作为优选技术手段:所述的承接箱向后外凸于机身柜体;所述的承接箱前侧板截面呈“丿”字型,所述承接箱的前端与灶台顶面相接;所述的承接箱的底板与灶台左右侧板的下端面相接;所述的接气管的上口与承接箱前侧板的弧形内表面相对。机头下端可以被承接箱前侧板遮挡,提高整体性;承接箱前侧板的下部为弧面,方便清洁,而且接气管与弧形内表面相对,弧形内表面具有导向作用,引导接气管上的气体上升。
作为优选技术手段:所述的承接箱底板设有带向上翻边的接气管穿孔,所述的接气管穿过接气管穿孔进入承接箱,接气管的上端部高于承接箱底部,所述的接气管外周设有与承接箱底面相配的环形托座,所述的接气管、连接座、托座为一体式结构。接气管穿孔设有向上翻边,高起的翻边可以防止油液从接气管穿孔中漏出,接气管穿过接气管穿孔,且接气管高于承接箱底板,可以进一步防止油液流入接气管中;接气管也可对承接箱及灶台进行左右、前后的定位,接气管托座的顶面与承接箱底板相抵,对承接箱进行上下定位,从而全面定位承接箱。
作为优选技术手段:承接箱的底板及横板均设有用于导油的斜坡,斜坡形成下凹的导油区;漏油孔位于底板导油区的中间位置,接气管位于导油区的外侧。横板导油区的面积可以小于底板导油区,使得油液能顺利流入集油槽中。
作为优选技术手段:所述的第一通孔与承接箱横板导油区相对;第二通孔位于承接箱横板导油区内,并与承接箱底板导油区相对;所述的接气管位于承接箱底板导油区的外侧,并与第二通孔错位设置;所述的第一通孔、第二通孔错位设置;机头底部设有两个第一通孔气,两通气孔的间距大于或等于吸烟口的长度。接气管与第二通孔错位设置,可以防止油液滴入接气管中,避免造成接气管堵塞、污染箱体的情况发生。第一通孔与第二通孔的错位设置,位于机头中的油液的经第一通孔流入承接箱横板的导油区,再由第二通孔进入承接箱底板导油区中,逐层汇流,防止高度过大,造成油液下落速度过快,溅起的油液溢出、沾污周围环境的情况。
有益效果
机头内的油液可以通过第一通孔漏入机身的承接腔中,承接腔出来的气可以通过第一通孔进入机头中;实现机身与机头间的油、烟、气相通。
机身与机头独立设置,机身与机头各自安装,该安装方式,方便装配,且拆装维修方便;不必整机拆装。
机身、机头可分开包装、运输,降低体积,方便搬运。

本发明的最佳实施方式
以下结合说明书附图对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细说明。
如图1、2、3所示,本发明包括机身1、机头2,机身1设有燃气灶101及机身柜体102,燃气灶101设置在机身1上部;机头2包括侧吸烟箱201、位于侧吸烟箱201上方的上吸式烟机202;机头2底部开设与侧吸烟箱201内腔相通的第一通孔203,机身1的后侧上部设有向上开口的承接腔;承接腔与第一通孔203相对,以实现机身1与机头2间的油、烟、气相通;机身1与机头2模块化设置;机头2的背面设有用于挂接的连接部,机身1底部设有用于支撑的底脚4;机身1与机头2之间设有配合间隙,在固定机头2后,将机身1推入至承接腔与第一通孔203相对后完成机身1与机头2的配合安装。机身1与机头2各自安装,该安装方式,方便装配,机身1、机头2可分开包装、运输,降低体积,方便搬运。机头2内的油液可以通过第一通孔203漏入机身1的承接腔中,承接腔出来的气可以通过第一通孔203进入机头2中。机身1与机头2各自安装,该安装方式,方便装配,机身1、机头2可分开包装、运输,降低体积。
本发明的实施方式
为提高结构的稳定性,机身柜体102上方为灶台6,灶台6的后侧为设有承接腔的承接箱5;承接箱5的上端高于灶台6;灶台6的左右两侧板向后延伸至承接箱5的后端面;灶台6和承接箱5之间设有隔板以形成两个前后隔离的空腔。灶台6与承接箱5共用侧板,且两者之间有隔板相连,结构更为稳固;且隔板可以使灶台6的容纳腔与承接腔分隔,避免承接腔中的油液、气体等进入灶台6的容纳腔中。灶台6与承接箱5为整体式的结构,方便装配。
为方便机头2与机身1的对接,承接箱5的后侧板505的上端低于前侧板504上端;后侧板505的上端低于机头2的下端;前侧板504的上端高于机头2的下端;承接腔的宽度及长度大于机头2下部,使安装后的承接箱5前侧板504与机头2下部之间存在前后方向的间隙,承接箱5左右侧板与机头2下部之间存在左右方向的间隙。机身1向后推时,由于后侧板505低于机头2,所以机身1的后侧板505可以从前至后移过机头2,而机身1中的前侧板504挡在机头2的下端部前,完成上下的对接。机头2下端可以被前侧板504遮挡,提高整体性;高起的前侧板504也可以减少将火焰的热量吸入,提高加热效率;在烹饪过程产生的油烟大部分由吸烟口204进入,而小部分撞击侧吸烟箱201前板的油烟顺着侧吸烟箱201前板下行,经吸至机身1与机头2之间的配合间隙进入第一通孔203中,进一步减少厨房的油烟;当两第一通孔203之间的距离大于或等于位于吸烟口204的长度尺寸时,扩大了吸烟的范围,更有利于提高吸烟的效果。
