- FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of the connection between the elastic structure and the connection structure in the embodiment of the application;
- FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of an elastic structure in an embodiment of the application.
- FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of mechanical analysis of the first elastic member when the brush head rotates in the embodiment of the present application.
- the toothbrush includes a handle 10 , a brush head 20 , a connecting structure 30 and an elastic structure 40 .
- the brush head 20 and the handle 10 are arranged up and down, the brush head 20 and the handle 10 are connected by a connection structure 30 , and the connection structure 30 realizes relative rotation.
- the elastic structure 40 is used for elastic deformation when the brush head 20 and the handle 10 are rotated, and drives the brush head 20 to return after the external force disappears.
- the elastic deformation of the elastic structure 40 means that when the elastic structure 40 is subjected to an external force, the relative positions of the points inside the structure change, which changes the overall structure and has the ability to restore the original shape when the external force is removed.
- the toothbrush is placed in an upright position.
- the long side of the handle 10 is in a state of extending up and down.
- the brush head 20 is located above the handle 10 and has bristles for brushing the teeth.
- the connecting structure 30 includes a first turntable 31 and a second turntable 32 that are coaxially arranged and can rotate relative to each other.
- the first turntable 31 is fixedly connected to the brush head 20 and the second turntable 32 is fixedly connected to the handle 10, or the second turntable 32 is fixedly connected to the brush head 20.
- the head 20 is fixedly connected and the first turntable 31 is fixedly connected with the handle 10 .
- the rotation axes of the first turntable 31 and the second turntable 32 are perpendicular to the extending direction of the handle 10 .
- the first turntable 31 is fixedly connected to the brush head 20 and the second turntable 32 is fixedly connected to the handle 10.

- the rotation axis is perpendicular to the extension direction of the handle 10, and the extension direction of the handle 10 is the up-down direction, and the rotation axis extends on the horizontal plane.
- Rotation of the brush head 20 towards the handle 10 causes the bristles to deflect downward and outward from the initial position directly above the handle 10 away from the initial position.
- the elastic structure 40 is elastically deformed when the bristles deviate from the initial position under the action of an external force, and drives the brush head 20 to reversely rotate after the external force disappears, so that the bristles return to the initial position.
- the toothbrush when brushing the teeth, the toothbrush is generally placed horizontally, and the brush head 20 extends into the oral cavity laterally (the length direction of the toothbrush is parallel to the arrangement direction of the teeth), and sweeps the upper and lower rows of teeth longitudinally.
- the force acting on the teeth during brushing can be expressed as the static pressure of the bristles on the teeth and the thrust force of the relative movement between the bristles and the teeth.
- the brush head 20 rotates around the rotation axis, and the elastic member is elastically deformed, which offsets the influence of part of the force on the teeth, so that the actual pressure on the teeth is reduced.
- Figure 1 shows the case where the axis of rotation is parallel to the direction of extension of the bristles.
- the brush head 20 rotates in the direction indicated by M in the figure.
- the brush head 20 rotates in the opposite direction: when the toothbrush sweeps in the direction of the upper row of teeth, the brush head 20 rotates in the direction of the lower row of teeth, correspondingly Yes, when the toothbrush sweeps in the direction of the lower row of teeth, the brush head 20 rotates in the direction of the upper row of teeth.
- the elastic member is elastically deformed to offset this part of the thrust, so that the actual pressure on the teeth is reduced, and the effect of protecting the teeth is achieved. It should be noted that, since the deformation of the elastic member has a linear relationship with the frictional force, when the toothbrush sweeps the upper and lower rows of teeth, the actual pressure on the teeth decreases from the crown to the gum, and the pressure on the gum is the smallest. This further protects the gums.
- the bristles When the axis of rotation is perpendicular to the extending direction of the bristles, when brushing the teeth, the bristles face the teeth and press against the teeth.
- the brush head 20 rotates in the direction away from the teeth, and the elastic member is elastically deformed to offset part of the pressure. , so that the actual static pressure on the teeth is reduced, so as to achieve the effect of protecting the teeth.
