背景技术

为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
需说明的是,当部件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个部件,它可以直接在另一个部件上或者间接在该另一个部件上。当一个部件被称为是“连接于”另一个部件,它可以是直接或者间接连接至该另一个部件上。术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语的具体含义。术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于便于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明技术特征的数量。“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
请参照图1至图5,现对本申请提供的牙刷进行示例性说明。牙刷包括手柄10、刷头20、连接结构30和弹性结构40。
刷头20和手柄10上下设置,刷头20和手柄10之间通过连接结构30连接,并通过连接结构30实现相对转动。弹性结构40用于在刷头20和手柄10转动时发生弹性形变并在外力消失后驱使刷头20复位。弹性结构40发生弹性形变是指弹性结构40在受到外力作用时,结构内部各点间相对位置发生改变,而使整体结构外形改变,并具有在当外力撤消后恢复原状的能力。
为便于描述,将牙刷呈立式放置。手柄10的长边呈上下延伸状态。
刷头20位于手柄10的上方,并具有用于刷扫牙齿的刷毛。
连接结构30包括同轴设置并能够相对转动的第一转盘31和第二转盘 32,第一转盘31与刷头20固定连接而第二转盘 32与手柄10固定连接,或第二转盘 32与刷头20固定连接而第一转盘31与手柄10固定连接,第一转盘31和第二转盘 32的转动轴线垂直于手柄10的延伸方向。图示结构中,第一转盘31与刷头20固定连接而第二转盘 32与手柄10固定连接。
第一转盘31和第二转盘 32相对转动而实现刷头20和手柄10的相对转动。转动轴线垂直于手柄10的延伸方向,手柄10延伸方向为上下方向,则转动轴线在水平面上延伸。刷头20向手柄10方向转动而使刷毛从位于手柄10正上方的初始位置向下向外方向偏转而远离初始位置。弹性结构40在刷毛受到外力作用而偏离初始位置时发生弹性形变,并在外力消失后驱使刷头20反向转动而使梳毛回复至初始位置。
结合刷牙操作,在刷牙时,牙刷大体呈水平放置,刷头20横向(牙刷的长度方向平行于牙齿排列方向)伸入口腔内,并沿纵向刷扫上下排牙齿。需要说明的是,刷牙时对牙齿的作用力,可表现为牙齿受到刷毛的静压力和刷毛与牙齿之间相对移动的推力。
在施压过大的情况下,刷头20绕转动轴线转动,弹性件发生弹性形变,而抵消部分作用力对牙齿的影响,使得牙齿实际受到的压力有所降低。
附图1给出转动轴线与刷毛的延伸方向平行的情况。转动轴线平行于刷毛的延伸方向时,刷头20沿图中M所示方向转动。假设牙刷以固定的推力从中间交替向上排牙齿和下排牙齿方向刷扫,刷头20向相反的方向转动:牙刷向上排牙齿的方向刷扫时,刷头20朝下排牙齿方向转动,相应的,牙刷向下排牙齿的方向刷扫时,刷头20朝上排牙齿方向转动。弹性件发生弹性形变而抵消该部分推力,使得牙齿受到的实际压力有所降低,达到保护牙齿的作用。需要另外说明的是,由于弹性件的形变量与摩擦力成线性关系,使得牙刷在刷扫上下排牙齿时,牙齿受到的实际压力从牙冠到牙龈的方向递减,牙龈处受到的压力最小,从而进一步起到保护牙龈的效果。
在转动轴线与刷毛延伸方向垂直的情况下,刷牙时,刷毛朝向牙齿并抵压牙齿,在静压力过大的情况下刷头20向背离牙齿的方向转动,弹性件发生弹性形变而抵消部分压力,使得牙齿受到的实际静压力有所减小,从而达到保护牙齿的效果。
由上分析,本实施例提供的牙刷,能够起到保护牙齿的效果。
