Description

一种带污水处理的布料印染装置 技术领域
本发明涉及布料印染领域,更具体地说,涉及一种带污水处理的布料印染装置。
背景技术
中国的印染机械行业在最近这些年发展最为迅速,随着全球经济一体化进程的加快,我国印染机械工业将面临着国内外两个市场更多的机遇和挑战,纵观国内外印染机械的发展,都是伴随着印染工艺的技术进步而发展的,各种织物的印染加工包括前处理、染色、印花、后整理四大工序,目前这些工艺大都已比较成熟,因而与各种工艺相匹配的印染机械也已步入成熟期。
然而,传统的纺织布料印染装置还存在着印染质量低的问题,在印染的过程中,一方面传统的印染设备,由于染料喷头的固定安装,往往会导致喷涂染料不均,这样则会降低纺织布料的生产质量,另一方面,生产过程中产生的大量废水造成水资源浪费,给纺织厂的经济造成一定的损失。
发明内容
1.要解决的技术问题
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种带污水处理的布料印染装置,本方案通过设置往复机构,利用第一电机驱动移动块在螺纹杆上进行移动,同时移动块在螺纹杆两侧的滑杆上进行滑动,而移动块下方所连接喷淋头,同时又和染料箱上的软管进行连接,从而可以对布料进行来回多次的染料喷洒,从而可以提高布料印染的效果。
2.技术方案
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案。
一种带污水处理的布料印染装置,包括竖板,所述竖板的上端左右两侧均固定连接有同一横板,所述竖板的对侧固定连接有同一安装板,所述安装板的正面固定连接有单片机,所述安装板的上端固定连接有第一处理箱,所述第一处理箱的上端边缘处设有刮水片,所述第一处理箱的内侧设有拉紧机构,所述第一处理箱的内侧固定连接有浓度传感器,所述 第一处理箱的下端固定连接有导管,所述导管的下端贯穿安装板的底部固定连接有废水盒,所述导管的外侧固定连接有电磁阀,所述废水盒的内侧设有过滤机构,所述废水盒的左侧设有滤渣口,所述废水盒的外侧设有收集盒,所述滤渣口被收集盒所覆盖,所述横板的下端固定连接有料辊,所述横板的下端固定连接有连接杆,所述连接杆的下端固定连接有莲蓬头,所述横板的下端固定连接有水泵,所述废水盒的外侧固定连接有第一水管,所述第一水管和水泵为固定连接,所述水泵的另一端固定连接有第二水管,所述第二水管和莲蓬头为固定连接,所述横板的下端固定连接有往复机构,所述往复机构的下端固定连接有喷淋头,所述横板的下端固定连接有染料箱,所述染料箱的外侧固定连接有软管,所述软管的另一端和喷淋头为固定连接,所述安装板的上端固定连接有染架,所述染架的上端固定连接有挡板,所述染架的上端固定连接有收水机构,所述染架的上端固定连接有刮刀组件,所述横板的下端固定连接有脱水机构,所述安装板的上端固定连接有传动机构;
所述往复机构包括置物盒,所述置物盒固定连接在横板的下端,所述置物盒的内侧固定连接有隔板,所述隔板和置物盒的对侧转动连接有螺纹杆,所述螺纹杆的外侧螺纹连接有移动块,所述隔板的左侧固定连接有第一电机,所述第一电机的输出端贯穿隔板和螺纹杆为固定连接,所述隔板和置物盒的对侧固定连接有滑杆,所述滑杆对称设在螺纹杆的前后两侧,所述移动块和滑杆为滑动连接,所述移动块的下端和喷淋头为固定连接。
进一步的,所述拉紧机构包括压辊、顶辊和清洗棉,所述压辊固定连接在第一处理箱的内侧,所述顶辊固定连接在第一处理箱的内侧,所述压辊对称设在顶辊的左右两侧,所述清洗棉粘接连接在压辊和顶辊的外侧,由于设置了拉紧机构,通过在顶辊的左右两侧设置压辊,可以将经过的布料进行拉紧,便于清洗。
