一种标定架及标定设备
本申请要求于2020年11月27日提交中国专利局、申请号为202011358091.8、申请名称为“一种标定架及标定设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及四轮定位领域,尤其是涉及一种标定架及标定设备。
背景技术
汽车是人们生活中不可或缺的重要交通工具,其行驶性能对人们的生命安全息息相关。为确保汽车的行驶性能,汽车上的部件在出厂后需要定期或依需求进行校准,在校准过程中,通常需要借助四轮定位仪来实现,其中,四轮定位仪中相机组件的位置对整个四轮定位过程起着至关重要的作用。一般来说,在对车轮四轮定位之前,通常需要进行一些标定准备工作,包括对四轮定位仪中相机组件的标定,以及,对轮毂夹的标定。
目前在完成这两个准备工作时,通常需要通过两个标定架来分别完成,即两个标定架中一者安装有标靶,用于完成对相机组件的标定;另一者安装轮毂夹组件,用于完成对轮毂夹的标定。然而,在完成此两项准备工作时,需要借助两个标定架来完成,这样不仅在运输方面较为困难,成本也高,而且两个标定架占用空间也较多,使用起来较为不方便。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种使用方便的标定架及标定设备。
本发明实施例解决其技术问题采用以下技术方案:
一种标定架,用于对四轮定位仪进行标定,包括:
支架组件,包括第一支撑架、第二支撑架以及连接件,所述第一支撑架以及所述第二支撑架间隔设置,并且所述连接件的两端分别与所述第一支撑架以及所述第二支撑架连接;
转轴,安装于所述第一支撑架以及所述第二支撑架之间,所述转轴的中心轴线为芯轴线,所述转轴可绕所述芯轴线转动;
两个第一安装件,分别设于所述转轴的两端部,所述第一安装件用于安装和支撑第一标靶,所述第一标靶设置有标定图案,用以标定所述四轮定位仪中的相机组件;
两个第二安装件,分别设于所述转轴的两端部,所述第二安装件用于安装和支撑轮毂夹组件,其中,所述轮毂夹组件包括轮毂夹以及安装于轮毂夹的第二标靶;
当所述四轮定位仪中的相机组件通过所述第一标靶完成标定后,所述相机组件还用于标定所述第二安装件上的轮毂夹。
可选地,所述第一支撑架包括第一支撑部以及与所述第一支撑部连接的第一承接部,所述第二支撑架包括第二支撑部以及与所述第二支撑部连接的第二承接部,所述第一支撑部以及所述第二支撑部均用于与支撑面抵接,所述第一承接部以及所述第二承接部分别与所述转轴的两端部抵接。

四轮定位是以车辆的四轮参数为依据,通过调整以确保车辆良好的行驶性能并具备一定的可靠性。生活中,当驾驶员明显感觉到车辆容易跑偏时,一般是车辆的车轮、转向节或前轴(或者后轴)三者之间的相对位置发生了变化,从而导致四个车轮之间没法正常运作,出现跑偏及打滑的现象。因此,车辆的车轮需要定期或依需进行校准,以防止交通事故的发生。
通常来说,车辆车轮的定位需要借助四轮定位仪进行校准,其通常是通过四轮定位仪上的相机组件来实现定位,具体的是通过摄取四个车轮上安装的轮毂夹组件的图像,从而确定车轮相对于转向节以及前轴(或后轴)的位置,并根据所获取到的车轮的位置信息对车轮进行调整。其中,轮毂夹组件包括轮毂夹以及标靶,标靶安装在轮毂夹上。相机组件依据安装在轮毂夹上的标靶确定车轮的位置。
一般的,在对车轮进行四轮定位之前,需先对四轮定位仪中的相机组件进行校准,以避免四轮定位仪在长时间使用后相机的位置发生变化而导致测量不准确。同时,为确保轮毂夹在安装到车轮上时,安装在轮毂夹上的标靶的中心轴线与轮毂的中心轴线重合,在进行四轮定位前,需要对轮毂夹进行标定,以消除轮毂夹长时间使用后内部器件出现松动而带来的测量误差。
如图1-2所示,本发明其中一个实施例提供的标定架100,用于对四轮定位仪进行标定。所述标定架100包括支架组件110、转轴120、两个第一安装件130以及两个第二安装件150,所述转轴120安装于所述支架组件110上,并且所述转轴120可相对于所述支架组件110转动,以所述转轴120的中心轴线为芯轴线,所述转轴120可绕所述芯轴线转动。两个所述第一安装件130分别位于所述转轴120的两端,两个所述第二安装件150分别安装于所述转轴120的两端。如图7和图9所示,所述第一安装件130用于安装和支撑第一标靶300,所述第二安装件150用于安装和支撑轮毂夹组件400。其中,所述第一标靶300设置有标定图案,用以标定所述四轮定位仪中的相机组件。轮毂夹组件400包括轮毂夹410以及安装于轮毂夹410的第二标靶420。应当理解的是,所述标定架100可以依据用户的功能需要,在所述第一安装件130上安装所述第一标靶300,以便完成对所述四轮定位仪中相机组件的标定;或者,在所述第二安装件150上安装轮毂夹组件400,以便通过标定后的相机组件对轮毂夹组件400进行标定。
