1、由于采用电加热原理,且加热烘干所采用的额定功率在1500W-4000W,其使用能耗较高,不符合节能降耗的需求,并且目前家庭中的插座也很难承受如此大功率电器。
2、电加热式宠物烘干箱温控温度都设定在40度,因此在烘干时箱内温度不得超出40度,如箱内温度超过40度则无法对活物进行烘干操作,尤其是在夏天炎热季节,其在不加热情况就已经造成箱内温度在40度以上,所以电加热式宠物烘干箱存在夏天炎热季节无法使用的缺陷。
3、对于烘干加速,必然要对风机转速要求高转速,然而大风量风机容易产生较大噪音,影响烘干箱使用体验效果,尤其是具有风机的宠物烘干机。
4、由于实际温度不得过高,高温对宠物健康或衣物造成一定影响,烘干时一般将温度维持在适宜的温度,因此适宜温度下需要至少1个小时左右才能将宠物或衣服烘干,从而存在烘干时间较长的缺陷。
5、由于采用大功率的加热模式,因此会设置一温度控制器,然而当发生温度控制器故障,使温度调节出现失灵或误差时,容易在烘干时造成衣物变形或者危害宠物生命安全的情况发生,致使安全性能较低。
另外,在日常生活中还存在一个现象,夏天梅雨季节外界气温在30度以上,且外界空气湿度较高,对于一些湿毛巾和湿衣物在长时间下也很难干燥,然而在秋天季节常常气温较低,且湿毛巾和湿衣物实现了快速干燥,因此从其原理可以得知快速干燥的关键因素在于空气中的湿度,因此发明人研发了一种利用干燥空气对潮湿物进行烘干的装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而设计的一款利用干燥温空气对潮湿物进行烘干的原理,且烘干时具备安全性较高、能耗低、烘干速度较快和噪音低的一种抽湿烘干装置 以及抽湿烘干方法。
本发明所设计一种抽湿烘干方法,其具体包括步骤如下:
初始阶段:
将潮湿物置入烘干腔内,使潮湿物水分在烘干腔内进行挥发;
外循环快速烘干阶段:
干燥腔上的外界空气排入口和第二湿度空气排出口中的至少一个处于打开状态;
利用干燥腔内的压缩机空气干燥装置将外界空气经干燥腔上的外界空气排入口抽入至干燥腔内,此时,压缩机空气干燥装置将干燥腔内的外界空气进行处理后形成干燥温空气,且干燥温空气经烘干腔上的干燥空气排入口输入至烘干腔内使潮湿物的水分进行快速挥发,经水分快速挥发而形成的湿度空气依次经烘干腔的第一湿度空气排出口和干燥腔上的第二湿度空气排出口快速排出至外界,从而依此方式进行反复快速水分挥发以及排湿以对潮湿物快速烘干。
作为优选,还包括对外界空气湿度情况进行监测,当监测到外界空气湿度较高的情况下将干燥腔上的第二湿度空气排出口和外界空气排入口关闭,并进行内循环快速烘干,具体内循环烘干方法如下:

作为优选,外壳的内腔中通过隔板分隔形成干燥腔和烘干腔,且干燥腔与烘干腔之间的 隔板上设置有第一湿度空气排出口和干燥空气排入口。
作为优选,干燥腔上设置有空气出入口,空气出入口的内口处竖直设置有竖直板,通过竖直板的设置将空气出入口分割形成第二湿度空气排出口和外界空气排入口。
作为优选,空气出入口上设置有封闭结构、以及驱动封闭结构动作使空气出入口关闭或打开的驱动装置。
作为优选,压缩机空气干燥装置包括风机、热交换器和压缩机,风机的出风端通过出风管道与空气排出口对接连通,热交换器位于风机的吸风端和外界空气排入口之间,热交换器包括冷凝器和蒸发器,冷凝器和蒸发器连接压缩机;冷凝器和蒸发器的底部安装有接水盘,接水盘上设置有落水管,干燥腔内设置有接水腔,接水腔顶部设置有与落水管对接的接水口,接水腔内插入有接水盒。
作为优选,第二湿度空气排出口的位置与第一湿度空气排出口的位置相互对应。
作为优选,空气出入口的周围设置有空气湿度传感器。
本发明所设计的一种抽湿烘干装置以及抽湿烘干方法,其利用压缩机空气干燥装置产生干燥温空气以使潮湿物(宠物或衣物)的水分快速挥发,且挥发的湿度空气快速排出的原理下得到快速烘干的效果,且烘干时间较之加热型烘干器缩短50%以上;同时所产生的干燥空气为温空气,在输入至烘干腔烘干时其温度正好适合潮湿物(宠物或衣物)水分快速挥发的需要,保证潮湿物(宠物或衣物)不受到伤害或损伤,进一步使得对于宠物烘干时的安全性得到保障,并且在烘干时所需要的额定功率仅需200W左右,因此使用时能耗低,噪音低(相当于家用冰箱压缩机工作时产生的声音分贝),达到节能环保的技术效果。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例:
如附图所示,本实施例所描述的一种抽湿烘干方法,其具体包括步骤如下:
初始阶段:
将潮湿物置入烘干腔内,使潮湿物水分在烘干腔11内进行挥发;
外循环快速烘干阶段:
干燥腔221上的外界空气排入口222和第二湿度空气排出口223中的至少一个处于打开状态;
利用干燥腔221内的压缩机空气干燥装置2将外界空气经干燥腔221上的外界空气排入口抽入至干燥腔221内,此时,压缩机空气干燥装置2将干燥腔221内的外界空气进行处理后形成干燥温空气,且干燥温空气经烘干腔11上的干燥空气排入口输入至烘干腔内使潮湿物的水分进行快速挥发,经水分快速挥发而形成的湿度空气依次经烘干腔的第一湿度空气排出口和干燥腔上的第二湿度空气排出口快速排出至外界,从而依此方式进行反复快速水分挥发以及排湿以对潮湿物快速烘干。
上述中,外循环烘干阶段一般仅适用于外界环境湿度较低的情况下。
进一步地,还包括对外界空气湿度情况进行监测,当监测到外界空气湿度较高的情况下将干燥腔上的第二湿度空气排出口223和外界空气排入口222关闭,并进行内循环快速烘干,具体内循环烘干方法如下:
利用压缩机空气干燥装置2将烘干腔内的湿度空气由第一湿度空气排出口13抽出排入至干燥腔221内,此时,压缩机空气干燥装置2将干燥腔221内的湿度空气进行除湿后产生干燥温空气,且干燥温空气经烘干腔11上的干燥空气排入口12输入至烘干腔11内使潮湿物的水分进行快速挥发,经水分快速挥发出来而形成的湿度空气再次被压缩机空气干燥装置抽出并除湿后产生干燥温空气输入至烘干腔内,从而依此方式进行往复循环的快速水分挥发以及抽湿以对潮湿物快速烘干。
上述中利用内循环的形式使得在外界空气湿度较高的情况下对宠物或衣物进行烘干操作,以提升使用性能,并且对外界空气排入口和第二湿度空气排出口进行关闭进行防止外界湿度空气排入,以避免在外界湿度空气较高的情况下外界湿空气被排入烘干腔而影响烘干效果,使得内循环烘干时的效果更佳;同时,内循环烘干仅适用用于外界环境湿度较高的情况 下。
优选地,压缩机空气干燥装置利用风机217将外界空气或湿度空气抽吸至其冷凝器212和蒸发器213上,且冷凝器和蒸发器对外界空气或湿度空气进行热交换后形成干燥温空气,干燥温空气由其风机的出风端排出,并经干燥空气排入口输入至烘干腔内,其方式使得形成的干燥温空气对于宠物来说相对较为舒适,从而使得烘干腔内的宠物在进行烘干时不容易产生不舒适感,进一步达到烘干时较为舒适的目的,提升使用性能。
一种抽湿烘干装置,包括外壳1,外壳1上设置有烘干腔11、干燥腔221、与烘干腔11连通且供潮湿物放入烘干腔内的开口111、以及与烘干腔11连通的第一湿度空气排出口13和干燥空气排入口12,第一湿度空气排出口13和干燥空气排入口12使干燥腔221和烘干腔11相互连通,干燥腔221内设置有压缩机空气干燥装置2,干燥腔22上设置有第二湿度空气排出口223、以及与空气排入口12位置对应的外界空气排入口222;压缩机空气干燥装置2的空气排出口216与干燥空气排入口12对应连通;开口111处设置有盖板5,使开口111封闭;其中,第二湿度空气排出口223的位置与第一湿度空气排出口13的位置相互对应,使得在外循环时湿度空气可经第二湿度空气排出口223和第一湿度空气排出口13快速排出至外界。
进一步地,压缩机空气干燥装置21包括风机217、热交换器210和压缩机214,风机217的出风端对应位于壳体211的空气排出口216处,热交换器210位于风机217的吸风端,热交换器210包括冷凝器212和蒸发器213,冷凝器和蒸发器连接压缩机214,其中风机217包括蜗壳218和安装于蜗壳218内的离心风机,吸风端和出风端分别设置于蜗壳218上,且蜗壳218的吸风端管道219与干燥空气排入口12对接固定,冷凝器212和蒸发器213的底部安装有接水盘215,接水盘215上设置有落水管216,干燥腔22内设置有接水腔226,接水腔226顶部设置有与落水管216对接的接水口2261,接水腔226内插入有接水盒227,当接水盒227内的水盛满后,接水盒可从接水腔内抽出将其内部水进行清理,其中接水盒内的水由热换器对空气中的湿度进行干燥后产生,并经接水盘和落水管进入至接水盒内。
