而在污水处理过程中,通常需要进行曝气处理,常用的搅拌用于电缆生产污水处理的节能曝气机有表面用于电缆生产污水处理的节能曝气机和鼓风用于电缆生产污水处理的节能曝气机,前者是在污水表面进行高速搅拌,使得气体溶于水中,后者是向水中通入加压气体,使得气体溶于水中,但是两类装置均存在着能耗大、溶气效率低的缺点。

作为本发明进一步的方案:所述处理池本体的内壁固定连接有曝气通道,所述曝气通道的内部设置有排气管,曝气通道内的压缩空气通过排气管进入处理池本体内。

2、本发明中,通过防堵滤网和平移支架的设置,防堵滤网可对压缩空气被打散与水形成的小气泡,或对污水的异物起到隔离的作用,当压缩空气排出效率时,工作人员可使推动气缸进行运转,可带动平移支架进行平移,平移支架在平移的过程中可带动平移支撑杆将防堵滤网从排气管内拉出,不仅便于工作人员对其进行清理,且可防止出现堵塞的现象。

请参阅图1~6,本发明实施例中,一种电缆生产污水处理用节能曝气设备,包括处理池本体1,处理池本体1的顶部固定连接有安装支架2,安装支架2内部的顶端设置有横向联动齿轮3,安装支架2内部的顶端活动连接有横向支撑轴9,横向联动齿轮3的两侧均啮合有纵向联动齿轮4,横向联动齿轮3的下表面固定连接有主动轴5,主动轴5的底端延伸至处理池本体1的内部并与旋转支撑盘6固定连接,旋转支撑盘6的上表面固定连接有搅拌叶支撑件7,搅拌叶支撑件7的外表面套接有横向搅拌叶8,纵向联动齿轮4套接在横向支撑轴9的外表面,横向支撑轴9的两端均套接有转动带上部导向轮10,转动带上部导向轮10的外表面套接有转动带11,转动带11的底部延伸至处理池本体1的内部并套接在转动带下部导向轮12的外表面,转动带下部导向轮12的一端固定连接有旋转支架13,旋转支架13的一侧固定连接有纵向搅拌叶14,通过横向搅拌叶8个纵向搅拌叶14的设置,使横向联动齿轮3带动纵向联动齿轮4旋转后,可带动横向支撑轴9与主动轴5同时进行旋转,主动轴5转动后会电动旋转支撑盘6进行旋转,进而带动顶部上的横向搅拌叶8对处理池本体1内的污水进行搅拌,避免污水内的异物沉淀在池底,加强其异物溶解氧接触,横向支撑轴9旋转后可带动转动带11使转动带下部导向轮12带动旋转支架13同时进行旋转,由于纵向搅拌叶14设置在排气管16的一侧,旋转支架13在旋转的过程中可将通过排气管16排出的压缩空气打散,使其能够快速溶于水中,极大的提高了整体的曝气效果,同时,该装置整体使用流程简单便捷,且在使用的过程中通过多轴联动的方式进行运转,减少了能源损耗,降低了使用成本,极大的提高了该装置的实用性。
其中,处理池本体1的内壁固定连接有曝气通道15,曝气通道15的内部设置有排气管16,曝气通道15内的压缩空气通过排气管16进入处理池本体1内,排气管16的内部插接有防堵滤网20,转动带下部导向轮12套接在导向轮支撑轴17的外表面,导向轮支撑轴17固定连接在平移支架18的一侧,防堵滤网20可对压缩空气被打散与水形成的小气泡,或对污水的异物起到隔离的作用,避免出现堵塞的现象,平移支架18的数量为两个,且两个平移支架18分别设置在处理池本体1内部的两侧,通过使推动气缸19进行运转,可带动平移支架18进行平移,处理池本体1的两侧均固定安装有推动气缸19,推动气缸19的输出端延伸至处理池本体1的内部并与平移支架18固定连接,当压缩空气排出效率时,工作人员可使推动气缸19进行运转,可带动平移支架18进行平移。
平移支架18底部的一侧固定连接有平移支撑杆21,平移支撑杆21的一端与防堵滤网20固定连接,平移支架18在平移的过程中可带动平移支撑杆21将防堵滤网20从排气管16内拉出,不仅便于工作人员对其进行清理,且可防止出现堵塞的现象,安装支架2的顶部固定连接有条形防护箱22,条形防护箱22的内部活动连接有主动件23,使电机24运转后可调动主动件23进行旋转,主动件23固定安装在电机24的输出端,主动件23的两侧均设置有从动件25,从动件25与主动件23的外表面调节有传输联动带26,从动件25与主动件23的中心处均固定连接有联动轴27,联动轴27的一端与横向联动齿轮3固定连接,主动件23在旋转的过程中通过传输联动带26带动两侧的从动件25同时进行转动,主动件23与从动件25在转动的过程中通过联动轴27可带动横向联动齿轮3同时进行转动。
本发明的工作原理是:通过横向搅拌叶8个纵向搅拌叶14的设置,使横向联动齿轮3带动纵向联动齿轮4旋转后,可带动横向支撑轴9与主动轴5同时进行旋转,主动轴5转动后会电动旋转支撑盘6进行旋转,进而带动顶部上的横向搅拌叶8对处理池本体1内的污水进行搅拌,避免污水内的异物沉淀在池底,加强其异物溶解氧接触,横向支撑轴9旋转后可带动转动带11使转动带下部导向轮12带动旋转支架13同时进行旋转,由于纵向搅拌叶14设置在排气管16的一侧,旋转支架13在旋转的过程中可将通过排气管16排出的压缩空气打散,使其能够快速溶于水中,极大的提高了整体的曝气效果,同时,该装置整体使用流程简单便捷,且在使用的过程中通过多轴联动的方式进行运转,减少了能源损耗,降低了使用成本,极大的提高了该装置的实用性,通过防堵滤网20和平移支架18的设置,防堵滤网20可对压缩空气被打散与水形成的小气泡,或对污水的异物起到隔离的作用,当压缩空气排出效率时,工作人员可使推动气缸19进行运转,可带动平移支架18进行平移,平移支架18在平移的过程中可带动平移支撑杆21将防堵滤网20从排气管16内拉出,不仅便于工作人员对其进行清理,且可防止出现堵塞的现象。