在本实施例中,两个所述第一安装件130分别设于所述转轴120的两端部,两个所述第二安装件150亦分别设置于所述转轴120的两端部,并且所述第一安装件130与所述第二安装件150相邻设置。
可理解的,相较于现有的标定装置,本发明实施例中的标定架100具有多种功能,具体体现在进行标定准备工作时,无需设置两个标定架,可依据需要安装第一标靶板300或者轮毂夹组件400,从而辅助相机组件210以及轮毂夹 410的标定。因此,本发明实施例的标定架100不仅占用空间小,而且运输及成本较低,使用起来更为方便。
如图2-3所示,对于所述支架组件110,其包括第一支撑架111、第二支撑架112以及连接件113,所述第一支撑架111以及所述第二支撑架112间隔设置,所述连接件113的两端分别与所述第一支撑架111以及所述第二支撑架112连接。可理解的,所述第一支撑架111、所述第二支撑架112以及所述连接件113三者之间,可以是通过焊接等方式一体成型,也可以是通过螺丝实现连接,当然,也可以是其它的方式,例如:所述第一支撑架111设置第一插孔(未标示),所述第一插孔(未标示)的孔壁设置第一凹口(图未示),所述第二支撑架112设置第二插孔(未标示),所述第二插孔1121的孔壁设置第二凹口(图未示),所述连接件113的一端设置两个间隔设置的第一凸柱(图未示),所述连接件113的另一端设置两个间隔设置的第二凸柱(图未示),所述连接件113的一端穿过所述第一插孔且与所述第一支撑架抵接,所述连接件130的另一端穿过所述第二插孔且与所述第二支撑架112抵接,并且,所述第一凹口位于两个所述第一凸柱之间,所述第二凹口位于两个所述第二凸柱之间。当所述连接件113分别与所述第一支撑架111以及所述第二支撑架112抵接后,转动所述连接件113,以使得两个所述第一凸柱与所述第一凹口错位,即两个所述第一凸柱以及所述第一凹口不在同一直线上,同样的,两个所述第二凸柱与所述第二凹口亦错位,从而实现所述第一支撑架110、所述第二支撑架112以及所述连接件113三者之间的紧密连接。

进一步地,所述第一支撑部1113具有至少一个第一支撑脚11131,所述第二支撑部1123具有至少两个第二支撑脚11231,所述至少一个第一支撑脚11131与所述至少两个第二支撑脚11231呈多边形设置。可理解的,所述第一支撑脚11131可以是两个、三个甚至更多,同理,所述第二支撑脚11231亦是如此。在本实施例中,所述第一支撑脚11131的数量为一个,所述第二支撑脚11231的数量为两个,所述第一支撑脚11131以及两个所述第二支撑脚11231呈三角形设置。
请参照图3,在一些实施例中,所述第一承接部1114设置有第一卡槽11141,所述第二承接部1124设置有第二卡槽11241,所述转轴120的一端与所述第一卡槽11141的槽底抵接,所述转轴120的另一端与所述第二卡槽11241的槽底抵接。由此,通过所述第一卡槽11141以及所述第二卡槽11241可以承接所述转轴120。其中,所述第一卡槽11141以及所述第二卡槽11241 的形状可以是U形状,也可以是V形状,还可以是一者为U形另一者为V形的组合,当然也可以是其它的形状。在本实施例中,所述第一卡槽11141以及所述第二卡槽11241的形状呈V形状。当所述转轴120安装于所述第一卡槽11141以及所述第二卡槽11241时,所述转轴120受重力作用静止于所述第一支撑架110以及所述第二支撑架120之间。当需要调整所述转轴时,仅需直接转动所述转轴120,使其绕着芯轴线转动,即可实现转轴位置的调整。
