本申请要求在2020年11月26日提交中国专利局、申请号为202022806345.X的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及电加热产品技术领域,例如涉及一种电子烟。
电子烟是一种模仿卷烟的电子产品,通过雾化手段将烟油变成蒸汽后供用户吸食。电子烟的主体结构包括烟弹和与烟弹连接的烟杆,其中烟弹包括发热芯、油杯和烟道,烟杆内的电源组件为发热芯供电,油杯内盛装有烟油,烟道一端与发热电芯连接,另一端为烟嘴。使用时,油杯内的烟油流入发热芯,发热芯加热烟油并使其雾化形成烟雾,烟雾通过烟道流入烟嘴供用户吸食。相关技术中,一般是将油杯固定设置在烟弹的内部,油杯内的烟油耗尽后,将整个烟弹一起扔掉,更换新的烟弹以使该电子烟能够继续使用,此种结构的电子烟更换烟油的成本较高,且不环保。
发明内容
本申请提供一种电子烟,其便于更换油杯,且环保。
本申请采用以下技术方案:
提供一种电子烟,包括烟杆和烟弹,所述烟杆的一端设置有安装槽,所述烟弹可拆卸设置在所述安装槽内,所述烟弹包括油杯、烟道以及发热组件,所述烟杆内部设置有用于为所述发热组件供电的电源组件,所述油杯内部具有储存烟油的储油仓,所述油杯的第一端具有烟嘴,所述油杯的开口端为第二端,所述第二端封堵有封堵件,所述第一端和所述第二端相对,所述发热组件位于所述封堵件背对所述第一端的一侧,所述发热组件包括发热芯和安装座,所述发热芯安装在所述安装座的内部,所述油杯的内侧壁与所述安装座的外周通过第一卡扣组件可拆卸连接,所述烟道连通所述发热芯和所述烟嘴。

作为所述的电子烟的一种可选的技术方案,所述电源组件包括电池、主板和第二电路板,所述烟杆还包括框架、套设在所述框架外部的外壳以及设置在 所述外壳背离所述框架一侧的护板,所述框架内设置有用于安装所述电池的安装腔,所述第二电路板靠近所述框架的底部设置,所述第二电路板和所述电池通过柔性电路板与所述主板连接,所述第二电路板上设置有USB接口。
本申请的有益效果为:将油杯的内侧与安装座的外周通过第一卡扣组件可拆卸连接,当油杯的烟油耗尽后可将油杯从安装座上拆卸并更换上新的油杯,以使烟弹可以继续使用,此种结构烟油耗尽后不需要将整个烟弹一同扔掉,具有方便更换油杯和环保的特点。

如图1至图6所示,本申请提供一种电子烟,包括烟杆2和烟弹1,烟杆2的一端设置有安装槽,烟弹1可拆卸设置在安装槽内,烟弹1包括油杯11、烟道12以及发热组件,烟杆2内部设置有用于为发热组件供电的电源组件21。油杯11内部具有储存烟油的储油仓111,油杯11的第一端具有烟嘴112,油杯11的开口端为第二端,第二端封堵有封堵件18,第一端和第二端相对。发热组件位于封堵件18背对第一端的一侧,发热组件包括发热芯19和安装座13,发热芯19安装在安装座13的内部,油杯11的内侧壁与安装座13的外周通过第一卡扣组件16可拆卸连接,烟道12连通发热芯19和烟嘴112。具体地,封堵件18为硅胶件,封堵件18的作用在于对油杯11的开口端进行封堵,避免储油仓111内部的烟油渗漏到烟弹1的外部。具体地,安装座13与封堵件设18之间置座垫134,座垫134具有弹性缓冲的作用,保证安装座13与封堵件18紧贴。储油仓111通过烟油通道14与发热芯19连通,储油仓111内部的烟油从烟油通道14流到安装座13内部的发热芯19上,实现油杯11为发热芯19供油,发热芯19对烟油进行加热并使烟油雾化而形成烟雾,烟雾通过烟道12输送到位于第一端上的烟嘴112供用户吸食。本实施例中,将油杯11的内侧与安装座13的外周通过第一卡扣组件16可拆卸连接,当油杯11的烟油耗尽后可将油杯11从安装座13上拆卸并更换上新的油杯11,以使烟弹1可以继续使用,此种结构烟油耗尽后不需要将整个烟弹1一同扔掉,具有方便更换油杯11和环保的特点。