  1. 一种电缆生产污水处理用节能曝气设备,包括处理池本体(1),其特征在于:所述处理池本体(1)的顶部固定连接有安装支架(2),所述安装支架(2)内部的顶端设置有横向联动齿轮(3),所述安装支架(2)内部的顶端活动连接有横向支撑轴(9),所述横向联动齿轮(3)的两侧均啮合有纵向联动齿轮(4),所述横向联动齿轮(3)的下表面固定连接有主动轴(5),所述主动轴(5)的底端延伸至处理池本体(1)的内部并与旋转支撑盘(6)固定连接,所述旋转支撑盘(6)的上表面固定连接有搅拌叶支撑件(7),所述搅拌叶支撑件(7)的外表面套接有横向搅拌叶(8),所述纵向联动齿轮(4)套接在横向支撑轴(9)的外表面,所述横向支撑轴(9)的两端均套接有转动带上部导向轮(10),所述转动带上部导向轮(10)的外表面套接有转动带(11),所述转动带(11)的底部延伸至处理池本体(1)的内部并套接在转动带下部导向轮(12)的外表面,所述转动带下部导向轮(12)的一端固定连接有旋转支架(13),所述旋转支架(13)的一侧固定连接有纵向搅拌叶(14)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电缆生产污水处理用节能曝气设备,其特征在于:所述处理池本体(1)的内壁固定连接有曝气通道(15),所述曝气通道(15)的内部设置有排气管(16)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电缆生产污水处理用节能曝气设备,其特征在于:所述排气管(16)的内部插接有防堵滤网(20),所述转动带下部导向轮(12)套接在导向轮支撑轴(17)的外表面,所述导向轮支撑轴(17)固定连接在平移支架(18)的一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种电缆生产污水处理用节能曝气设备,其特征在于:所述平移支架(18)的数量为两个,且两个所述平移支架(18)分别设置在处理池本体(1)内部的两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种电缆生产污水处理用节能曝气设备,其特征在于:所述处理池本体(1)的两侧均固定安装有推动气缸(19),所述推动气缸(19)的输出端延伸至处理池本体(1)的内部并与平移支架(18)固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种电缆生产污水处理用节能曝气设备,其特征在于:所述平移支架(18)底部的一侧固定连接有平移支撑杆(21),所述平移支撑杆(21)的一端与防堵滤网(20)固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电缆生产污水处理用节能曝气设备,其特征在于:所述安装支架(2)的顶部固定连接有条形防护箱(22),所述条形防护箱(22)的内部活动连接有主动件(23)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种电缆生产污水处理用节能曝气设备,其特征在于:所述主动件(23)固定安装在电机(24)的输出端,所述主动件(23)的两侧均设置有从动件(25),所述从动件(25)与主动件(23)的外表面调节有传输联动带(26),所述从动件(25)与主动件(23)的中心处均固定连接有联动轴(27),所述联动轴(27)的一端与横向联动齿轮(3)固定连接。
