一种终端设备 技术领域
本实用新型属于声电转换技术领域,尤其涉及一种终端设备。
背景技术
随着移动互联网时代的到来,智能移动设备的数量不断上升。目前,智能移动设备的功能极其多样,其中之一便是高品质的音乐功能,因此,用于播放声音的扬声器箱被大量应用到现在的智能移动设备之中,比如运用到手机等移动设备中。
相关技术中,当扬声器箱安装于诸如手机等智能终端设备时,由于扬声器箱的结构限制,导致扬声器箱与智能终端设备缺乏有效的定位及紧固方式,使得扬声器箱在终端设备整机中的应用存在局限性。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种扬声器箱及终端设备,旨在解决相关技术中的扬声器箱与智能终端设备缺乏有效的定位及紧固方式的问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种扬声器箱,包括框架以及固定于所述框架的扬声器箱,所述扬声器箱包括具有容置空间的壳体以及收容于所述容置空间内的发声单体,所述框架包括与所述扬声器箱固定的连接面,所述壳体为金属壳体,所述壳体的侧壁与所述连接面相互扣合固定。
进一步地,所述壳体的侧壁设有第一凸台,所述连接面上开设有与所述第一凸台适配的第一凹槽,所述第一凸台和所述第一凹槽相互扣合。
进一步地,所述第一凸台包括与所述连接面正对的顶面以及连接所述顶面和所述壳体的侧壁的第一导向面,所述第一凹槽包括与所述第一凸台正对的底面以及连接所述底面和所述连接面的第二导向面,所述第一导向面和所述第二导向面相互抵顶配合。
进一步地,所述第一导向面和所述第二导向面为斜面或弧面。
进一步地,所述连接面上设有第二凸台,所述壳体的侧壁上开设有与所述第二凸台适配的第二凹槽,所述第二凸台和所述第二凹槽相互扣合。
进一步地,所述框架对应所述壳体侧面的位置设置有至少一个定位块,所述连接面设置在所述定位块上。
进一步地,所述壳体的相邻两个侧面分别设置有所述定位块。
进一步地,所述壳体包括底板以及盖合于所述底板上的顶壳,所述底板和所述顶壳均为金属材质,所述底板和所述顶壳合围形成所述容置空间,所述顶壳的侧壁开设有连通所述容置空间的通孔。
进一步地,所述扬声器箱还包括部分收容于所述容置空间内且外露于所述通孔的机壳,所述机壳对应于所述通孔的位置开设有出声孔。
有益效果
本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型的终端设备在装配扬声器箱时,壳体的侧壁可以与终端设备框架上的连接面相互扣合固定,从而使得扬声器箱与终端设备框架之间实现稳定可靠的定位和紧固,降低了扬声器箱在终端设备整机中应用的局限性。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。
实施例:
请参阅图1和图2,是本实用新型提供的一种终端设备,包括框架200以及固定于框架200的扬声器箱100,请一同参阅图4,扬声器箱100包括具有容置空间4的壳体1以及收容于容置空间4内的发声单体,框架200包括与扬声器箱100固定的连接面51,壳体1为金属壳体1,壳体1的侧壁与连接面51相互扣合固定。
本实用新型的终端设备在装配扬声器箱100时,壳体1的侧壁可以与终端设备框架200上的连接面51相互扣合固定,从而使得扬声器箱100与终端设备框架200之间实现稳定可靠的定位和紧固,降低了扬声器箱100在终端设备整机中应用的局限性。
于本实用新型的其中一种可能的实施方式中,如图3至图5所示,壳体1的侧壁设有第一凸台60,连接面51上开设有与第一凸台60适配的第一凹槽70,第一凸台60和第一凹槽70相互扣合。具体地,第一凸台60包括与连接面51正对的顶面61以及连接顶面61和壳体1的侧壁的第一导向面62,第一凹槽70包括与第一凸台60正对的底面71以及连接底面71和连接面51的第二导向面72,在第一凸台60和第一凹槽70扣合时,第一导向面62先与第二导向面72相互抵顶配合,从而能够起导向作用,实现顺畅的扣合连接。
可选的,第一导向面62可以是斜面或者弧面,第二导向面72则是与第一导向面62相适配的斜面或弧面,当然,第一导向面62和第二导向面72也可为除斜面和弧面以外的其他结构,只要能够保证实现顺畅的扣合连接即可,本实施例对第一导向面62和第二导向面72的具体结构不做限制。
