本申请旨在解决上述现有技术中的技术问题。为此,本申请提出一种LOGO标牌、壳体组件以及电子设备,能够实现组合式的LOGO标牌,使该LOGO标牌兼具第一凸起和第二凸起的外观效果。
本申请提出一种LOGO标牌,包括:本体;第一凸起,位于本体的表面上,第一凸起相对于本体的表面为镂空状;附属层,位于本体远离第一凸起的一侧,附属层具有第二凸起,且第二凸起与至少部分第一凸起相嵌合。

进一步地,第二镂空区域102、第一镂空区域101的截面图可以为锥形结构,即第二镂空区域102在本体11上的正投影大于第一镂空区域101在本体11上的正投影;或者,第二镂空区域102的外轮廓形状与第一镂空区域101的外轮廓形状可以一致,第二镂空区域102在本体11上的正投影正好完全覆盖第一镂空区域101在本体11上的正投影。
区别于现有技术的情况,本申请实施例的LOGO标牌10兼具第一凸起111和第二凸起121的外观效果,丰富了LOGO标牌10以及包含该LOGO标牌10的壳体组件100的外观表现力及表面效果。
请一并参阅图7,图7是本申请LOGO标牌第三实施例的整体结构示意图。在一实施例中,第一凸起111的外观面1111与第二凸起112的外观面1211平齐。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例的外观面是指电子设备1000装配好后,人可以眼睛直接看到的本体11的外表面。
具体的,第一凸起111的外观面1111与第二凸起112的外观面1211相平齐,使得LOGO标牌10的外观面为平滑过渡表面,提高LOGO标牌10的外观性能。可以通过打磨工具对第一凸起111的外观面1111和第二凸起112的外观面1211进行打磨。打磨工具包括但不限于为砂轮、砂纸、打磨布等等。可以是先进行粗打磨(例如使用砂轮、砂纸等),再进行精打磨(如采用打磨布),以逐次提升表面精度。
请一并参阅图8,图8是本申请LOGO标牌第四实施例的整体结构示意图。在一实施例中,第一凸起111的外观面1111和/或第二凸起112的外观面1211上形成有装饰层13。装饰层13可以为色彩层或纹理层,例如光学镀膜层、油墨层、阳极氧化层、电镀层、仿电镀层中的至少一种。
其中,光学镀膜层可以是通过物理气相沉积法形成的一层或者多层具有光学增透作用的增透膜层、形成特定光学纹理的UV纹转印层、具有保护作用的膜层或者具有增加层与 层连接性能的功能膜层等等。
油墨层可以是通过喷涂或者染色的方式形成。
阳极氧化层可以是通过对铝合金材质的第一凸起111和/或第二凸起121进行阳极氧化处理形成。
仿电镀层可以增加第一凸起111和/或第二凸起121的仿金属视觉效果。
电镀层可以是通过纳米电镀形成。其中,“纳米电镀”是指以纳米浓缩液去激活电镀镍的基础液或者电镀铬的基础液,使基础液里所含的镍离子或者是铬离子细小化,从而使金属沉积晶核粒度在18~25nm之间的工艺。其中:基础液是指混合有某种金属离子的电镀液,举例而言,在本实施例中,镍的基础液是指混合有镍离子的电镀液。纳米电镀工艺是通过将装饰圈10内的离子间距从普通的20-25nm左右调整到小于10nm的间距,从而增强装饰圈10的表面硬度、强度、抗腐蚀性。硬度可以达到8H,屈服强度可达500-1000Mpa。
通过上述方式,可以在第一凸起111的外观面1111和/或第二凸起112的外观面1211上形成装饰层13,有利于提升LOGO标牌10的外观美感,进而可以提升壳体组件100和电子设备1000的外观美感。
在一实施例中,本体11与第一凸起111为一体结构,其中,本体11与第一凸起111的材质可以为塑胶,并采用注塑成型工艺形成。
进一步地,可以在第一凸起111的外观面1111上形成电镀层,电镀层用于增加第一凸起111的表面112硬度。本实施例中,基本加工流程的第一步是提供塑胶基体,第二步是对塑胶基体进行预处理形成,第三步是对塑胶基体进行化学镍工艺处理,第四步是对塑胶基体进行电镀铜工艺处理,第五步是对塑胶基体进行电镀纳米镍工艺处理,第六步是对塑胶基体进行表层镀层处理。
具体的,针对上述各个工序详细介绍如下。“提供塑胶基体”是指制作本体11以及第一凸起111的塑胶坯料;“对塑胶基体进行预处理”是指将塑胶坯料制作成本体11以及第一凸起111,可以采用打磨、抛光或者是线切割等加工形式;“对塑胶基体进行化学镍工艺处理”是指将第一凸起111放置在镍离子的混合液中,混合液用于对第一凸起111进行表面清洁处理,以提高第一凸起111的表面112吸附能力;“对塑胶基体进行电镀铜工艺处理”是指将第一凸起111浸入混有铜粉末的电镀液中进行电镀,以提高第一凸起111的金属力学性能,将经过铜粉末电镀后的第一凸起111浸入呈酸性的液体介质中,以对第一凸起111进行防氧化保护;“对塑胶基体进行电镀纳米镍工艺处理”是指将第一凸起111浸入混有镍粉末的电镀液中进行电镀,以使得第一凸起111呈现出光亮效果;“对塑胶基体进行表层镀层处理”是指经过上述工序以后,对第一凸起111进行表层处理,以得到的综合性能良好的第一凸起111。