进一步的,所述过滤机构包括粗网、细网和活性炭层,所述粗网固定连接在废水盒的内侧,所述细网固定连接在废水盒的内侧,所述粗网和细网为固定连接,所述活性炭层设在粗网和细网的对侧,由于设置了过滤机构,通过在上层设置粗网对可以对粗杂质过滤,而细微的颗粒通过粗网和细网之间的活性碳层进行吸收,可以提高过滤的效率。
进一步的,所述收水机构包括轴架和第二辊轴,所述轴架固定连接在染架的上端,所 述轴架的对侧转动连接有第一辊轴,所述轴架的内侧设有活动腔,所述活动腔的内侧固定连接有弹簧,所述弹簧的另一端固定连接有推块,所述推块的形状为半弧形,所述推块的上端和第二辊轴的轴部为转动连接,由于设置了收水机构,通过在轴架上设置一个第一辊轴,然后在轴架上设置通腔,利用通腔内侧弹簧伸缩推块上转动的第二辊轴和第一辊轴之间可以对布料进行弹性挤压,可以将布料中的染料以及水挤出。
进一步的,所述刮刀组件包括寸板,所述寸板固定安装在染架的上端,所述寸板的对侧固定连接有基板,所述基板的上端开设有刀槽,所述刀槽的内侧放置有刀具,所述刀槽的外侧螺纹连接有螺栓,所述螺栓外侧通过刀槽和刀具为活动连接,由于设置了刮刀组件,通过设置的寸板,在寸板上设置刀槽和螺栓对刀具进行固定,可以方便更换刀具,另一方面通过刮刀组件的设置可以将布料刮平整,防止褶皱。
进一步的,所述脱水机构包括壳体,所述壳体固定连接在横板的下端,所述壳体的内侧固定连接有风机,所述壳体的内侧固定连接有加热棒,所述加热棒上下两端均固定连接有电热网,所述电热网左右两端和壳体为固定连接,所述壳体的下端固定连接有烘罩,所述壳体的外侧设有通气孔,所述壳体的外侧设有防尘机构,由于设置了脱水机构,通过加热棒将电热网加热,利用风机将电热网上的热量向布料传递,可以快速的将布料进行烘干脱水。
进一步的,所述防尘机构包括磁圈,所述磁圈和壳体的外侧为磁力连接,所述磁圈的外侧固定连接有连接筒,所述连接筒的外侧设有螺旋纹,所述连接筒的外侧通过螺旋纹螺纹连接有固定盖,所述固定盖的内侧设有定槽,所述定槽的内侧设有网片,所述固定盖的外侧等距离分布有若干孔洞,由于设置了防尘机构,通过磁圈固定连接筒,通过在连接筒和固定盖之间设置网片,可以防止灰层和棉屑的进入壳体内部,一方面可以确保布料脱水的质量,另一方面避免风机堵塞导致损坏。
进一步的,所述传动机构包括支座和加固脚架,所述支座和加固脚架和安装板的上端为固定连接,所述加固脚架固定安装在支座的左右两侧,所述支座的上端转动连接有收卷辊,所述支座的背面固定连接有第二电机,所述第二电机的输出端和收卷辊为固定连接, 由于传动机构的设置,通过在支座上设置收卷辊和第二电机可以方便对印染后的布料进行收集。
3.有益效果
相比于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:
(1)本方案通过设置往复机构,利用第一电机驱动移动块在螺纹杆上进行移动,同时移动块在螺纹杆两侧的滑杆上进行滑动,而移动块下方所连接喷淋头,同时又和染料箱上的软管进行连接,从而可以对布料进行来回多次的染料喷洒,从而可以提高布料印染的效果。
(2)本方案通过在第一处理箱的内侧设置浓度传感器,当检测到水中的杂质浓度过多时,浓度传感器将信号传递给单片机,单片机启动第一处理箱下端的导管上的电磁阀,此时废水进入废水盒,配合过滤机构的设置,废渣由滤渣口一侧的收集盒进行集中收集,而处理后的废水通过第一水管所连接的水泵将水由第二水管排进第一处理箱上端的莲蓬头进行使用,从而可以提高废水的利用率,同时也可以降低企业的经济支出。
(3)本方案通过在第一处理箱内设置拉紧机构,利用压辊将布料向下按压,而顶辊则向上置顶布料,可以对布料进行拉紧,配合压辊和顶辊的外部均设置了清洗棉所产生的摩擦力,可以将布料清洗效果更好。