一实施例中,第一卡扣组件16包括第一卡扣凸起162和第一卡扣凹槽161,第一卡扣凸起162和第一卡扣凹槽161两者中的一个设置在油杯11的内侧壁,第一卡扣凸起162和第一卡扣凹槽161两者中的另一个设置在安装座13的外周。本实施例中,第一卡扣凹槽161设置油杯11的内侧壁上,第一卡扣凸起162设置在安装座13的外周。当然,在其他的实施例中,还可以通过第一卡扣凹槽161和第一卡扣凸起162的位置进行互换,即第一卡扣凸起162设置在油杯11的内侧壁上,第一卡扣凹槽161设置在安装座13的外周。通过第一卡扣凹槽161和 第一卡扣凸起162相互配合,实现油杯11与安装座13的可拆卸连接,在更换油杯11时,不需要任何的工具辅助。
具体地,安装座13包括相对设置的第一安装座131和第二安装座132,第二安装座132靠近封堵件18设置,第一安装座131位于背对封堵件18的一侧,第一安装座131具有第一凹槽1312,第一凹槽1312的底部具有对发热芯19进行加密的第一电路板17,第二安装座132具有用于容纳发热芯19的第二凹槽,烟杆2通过第一电路板17与发热芯19电连接,第二安装座132背对烟嘴112的一端插设到第一凹槽1312内,且第一安装座131的外侧壁与第二安装座132的内侧壁通过第二卡扣组件可拆卸连接。第一安装座131和第二安装座132的设置,将发热芯19围设在内部,对发热芯19进行防护。通过第二卡扣组件连接第一安装座131和第二安装座132,不需要其他螺钉组件即可将第一安装座131和第二安装座132的位置相对固定,方便将发热芯19组装在安装座13的内部。具体地,第一电路板17设置有加密芯片,通过第一电路板17上的加密芯片对发热芯19进行加密保护,烟弹1插入到烟杆2后,烟杆2会对烟弹进1行识别,防止烟弹1被仿造。
本实施例中,第二卡扣组件包括第二卡扣凸起1321和第二卡扣凹槽1311,第二卡扣凹槽1311设置在第一安装座131上,第二卡扣凸起1321设置在第二安装座132上。其中,第二卡扣凹槽1311贯穿第一凹槽1312的侧壁。在其他的实施中,还可以将第二卡扣凸起1321设置在第一安装座131上,第二卡扣凹槽1311行设置在第二安装座132上,此种结构的第二卡扣组件也可以实现第一安装座131和第二安装座132的可拆卸连接,便于组装。
本实施例中,烟弹1还包括开关组件15,开关组件15包括烟弹顶针151、烟杆顶针154和连接顶针153,烟杆顶针154安装在安装槽内并与电源组件21电连接,烟弹顶针151和连接顶针153分别位于第一电路板17的相对两侧,烟弹顶针151靠近发热芯19设置,且烟弹顶针151的两端分别与第一电路板17和发热芯19电连接,连接顶针153安装在第一电路板17背离发热芯19一侧,当烟弹1的第二端与安装槽插接时,连接顶针153与烟杆顶针154连接。可以理解的是,通过分别设置烟弹顶针151、烟杆顶针154和连接顶针153,使发热芯19通过第一电路板17与电源组件21连接,同时实现可以对发热组件的开关,使用方便且无需单独设置开关,简化结构。
其中,连接顶针153远离第一电路板17的一端对应烟杆顶针154设置有插接槽1531,插接槽1531的设置主要是用于定位烟杆顶针154的插接位置,便于快速将烟杆顶针154插接到位。
具体地,烟弹顶针151通过绝缘的固定架152安装在第一电路板17背离连 接顶针153的一侧,固定架152为烟弹顶针151提供固定和支撑的作用。