在一实施例中,第一凸起111和/或第二凸起121为发光件,用于发出光信号。
具体而言,发光件可以采用自发光材料以实现发光的目的,比如荧光粉。发光件可以采用反光材料以实现发光的目的。发光件还可以包括发光灯,比如发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,简称LED)灯带,或者多个发光灯。发光件中的发光灯可以采用信号线电 性连接到电子设备1000的控制电路上,以通过控制电路来控制发光灯发出光信号。可以理解的是,发光灯所发出的发出光信号可以包括一直发光、间歇性发光、闪烁、变色等等。
在一实施例中,附属层12为注塑件。
具体而言,附属层12为塑胶模内注塑成型件,也就是说,附属层12由塑料或橡胶材料注塑而成,从而附属层12具有成本低、质量轻、结构强度好等优势。
在一实施例中,附属层12与本体11之间通过点胶或者卡合中的至少一种方式实现连接。
请一并参阅图9,图9是本申请壳体组件100一实施例的整体结构示意图。本申请还提供一种壳体组件100,壳体组件100包括主壳体20以及上述实施例中的LOGO标牌10。主壳体20定义出一用于容纳功能组件300的内部空间,LOGO标牌10设置在主壳体20远离内部空间的一侧,LOGO标牌10可以使壳体组件100呈现出具有特定LOGO图形的外观显示效果。
需要说明的是,第二凸起112的外观面1211与主壳体20的外观面的颜色、材质可以一致,而第一凸起111的外观面1111与主壳体20的外观面的颜色、材质可以不一致。
主壳体20可以为电子设备1000的电池盖,作为在此使用的“电子设备1000”(或简称为“终端”)包括,但不限于被设置成经由有线线路连接(如经由公共交换电话网络(PSTN)、数字用户线路(DSL)、数字电缆、直接电缆连接,以及/或另一数据连接/网络)和/或经由(例如,针对蜂窝网络、无线局域网(WLAN)、诸如DVB-H网络的数字电视网络、卫星网络、AM-FM广播发送器,以及/或另一通信终端的)无线接口接收/发送通信信号的装置。被设置成通过无线接口通信的通信终端可以被称为“无线通信终端”、“无线终端”或“移动终端”。移动终端的示例包括,但不限于卫星或蜂窝电话;可以组合蜂窝无线电电话与数据处理、传真以及数据通信能力的个人通信系统(PCS)终端;可以包括无线电电话、寻呼机、因特网/内联网接入、Web浏览器、记事簿、日历以及/或全球定位系统(GPS)接收器的PDA;以及常规膝上型和/或掌上型接收器或包括无线电电话收发器的其它电子装置。手机即为配置有蜂窝通信模块的电子设备1000。
本申请还提供一种电子设备1000,需要说明的是,本申请中的电子设备1000可以包括手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、可穿戴设备等具有摄像头组件。
具体而言,本申请中以电子设备1000为手机为例进行阐述。参阅图10,图10是本申请电子设备1000一实施例的结构示意图。电子设备1000包括显示屏200以及前面所述的壳体组件100,显示屏200与壳体组件100的主壳体20连接。主壳体20可以为手机电池盖。
可选的,在本实施例中,壳体组件100包括类似中框结构的结构,壳体组件100与显示屏200相连接。具体的,显示屏200与壳体组件100共同围设形成容纳空间(图未示),主壳体20上沉槽的底部设有通孔(也可以参阅图),功能组件300设于容纳空间内并对应通孔设置。
进一步的,电子设备1000还包括功能组件300。
可选的,功能组件300包括控制电路、摄像头模组、闪光灯、传感器中的至少一种。 控制电路用于控制上述实施例的发光灯发出光信号。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种LOGO标牌,其特征在于,包括:
    本体;
    第一凸起,位于所述本体的表面上,所述第一凸起相对于所述本体的表面为镂空状;
    附属层,位于所述本体远离所述第一凸起的一侧,所述附属层具有第二凸起,且所述第二凸起与至少部分所述第一凸起相嵌合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LOGO标牌,其特征在于,所述第一凸起至少围成有第一镂空区域,所述本体开设有第二镂空区域;
