하는 구조 설계를 의미한다. 내진 설계의 핵심은 건축물이 지진파의 수평력에 대응하게 만드는 것으로 최근에는 진동 전달을 최소화하는 면진 기술과 구조물에 제진장치를 설치하여 지진의 충격을 상쇄시키는 제진 기술이 내진설계에 적용되고 있다.
현재 계전기 판넬 등과 같은 전력 공급 설비, 또는 감시반, 분전반, 통신반, 보호반, 통제실, 통신 제어 선로, 전산 기기, 제어실 등에 설치되는 설비는 건물 바닥에 또 하나의 바닥판을 설치하여 이중 바닥 시스템에 설치하도록 되어 있는데, 이중 바닥 시스템의 구성을 살펴 보면, 먼저 콘크리트 슬래브 바닥 위에 일정 간격으로 수직 지지봉들을 에폭시 접착제로 도포하여 부착하고, 이 바닥 슬래브 위에는 수직 지지봉들을 매개로 설치 바닥판이 이중으로 설치된다. 그리고 이 설치 바닥판 위에 계전기 판넬이나 수배전반 및 앞에서 언급한 각종 설비를 설치하게 되는데, 이 계전기 판넬 등이 중량일 때에는 설치 바닥판에 있는 4개의 구멍 중 2개의 구멍에 앵커 못으로 고정시키고, 그 다음 두부(Head) 상단에 충격패드(Cushion pad)를 위치시키고 상부 위치 고정용 지지대를 각각 수직 지중봉에 사방으로 연결하여 볼트로 고정하여 틀을 짜 맞춘다. 그 위에 쿠숀 패드 홈에 맞추어 상판을 사방으로 조립하여 완성시킨다.
대한민국 특허 등록 번호 제 10-1765683 호(발명의 명칭 "이골형 앵커 조립체 및 그를 이용하여 지진의 진동흡수도 가능한 이골형 앵커 시공공법")을 참조하면, 이골형 앵커 조립체 및 그를 이용하여 지진의 진동 흡수도 가능한 앵커 시공 공법이 개시된다. 해당 공법은 PC 강연선의 선, 후단에 PC 강연선의 설치 각도를 조절할 수 있는 각도 조절 헤드가 각각 설치된 이골형의 앵커 조립체가 지진이나 대규모 지반 변형시 진동을 흡수하고, 인장시나 대규모 지반 변형, 지진시 PC 강연선의 꺽임 현상을 방지하여 어느 조건에서든 힘의 축선 일치로 PC 강연선이 최대의 인장력을 발휘할 수 있다.
그러나, 이러한 이골형 앵커는 시공 시에 설치하지 않으면 추가 설치할 수가 없고, 이미 설치된 설비들에는 적용될 수 없는 한계가 있다. 즉, 이러한 기술은 신설되는 장비 또는 설비에 적용이 가능하였으나, 기존 운영되고 있는 수배전반 또는 계전기 판넬과 같은 장비에서 내진 보강 구조를 설치하기 위해 정전이나 이설해야 하기 때문에 장비 운전상 적용할 수가 없는 문제점을 가지고 있다.
그러므로, 신설되는 장비는 물론이고, 이미 설치된 설비의 내진 성능을 향상시키기 위해 해당 설비의 물리적 특성을 고려하여 내진 장치를 설계하는 기술이 절실히 요구된다.

본 발명의 목적은 보호 대상 설비의 소정의 방향 내진 성능을 향상시키기 위해 보호 대상 설비의 물리적 특성을 고려하여 내진 장치를 설계하는 내진 장치를 포함하는 계장제어반 및 빌딩자동제어반을 제공하는 것이다.