如图4所示,对于所述转轴120,其设有第一限位凸起121以及两个第二限位凸起122,所述第一限位凸起121与一所述第二限位凸起122位于所述转轴120的一端,并且所述第一限位凸起121以及所述第二限位凸起122之间间隔设置,以形成槽口123,所述槽口123用于与所述第一承接部1114卡接。另一所述第二限位凸起122位于所述转轴120的另一端,其中,所述第二安装件150与所述第二限位凸起122连接。具体的来说,所述槽口123与所述第一卡槽11141相嵌合,从而限制所述转轴120的轴向移动。

对于所述第一安装件130,其安装于所述转轴120的端部,用于安装和支撑所述第一标靶300。在本实施例中,所述第一安装件130为套筒,所述套筒的一端与所述转轴120固定连接,所述套筒的另一端设置安装孔(未标示),所述第一标靶部分安装于所述安装孔中。可理解的,所述套筒可以是通过螺纹与所述转轴120连接,即此时所述转轴的端部的外表面需设置有螺纹。当然,所述套筒与所述转轴120之间也可以是通过过盈配合的方式实现紧固连接。此处不限定所述套筒与所述转轴120的连接方式,只要能实现所述套筒与所述转轴120的连接即可。
为了能使读者清楚了解本发明实施例中的标定架100如何准确安装第一标靶,下边将简单介绍第一标靶300与第一安装件130之间的安装结构:
如图8所示,所述第一标靶300,其包括第一标靶板310以及所述连接轴320,所述连接轴320与所述标靶板310连接,所述标靶板310设有所述标定图案,所述连接轴320安装于所述套筒的安装孔中。在本实施例中用到的第一标靶300,其设有两个定位柱(未标示),所述套筒靠近标靶的一端面开设有 两个定位孔(未标示),两个所述定位柱设置于所述标靶板310,并且两个所述定位柱与所述连接轴320相邻设置。所述连接轴320插入所述安装孔,两个所述定位柱同时对准并插入两个所述定位孔中,由此实现了所述第一标靶300快速准确地定位安装至所述套筒中。并且,两个所述定位柱受两个所述定位孔的限制,可以避免所述第一标靶300相对于所述套筒转动。应当理解的是,所述标定图案可以是多种形状的图案,例如三角形、四边形或者圆形等,此处不限定所述标定图案的具体形状,只要能实现所述相机组件的标定即可。
进一步地,为了防止所述第一标靶300随意被抽出,请再次参阅图2与图4,所述标定架100还包括旋钮140,所述套筒的侧壁设有第一螺纹孔131,所述旋钮140与所述第一螺纹孔131螺纹连接。当拧紧所述旋钮140并抵接所述第一标靶300时,所述第一标靶300被锁紧在所述套筒上,从而所述第一标靶300与所述转轴120相对固定。由此,仅有当绕着所述芯轴线转动所述转轴120时,才可对应调整所述第一标靶300相对于所述支撑面之间的角度。
对于所述第二安装件150,其安装于所述转轴120的端部,用于提供轮毂夹组件400的安装位置。在本实施例中,所述第二安装件150为卡盘,如图5所示,所述卡盘包括固定板151、第一端板152以及第二端板153,所述第一端板152以及所述第二端板153分别固定安装于所述固定板151的两端,所述固定板151套接并且固定于所述转轴120,所述第一端板152以及所述第二端板153的外缘均呈圆弧状,所述第一端板152以及所述第二端板153用于供所述轮毂夹410夹紧。在本实施例中,所述固定板151通过螺丝紧固连接于所述第二限位凸起122,从而当所述转轴120转动时,所述第二安装件150随之转动,所述轮毂夹组件400的位置亦可随之调整。
请再次参阅图1,在一些实施例中,所述标定架100还包括调节件160,所述第二支撑脚11231设有螺纹通孔(未标示),所述调节件160螺接于所述螺纹通孔,并且所述调节件160的端部可露出所述螺纹通孔,以调节两个所述第二支撑脚11231之间的高度差值。可理解,当将所述调节件160逐渐缩回所述螺纹通孔内时,所述第二支撑脚11231的离地高度逐渐变小,反之,所述第二支撑脚11231的离地高度逐渐变大。由此可以便捷调节所述第二支撑架112抬升所述转轴120的高度,以便于在两个不同高度的支撑面上保持所述转轴120水平。