为增加整体性,承接箱5向后外凸于机身柜体102;承接箱5前侧板504截面呈“丿”字型,承接箱504的前端与灶台6顶面相接;承接箱5的底板503与灶台6左右侧板的下端面相接;接气管3的上口与承接箱5前侧板504的弧形内表面相对。机头2下端可以被承接箱5前侧板504遮挡,提高整体性;承接箱5前侧板504的下部为弧面,方便清洁,而且接气管3与弧形内表面相对,弧形内表面具有导向作用,引导接气管3上的气体上升。如图4所示,为减少油液下落高度,承接腔的中部设有左右横向设置的横板502,横板502将承接腔分隔成上腔和下腔;横板502底部开设第二通孔501;承接箱5底板503设有漏油孔506,漏油孔506下方设导油管7,上腔的油通过第二通孔501落入下腔,下腔中的油经漏油孔506流出后,顺着导油管7进入位于机身1下部的集油盒8中。分成上腔与下腔,使得油落入的距离变短,防止油液溅起;且下腔可以暂存气体,使得从柜体102中气体快速抽离。
为增加集成灶的功能,机身柜体102中嵌入蒸箱和/或烤箱,横板502底部开设多个第二通孔501;下腔通过接气管3与机身柜体102中的蒸箱和/或烤箱相通,以将蒸箱和/或烤箱中的气体通过接气管3进入下腔,下腔中的气体通过第二通孔501进入上腔,并由第一通孔203吸入侧吸烟箱201中。本技术方案使得蒸箱、烤箱中的气体方便排出,且机身1、机头2之间不需要硬连接。
为提高连接的可靠性,承接箱5底板503设有带向上翻边的接气管3穿孔,接气管3穿过接气管3穿孔进入承接箱5,接气管3的上端部高于承接箱5底部,接气管3外周设有与承接箱5底面相配的环形托座304,接气管3、连接座303、托座304为一体式结构。接气管3穿孔设有向上翻边,高起的翻边可以防止油液从接气管3穿孔中漏出,接气管3穿过接气管3穿孔,且接气管3高于承接箱5底板503,可以进一步防止油液流入接气管3中;接气管3也可对承接箱5及灶台6进行左右、前后的定位,接气管3托座304的顶面与承接箱5底板503相抵,对承接箱5进行上下定位,从而全面定位承接箱5。
为提高油液导流的顺畅性,承接箱5的底板503及横板502均设有用于导油的斜坡,斜坡形成下凹的导油区;漏油孔506位于底板503导油区的中间位置,接气管3位于导油区的外侧。横板502导油区的面积可以小于底板503导油区,使得油液能顺利流入集油槽中。
为兼顾向上导气和向下导油;第一通孔203与承接箱5横板502导油区相对;第二通孔501位于承接箱5横板502导油区内,并与承接箱5底板503导油区相对;接气管3位于承接箱5底板503导油区的外侧,并与第二通孔501错位设置;第一通孔203、第二通孔501错位设置;机头2底部设有两个第一通孔气,两通气孔的间距大于或等于吸烟口204的长度。接气管3与第二通孔501错位设置,可以防止油液滴入接气管3中,避免造成接气管3堵塞、污染箱体的情况发生。第一通孔203与第二通孔501的错位设置,位于机头2中的油液的经第一通孔203流入承接箱5横板502的导油区,再由第二通孔501进入承接箱5底板503导油区中,逐层汇流,防止高度过大,造成油液下落速度过快,溅起的油液溢出、沾污周围环境的情况。
如图5所示,为了提高接气管3的结构紧凑性,接气管3呈“丿”字型,包括竖管301及斜管302;竖管301通过连接座303固接在机身柜体102的背面。接气管3结构紧凑,接气管3连接方便,且“丿”字型的接气管3,使得功能模块中的气体能够顺利进入侧吸烟箱201。
以上图1-5所示的一种模块化侧吸上排式集成灶是本发明的具体实施例,已经体现出本发明实质性特点和进步,可根据实际的使用需要,在本发明的启示下,对其进行形状、结构等方面的等同修改,均在本方案的保护范围之列。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种模块化侧吸上排式集成灶,包括机身(1)、机头(2),所述的机身(1)设有燃气灶(101)及机身柜体(102),所述燃气灶(101)设置在机身(1)上部;所述的机头(2)包括侧吸烟箱(201)、位于侧吸烟箱(201)上方的上吸式烟机(202);其特征在于:机头(2)底部开设与侧吸烟箱(201)内腔相通的第一通孔(203),所述的机身(1)的后侧上部设有向上开口的承接腔;承接腔与第一通孔(203)相对,以实现机身(1)与机头(2)间的油、烟、气相通;所述的机身(1)与机头(2)模块化设置;所述的机头(2)的背面设有用于挂接的连接部,机身(1)底部设有用于支撑的底脚(4);所述的机身(1)与机头(2)之间设有配合间隙,在固定机头(2)后,将机身(1)推入至承接腔与第一通孔(203)相对后完成机身(1)与机头(2)的配合安装。