상기와 같은 목적들을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 지진으로부터 보호 대상 설비를 보호하기 위한 내진 장치를 포함하는 계장제어반 및 빌딩자동제어반에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 계장제어반 및 빌딩자동제어반은, 전면이 개방된 모양의 계장제어반 및 빌딩자동제어반 본체; 상기 본체의 전면에 개방가능하게 결합되는 전면 패널; 상기 본체 내부에 장착되고 배전반 회로와 연결되며, 상기 계장제어반 및 빌딩자동제어반의 회로 소자들이 실장되어 있는 회로 기판; 상기 회로 기판과 접속되어 계측 결과와 동작 상태를 각각 표시하는 표시부; 상기 계장제어반 및 빌딩자동제어반 외부에서 상기 계장제어반 및 빌딩자동제어반 본체를 고정설치하는 고정 수단; 및 상기 계장제어반 및 빌딩자동제어반의 물리적 성질 및 치수에 대한 설계 상수를 바탕으로, 소정 설계 조건을 만족하는 설계 변수를 결정하여 적용하기 위한 내진 장치를 포함하고, 상기 내진 장치는, 상기 보호 대상 설비의 중력 방향에 수직인 방향에 있어서의 진동을 모델링하는 진동계 모델을 구성하는 동작; 상기 진동계 모델의 운동 방정식을 유도하고, 상기 운동 방정식을 정규화하는 동작; 및 상기 진동계 모델에서, 상기 보호 대상 설비의 최대 굽힘 응력 및 진동 전달률을 극소화시키는 상기 내진 장치의 스프링 상수와 감쇠 계수를 결정하는 설계 변수 결정 동작을 수행하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

이하, 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 설명함으로서, 본 발명을 상세히 설명한다. 그러나, 본 발명은 여러 가지 상이한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며, 설명하는 실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니다. 그리고, 본 발명을 명확하게 설명하기 위하여 설명과 관계없는 부분은 생략되며, 도면의 동일한 참조부호는 동일한 부재임을 나타낸다.
본 명세서 전반에 걸쳐 보호 대상 설비라는 용어는 수배전반 및 제어반 등을 포함하는 전기설비를 포괄하여 함축하는 명칭으로 혼용하여 사용하기로 한다.
도 1a 및 도 1b는 본 발명에 의한 계장제어반 및 빌딩자동제어반의 사시도를 나타내고, 도 1c 및 도 1d는 본 발명에 의한 계장제어반 및 빌딩자동제어반의 정면도 및 측면도를 각각 나타낸다.
계측 및 제어를 위한 회로 장치를 안전하게 수용하여 배전반에 설치토록 한 배전반용 계장제어반 및 빌딩자동제어반(1100)은 본체(1010)와 전면패널(1020)로 이뤄진다. 본체가 배전반의 설치구멍에 고정대(1030)로 고정설치되고, 전면패널은 본체를 개방 가능하게 설치된다. 본체 내부에는 주회로기판이 장착되고 전면패널에는 보조회로기판이 장착된다.
주회로기판에는 배전반 회로와 연결되어 계측 및 제어하는 회로소자들이 실장되며, 보조회로기판에는 그 계측결과를 표시하기 위한 표시기와 그 동작상태를 나타내는 표시램프 그리고 제어조작을 위한 스위치들이 실장될 수 있다. 전면패널에는 표시기와 표시램프에 대응한 표시창과 스위치들에 대응한 키조작을 위한 패드부를 가질 수 있다.
이러한 계장제어반 및 빌딩자동제어반을 사용하면 계측 및 제어회로를 배전반 내 고압회로로부터 안전하게 수용할 수 있으며, 그 설치 또한 용이하며, 특히 고장수리나 부품 교체시 배전반 도어를 열지 않아도 되므로 안전한 것이다.
도 1e은 본 발명에 의한 계장제어반 및 빌딩자동제어반에 적용되는 내진 장치를 설계하는 방법을 개략적으로 나타내는 흐름도이고, 도 2는 도 1e의 방법이 구현될 수 있는 시스템을 예시한다.