为了提高连接顶针153与烟杆顶针154的连接可靠性,安装槽的槽底内还设置用于吸附连接顶针153的磁铁155,烟杆顶针154的一端穿过磁铁155并凸出于磁铁155的表面。可以理解的,连接顶针153采用可被磁铁155吸附的金属制成,将烟弹1的第二端插入到安装槽内,烟杆顶针154的一端插设至连接顶针153的内部,通过磁铁155对连接顶针153进行吸附,保证连接顶针153与烟杆顶针154的紧密连接,防止烟弹1从烟杆2上脱落。
具体地,第二电路板213与第二安装座132之间具有腔体,第二凹槽位于腔体内,烟道12与腔体连通。第一电路板17和固定架152均为位于腔体内,腔体的设置主要是为烟雾提供缓冲的作用,发热芯19加热烟油而形成的烟雾可暂时缓冲在腔体内部,减缓烟雾从烟嘴112喷出的速度。
具体地,发热芯19对应第二凹槽的内侧壁设置有导热缓冲垫133。导热缓冲垫133为导热硅胶垫。导热缓冲垫133的设置可以保证发热芯19与烟弹顶针151抵紧,防止烟弹顶针151与发热芯19出现接触不良的现象。此外,利用导热缓冲垫133发热芯19片被第二凹槽的槽壁压坏。
具体地,烟弹1的第一端与烟弹1的第二端之间设置有定位环114,烟弹1的第一端或者烟弹1的第二端与安装槽插接时,安装槽的槽口端分别与定位环114相对应的一侧面抵接。本实施例中,当烟弹1的第一端与安装槽插接时,安装槽的槽口端与定位环114靠近第一端的一侧面抵接;当烟弹1的第二端与安装槽插接时,安装槽的槽口端与定位环114靠近第二端的一侧面抵接。通过设置定位环114,可对烟弹1进行轴向定位,以保证烟弹1插入安装槽中的长度,保证发热组件与电源组件21之间的连接良性,同时避免插入长度过大而对烟弹1的端部、安装槽的底部造成损坏。本实施例的定位环114与烟弹1一体成型。
一实施例中,烟弹1具有吸烟状态和消毒状态,当烟弹1的第二端与安装槽插接时,烟弹1能够使发热组件与电源组件21导通,烟弹1处于吸烟状态;当烟弹1的第一端与安装槽插接时,消毒装置28能够对烟嘴112消毒处理,烟弹1处于消毒状态。烟杆2远离安装槽的一端设置有容纳腔,电源组件21安装在容纳腔内。烟嘴112设于烟弹1的第一端的端面上,吸烟状态时,烟弹1的第二端与安装槽插接,吸烟组件与电源组件21导通,油杯11位于发热芯19的上方,储油仓111内的烟油通过烟油通道14流向发热芯19,被发热芯19加热并雾化形成烟雾,烟雾通过烟气通道流向烟嘴112。消毒状态时,烟弹1的第一端与安装槽插接,烟嘴112口与消毒装置28正对,启动消毒装置28对烟嘴112进行消毒。本实施例通过在安装槽的槽底设置消毒装置28,通过烟弹1的两端分别与安装槽插接实现电子烟的吸烟功能和消毒功能,具有操作简单和使用安 全性高的特点。
具体地,烟弹1的第一端设置有密封圈113,密封圈113位于烟弹1与安装槽之间。本实施例中,密封圈113环设于烟弹1的第一端的外壁上。消毒状态时,烟弹1的第一端插入安装槽,密封圈113与安装槽的内部抵接,以使烟弹1与安装槽之间实现密封和固定。
具体地,消毒装置28包括紫外线灯281,紫外线灯281与电源组件21电连接,紫外线灯281的启停通过动力传感器(图中未示出)控制。可以理解的是,紫外线具有较强杀菌能力,紫外线灯281能够发射出紫外线,其波长为200~300nm,本实施例可选波长为260nm。紫外线灯281的启停通过动力传感器控制,通过摇晃的方式控制消毒装置28的启停,提升用户体验。具体地,在烟弹1或烟杆2中安装动力传感器,动力传感器分别连接消毒装置28和电源组件21,通过甩动电子烟使动力传感器与电源组件21接通,进而启动消毒装置28。当然,紫外线灯281的开启还可以通过光敏传感器、加速度传感器或者振动传感器进行控制,通过光控和抖动等方式控制消毒装置28的启停。