弹性结构40包括第一弹性件41和第二弹性件42,第一弹性件41/第二弹性件42一端连接或抵接第一转盘31而另一端与第二转盘 32连接,或第一弹性件41/第二弹性件42一端连接第一转盘31而另一端与第二转盘 32连接或抵接。为便于描述,将第一弹性件41与第二转盘32的连接端定义为第一固定端A,而将另一端定义为活动端B。将第二弹性件42与第二转盘32 连接端定义为第二固定端,而另一端定义为第二活动端。第一固定端A和第二固定端均偏离转动轴线。
在第一转盘31受到正转外力而相对于第二转盘 32正向转动时,第一弹性件41和第二弹性件42中至少第一弹性件41发生弹性形变,并形成使第一转盘31具有相对于第二转盘 32反向转动的趋势的第一弹性复位力,其中,第一弹性恢复力在第一转盘31受到的正转外力撤销时驱动第一转盘31反向转动复位。
在第一转盘31受到反向外力而相对于第二转盘 32反向转动时,第一弹性件41和第二弹性件42中至少第二弹性件42发生弹性形变,并形成使第一转盘31具有相对于第二转盘 32正向转动的趋势的第二弹性复位力,其中,第二弹性恢复力在第一转盘31受到的反转外力撤销时驱动第一转盘31正向转动复位。
第一弹性件41和第二弹性件42的设置使得第一转盘31和第二转盘 32无论正向转动还是反向转动均能够在外力消失后回复至初始位置。结合前述,在转动轴线与刷毛的延伸方向平行时,牙刷交替向上下排牙齿刷扫的过程中,均能起到保护上下排牙齿的效果。
第一弹性件41和第二弹性件42可以为条状弹性件、扭簧等两端在受力情况下能够发生弹性弯曲的结构件,或者如螺旋弹簧等两端在受力情况下被弹性拉伸或弹性压缩的结构件。
需要说明的是,本实施例中,第一固定端A、第二固定端与第二转盘 32的连接,以及第一活动端B、第二活动端与第一转盘31的连接可以为固定连接或转动连接。
请结合图5,图中示出第一弹性件41和第二弹性件42为条状结构的情况。假设第二转盘 32固定而第一转盘31转动。转动轴线在转动面上显示为中心点C,第一弹性件41具有第一固定端A和第一活动端B,第一固定端A与第二转盘 32连接,第一活动端B与第一转盘31连接或抵接,第一转盘31绕中心点C并沿逆时针方向(视图中M方向)转动时,第一活动端B受到作用力F,并在该作用力F的作用下绕中心点C从位置移动至位置。由于第一固定端A偏离旋转轴线,即第一固定端A和中心点C不重合。ABC之间呈三角形。在B点从位置移动至位置时,第一弹性件41发生弹性形变并在外力消失后,第一弹性件41在弹性恢复力下从位置回复至位置而驱使第一转盘31旋转复位。
第二弹性件42和第一弹性件41对称设置。第一转盘31绕中心点C并沿逆时针方向转动时,第二弹性件42发生弹性弯曲并在外力消失后驱使第一转盘31反向旋转复位。第二弹性件42和第一弹性件41对称设置使得第一弹性件41和第二弹性件42在第一转盘31与第二转盘 32之间正向转动和反向转动两种情况下具有同等的弹性形变量。结合前述,在转动轴线与刷毛的延伸方向平行时,牙刷交替向上下排牙齿刷扫的过程中,同样的刷扫力度的情况下,上下排牙齿具有基本相同的受力情况和清扫效果,以利于提高刷牙舒适度。
图5所示结构中,第一固定端A和第二固定端重合,以简化结构。在其它实施例中,第一固定端A和第二固定端也可以不重合。
请参照图5,第一弹性件41和第二弹性件42为细长的条状结构,且其延伸路径为曲线时,第一弹性件41和第二弹性件42能够被进一步弯曲或被延展,在这两种情况下均能够在自身弹性恢复力作用下回复原状。在该情况下,第一活动端B、第二活动端与第一转盘31之间可以为活动连接、固定连接或抵接。
而如果第一弹性件41和第二弹性件42为细长的杆状,而其延伸路径为直线的情况下,第一弹性件41和第二弹性件42只能被弹性弯曲而难以被延展。结合附图5,假设第一弹性件41初始时第一活动端B位于1位置,而第一弹性件41为直线,由于2位置与第一固定端A的直线距离大于1位置与第一固定端A的直线距离,则第一活动端B难以移动至2位置的位置。如果第一活动端B与第一转盘31之间为固定连接或转动连接的关系,则第一转盘31受到第一弹性件41长度的限制而不能绕逆时针转动。而如果第一活动端B与第一转盘31之间为抵接关系,第二活动端只在第一转盘31顺时针方向转动的时候发生弹性形变,而在第一转盘31逆时针转动时与第二活动端分离。此时,第一弹性件41实现第一转盘31顺时针转动后的复位而第二弹性件42实现对第一转盘31逆时针转动后的复位。