본 발명에 의한 내진 장치 설계 방법은, 보호 대상 설비의 물리적 치수 및 성질과 같은 설계 상수를 수신하는 단계(S110), 보호 대상 설비의 소정 방향에 있어서의 진동을 모델링하는 진동계 모델을 구성하는 단계(S130), 진동계 모델의 운동 방정식을 유도하고, 운동 방정식을 정규화하는 단계(S150), 및 상기 진동계 모델에서, 상기 보호 대상 설비의 최대 굽힘 응력 및 진동 전달률을 극소화시키는 상기 내진 장치의 스프링 상수와 감쇠 계수를 결정하는 단계(S170)를 포함한다. 또한, 결정된 설계 변수가 설계을 만족하는지 여부를 판단하여, 만족시키지 못할 경우 설계 변수를 다시 결정하여 정제하는 단계(S190)를 포함한다. 각각의 단계들에 대해서는 본 명세서의 해당 부분에서 상세히 후술된다.
도 2는 도 1e의 방법이 구현될 수 있는 내진 장치 설계 시스템을 개략적으로 나타내는 블록도이다.
도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명에 의한 내진 장치 설계 시스템은, 사용자 단말기(210, 212, 214), 내진 장치 설계 서버(250), 및 데이터베이스(260)를 포함한다.
사용자 단말기(210, 212, 214)는 보호 대상 설비의 물리적 성질과 치수 등의 설계 상수를 입력하기 위해 사용되고, 내진 장치 설계 서버(250)에 의해 결정된 설계 변수를 수신한다. 사용자 단말기(210, 212, 214)를 통해 입력된 설계 상수는 네트워크(290)를 통해 내진 장치 설계 서버(250)로 전달되고, 데이터베이스(260)에 저장된다.
내진 장치 설계 서버(250)는 도 1e에서 설명된 것과 같은 설계 방법을 구현할 수 있는 프로세서를 포함한다. 내진 장치 설계 서버(250)에 의해 결정된 설계 변수는 다시 네트워크(290)를 통하여 사용자 단말기(210, 212, 214)로 전달된다.
이하, 본 발명에 의한 내진 장치 설계 방법을 상세히 설명한다.
도 3 및 도 4에 방진 장치에 지지된 수배전반이 수평방향 지진운동을 받는 경우의 내진 해석을 위한 1-자유도 진동계 모델을 나타내었다. 도 3의 모델링에서 m은 집중질량으로 간주한 수배전반의 질량이고, k, c는 각각 수배전반 구조물을 외팔보 칼럼으로 간주하였을 때의 칼럼의 스프링 상수와 감쇠 상수이다. 그리고 는 내진 장치(Seismic mount)를 탄성과 감쇠를 가진 칼럼(Column) 으로 간주하였을 때, 내진 장치의 스프링 상수와 감쇠 상수이다.
또한, Ug(t)는 지반의 변위이고, y(t)는 수배전반의 진동 변위이고, ys(t) 는 내진 장치 상단의 변위이다. 도 3의 모델링에서 스프링 상수 k는 칼럼으로 근사시킨 수배전반의 굽힘 강성이므로 수배전반이 도 4의 수배전반과 동일하다면 칼럼의 스프링 상수는 이 된다.

수학식 3의 운동 방정식에서 지반운동 가 주어진다면 수배전반 진동계의 상대 변위 를 대합적분(Superposition integration)을 이용하여 다음과 같이 구할 수 있다.

도 4 (b)의 진동계가 조화 기초가진을 받을 때, 변위이득(Displacement gain) 또는 변위전달율(Displacement transmissibility) Td는 지반변위 진폭 에 대한 수배전반 변위진폭 의 비율로 정의된다. 마찬가지로 가속도이득(Acceleration gain) 또는 가속도전달율(Acceleration transmissibility) Ta은 지반가속도 진폭 에 대한 수배전반 가속도응답 진폭 의 비율로 정의된다. 수학식 47로 구해진 수배전반 상대변위 응답 에 의 관계를 대입하면 변위전달율 Td와 가속도전달율 Ta를 각각 다음과 같이 구할 수 있다.