具体地,消毒装置28还设置有时间继电器。通过设置时间继电器,当紫外线灯281开启工作设定时间后自动关闭,以节约电能。
具体地,消毒装置28还包括灯罩282,灯罩282安装于安装槽的槽底。本实施例中,灯罩282为透明材料制成,例如玻璃。安装槽的槽底设置有安装孔,安装孔连通安装槽和容纳腔。灯罩282安装在安装孔靠近安装槽的一侧,紫外线灯281安装在安装孔远离安装槽的一侧,紫外线灯281与容纳腔内的电源组件21电连接。灯罩282可对紫外线灯281进行保护,避免外部杂物进入。开启紫外线灯281,紫外线透过灯罩282进入安装槽,对位于安装槽内的烟嘴112进行杀菌。具体地,灯罩282与安装槽的槽壁之间设置有密封胶,以固定灯罩282。
本实施例中,电源组件21包括电池212、主板214和第二电路板213,烟杆2还包括框架25、套设在框架25外部的外壳24以及设置在外壳24背离框架25一侧的护板23,框架25内设置有用于安装电池212的安装腔,第二电路板213设置在靠近框架25的底部设置,第二电路板213和电池212通过柔性电路板211与主板214连接,第二电路板213上设置有USB接口。柔性电路板211的设置,便于烟杆2的连接布线。通过设置框架25增强烟杆2的整体结构强度,框架25、外壳24以及护板23共同对电源组件21提供防护的作用,增强烟杆2的抗撞击性。
具体地,护板23、外壳24和框架25通过连接螺钉连接,方便电源组件21的组装。当然,在其他的实施例中,护板23还可以通过粘胶剂与框架25连接。
进一步地,护板23的外表面设置有指示组件27,指示组件27用于指示电子烟的工作状态,例如消毒状态或吸烟状态。具体地,指示组件27包括指示灯,护板23对应指示灯设置有避让孔,通过避让孔可以观察到指示灯。指示灯可以为一个,通过变换不同的颜色为用户提供指示作用。指示灯还可以为两个或两个以上,不同的指示灯亮起代表电子烟不同的工作状态。
其中,框架25靠近安装槽的一端设置有气控开关22,气控开关22包括气控阀,固定架152具有通气道1521,气控阀通过通气道1521与烟嘴112连通。当抽吸烟嘴112时,气控开关22感应到烟道12内部的气压变化,而控制烟雾流出到烟嘴112。通气道1521靠近发热芯19的一端设置有网板1522,网板1522为钢网板。在烟嘴112出吸食烟雾时,通过网板1522可分散烟雾。
具体地,烟杆2还包括有检测组件,检测组件用于检测烟弹1在吸烟状态时,烟弹1在安装槽内是否插接到位,如果烟弹在安装槽内插接到位,则检测组件向用户发出信号。可选地,检测组件包括马达26,在吸烟状态下,烟弹在安装槽内插接到位时,马达26振动,提示用户烟弹1已正确插接在安装槽内。

- 一种电子烟,包括烟杆和烟弹,所述烟杆的一端设置有安装槽,所述烟弹可拆卸设置在所述安装槽内,所述烟弹包括油杯、烟道以及发热组件,所述烟杆内部设置有用于为所述发热组件供电的电源组件,所述油杯内部具有储存烟油的储油仓,所述油杯的第一端具有烟嘴,所述油杯的开口端为第二端,所述第二端封堵有封堵件,所述第一端和所述第二端相对,所述发热组件位于所述封堵件背对所述第一端的一侧,所述发热组件包括发热芯和安装座,所述发热芯安装在所述安装座的内部,所述油杯的内侧壁与所述安装座的外周通过第一卡扣组件可拆卸连接,所述烟道连通所述发热芯和所述烟嘴。