如图6所示,在一些实施例中,所述标定架100还包括锁紧机构170,所述锁紧机构用于将所述连接件113以及所述转轴120锁紧,以使所述连接件113和所述转轴120相固定。具体的,所述锁紧机构包括锁紧杆171、第一卡片172、第二卡片173、第三卡片174和第四卡片175,所述第一卡片172和第二卡片173间隔设置于所述锁紧杆171的一端,所述第一卡片172和第二卡片173用于夹持所述转轴120,所述第三卡片174和第四卡片175间隔设置于所述锁紧杆171的另一端,所述第三卡片174和第四卡片175用于夹持所述连接件113。其中,所述第一卡片172远离所述锁紧杆171的一端设置有第一通 孔(未标示),所述第二卡片173远离所述锁紧杆171的一端设置有第二通孔(未标示),所述第三卡片174远离所述转轴120的一端设置有第三通孔(未标示),所述第四卡片175远离所述转轴的一端设置有第四通孔(未标示),所述锁紧机构170还包括第一螺栓176、第二螺栓177、第一螺母178和第二螺母179,所述第一螺栓176依次穿过第一通孔和第二通孔后与所述第一螺母178螺接,所述第二螺栓177依次穿过第三通孔和第四通孔后与所述第二螺母179螺接。通过上述锁紧机构,可以更加稳固地锁紧连接件113以及转轴120,确保四轮定位仪标定的准确性。
为了使读者清楚了解到轮毂夹组件如何实现与第二安装件紧固连接,下边将介绍轮毂夹组件的相关结构:
如图10所示,所述轮毂夹组件400,其包括轮毂夹410以及第二标靶420,所述第二标靶420安装于所述轮毂夹410。所述轮毂夹410包括导向组件411、驱动杆412、两个卡爪组件413以及装夹模块414,所述驱动杆412、两个所述卡爪组件413以及所述装夹模块414均安装于所述导向组件411上,所述驱动杆412分别与所述两个所述卡爪组件413连接,所述卡爪组件413包括基座4131以及安装在基座4131上的卡爪4132,两个所述卡爪组件413对称设置于所述装夹模块414的两边。所述驱动杆412用于驱动所述两个所述卡爪组件413相互靠近或远离,以使两个所述卡爪组件413相互适配所述卡盘的尺寸。两个所述卡爪组件413用于共同夹持所述卡盘,所述装夹模块414用于供所述第二标靶420的连接轴安装。
具体的,所述驱动杆412具有第一螺纹段以及相邻设置的第二螺纹段,所述第一螺纹段与所述第二螺纹段旋向相反,一卡爪组件413与第一螺纹段螺纹连接,另一卡爪组件413与第二螺纹段螺纹连接,从而当拧动所述驱动杆412时,两个所述卡爪组件413相互靠近或远离。
安装时,当需要标定所述轮毂夹410时,需先将所述轮毂夹410安装至所述第二安装件150上,然后将所述第二标靶420安装至所述轮毂夹410。如此,四轮定位仪的相机组件可以借助所述第二标靶420间接获得所述轮毂夹410的位置,从而完成对所述轮毂夹410的标定。在本实施例中,所述第二标靶420结构与所述第一标靶300的结构近似相同,一样是设置有标靶板以及连接轴,在安装时同样是借助连接轴与轮毂夹进行连接。
进一步地,为避免所述轮毂夹410安装至所述卡盘时,出现两个所述卡爪组件413相对于所述卡盘出现一边高一边低的情况,所述卡爪4132的端部部分成型成一平整的抵接平面,并且两个所述卡爪组件413的抵接平面处于同一平面,且两个卡爪相对于所述轮毂夹410的中心线对称,由此当两端的卡爪413的抵接平面,对应抵接在所述第一端板152以及第二端板153的表面时,所述轮毂夹410的两端处于同一平面。
应当理解的是,在进行标定时,在本实施例的标定架100上安装第一标靶300,借助第一标靶300上的标定图案,当四轮定位仪的相机组件摄取到第一 标靶300的标定图案后,四轮定位仪的主机可计算出相机组件相对于出厂参数所需的补充,在获得相机组件所需要的补偿量后可根据补偿量调整四轮定位仪中相机组件的参数,从而完成对相机组件的标定。随后将轮毂夹组件400安装至所述第二安装件150上,并通过已完成标定的相机组件摄取两个第二标靶420的标定图案,以获知轮毂夹410需要在四轮定位仪上设定的补偿量,从而实现对轮毂夹的标定。
采用本发明实施例中的标定架100,可以实现既安装第一标靶300,又能安装轮毂夹组件400,无需通过两个标定架即可完成对相机组件以及轮毂夹的标定,降低了成本,节省了空间,使用起来较为方便。
如图7所示,本发明另一实施例提供的标定设备500,用于对四轮定位仪进行标定,其包括上述实施例中的标定架100以及两个第一标靶300,所述转轴120的两端部分别设有第一插孔(未标示)以及第二插孔(未标示),两个所述第一标靶分别安装于所述第一插孔以及第二插孔,由此,四轮定位仪可借助两个第一标靶300实现对相机组件的标定。