于本实用新型的另一种可能的实施方式中,如图6和图7所示,连接面51上设有第二凸台90,壳体1的侧壁上开设有与第二凸台90适配的第二凹槽80,第二凸台90和第二凹槽80相互扣合。第二凸台90和第二凹槽80的表面均为圆弧面,这样设置可以避免尖锐结构损坏第二凸台90或第二凹槽80。
本实施例中,框架200对应壳体1侧面的位置设置有至少一个定位块5,连接面51设置在定位块5上。具体地,壳体1的相邻两个侧面分别设置有定位块5,从而能够在两个不同方向实现壳体1和定位块5的扣合连接,使得扬声器箱100与终端设备的连接更加稳固。在其他可能的实施方式中,可以在壳体1的各个侧面都设置一个定位块5,还可以在壳体1的一个侧面上设置多个第一凸台60或第二凹槽80,具体可根据实际情况调整。
进一步地,如图2和图4所示,壳体1包括底板11以及盖合于底板11上的顶壳12,底板11和顶壳12合围形成容置空间4,顶壳12的侧壁开设有将容置空间4与外界连通的通孔121。底板11和顶壳12均由金属材料制成,底板11和顶壳12的连接方式可以为焊接,也可以通过螺丝等紧固件固定连接。
另外,本实施例的扬声器箱100还包括部分收容于容置空间4内且外露于通孔121的机壳2,机壳2对应于通孔121的位置开设有出声孔21。
综上所述,本实用新型的终端设备在装配扬声器箱100时,壳体1的侧壁可以与终端设备框架200上的连接面51相互扣合固定,从而使得扬声器箱100与终端设备框架200之间实现稳定可靠的定位和紧固,降低了扬声器箱100在终端设备整机中应用的局限性。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种终端设备,包括框架以及固定于所述框架的扬声器箱,所述扬声器箱包括具有容置空间的壳体以及收容于所述容置空间内的发声单体,其特征在于,所述框架包括与所述扬声器箱固定的连接面,所述壳体为金属壳体,所述壳体的侧壁与所述连接面相互扣合固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其特征在于:所述壳体的侧壁设有第一凸台,所述连接面上开设有与所述第一凸台适配的第一凹槽,所述第一凸台和所述第一凹槽相互扣合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的终端设备,其特征在于:所述第一凸台包括与所述连接面正对的顶面以及连接所述顶面和所述壳体的侧壁的第一导向面,所述第一凹槽包括与所述第一凸台正对的底面以及连接所述底面和所述连接面的第二导向面,所述第一导向面和所述第二导向面相互抵顶配合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的终端设备,其特征在于:所述第一导向面和所述第二导向面为斜面或弧面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述连接面上设有第二凸台,所述壳体的侧壁上开设有与所述第二凸台适配的第二凹槽,所述第二凸台和所述第二凹槽相互扣合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述框架对应所述壳体侧面的位置设置有至少一个定位块,所述连接面设置在所述定位块上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述壳体的相邻两个侧面分别设置有所述定位块。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述壳体包括底板以及盖合于所述底板上的顶壳,所述底板和所述顶壳均为金属材质,所述底板和所述顶壳合围形成所述容置空间,所述顶壳的侧壁开设有连通所述容置空间的通孔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述扬声器箱还包括部分收容于所述容置空间内且外露于所述通孔的机壳,所述机壳对应于所述通孔的位置开设有出声孔。