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其中,所述第一卡扣组件包括第一卡扣凸起和第一卡扣凹槽,所述第一卡扣凸起和所述第一卡扣凹槽两者中的一个设置在所述油杯的内侧壁,所述第一卡扣凸起和所述第一卡扣凹槽两者中的另一个设置在所述安装座的外周。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其中,所述安装座包括相对设置的第一安装座和第二安装座,所述第二安装座靠近所述封堵件设置,所述第一安装座位于背对所述封堵件的一侧,所述第一安装座具有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽的底部具有对所述发热芯进行加密的第一电路板,所述第二安装座具有用于容纳所述发热芯的第二凹槽,所述烟杆通过所述第一电路板与所述发热芯电连接,所述第二安装座背对所述烟嘴的一端插设到所述第一凹槽内,且所述第一安装座的外侧壁与所述第二安装座的内侧壁通过第二卡扣组件可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其中,所述第二卡扣组件包括第二卡扣凸起和第二卡扣凹槽,所述第二卡扣凸起和所述第二卡扣凹槽两者中的一个设置在所述第一安装座上,所述第二卡扣凸起和所述第二卡扣凹槽两者中的另一个设置在所述第二安装座上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其中,所述烟弹还包括开关组件,所述开关组件包括烟弹顶针、烟杆顶针和连接顶针,所述烟杆顶针安装在所述安装槽内并与所述电源组件电连接,所述烟弹顶针和所述连接顶针分别位于所述第一电路板的相对两侧,所述烟弹顶针靠近所述发热芯设置,且所述烟弹顶针的两端分别与所述第一电路板和所述发热芯电连接,所述连接顶针安装在所述第一电路板背离所述发热芯一侧,当所述烟弹的所述第二端与所述安装槽插接时,所述连接顶针与所述烟杆顶针连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其中,所述安装槽的槽底内还设置用于吸附所述连接顶针的磁铁,所述烟杆顶针的一端穿过所述磁铁并凸出于所述磁铁的表面。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其中,所述发热芯对应所述第二凹槽的内侧壁设置有导热缓冲垫。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其中,所述烟弹具有吸烟状态和消毒状态,当所述烟弹的所述第二端与所述安装槽插接时,所述烟弹能够使所述发热组件与所述电源组件导通,所述烟弹处于所述吸烟状态;当所述烟弹的第一端与所述安装槽插接时,所述消毒装置能够对所述烟嘴口消毒处理,所述烟弹处于所述消毒状态。
- 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其中,所述消毒装置包括紫外线灯,所述紫外线灯与所述电源组件电连接,所述紫外线灯的启停通过动力传感器控制。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其中,所述电源组件包括电池、主板和第二电路板,所述烟杆还包括框架、套设在所述框架外部的外壳以及设置在所述外壳背离所述框架一侧的护板,所述框架内设置有用于安装所述电池的安装腔,所述第二电路板靠近所述框架的底部设置,所述第二电路板和所述电池通过柔性电路板与所述主板连接,所述第二电路板上设置有USB接口。