    所述第二镂空区域与所述第一镂空区域相贯通,所述第二凸起填充于所述第二镂空区域和所述第一镂空区域内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的LOGO标牌,其特征在于,所述第二镂空区域与所述第一镂空区域外轮廓形状一致。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的LOGO标牌,其特征在于,所述第一凸起的外观面与所述第二凸起的外观面平齐。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的LOGO标牌,其特征在于,
    所述第一凸起的外观面和所述第二凸起的外观面上均形成有装饰层。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的LOGO标牌,其特征在于,
    所述第一凸起的外观面或所述第二凸起的外观面上形成有装饰层。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的LOGO标牌,其特征在于,
    所述第一凸起和所述第二凸起均为发光件,用于发出光信号。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的LOGO标牌,其特征在于,
    所述第一凸起或所述第二凸起为发光件,用于发出光信号。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的LOGO标牌,其特征在于,所述附属层为注塑件。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的LOGO标牌,其特征在于,所述附属层与所述本体之间通过点胶或者卡合中的至少一种方式实现连接。
  11. 一种壳体组件,其特征在于,包括:
    主壳体,定义出一用于容纳功能组件的内部空间,以及
    LOGO标牌,设置在所述主壳体远离所述内部空间的一侧;
    所述LOGO标牌包括:
    本体;
    第一凸起,位于所述本体的表面上,所述第一凸起相对于所述本体的表面为镂空状;
    附属层,位于所述本体远离所述第一凸起的一侧,所述附属层具有第二凸起,且所述第二凸起与至少部分所述第一凸起相嵌合。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述第一凸起至少围成有第一镂空区域,所述本体开设有第二镂空区域;
    所述第二镂空区域与所述第一镂空区域相贯通,所述第二凸起填充于所述第二镂空区域和所述第一镂空区域内。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述第二镂空区域与所述第一镂空区域外轮廓形状一致。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述第一凸起的外观面与所述第二凸起的外观面平齐。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,
    所述第一凸起的外观面和所述第二凸起的外观面上均形成有装饰层。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,
    所述第一凸起的外观面或所述第二凸起的外观面上形成有装饰层。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,
    所述第一凸起和所述第二凸起均为发光件,用于发出光信号。
  18. 根据权利要求11所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,
    所述第一凸起或所述第二凸起为发光件,用于发出光信号。
  19. 根据权利要求11所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述附属层与所述本体之间通过点胶以及卡合中的至少一种方式实现连接。
  20. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括显示屏以及壳体组件;
    所述壳体组件包括:
    主壳体,定义出一用于容纳功能组件的内部空间,以及
    LOGO标牌,设置在所述主壳体远离所述内部空间的一侧;
    所述LOGO标牌包括:
    本体;
    第一凸起,位于所述本体的表面上,所述第一凸起相对于所述本体的表面为镂空状;
    附属层,位于所述本体远离所述第一凸起的一侧,所述附属层具有第二凸起,且所述第二凸起与至少部分所述第一凸起相嵌合;
    所述显示屏与所述壳体组件的主壳体连接。