优选地,盖板5通过合页安装开口111的外侧,且盖板5的内侧设置密封圈,且密封圈与开口对应匹配,以将盖板与开口之间的缝隙进行密封,在盖板盖合后盖板的侧壁通过锁扣与外壳连接,以盖板固定,锁扣解锁可以将盖板打开,盖板上设置有观察口51,且观察口51处固定安装透视板4,以对正在烘干的物品进行人工观察情况。
基于上述,潮湿物经开口放入烘干腔内,此时烘干腔内的潮湿物进行根据腔内温度进行水分挥发,外循环时,第二湿度空气排出口和外界空气排入口中的至少一个需要处于打开状态下,离心风机通电启动将外界空气吸入至干燥腔内,干燥腔内的外界空气进入至压缩机空 气干燥装置2的壳体内,压缩机空气干燥装置2将湿度空气通过压缩机、冷凝器和蒸发器的工作进行热交换后将湿度空气中的水分抽离而形成干燥温空气,且干燥温空气在离心风机的作用下经经空气排出口和干燥空气排入口排入至烘干腔内,以使烘干腔内的潮湿物(宠物或衣物)水分进行快速挥发,经水分快速挥发出来而形成的湿度空气依次经烘干腔的第一湿度空气排出口和干燥腔上的第二湿度空气排出口快速排出至外界,从而依此方式进行反复快速水分挥发以及排湿以对潮湿物快速烘干,其烘干时间较之加热型烘干器缩短50%以上。
内循环时,将第二湿度空气排出口和外界空气排入口关闭,离心风机通电启动将烘干腔内的湿度空气抽排,并且湿度空气经第一湿度空气排出口、干燥腔和空气排入口而排入至压缩机空气干燥装置2内进行除湿的壳体内,压缩机空气干燥装置2将湿度空气通过压缩机、冷凝器和蒸发器的工作进行热交换后将湿度空气中的水分抽离而形成干燥温空气,且干燥温空气在离心风机的作用下经空气排出口和干燥空气排入口排入至烘干腔内,以使烘干腔内的潮湿物(宠物或衣物)水分进行快速挥发,经水分快速挥发出来而形成的湿度空气再次被除湿装置的离心风机抽出并除湿后产生干燥温空气输入至烘干腔内,从而依此方式进行往复循环的快速水分挥发以及抽湿以对潮湿物快速烘干,其烘干时间较之加热型烘干器缩短50%以上。
本实施例中,外壳1的内腔中通过隔板221分隔形成干燥腔22和烘干腔11,且干燥腔22与烘干腔11之间的隔板上设置有第一湿度空气排出口13和干燥空气排入口12。其结构紧凑,设计合理,提升使用性能,且在外壳上还可进行罩设装饰壳2,以使整体抽湿烘干装置美观。
本实施例中,干燥腔22上设置有空气出入口220,空气出入口220的内口处竖直设置有竖直板,通过竖直板的设置将空气出入口分割形成第二湿度空气排出口223和外界空气排入口222;其中空气出入口6和接水腔226均设置于干燥腔22的侧板225上。
本实施例中,空气出入口6的外口处设置有封闭结构、以及驱动封闭结构动作使空气出入口关闭或打开的驱动装置;其中封闭装置可以是门板或百叶6,门板由电动推杆驱动位移而进行关闭或打开空气出入口,百叶6由电动推杆、连杆和摆杆三者联动而驱动百叶动作而进行关闭或打开空气出入口,然而在外界空气湿度较低情况下打开后,由于本身外界空气较为干燥,因此压缩机空气干燥装置2对外界空气进行干燥的效率较高,从而使得对宠物及衣物上的水分得到更加高速挥发,进一步提升烘干效率。
本实施例中,空气出入口220的周围设置有空气湿度传感器,且空气湿度传感器可以螺栓等紧固件安装在罩壳上,从而对空气中的湿度情况进行检测。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的 产品,但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是具有与本申请相同或相近似的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种抽湿烘干方法,其特征在于,其具体包括步骤如下:
    初始阶段:
