请参阅图1-5,一种计算机显示器用自动除尘散热的智能化升降装置,包括外壳1,外壳1内壁侧面固定连接有滑杆2,滑杆2表面活动连接有滑块3,滑块3的一侧面固定连接有复位弹簧4,滑块3数量为两个,复位弹簧4固定连接在两滑块3之间,复位弹簧4套接在滑杆2的表面。
滑块3的另一侧面固定连接有电磁铁5,述电磁铁5数量为两个,两电磁铁5相对一侧的极性相同,电磁铁5的另一侧面固定连接有推动板6,推动板6的另一侧面活动连接有折形杆7,折形杆7拐点处活动连接有支撑块8,折形杆7的一端活动连接在推动板6弧形表面的下半部分,支撑块8的另一端固定连接在外壳1内壁的底面。
当需要对显示器16的高度进行调节时,通过对电磁铁5通电,因为两电磁铁5相对侧极性相同,通电时两电磁铁5相斥,带动两个滑块3和推动板6沿着滑杆2的表面向外侧移动,使得推动板6在向外侧移动过程中,折形杆7的底端沿着推动板6下半弧面滑动,带动折形杆7沿着与支撑块8的连接点向内侧转动,因为折形杆7的另一端活动连接在齿轮9表面非圆心点上,因此折形杆7在转动时,带动齿轮9进行转动,在齿轮9与齿条板11啮合的作用下,齿轮9带动齿条板11沿着固有的倾斜方向向上侧移动,在两个齿条板 11的共同托举下,升降柱17表面的滑块带动显示器16缓慢上移,直至达到需要的高度,当不使用显示器16时,通过对电磁铁5断电,即可在复位弹簧4和折形杆7底部复位弹簧共同的作用下,使得显示器16复位至初始的高度。
通过调节显示器16高度时,折形杆7转动过程中带动齿轮9同时转动,因为齿轮9表面通过一连杆与T形杆10底部横杆开设的滑槽滑动连接,使得齿轮9转动时,带动T形杆10在竖直方向上做往复运动,T形杆10带动弧形板12间歇性的挤压和拉伸气囊13,使得气囊13内气压在正压和负压之间不断转换,使得气囊13内部空气间歇性向导气管14内流入,导气管14内空气进入盘管15后,通过盘管15的螺旋结构,可以将内部流动空气在显示器16表面停留更长时间,可以吸收显示器16表面更多的热量,盘管15内的空气吸热之后,在流经酒精仓18的过程中,使得酒精仓18内的酒精吸热挥发,再通过喷射口19喷射到显示器16的表面,将显示器16表面的灰尘吹落,同时因为酒精自身易挥发的的特性,防止酒精仓18内酒精微粒附着在显示器16表面,在喷射口19喷出的酒精附着在显示器16表面后,会自动挥发出去,再次吸收显示器16表面的热量。折形杆7的另一端活动连接有齿轮9,齿轮9的表面活动连接有T形杆10,齿轮9表面啮合有齿条板11,折形杆7的另一端与T形杆10分别活动连接在齿轮9的两侧面,齿条板11啮合在齿轮9表面的下半部分,T形杆10的另一端固定连接有弧形板12,弧形板12的顶部固定连接有气囊13,气囊13的侧面固定连接有导气管14,导气管14的另一端固定连接有盘管15,盘管15表面固定连接有显示器16。
显示器16表面活动连接有升降柱17,升降柱17的表面通过一滑块固定连接在显示器16的表面,齿条板11的一端活动连接在升降柱17表面的滑块上,盘管15另一端固定连接有酒精仓18,盘管15数量为两个,盘管15的一端穿过酒精仓18内部与另一个酒精仓18连接,酒精仓18顶部固定连接有喷射口19。
工作原理:当需要对显示器16的高度进行调节时,通过对电磁铁5通电,因为两电磁铁5相对侧极性相同,通电时两电磁铁5相斥,带动两个滑块3和推动板6沿着滑杆2的表面向外侧移动,使得推动板6在向外侧移动过程中,折形杆7的底端沿着推动板6下半弧面滑动,带动折形杆7沿着与支撑块8的连接点向内侧转动,因为折形杆7的另一端活动连接在齿轮9表面非圆心点上,因此折形杆7在转动时,带动齿轮9进行转动,在齿轮9与齿条板11啮合的作用下,齿轮9带动齿条板11沿着固有的倾斜方向向上侧移动,在两个齿条板11的共同托举下,升降柱17表面的滑块带动显示器16缓慢上移,直至达到需要的高度,当不使用显示器16时,通过对电磁铁5断电,即可在复位弹簧4和折形杆7底部复位弹簧共同的作用下,使得显示器16复位至初始的高度。
