位移组件包括摆动杆6和第一工作电机7,第一工作电机7关于保护罩1水平中轴线对称设置,且第一工作电机7固定安装在保护罩1的侧壁上,第一工作电机7的输出端固定连接有摆动杆6,摆动杆6远离第一工作电机7的一端铰接有喷漆组件;
保护罩1内还对称设置有两个用于对喷漆组件限位的弧形导轨4,弧形导轨4固定安装在保护罩1的侧壁上,且弧形导轨4和喷枪固定座5滑动连接。
调节组件包括伺服电机9和第一螺杆11,第一螺杆11安装在竖直滑轨10内,且第一螺杆11与竖直滑轨10转动连接,第一螺杆11的顶部固定连接有伺服电机9,伺服电机9安装在竖直滑轨10上,且第一螺杆11上对称设置有两端旋向相反、螺距相同的外螺纹,每段所述的外螺纹上分别套设有第一螺纹块12,第一螺纹块12固定连接有夹持组件13;
如图4-5所示,夹持组件13包括连接杆14和定位座15,连接杆14的一端固定安装有定位座15,定位座15内设置有第二螺杆16,第二螺杆16和定位座15转动连接,定位座15上对称设置有两个旋向相反、螺距相同的外螺纹,且每段所述的外螺纹上分别套设有第二螺纹块17,第二螺纹块17固定连接有电机安装座18,电机安装座18上固定安装有第二工作电机19;
如图6所示,第二工作电机19的输出端固定连接有调节轴20,调节轴20的一侧通过螺栓固定连接有固定夹持板21,固定夹持板21为L型板状结构,且调节轴20上设置有移动夹持板8,移动夹持板8和固定夹持板21之间通过第三螺杆22连接,第三螺杆22和固定夹持板21之间转动连接,移动夹持板8和第三螺杆22之间通过螺纹连接;
使用时需要对外壳进行夹持时,开启伺服电机9,伺服电机9带动第一螺杆11转动,第一螺杆11带动第一螺纹块12同向或异向移动,从而使得第一螺纹块12带动夹持组件13移动,从而实现了对夹持组件13位置的调节,进而利于对不同厚度外壳的夹持,避免了外壳的脱落;
同时,转动第二螺杆16,第二螺杆16带动第二螺纹块17和固定夹持板21同向或异向移动,进而实现了对外壳的夹持,避免了喷漆过程中外壳晃动导致的喷漆不均匀的现象;
移动夹持板8和固定夹持板21均采用弹性体材质。
综上所述,本发明的工作原理是:使用时需要对外壳进行夹持时,开启伺服电机9,伺服电机9带动第一螺杆11转动,第一螺杆11带动第一螺纹块12同向或异向移动,从而使得第一螺纹块12带动夹持组件13移动,从而实现了对夹持组件13位置的调节,进而利于对不同厚度外壳的夹持,避免了外壳的脱落;
同时,转动第二螺杆16,第二螺杆16带动第二螺纹块17和固定夹持板21同向或异向移动,进而实现了对外壳的夹持,避免了喷漆过程中外壳晃动导致的喷漆不均匀的现象。
本发明实施例设置了位移组件,位移组件的设置实现了对喷枪位置的灵活移动,方便了喷漆工作的顺利进行,同时夹持组件13的设置实现了对不同外形壳体的夹持,避免了外壳的脱落,降低了喷漆难度。
对于本领域技术人员而言,虽然说明了本发明的几个实施方式以及实施例,但这些实施方式以及实施例是作为例子而提出的,并不意图限定发明的范围。这些新的实施方式能够以其他各种方式实施,在不脱离发明的主旨的范围内能够进行各种省略、替换、变更。这些实施方式及其变形包含在发明的范围及主旨中,并且包含在权利要求书所记载的发明和其等效的范围内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种缝纫机外壳喷漆装置,包括保护罩(1),保护罩(1)内设置有喷漆腔(2),喷漆腔(2)的中间设置有支架(3),支架(3)上设置有喷漆组件,其特征在于,喷漆组件连接有位移组件,位移组件安装在支架(3)上,保护罩(1)内还对称设置有两个竖直滑轨(10),竖直滑轨(10)上安装有调节组件,调节组件连接有夹持组件(13)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的缝纫机外壳喷漆装置,其特征在于,喷漆组件包括喷枪固定座(5)和喷枪,喷枪固定座(5)上安装有喷枪,且喷枪和喷枪固定座(5)之间通过卡扣连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的缝纫机外壳喷漆装置,其特征在于,位移组件包括摆动杆(6)和第一工作电机(7),第一工作电机(7)关于保护罩(1)水平中轴线对称设置,且第一工作电机(7)固定安装在保护罩(1)的侧壁上,第一工作电机(7)的输出端固定连接有摆动杆(6),摆动杆(6)远离第一工作电机(7)的一端铰接有喷漆组件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的缝纫机外壳喷漆装置,其特征在于,保护罩(1)内还对称设置有两个用于对喷漆组件限位的弧形导轨(4),弧形导轨(4)固定安装在保护罩(1)的侧壁上,且弧形导轨(4)和喷枪固定座(5)滑动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的缝纫机外壳喷漆装置,其特征在于,调节组件包括伺服电机(9)和第一螺杆(11),第一螺杆(11)安装在竖直滑轨(10)内,且第一螺杆(11)与竖直滑轨(10)转动连接,第一螺杆(11)的顶部固定连接有伺服电机(9),伺服电机(9)安装在竖直滑轨(10)上,且第一螺杆(11)上对称设置有两端旋向相反、螺距相同的外螺纹,每段所述的外螺纹上分别套设有第一螺纹块(12),第一螺纹块(12)固定连接有夹持组件(13)。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的缝纫机外壳喷漆装置,其特征在于,夹持组件(13)包括连接杆(14)和定位座(15),连接杆(14)的一端固定安装有定位座(15),定位座(15)内设置有第二螺杆(16),第二螺杆(16)和定位座(15)转动连接,定位座(15)上对称设置有两个旋向相反、螺距相同的外螺纹,且每段所述的外螺纹上分别套设有第二螺纹块(17),第二螺纹块(17)固定连接有电机安装座(18),电机安装座(18)上固定安装有第二工作电机(19)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的缝纫机外壳喷漆装置,其特征在于,第二工作电机(19)的输出端固定连接有调节轴(20),调节轴(20)的一侧通过螺栓固定连接有固定夹持板(21),且调节轴(20)上设置有移动夹持板(8),移动夹持板(8)和固定夹持板(21)之间通过第三螺杆(22)连接,第三螺杆(22)和固定夹持板(21)之间转动连接,移动夹持板(8)和第三螺杆(22)之间通过螺纹连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的缝纫机外壳喷漆装置,其特征在于,固定夹持板(21)为L型板状结构。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的缝纫机外壳喷漆装置,其特征在于,移动夹持板(8)和固定夹持板(21)均采用弹性体材质。