    将潮湿物置入烘干腔内,使潮湿物水分在烘干腔内进行挥发;
    外循环快速烘干阶段:
    干燥腔上的外界空气排入口和第二湿度空气排出口中的至少一个处于打开状态;
    利用干燥腔内的压缩机空气干燥装置将外界空气经干燥腔上的外界空气排入口抽入至干燥腔内,此时,压缩机空气干燥装置将干燥腔内的外界空气进行处理后形成干燥温空气,且干燥温空气经烘干腔上的干燥空气排入口输入至烘干腔内使潮湿物的水分进行快速挥发,经水分快速挥发而形成的湿度空气依次经烘干腔的第一湿度空气排出口和干燥腔上的第二湿度空气排出口快速排出至外界,从而依此方式进行反复快速水分挥发以及排湿以对潮湿物快速烘干。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种抽湿烘干方法,其特征在于,还包括对外界空气湿度情况进行监测,当监测到外界空气湿度较高的情况下将干燥腔上的第二湿度空气排出口和外界空气排入口关闭,并进行内循环快速烘干,具体内循环烘干方法如下:
    利用压缩机空气干燥装置将烘干腔内的湿度空气由第一湿度空气排出口抽出排入至干燥腔内,此时,压缩机空气干燥装置将干燥腔内的湿度空气进行除湿后产生干燥温空气,且干燥温空气经烘干腔上的干燥空气排入口输入至烘干腔内使潮湿物的水分进行快速挥发,经水分快速挥发出来而形成的湿度空气再次被压缩机空气干燥装置抽出并除湿后产生干燥温空气输入至烘干腔内,从而依此方式进行往复循环的快速水分挥发以及抽湿以对潮湿物快速烘干。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种抽湿烘干方法,其特征在于,压缩机空气干燥装置利用风机将外界空气或湿度空气抽吸至其冷凝器和蒸发器上,且冷凝器和蒸发器对外界空气或湿度空气进行热交换后形成干燥温空气,干燥温空气由其风机的出风端排出,并经干燥空气排入口输入至烘干腔内。
  4. 一种抽湿烘干装置,包括外壳,其特征在于,外壳上设置有烘干腔、干燥腔、与烘干腔连通且供潮湿物放入烘干腔内的开口、以及与烘干腔连通的第一湿度空气排出口和干燥空气排入口,第一湿度空气排出口和干燥空气排入口使干燥腔和烘干腔相互连通,干燥腔内设置有压缩机空气干燥装置;压缩机空气干燥装置的空气排出口与干燥空气排入口对应,干燥腔上设置有第二湿度空气排出口、以及与空气排入口位置对应的外界空气排入口;开口处设置有盖板,使开口封闭。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种抽湿烘干装置,其特征在于,外壳的内腔中通过隔板分隔 形成干燥腔和烘干腔,且干燥腔与烘干腔之间的隔板上设置有第一湿度空气排出口和干燥空气排入口。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种抽湿烘干装置,其特征在于,干燥腔上设置有空气出入口,空气出入口的内口处竖直设置有竖直板,通过竖直板的设置将空气出入口分割形成第二湿度空气排出口和外界空气排入口。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种抽湿烘干装置,其特征在于,空气出入口的外口处设置有使空气出入口关闭或打开的动作装置。
  8. 根据权利要求4-7任一项所述的一种抽湿烘干装置,其特征在于,压缩机空气干燥装置包括风机、热交换器和压缩机,风机的出风端通过出风管道与空气排出口对接连通,热交换器位于风机的吸风端和外界空气排入口之间,热交换器包括冷凝器和蒸发器,冷凝器和蒸发器连接压缩机;冷凝器和蒸发器的底部安装有接水盘,接水盘上设置有落水管,干燥腔内设置有接水腔,接水腔顶部设置有与落水管对接的接水口,接水腔内插入有接水盒。
  9. 根据权利要求4-7任一项所述的一种抽湿烘干装置,其特征在于,第二湿度空气排出口的位置与第一湿度空气排出口的位置相互对应。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的一种抽湿烘干装置,其特征在于,空气出入口的周围设置有空气湿度传感器。