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种模块化侧吸上排式集成灶,其特征在于:机身柜体(102)上方为灶台(6),灶台(6)的后侧为设有所述承接腔的承接箱(5);所述的承接箱(5)的上端高于灶台(6);灶台(6)的左右两侧板向后延伸至承接箱(5)的后端面;灶台(6)和承接箱(5)之间设有隔板以形成两个前后隔离的空腔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种模块化侧吸上排式集成灶,其特征在于:所述的承接腔的中部设有左右横向设置的横板(502),横板(502)将承接腔分隔成上腔和下腔;横板(502)底部开设第二通孔(501);所述承接箱(5)底板(503)设有漏油孔(506),漏油孔(506)下方设导油管(7),上腔的油通过第二通孔(501)落入下腔,下腔中的油经漏油孔(506)流出后,顺着导油管(7)进入位于机身(1)下部的集油盒(8)中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种模块化侧吸上排式集成灶,其特征在于:所述的机身柜体(102)中嵌入蒸箱和/或烤箱,所述的横板(502)底部开设多个第二通孔(501);所述的下腔通过接气管(3)与机身柜体(102)中的蒸箱和/或烤箱相通,以将蒸箱和/或烤箱中的气体通过接气管(3)进入下腔,下腔中的气体通过第二通孔(501)进入上腔,并由第一通孔(203)吸入侧吸烟箱(201)中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种模块化侧吸上排式集成灶,其特征在于:所述的接气管(3)呈“丿”字型,包括竖管(301)及斜管(302);所述的竖管(301)通过连接座(303)固接在机身柜体(102)的背面。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种模块化侧吸上排式集成灶,其特征在于:所述的承接箱(5)的后侧板(505)的上端低于前侧板(504)上端;后侧板(505)的上端低于机头(2)的下端;前侧板(504)的上端高于机头(2)的下端;承接腔的宽度及长度大于机头(2)下部,使安装后的承接箱(5)前侧板(504)与机头(2)下部之间存在前后方向的间隙,承接箱(5)左右侧板与机头(2)下部之间存在左右方向的间隙。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种模块化侧吸上排式集成灶,其特征在于:所述的承接箱(5)向后外凸于机身柜体(102);所述的承接箱(5)前侧板(504)截面呈“丿”字型,所述承接箱(504)的前端与灶台(6)顶面相接;所述的承接箱(5)的底板(503)与灶台(6)左右侧板的下端面相接;所述的接气管(3)的上口与承接箱(5)前侧板(504)的弧形内表面相对。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种模块化侧吸上排式集成灶,其特征在于:所述的承接箱(5)底板(503)设有带向上翻边的接气管(3)穿孔,所述的接气管(3)穿过接气管(3)穿孔进入承接箱(5),接气管(3)的上端部高于承接箱(5)底部,所述的接气管(3)外周设有与承接箱(5)底面相配的环形托座(304),所述的接气管(3)、连接座(303)、托座(304)为一体式结构。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种模块化侧吸上排式集成灶,其特征在于:承接箱(5)的底板(503)及横板(502)均设有用于导油的斜坡,斜坡形成下凹的导油区;漏油孔(506)位于底板(503)导油区的中间位置,接气管(3)位于导油区的外侧。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种模块化侧吸上排式集成灶,其特征在于:所述的第一通孔(203)与承接箱(5)横板(502)导油区相对;第二通孔(501)位于承接箱(5)横板(502)导油区内,并与承接箱(5)底板(503)导油区相对;所述的接气管(3)位于承接箱(5)底板(503)导油区的外侧,并与第二通孔(501)错位设置;所述的第一通孔(203)、第二通孔(501)错位设置;机头(2)底部设有两个第一通孔气,两通气孔的间距大于或等于吸烟口(204)的长度。