在一些实施例中,所述第一插孔以及所述第二插孔为螺纹孔,两个所述第一标靶均具有螺纹部(图未示),所述螺纹部与所述螺纹孔螺纹连接,以使所述第一标靶300安装于所述转轴120。当然,所述第一标靶300与所述转轴120也可以是通过其它结构实现连接,例如,所述转轴120的两端的侧部分别设有第一内螺纹孔(未标示)以及第二内螺纹孔(未标示),所述标定设备500还设置有第一螺杆(未标示)以及第二螺杆(未标示),所述第一螺杆螺接于所述第一内螺纹孔,所述第二螺杆螺接于所述第二内螺纹孔,以使所述第一标靶固定安装于所述转轴120。
如图9所示,本发明又一实施例提供的标定设备600,用于对四轮定位仪进行标定,其包括上述实施例中的标定架100、第一轮毂夹(未标示)、第二轮毂夹(未标示)以及两个第二标靶,所述第一轮毂夹安装于一所述第二安装件150,所述第二轮毂夹安装于另一所述第二安装件150,两个所述第二标靶分别安装于第一轮毂夹以及第二轮毂夹,两个所述第二标靶用于对所述第一轮毂夹以及所述第二轮毂夹进行标定。如此,四轮定位仪可以借助两个所述第二标靶,实现对第一轮毂夹以及第二轮毂夹的标定。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种标定架,用于对四轮定位仪进行标定,其特征在于,包括:
    支架组件,包括第一支撑架、第二支撑架以及连接件,所述第一支撑架以及所述第二支撑架间隔设置,并且所述连接件的两端分别与所述第一支撑架以及所述第二支撑架连接;
    转轴,安装于所述第一支撑架以及所述第二支撑架之间,所述转轴的中心轴线为芯轴线,所述转轴可绕所述芯轴线转动;
    两个第一安装件,分别设于所述转轴的两端部,所述第一安装件用于安装和支撑第一标靶,所述第一标靶设置有标定图案,用以标定所述四轮定位仪中的相机组件;
    两个第二安装件,分别设于所述转轴的两端部,所述第二安装件用于安装和支撑轮毂夹组件,其中,所述轮毂夹组件包括轮毂夹以及安装于轮毂夹的第二标靶;
    当所述四轮定位仪中的相机组件通过所述第一标靶完成标定后,所述相机组件还用于标定所述第二安装件上的轮毂夹。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的标定架,其特征在于,所述第一支撑架包括第一支撑部以及与所述第一支撑部连接的第一承接部,所述第二支撑架包括第二支撑部以及与所述第二支撑部连接的第二承接部,所述第一支撑部以及所述第二支撑部均用于与支撑面抵接,所述第一承接部以及所述第二承接部分别与所述转轴的两端部抵接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的标定架,其特征在于,所述第一支撑部具有至少一个第一支撑脚,所述第二支撑部具有至少两个第二支撑脚,所述至少一个第一支撑脚以及所述至少两个第二支撑脚呈多边形设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的标定架,其特征在于,所述第一支撑脚的数量为一个,所述第二支撑脚的数量为两个,所述第一支撑脚以及两个所述第二支撑脚呈三角形设置。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的标定架,其特征在于,所述第一承接部设有第一卡槽,所述第二承接部设有第二卡槽,所述转轴的一端与所述第一卡槽的槽底抵接,所述转轴的另一端与所述第二卡槽的槽底抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的标定架,其特征在于,所述第一卡槽和/或所述第二卡槽的形状呈V形。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的标定架,其特征在于,所述转轴设有第一限位凸起以及两个第二限位凸起,所述第一限位凸起以及一所述第二限位凸起位于所述转轴的一端,并且所述第一限位凸起与所述第二限位之间间隔设置,以形成槽口,所述槽口用于与所述第一承接部卡接;另一所述第二限位凸起位于所述转轴的另一端,其中,所述第二安装件与所述第二限位凸起连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的标定架,其特征在于,所述第一安装件为套筒, 所述套筒与所述转轴固定连接,所述套筒设有安装孔,所述第一标靶包括标靶板以及与所述标靶板连接的连接轴,所述连接轴安装于所述安装孔中,所述标靶板设置有所述标定图案。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的标定架,其特征在于,还包括旋钮,所述套筒设有第一螺纹孔,所述旋钮螺接于所述第一螺纹孔;