- 진동저감율(Vibration reduction)과 정적처짐(Static deflection)
설계변수 에 대하여, 에서의 진동저감율 R을 내진마운트의 방진성능으로 정하고자 하는데 진동저감율 R은 극대화될수록 좋은 성능이므로 목적함수 최소화 문제에 적합한 성능함수로 변환하기 위하여 진동저감율 역수(Inverse of the vibration reduction ratio)를 다음과 같이 정의한다.
- 내진마운트의 완충효율(Energy absorption efficiency of the anti-seismic mount)
전술된 설계해석 과정에서는 지반가진을 조화가진(Harmonic excitation)으로 가정한 진동해석 이론을 적용하였다. 충격 진동해석을 적용하려면 충격지속시간이 고유주기보다 충분히 짧다면 충격에 의한 진동해석과 완충이론을 적용할 수 있다. 그러므로 지반가진이 충격력이 되려면 의 조건을 만족해야 한다. 즉, 지진의 주된 진동수(Dominant frequency of ground motion) fg는 의 조건을 만족하여야 한다. 그러므로 충격진동해석 이론을 적용한 완충효율 분석을 적용할 때에 이러한 전제조건이 만족되는지를 반드시 우선적으로 확인하여야 한다.
만약 지반가진이 진동계의 고유주기보다 충분히 짧은 순간에 작용하는(Impulsive base excitation) 경우에는 충격에 의한 진동해석과 완충이론을 적용할 수 있다.
이렇게 지반가진이 충격의 조건을 만족하는 경우에 도 4 (b)의 수배전반 진동계 모델에서 수배전반에 가해지는 지반가진 충격을 다음 도 7에 나타낸 바와 같이 모델링한다.
도 7에서 는 지반가진의 충격지속시간(Impulse duration time)으로서 지반가진을 Half sine함수로 가정하고 지반가진의 주된 주파수(Dominant frequency of ground motion)를 fg라 하면 다음의 관계를 가진다.
도 4 (b)의 수배전반 진동계 모델링에 충격량 가 가해질 때 진동계의 응답 는 대합적분법(Convolution integral or Duhamel integral)으로 구하면 다음과 같다.
도 4 (b)의 수배전반 진동계 모델링에서 스프링의 변형(Deflection) 는 이고, 도 7의 짧은 충격지속시간 동안 지반가진 충격에 의해 스프링이 최대변형 까지 변형될 때 스프링의 최대 탄성에너지(Maximum elastic energy) Ee는 다음과 같다.
보존계(비감쇠 진동계)인 경우에 에너지 보존법칙에 의해 최대 탄성변형에너지와 최대 운동에너지는 같으므로 수학식 80 및 수학식 81에서 다음이 성립한다.
따라서 진동계의 고유진동수를 다음과 같이 구할 수 있다.
수학식 84는 충격적인 지반가진이 주어질 때에 탄성 스프링으로만 이루어진 방진마운트의 스프링 상수를 결정하는 관계식이다.
즉, 스프링만으로 지지된 수배전반에 지반가진이 충격적으로 가해질 때, 설계제한 조건인 스프링의 허용변위 가 주어진다면, 스프링의 최대변위는 범위의 값을 가져야 하므로 선택 가능한 스프링상수는 다음 식으로 결정할 수 있다.
한편, 내진마운트의 완충효율 는 에너지흡수 효율(Energy absorption efficiency)로서 지반가진에 의한 최대충격에너지(Maximum impact energy) E
i에 대한 완충장치에 의해 흡수된 에너지(Energy absorbed by isolator) Ea의 비율로 정의된다.
그리고 수배전반 내진마운트에 흡수된 에너지는 스프링의 탄성변형에너지인데 내진마운트 스프링의 최대 탄성변형에너지는 최대 운동에너지와 같으므로 결국 내진마운트에 흡수된 최대에너지 Ea는 다음과 같다.
목적함수 최소화 문제에 적합한 성능함수로 변환하기 위하여 완충효율 의 역수(Inverse of the energy absorption efficiency)를 다음과 같이 정의한다.
