Abstract
一种便拆式膨胀螺栓,包括外侧设置有滑动块(4)的螺钉(1)、设置有沟槽的胀管(5)、螺母(2)、垫片(3),通过螺钉(1)和胀管(5)之间形成连接,形成胀管(5)的扩张和收缩,达到膨胀螺栓快速拆卸,重复使用的目的。
Description
本发明一种便拆式膨胀螺栓涉及一种方便拔除的膨胀螺栓,属于五金配件领域。
现有的膨胀螺栓的螺钉、胀管是独立的,不能够进行快速的分离拆除,缺少联动,且当胀管受压扩张后,不能够复原,即螺钉和胀管独立的分离固定,胀管扩张紧贴孔壁,螺钉被胀管限位,拆卸麻烦,难以直接拔除,现有的膨胀螺栓拔除困难。
为了改善上述情况,本发明一种便拆式膨胀螺栓提供了一种能够对胀管进行形变收拉的膨胀螺栓。
本发明一种便拆式膨胀螺栓是这样实现的:本发明一种便拆式膨胀螺栓包括螺钉、胀管、螺母、垫片,胀管套置于螺钉上,且一端和螺钉上的膨胀块相抵接,垫片套置于螺钉上,螺母螺接至于螺钉上,所述胀管和螺钉之间通过滑动块形成滑动连接,所述滑动块置于螺钉上,且和胀管上的涨缝一一对应。
所述胀管外侧面上设置有有容纳滑动块的沟槽。
所述滑动块为T形结构。
所述滑动块和沟槽表面预留间隙。
所述胀管上的涨缝沿轴向长度大于胀管长度的一半。
一、 螺钉和胀管形成关联,能够对胀管进行收拉。
二、 能够重复利用,节省成本。
三、 结构简单,方便实用。

本发明一种便拆式膨胀螺栓是这样实现的:使用时,通过将整个膨胀螺栓放置在钻孔内,然后选择螺母(2),通过螺母(2)将螺丝外拉,使得胀管(5)沿着涨缝(6)扩张,滑动块(4)沿着涨缝(6)同步滑动,当需要拆卸时,将螺母(2)卸下,用外力将螺丝向孔内推动,使得滑动块(4)反向移动,将扩张的胀管(5)向内收拉,减小截面,便于整体结构的拔取,达到拆卸膨胀螺栓的目的。
Claims (5)
- 一种便拆式膨胀螺栓,其特征是:包括螺钉、胀管、螺母、垫片,胀管套置于螺钉上,且一端和螺钉上的膨胀块相抵接,垫片套置于螺钉上,螺母螺接至于螺钉上,所述胀管和螺钉之间通过滑动块形成滑动连接,所述滑动块置于螺钉上,且和胀管上的涨缝一一对应。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便拆式膨胀螺栓,其特征在于所述胀管外侧面上设置有有容纳滑动块的沟槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便拆式膨胀螺栓,其特征在于所述滑动块为T形结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便拆式膨胀螺栓,其特征在于所述滑动块和沟槽表面预留间隙。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便拆式膨胀螺栓,其特征在于所述胀管上的涨缝沿轴向长度大于胀管长度的一半。
