Definitions
- the invention relates to a medical waste treatment device, in particular to a mobile medical waste incineration treatment vehicle.
- Medical waste refers to wastes with direct or indirect infectivity, toxicity and other hazards produced by various medical and health institutions in medical treatment, prevention, health care, teaching, scientific research and other related activities. Medical waste contains a large number of infectious pathogenic microorganisms, germs, viruses, and has the characteristics of space infection, acute infection, latent infection, etc. The harmfulness of the microorganisms contained in it is dozens, hundreds or even thousands of times that of ordinary domestic garbage. If handled improperly, it will become a source of nosocomial infection and social and environmental pollution, and even more serious, it can become the source of disease epidemics.
- the organic matter in medical waste not only breeds mosquitoes and flies, but also releases odorous gases such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide when it is decomposed, polluting the environment and endangering human health.
- the cross-infection caused by medical waste accounts for 20% of the social cross-infection rate.
- Medical wastes that are not effectively treated or piled up in the open will release a large amount of harmful gases such as ammonia and sulfide, which will seriously pollute the atmosphere.
- Pathogens, heavy metals and organic pollutants carried by medical waste will cause serious pollution to surface water and groundwater through the action of rainwater and leachate produced by biological hydrolysis.
- the heavy metals in the leachate enter the soil under the action of leaching and scouring by rainfall, resulting in the accumulation and pollution of heavy metals in the soil.
- the infectious medical waste generated by many medical institutions is not sterilized or simply sterilized and then stacked with domestic waste.
- the old-fashioned small incineration facilities in most of the existing hospitals are installed in fixed buildings, and have a single structure and function, and the volume is relatively small. Big and can't move. Medical waste needs to be transported from the hospital by land to a remote centralized disposal center before it can be incinerated and disposed of, resulting in the accumulation of medical waste in the hospital for a long time, which not only causes pollution to groundwater, surface water and the surrounding environment, but also affects the health of hospital personnel and sanitation workers. It poses a great threat to health.
- some existing old-fashioned small medical waste incineration facilities have a single structure and function, and the incineration of medical waste is incomplete. There is no exhaust gas purification device or effective treatment of the exhaust gas, and the environmental pollution is relatively serious.
- the present invention proposes a mobile medical waste incineration treatment vehicle, including a movable trolley, a box body is arranged on the trolley, and an incineration device and flue gas are arranged inside the box body
- a crusher, a liquefied gas combustion-supporting device, and a combustion-supporting fan are also set at the entrance of the incinerator.
- the medical waste is sent to the crusher for crushing treatment, and then enters the incinerator for combustion.
- the combustion-supporting fan continuously sends air into the inside of the incinerator.
- the flue gas generated by the incinerator enters the flue gas treatment device through the flue and is discharged through the chimney; the ash produced after combustion is discharged downward through the slag outlet at the bottom of the incinerator.
- the smoke and dust of the flue gas treatment device pass through the bag filter, the dust collecting bin, the dust collector in sequence, and finally discharge through the ash discharge port. In this way, the environmental friendly incineration treatment of medical waste can be realized in a movable way.