그런데 수학식 89 및 수학식 90은 진동계의 고유진동수가 가진 주파수보다 작은 값을 가져야 성립되므로 현실적으로 넓은 영역에 걸친 고유진동수를 검토해야 하는 내진마운트 최적설계 과정의 목적함수로 활용하는 데에는 한계가 있다.
- 내진마운트의 동적설계
내진마운트의 동적설계란 내진해석과 기초가진 진동계의 방진이론을 이용하여 수배전반의 내진안전성을 만족하면서 동시에 방진효과를 달성하도록 내진마운트의 설계 파라미터인 내진마운트 스프링상수와 감쇠계수를 결정하는 것을 말한다.
- 설계문제 정의
설계는 내진장치를 가진 수배전반이 지진하중을 받을 때에 구조물에 발생되는 최대굽힘응력, 를 극소화시키면서 동시에 수배전반의 방진성능의 척도인 진동전달율 도 극소화시키도록 내진마운트의 스프링상수 와 감쇠계수 를 설계하는 것이다. 그런데 설계변수인 와 는 무차원 변수인 고유진동수 과 감쇠비 로 변환할 수 있으므로 목적함수를 무차원화 변수인 와 의 함수로 표현할 수 있다. 그러므로 설계문제는, 수학식 91을 최소화하는 설계변수 를 찾는 것으로 정의할 수 있다.
최대 굽힘 응력, 는 허용 가능 응력, 는 최대 상대 변위 응답, 는 보호 대상 설비의 허용가능 상대 변위, 는 가속도 이득, 는 허용가능 가속도 이득, 는 내진 장치의 최대 변위, 는 내진 장치의 허용가능 변위, 는 그 총합이 1인 가중 인자, 는 에 대한 스케일링 인자이다.
위의 최적설계 문제에서 최적해 탐색과정을 거쳐 내진장치를 가진 수배전반 진동계의 최적의 고유진동수 과 감쇠비 가 결정되면, 원래 설계변수인 내진마운트의 스프링상수 와 감쇠계수 를 다음 관계식으로부터 구하게 된다.
- 최적 설계변수의 결정 방법
설계변수를 구하기 위하여, 최적화 기법 중에서 비교적 간단하면서도 그래프를 이용하여 시각적으로 함수들의 변화를 확인할 수 있는 도식적 최적화 방법(Graphical Optimization Method)을 이용하여 최적해를 탐색한다. 도식적 최적화 방법은 하나 또는 2개의 설계변수를 포함하는 최적설계 문제의 해를 탐색하기 위한 간단한 방법이다. 즉, 설계변수가 하나인 경우에 최적값(최소값 또는 최대값)은 설계변수에 대한 목적함수의 그래프에서 손쉽게 찾을 수 있다. 또한 설계변수가 2개인 경우에는 목적함수와 제한조건들의 Contours 그림으로부터 손쉽게 최적값을 찾아낼 수 있다.
내진마운트 동적설계 문제도 2개의 설계변수를 가지는 경우이므로 도식적 최적화 방법(Graphical Optimization Method)을 적용하여 간편하게 최적설계 값을 결정할 수 있다.
최적해를 탐색하는 방법을 간략하게 설명하면, 수학식 91로 정의된 내진마운트에 지지된 수배전반의 최적설계 문제에서 설계변수 을 2 ~ 20 Hz범위에서 적절한 증분으로 변화시키고, 동시에 다른 설계변수 를 0.1 ~ 0.7 범위에서 적절한 증분으로 변화시키면서 목적함수와 제한조건들을 계산하여 계산결과 데이터를 파일에 기록한다.
계산결과 데이터 파일로부터 목적함수와 제한조건의 그래프들을 그린다.
설계문제는 목적함수 최소화 문제이므로 목적함수 그래프에서 최소인 점의 독립변수들을 찾음으로써 최적해 과 을 결정할 수 있다. 이렇게 최적의 고유진동수 과 감쇠비 가 결정되면, 원래 설계변수인 내진마운트의 최적 스프링상수 ks와 최적 감쇠계수 cs를 수학식 92 및 수학식 93을 이용하여 결정할 수 있다. 이를 좀더 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
(1) 수배전반 구조물(도 6의 칼럼으로 가정) 길이 L (m).