(4)本方案通过在喷淋头下方的染架上设置相对的收水机构,通过在轴架上设置一个第一辊轴,然后在轴架上设置通腔,利用通腔内侧弹簧伸缩推块上转动的第二辊轴和第一辊轴之间可以对布料进行弹性挤压的力,前者可以将布料中包含的水分再次挤出,后者可以将上过染料的布料上的多余染料挤压出避免产生布料受色不均。
(5)本方案通过设置刮刀组件,通过设置的寸板,在寸板上设置刀槽和螺栓对刀具进行固定,可以方便更换刀具,另一方面通过刮刀组件的设置可以将布料刮平整,防止褶皱。
(6)本方案通过设置脱水机构,首先加热棒将电热网加热,然后再利用风机将电热网上的热量吹向布料,而可以快速的将布料进行烘干脱水,配合着防尘机构的设置,利用 在连接筒和固定盖之间设置网片,可以防止灰层和棉屑的进入壳体内部,不但可以确保布料脱水的质量更好,而且还可以避免风机堵塞导致损坏。

请参阅图6,所述传动机构28包括支座282和加固脚架283,所述支座282和加固脚架283和安装板3的上端为固定连接,所述加固脚架283固定安装在支座282的左右两侧,所述支座282的上端转动连接有收卷辊284,所述支座282的背面固定连接有第二电机281,所述第二电机281的输出端和收卷辊284为固定连接,由于传动机构28的设置通过第二电机281驱动收卷辊284进行转动可以为布料的印染提供连续印染的动力。
本发明中的一种带污水处理的布料印染装置,其工作原理如下:使用时,首先驱动支座282上的第二电机281,第二电机281带动收卷辊284转动,布料由料辊4进入上方无盖的的第一处理箱5,由于第一处理箱5的内侧安装了拉紧机构12,用压辊121将布料向下按压,而顶辊122则向上置顶布料,可以对布料进行拉紧,配合压辊121和顶辊122的外部均设置了清洗棉123所产生的摩擦力,对布料进行清洗,清洗的同时,由于第一处理箱5的内侧设置了浓度传感器6,当检测到水中的杂质浓度过多时,浓度传感器6将信号传递给单片机7,单片机7启动第一处理箱5下端的导管29上的电磁阀30,此时废水进入废水盒31,配合过滤机构10的设置,粗网101过滤大杂质,细网103和粗网101之间的活性炭层102过滤小颗粒,废渣由滤渣口9一侧的收集盒8进行集中收集,而处理后的废水通过第一水管11所连接的水泵17将水由第二水管16排进第一处理箱5上端的莲蓬头14进行使用,而清洗后的布料通过刮水片13进入染架25后,首先,利用第一电机186驱动移动块183在螺纹杆184上进行移动,同时移动块183在螺纹杆184两侧的滑杆185上进行滑动,而移动块183下方所连接喷淋头21,同时又和染料箱20上的软管19进行连接,从而可以对布料进行来回多次的染料喷洒,而染架25上由于安装了收水机构22,通过在轴架226上设置一个第一辊轴221,然后在轴架226上设置通腔,利用通腔内侧弹簧225伸缩推块224上转动的第二辊轴223和第一辊轴221之间可以对布料进行弹性挤压的 力,前者可以将布料中包含的水分再次挤出,后者可以将上过染料的布料上的多余染料挤压出,此外染架25的右端由于安装了刮刀组件23,以将布料刮平整,防止褶皱,当布料经过脱水机构26后,加热棒265将电热网264加热,然后再利用风机262将电热网264上的热量吹向布料,而可以快速的将印染后的布料进行烘干脱水,可以方便对印染后的布料进行收卷。