Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Hantelstange (10), welche sich entlang einer Längsachse (X) der Hantelstange (10) erstreckt, zum Training verschiedener Muskelgruppen einer Person. Sie weist dabei die folgenden Merkmale auf: zwei Hantelscheibenauflagen (13), welche sich an den jeweils auf der Längsachse (X) gegenüberliegenden Enden der Hantelstange (10) befinden und dazu konfiguriert sind, Gewichte, insbesondere in Form von Hantelscheiben, aufnehmen zu können. Des Weiteren weist die erfindungsgemäße Hantelstange (10) zwei Griffelemente (12) auf, welche sich auf der Längsachse (X) innerhalb der beiden Hantelscheibenauflagen (13) befinden und dazu konfiguriert sind, der benutzenden Person als Griffe zu dienen, wobei die Griffelemente (12) zumindest translatorisch entlang der Längsachse (X) beweglich auf der Hantelstange (10) angeordnet sind.