通过调节显示器16高度时,折形杆7转动过程中带动齿轮9同时转动,因为齿轮9表面通过一连杆与T形杆10底部横杆开设的滑槽滑动连接,使得齿轮9转动时,带动T形杆10在竖直方向上做往复运动,T形杆10带动弧形板12间歇性的挤压和拉伸气囊13,使得气囊13内气压在正压和负压之间不断转换,使得气囊13内部空气间歇性向导气管14内流入,导气管14内空气进入盘管15后,通过盘管15的螺旋结构,可以将内部流动空气在显示器16表面停留更长时间,可以吸收显示器16表面更多的热量,盘管15内的空气吸热之后,在流经酒精仓18的过程中,使得酒精仓18内的酒精吸热挥发,再通过喷射口19喷射到显示器16的表面,将显示器16表面的灰尘吹落,同时因为酒精自身易挥发的的特性,防止酒精仓18内酒精微粒附着在显示器16表面,在喷射口19喷出的酒精附着在显示器16表面后,会自动挥发出去,再次吸收显示器16表面的热量。

  1. 一种计算机显示器用自动除尘散热的智能化升降装置,包括外壳(1),其特征在于:所述外壳(1)内壁侧面固定连接有滑杆(2),滑杆(2)表面活动连接有滑块(3),滑块(3)的一侧面固定连接有复位弹簧(4),滑块(3)的另一侧面固定连接有电磁铁(5),电磁铁(5)的另一侧面固定连接有推动板(6),推动板(6)的另一侧面活动连接有折形杆(7),折形杆(7)拐点处活动连接有支撑块(8),折形杆(7)的另一端活动连接有齿轮(9),齿轮(9)的表面活动连接有T形杆(10),齿轮(9)表面啮合有齿条板(11),T形杆(10)的另一端固定连接有弧形板(12),弧形板(12)的顶部固定连接有气囊(13),气囊(13)的侧面固定连接有导气管(14),导气管(14)的另一端固定连接有盘管(15),盘管(15)表面固定连接有显示器(16),显示器(16)表面活动连接有升降柱(17),盘管(15)另一端固定连接有酒精仓(18),酒精仓(18)顶部固定连接有喷射口(19)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种计算机显示器用自动除尘散热的智能化升降装置,其特征在于:所述滑块(3)数量为两个,复位弹簧(4)固定连接在两滑块(3)之间,复位弹簧(4)套接在滑杆(2)的表面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种计算机显示器用自动除尘散热的智能化升降装置,其特征在于:所述电磁铁(5)数量为两个,两电磁铁(5)相对一侧的极性相同。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种计算机显示器用自动除尘散热的智能化升降装置,其特征在于:所述折形杆(7)的一端活动连接在推动板(6)弧形表面的下半部分,支撑块(8)的另一端固定连接在外壳(1)内壁的底面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种计算机显示器用自动除尘散热的智能化升降装置,其特征在于:所述折形杆(7)的另一端与T形杆(10)分别活动连接在齿轮(9)的两侧面,齿条板(11)啮合在齿轮(9)表面的下半部分。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种计算机显示器用自动除尘散热的智能化升 降装置,其特征在于:所述升降柱(17)的表面通过一滑块固定连接在显示器(16)的表面,齿条板(11)的一端活动连接在升降柱(17)表面的滑块上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种计算机显示器用自动除尘散热的智能化升降装置,其特征在于:所述盘管(15)数量为两个,盘管(15)的一端穿过酒精仓(18)内部与另一个酒精仓(18)连接。