(8) 수배전반 구조(칼럼)의 단면계수 I,
수배전반 구조물을 도 6과 같이 균일 칼럼 구조로 가정하여 단면계수를 계산한다. 지반가속도의 가진방향이 y-방향이면 단면계수 Iy를 다음과 같이 계산한다.
지반가속도의 가진방향이 x-방향이면 단면계수 Ix를 계산해야 한다.
(9) 수배전반 구조물의 스프링상수 k
수배전반 구조물을 도 6과 같이 균일 칼럼 구조로 가정하면 스프링 상수를 다음과 같이 계산할 수 있다.
수배전반 구조물의 감쇠계수 c를 다음과 같이 계산할 수 있다.
(11) 수배전반 질량 m,
다목적함수 설계문제에서 각각의 설계변수를 정규화하여 단일 목적함수로 변환하게 되는데, 이 과정에서 정규화를 위한 각각의 목적함수별 스케일링 인자를 설정하여야 한다. 대개 목적함수의 초기설계 값이나 예상되는 평균값을 스케일링 인수로 사용하는 것이 적절하다. 본 연구의 설계문제에서는 내진해석 결과 수배전반 구조물의 최대응력이 어느 정도 발생될지 예측하기 쉽지 않지만 구조재료의 허용응력과 구조설계 안전율을 고려한다면 허용응력의 1/2 ~ 1/4 정도의 응력이 발생한다고 예상하여 개별 목적함수인 최대응력의 스케일 인수 는 허용응력의 1/3정도인 50 MPa 정도로 정한다.
수배전반의 최대변위(최대 상대변위임) Xmax는 그 값의 크기를 예측하기는 어렵지만 수배전반이 최대 진동변위 허용값을 고려하여 스케일링 인자 는 0.03 정도로 정한다. 다른 개별 목적함수인 방진성능 즉, 에서의 변위전달율은 일반적인 방진시스템의 전달율이 0.2 ~ 0.5 정도인 점을 고려하면 진동저감율 역수 의 스케일링 인수 는 0.2 정도로 정한다. 이러한 제약들은 이해의 편의를 위해 선택된 것으로서, 본 발명을 한정하는 것이 아님에 유의한다.
도 8과 표 1에 나타낸 Telcordia의 내진설계 규격 "GR-63-CORE Zone-4, Issue 3, March 2006"의 지반 가속도 스펙트럼을 도 9와 표 2와 같이 이산 스펙트럼(Discrete spectrum) 입력으로 변환하여 최적설계 과정의 목적함수와 제한조건 계산에 사용하였다.

즉 (rad/s)의 범위에 있다. 그러므로 방진마운트 수배전반의 고유진동수는 (rad/s), 또는 (Hz)의 범위에 있어야 한다. 또한 아래 표 3의 방진장치들의 고유진동수를 참고하여 고유진동수 탐색범위를 1 ~ 20 Hz로 정한다.
표 3 은 수동 아이솔레이터들의 통상적인 특성 주파수를 나타내는 표이다.

- 단계 3에서 그린 목적함수 그래프에서 목적함수가 최소인 점에 해당하는 설계변수 과 값을 찾고, 제한조건 그래프들에서 해당 설계변수 값에서 모든 제한조건들이 만족되는지 확인한다. 제한조건들이 모두 만족되면 최적의 과 로 결정하고, 하나라도 만족되지 않으면 탐색범위 내에서 그 다음으로 목적함수가 낮은 점을 찾아서 해당 설계변수가 제한조건들을 만족하는지를 확인하는 과정을 반복한다. 그리하여 탐색범위 내에서 모든 제한조건을 만족하는 경우를 찾으면 최적의 과 로 결정한다. 최적의 고유진동수 과 감쇠계수 를 찾으면 원래 설계변수인 내진마운트의 최적 스프링상수 ks와 최적 감쇠계수 cs를 수학식 101과 수학식 102를 이용하여 결정하고 설계과정을 종료한다.
