  • Moulds For Moulding Plastics Or The Like (AREA)

Abstract

Machine de moulage par extrusion-soufflage et procédé d'utilisation de la machine de moulage par extrusion-soufflage pour traiter un produit, se rapportant au domaine technique du traitement de matière plastique. L'invention résout le problème selon lequel des machines de moulage par soufflage existantes ne sont pas appropriées pour certains modèles de produits de traitement de moulage par extrusion-soufflage. La présente machine de moulage par extrusion-soufflage comprend une crémaillère et deux groupes de dispositifs d'ouverture et de fermeture de moule par extrusion-soufflage. Un ensemble de moules par extrusion-soufflage est monté sur chaque groupe de dispositifs d'ouverture et de fermeture de moule par extrusion-soufflage, et les dispositifs d'ouverture et de fermeture de moule par extrusion-soufflage sont reliés à la crémaillère au moyen d'un second ensemble de guidage linéaire. Lorsqu'un ensemble de moules par extrusion-soufflage est dans un état ouvert, l'autre ensemble de moules par extrusion-soufflage est dans un état fermé, et un groupe de dispositifs d'ouverture et de fermeture de moule par extrusion-soufflage se déplace le long de la direction du second ensemble de guidage linéaire par rapport à l'autre groupe de dispositifs d'ouverture et de fermeture de moule par extrusion-soufflage : le moule par extrusion-soufflage qui est dans l'état fermé peut passer à travers deux demi-moules dans le moule par extrusion-soufflage qui est dans l'état ouvert.
