Description
本发明涉及一种试剂盒用喷嘴。
试剂盒是实验室常见的实验用品,用于反应试剂的保存。对于液体试剂而言,试剂盒设置有出液口将其从试剂盒内的储液槽中放出。试剂盒的出液口通常连通一个管状结构并设置喷嘴以便控制出液,喷嘴应当保证使用时正常出液,同时还要利于封堵并足够坚固,防止试剂盒在运输中被损坏而造成其内部的反应试剂泄漏。
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、可避免液体挂滴且不易损坏的试剂盒用喷嘴。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种试剂盒用喷嘴,其包括环形套管、设置在环形套管一端的端板、设置在端板中心的喷嘴管以及设置在喷嘴管端部的锥形喷口,所述端板上还设置有环绕在喷嘴管外周的环形档边,所述喷嘴管与锥形喷口内设置有与环形套管内部连通的液体通道,所述喷嘴管与环形档边之间围合形成环形沟槽。
其中,所述环形套管的内设置有环形卡扣槽。
其中,所述环形套管的开口端设置有锥形导向面。
其中,所述喷嘴管为锥台形或圆柱形。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的锥形喷口处为锥面设计,防止液体挂滴。喷嘴管外侧有环形档边和环形沟槽,防止细长喷嘴管被外力破坏,沟槽还可以在安装密封盖时,卡住密封盖,使密封盖不易脱落。本发明安装方便,喷液效果好。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。
如图1和图2所示,一种试剂盒用喷嘴,其包括环形套管1、设置在环形套管1一端的端板2、设置在端板2中心的喷嘴管3以及设置在喷嘴管3端部的锥形喷口4,所述端板2上还设置有环绕在喷嘴管3外周的环形档边5,所述喷嘴管3与锥形喷口4内设置有与环形套管1内部连通的液体通道6,所述喷嘴管3与环形档边5之间围合形成环形沟槽7。
喷嘴的锥形喷口处为锥面设计,防止液体挂滴。所述喷嘴管3为锥台形或圆柱形,喷嘴管外侧有环形档边和环形沟槽,防止细长喷嘴管被外力破坏,沟槽还可以在安装密封盖时,卡住密封盖,使密封盖不易脱落。
所述环形套管1的内设置有环形卡扣槽8。喷嘴与试剂盒喷管安装处的卡扣相配合,喷管插入环形套管内,安装方便直接,不易脱落。液体试剂经试剂盒的出液口和喷管后,由喷嘴内的液体通道喷出。
所述环形套管1的开口端设置有锥形导向面9。锥形导向面利于与试剂盒的喷管的相适配,利于插装。

- 一种试剂盒用喷嘴,其特征在于,其包括环形套管(1)、设置在环形套管(1)一端的端板(2)、设置在端板(2)中心的喷嘴管(3)以及设置在喷嘴管(3)端部的锥形喷口(4),所述端板(2)上还设置有环绕在喷嘴管(3)外周的环形档边(5),所述喷嘴管(3)与锥形喷口(4)内设置有与环形套管(1)内部连通的液体通道(6),所述喷嘴管(3)与环形档边(5)之间围合形成环形沟槽(7)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种试剂盒用喷嘴,其特征在于,所述环形套管(1)的内设置有环形卡扣槽(8)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种试剂盒用喷嘴,其特征在于,所述环形套管(1)的开口端设置有锥形导向面(9)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种试剂盒用喷嘴,其特征在于,所述喷嘴管(3)为锥台形或圆柱形。