    当所述第一标靶的连接轴安装于所述安装孔时,拧动所述旋钮并使所述旋钮的端部抵接所述第一标靶的连接轴,以锁紧所述第一标靶。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的标定架,其特征在于,所述第二安装件为卡盘,所述卡盘包括固定板、第一端板以及第二端板,所述第一端板以及所述第二端板分别固定安装于所述固定板的两端,所述固定板套接并且固定于所述转轴,所述第一端板以及所述第二端板的外缘均呈圆弧状,所述第一端板以及所述第二端板用于供所述轮毂夹夹紧。
  11. 根据权利要求3-10中任意一项所述的标定架,其特征在于,还包括调节件,所述第二支撑脚设有螺纹通孔,所述调节件螺接于所述螺纹通孔,并且所述调节件的端部可露出所述螺纹通孔,以调节两个所述第二支撑脚之间的高度差值。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的标定架,其特征在于,还包括锁紧机构,所述锁紧机构用于将所述连接件以及所述转轴锁紧,以使所述连接件和所述转轴相固定。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的标定架,其特征在于,所述锁紧机构包括锁紧杆、第一卡片、第二卡片、第三卡片和第四卡片;
    所述第一卡片和第二卡片间隔设置于所述锁紧杆的一端,所述第一卡片和第二卡片用于夹持所述转轴,所述第三卡片和第四卡片间隔设置于所述锁紧杆的另一端,所述第三卡片和第四卡片用于夹持所述连接件。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的标定架,其特征在于,
    所述第一卡片远离所述锁紧杆的一端设置有第一通孔,所述第二卡片远离所述锁紧杆的一端设置有第二通孔;
    所述第三卡片远离所述转轴的一端设置有第三通孔,所述第四卡片远离所述转轴的一端设置有第四通孔;
    所述锁紧机构还包括第一螺栓、第二螺栓、第一螺母和第二螺母,所述第一螺栓依次穿过第一通孔和第二通孔后与所述第一螺母螺接,所述第二螺栓依次穿过第三通孔和第四通孔后与所述第二螺母螺接。
  15. 一种标定设备,用于对四轮定位仪进行标定,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求1-14中任意一项所述的标定架,所述转轴的两端部分别设有第一插孔以及第二插孔;
    两个第一标靶,分别安装于所述第一插孔以及第二插孔。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的标定设备,其特征在于,所述第一插孔以及所述第二插孔为螺纹孔,两个所述第一标靶均具有螺纹部,所述螺纹部与所述螺 纹孔螺纹连接,以使所述第一标靶安装于所述转轴。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的标定设备,其特征在于,还包括第一螺杆以及第二螺杆,所述转轴的两端的侧部分别设有第一内螺纹孔以及第二内螺纹孔,所述第一螺杆螺接于所述第一内螺纹孔,所述第二螺杆螺接于所述第二内螺纹孔,以使所述第一标靶固定安装于所述转轴。
  18. 一种标定设备,用于对四轮定位仪进行标定,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求1-14中任意一项所述的标定架;
    第一轮毂夹,安装于一所述第二安装件;
    第二轮毂夹,安装于另一所述第二安装件;
    两个第二标靶,分别安装于第一轮毂夹以及第二轮毂夹,其中,两个所述第二标靶用于对所述第一轮毂夹以及所述第二轮毂夹进行标定。