由上,第一弹性件41和第二弹性件42为条状结构,其延伸路径可以为直线或曲线。第一活动端B、第二活动端与第二转盘 32之间的关系优选为抵接,以降低结构生产加工难度。
需要说明的是,第一活动端B、第二活动端均与第一转盘31抵接时,第一活动端B、第二活动端的转动路径限制为绕中心点C转动。该技术效果通过以下方式实现:
请参照图2和图3,第一转盘31设有第一凸柱311和第二凸柱312,第一凸柱311和第二凸柱312分别抵接第一活动端B和第二活动端。
第一弹性件41和第二弹性件42分别与第一凸柱311和第二凸柱312抵接,在第一转盘31顺时针转动时,第一凸柱311抵压第一弹性件41而使第一弹性件41发生弹性形变。在第二转盘 32逆时针转动时,第二凸柱312抵压第二弹性件42而使第二弹性件42发生弹性形变。
在本申请另一实施例中,请参照图4,第一弹性件41和第二弹性件42均为杆状结构并一体设置,第一弹性件41和第二弹性件42的连接处为第一固定端A/第二固定端。第一固定端A和第二固定端重合而使第二转盘32仅需要设置一个固定结构,从而有利于简化结构。
在本申请另一实施例中,请参照图3和图4,第二转盘32设有卡块321,卡块321具有卡槽。第一弹性件41和第二弹性件42连接并于连接处与卡槽卡接。第一弹性件41和第二弹性件42作为一个整体,整体大致呈U形,而在第一固定端A处与卡槽卡合连接。卡槽限制弹性结构40在水平面的移动,包括左右方向和前后方向的移动。该设置有利于简化结构、便利操作。
请参照图2,第一凸柱311和第二凸柱312圆柱状。在其它实施例中,第一凸柱311和第二凸柱312也可以为圆台状或其它形状,在此不作限定。
请参照图3,第一弹性件41和第二弹性件42的自由端位于第一凸柱311和第二凸柱312之间。在其它实施例中,第一弹性件41和第二弹性件42的自由端也可以位于第一凸柱311和第二凸柱312的外侧。
请一并参照图4,第一弹性件41具有弧心朝向转动轴线的第一弧形段411和弧心朝向所述第一凸柱311的第二弧形段412(第一活动端B)。第一弹性件41和第二弹性件42对称,第一凸柱311、第二凸柱312和卡块321的卡槽共同将弹性结构40卡设于内,第一弧形段411和第二弧形段412的设置,有利于提高弹性结构40整体与第一转盘31和第二转盘 32的连接紧固性。
在本申请另一实施例中,请参照图2,第二转盘 32朝向第一转盘31的表面设有转筒322,第一转盘31套设于转筒322并绕转筒322转动;
连接结构30还包括扣合件33,扣合件33与第二转盘 32扣合连接而将第一转盘31夹设于内,扣合件33和/或第二转盘 32开设有避让第一转盘31与刷头20连接的避让孔301。
第二转盘 32和扣合件33扣合连接,而形成容置第一转盘31的容置腔。第一转盘31置于该容置腔且套设于转筒322的外侧。转筒322的中心轴线即为转动轴线。刷头20通过连接件或刷头20本身穿过避让孔301与第一转盘31连接。避让孔301限制刷头20和手柄10的最大转动角度。
请参照图2和图3,扣合件33和/或第二转盘 32开设有连通容置腔的排水孔302。在使用时,外界的水可能通过避让孔301进入容置腔。图示结构中,排水孔302有两个并分列手柄10的两侧。排水孔302的设置使得容置腔内的水能够及时排出。
在本申请另一实施例中,牙刷还包括用于检测刷头20压力的感应结构。感应结构感测刷头20受到的压力,在感测到的压力大于设定阀值时通过可见光或声音的方式发出警号信号,以提醒使用者适当降低对牙刷所施压的压力。
以上所述仅为本申请的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本申请,凡在本申请的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换或改进等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种牙刷,其特征在于,包括:
    手柄,呈竖立放置而其长边呈上下延伸状态;
    刷头,具有用于刷扫牙齿的刷毛;
    连接结构,包括同轴设置并能够相对转动的第一转盘和第二转盘,所述第一转盘与所述刷头/所述手柄连接而所述第二转盘与所述手柄/所述刷头连接,所述第一转盘和所述第二转盘的转动轴线垂直于所述手柄的延伸方向;
    弹性结构包括第一弹性件和第二弹性件,所述第一弹性件/所述第二弹性件一端与所述第一转盘连接或抵接而另一端与所述第二转盘连接,或,所述第一弹性件/所述第二弹性件一端与所述第一转盘连接而另一端与所述第二转盘连接或抵接;
    在所述第一转盘受到外力而相对所述第二转盘转动时,所述第一弹性件和/或所述第二弹性件发生弹性形变以形成在所述外力撤销后驱使所述第一转盘反向转动复位的弹性恢复力。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的牙刷,其特征在于,所述转动轴线垂直或平行于所述刷毛的延伸方向。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的牙刷,其特征在于,所述第一弹性件和所述第二弹性件为条状结构,其延伸路径可以为直线或曲线。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的牙刷,其特征在于,所述第二弹性件和所述第一弹性件对称设置。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的牙刷,其特征在于,所述第一弹性件和所述第二弹性件均为条状结构并一体设置,所述第一弹性件和所述第二弹性件于连接处与所述第一转盘连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的牙刷,其特征在于,所述第二转盘设有具有卡槽的卡块;所述第一弹性件和所述第二弹性件于连接处与所述卡槽卡接。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的牙刷,其特征在于,所述第一转盘设有第一凸柱和第二凸柱,所述第一凸柱和所述第二凸柱分别抵接所述第一弹性件和所述第二弹性件。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的牙刷,其特征在于,所述第一弹性件和所述第二弹性件的自由端位于所述第一凸柱和所述第二凸柱之间。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的牙刷,其特征在于,所述第一凸柱和所述第二凸柱圆柱状。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的牙刷,其特征在于,所述第一弹性件和所述第二弹性件均为条状,所述第一弹性件具有弧心朝向所述转动轴线的第一弧形段和朝向所述第一凸柱的第二弧形段。
  11. 如权利要求2所述的牙刷,其特征在于,所述第一弹性件和所述第二弹性件为螺旋弹簧或扭簧。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的牙刷,其特征在于,所述第二转盘朝向所述第一转盘的表面设有转筒,所述第一转盘套设于所述转筒并绕所述转筒转动;
    所述连接结构还包括扣合件,所述扣合件与所述第二转盘扣合连接而形成容置所述第一转盘的容置腔,所述扣合件和/或所述第二转盘开设有避让所述第一转盘与所述刷头连接的避让孔。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的牙刷,其特征在于,所述扣合件和/或所述第二转盘开设有连通所述容置腔的排水孔。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的牙刷,其特征在于,所述排水孔有两个并分列所述手柄的两侧。
  15. 如权利要求1至14任一所述的牙刷,其特征在于,所述牙刷还包括用于检测所述刷头压力的感应结构。