만약 탐색범위 내에서 만족되는 해를 찾지 못한다면, 설계변수의 탐색범위가 적절한지, 그리고 제한조건들의 허용 값들이 적절한지를 검토하여 탐색범위를 적절히 수정하거나 제한조건들의 허용 값들을 적절하게 수정한 설계과정을 되풀이한다.
본 발명은 도면에 도시된 실시예를 참고로 설명되었으나 이는 예시적인 것에 불과하며, 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 예를 들어, 지반운동이 수직 방향인 경우에도 전술된 것과 동일한 수학적 모델링과 이론식을 이용하여 내진 해석을 할 수 있다. 다만 이 경우에는 스프링 상수 k와 keq, 감쇠 상수 c와 ceq, 그리고 입력 지반운동 ug(t)을 가각 수직 방향의 값을 적용하여야 하고, 이후 수배전반에 작용하는 작용력과 응력 계산과정에서도 수직 방향 인장-압축력과 그에 따른 인장-압축 응력을 계산해야 되는 점을 유의해야 한다.

- 지진으로부터 보호 대상 설비를 보호하기 위한 내진 장치를 포함하는 계장제어반 및 빌딩자동제어반으로서,전면이 개방된 모양의 계장제어반 및 빌딩자동제어반 본체;상기 본체의 전면에 개방가능하게 결합되는 전면 패널;상기 본체 내부에 장착되고 배전반 회로와 연결되며, 상기 계장제어반 및 빌딩자동제어반의 회로 소자들이 실장되어 있는 회로 기판;상기 회로 기판과 접속되어 계측 결과와 동작 상태를 각각 표시하는 표시부;상기 계장제어반 및 빌딩자동제어반 외부에서 상기 계장제어반 및 빌딩자동제어반 본체를 고정설치하는 고정 수단; 및보호 대상 설비인 상기 계장제어반 및 빌딩자동제어반의 물리적 성질 및 치수에 대한 설계 상수를 바탕으로, 소정 설계 조건을 만족하는 설계 변수를 결정하여 적용하기 위한 내진 장치를 포함하고, 상기 내진 장치는,상기 보호 대상 설비의 중력 방향에 수직인 방향에 있어서의 진동을 모델링하는 진동계 모델을 구성하는 동작;상기 진동계 모델의 운동 방정식을 유도하고, 상기 운동 방정식을 정규화하는 동작; 및상기 진동계 모델에서, 상기 보호 대상 설비의 최대 굽힘 응력 및 진동 전달률을 극소화시키는 상기 내진 장치의 스프링 상수와 감쇠 계수를 결정하는 설계 변수 결정 동작을 수행하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내진 장치를 포함하는 계장제어반 및 빌딩자동제어반.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 진동계 모델을 구성하는 동작은,상기 보호 대상 설비 및 상기 내진 장치를 상기 방향으로 진동하는 칼럼으로 간주하고, 상기 보호 대상 설비 및 상기 내진 장치 각각의 집중 질량, 스프링 상수, 및 감쇠 상수를 사용하여 상기 진동계 모델을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내진 장치를 포함하는 계장제어반 및 빌딩자동제어반.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 설계 변수를 결정하는 동작은,상기 보호 대상 설비 및 상기 내진 장치의 최대 변위 제한치, 가속도 이득의 제한치, 및 최대 굽힘 응력을 고려하여 상기 내진 장치의 스프링 상수와 감쇠 계수를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내진 장치를 포함하는 계장제어반 및 빌딩자동제어반.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 운동 방정식을 정규화하는 동작은,
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 설계 변수 결정 동작은,설계 변수를 최적화 알고리즘, 후발견적 알고리즘(meta-heuristic algorithm), 및 공학적 시행착오법(Engineer's trial and error method) 중 적어도 하나를 사용하여 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내진 장치를 포함하는 계장제어반 및 빌딩자동제어반.