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带污水处理的布料印染装置,其特征在于:所述拉紧机构(12)包括压辊(121)、顶辊(122)和清洗棉(123),所述压辊(121)固定连接在第一处理箱(5)的内侧,所述顶辊(122)固定连接在第一处理箱(5)的内侧,所述压辊(121)对称设在顶辊(122)的左右两侧,所述清洗棉(123)粘接连接在压辊(121)和顶辊(122)的外侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带污水处理的布料印染装置,其特征在于:所述过滤机构(10)包括粗网(101)、细网(103)和活性炭层(102),所述粗网(101)固定连接在废水盒(31)的内侧,所述细网(103)固定连接在废水盒(31)的内侧,所述粗网(101)和细网(103)为固定连接,所述活性炭层(102)设在粗网(101)和细网(103)的对侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带污水处理的布料印染装置,其特征在于:所述收水机构(22)包括轴架(226)和第二辊轴(223),所述轴架(226)固定连接在染架(25)的上端,所述轴架(226)的对侧转动连接有第一辊轴(221),所述轴架(226)的内侧设有活动腔(222),所述活动腔(222)的内侧固定连接有弹簧(225),所述弹簧(225)的另一端固定连接有推块(224),所述推块(224)的形状为半弧形,所述推块(224)的上端和第二辊轴(223)的轴部为转动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带污水处理的布料印染装置,其特征在于:所述刮刀组件(23)包括寸板(235),所述寸板(235)固定安装在染架(25)的上端,所述寸板(235)的对侧固定连接有基板(234),所述基板(234)的上端开设有刀槽(232),所述刀槽(232)的内侧放置有刀具(233),所述刀槽(232)的外侧螺纹连接有螺栓(231),所述螺栓(231)外侧通过刀槽(232)和刀具(233)为活动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带污水处理的布料印染装置,其特征在于:所述脱水 机构(26)包括壳体(261),所述壳体(261)固定连接在横板(1)的下端,所述壳体(261)的内侧固定连接有风机(262),所述壳体(261)的内侧固定连接有加热棒(265),所述加热棒(265)上下两端均固定连接有电热网(264),所述电热网(264)左右两端和壳体(261)为固定连接,所述壳体(261)的下端固定连接有烘罩(266),所述壳体(261)的外侧设有通气孔(263),所述壳体(261)的外侧设有防尘机构(27)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种带污水处理的布料印染装置,其特征在于:所述防尘机构(27)包括磁圈(271),所述磁圈(271)和壳体(261)的外侧为磁力连接,所述磁圈(271)的外侧固定连接有连接筒(272),所述连接筒(272)的外侧设有螺旋纹(273),所述连接筒(272)的外侧通过螺旋纹(273)螺纹连接有固定盖(275),所述固定盖(275)的内侧设有定槽(276),所述定槽(276)的内侧设有网片(274),所述固定盖(275)的外侧等距离分布有若干孔洞。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带污水处理的布料印染装置,其特征在于:所述传动机构(28)包括支座(282)和加固脚架(283),所述支座(282)和加固脚架(283)和安装板(3)的上端为固定连接,所述加固脚架(283)固定安装在支座(282)的左右两侧,所述支座(282)的上端转动连接有收卷辊(284),所述支座(282)的背面固定连接有第二电机(281),所述第二电机(281)的输出端和收卷辊(284)为固定连接。
