参照图1-8,一种水产品养殖用饲料分装打包设备,包括第一传送带1、第二传送带2、料仓3和气缸4,所述第一传送带1与第二传送带2并排设置,第一传送带1设置于料仓3的正下方,气缸4的设置于第一传送带1的一侧,第一传送带1的顶部放置有多个打包桶5,料仓3的底部接通有下料管6,下料管6的底端外侧固定套设有矩形框7,矩形框7的底部滑动安装有挡板8,挡板8上开设有下料通口9,下料通口9与下料管6相配合,气缸4的输出轴上焊接有伸缩杆10,伸缩杆10的一端固定连接有移动杆11,移动杆11的顶部固定连接有两个L形连接杆12,两个L形连接杆12的另一端均与挡板8的一侧固定连接,移动杆11的一侧设置有活动板13。
本实施例中,矩形框7的底部开设有两个滑槽14,挡板8的顶部固定连接有两个滑轨15,两个滑轨15分别滑动安装于两个滑槽14内,滑轨15可 以沿着滑槽14位移。
本实施例中,移动杆11的底部固定连接有圆杆16,圆杆16的外侧转动套设有旋转座17,活动板13的一端与旋转座17固定连接,旋转座17可以在圆杆16的外侧转动。
本实施例中,圆杆16的底端固定连接有限位块18,移动杆11的一侧固定连接有挡块19,挡块19与活动板13相配合,挡块19可以限制住活动板13的活动范围。
本实施例中,圆杆16的外侧套设有扭力弹簧20,扭力弹簧20的顶端与旋转座17固定连接,扭力弹簧20的底端与限位块18的顶部固定连接,扭力弹簧20可以带动旋转座17复位。
本实施例中,下料管6的外侧固定安装有小型电机21,小型电机21的输出轴上焊接有旋转轴22,旋转轴22的一端延伸至下料管6内,且旋转轴22的外侧固定连接有多个搅拌杆23,旋转轴22可以带动搅拌杆23转动。
本实施例中,料仓3的底部固定连接有U形杆24,U形杆24上开设有滑孔,滑孔内滑动安装有滑杆25,滑杆25的顶端固定连接有敲击块26,且滑杆25的外侧固定套设有限位圈27,限位圈27与U形杆24相配合,限位圈27可以对滑杆25向下位移的距离进行限位。
本实施例中,旋转轴22的外侧固定套设有凸轮28,滑杆25的底端固定连接有挤压板29,挤压板29与凸轮28相配合,凸轮28每转动一圈可以带动挤压板29向上位移一次。
实施例二
参照图1-8,一种水产品养殖用饲料分装打包设备,包括第一传送带1、第二传送带2、料仓3和气缸4,所述第一传送带1与第二传送带2并排设置,第一传送带1设置于料仓3的正下方,气缸4的设置于第一传送带1的一侧,第一传送带1的顶部放置有多个打包桶5,料仓3的底部接通有下料管6,下 料管6的底端外侧通过焊接固定套设有矩形框7,矩形框7的底部滑动安装有挡板8,挡板8上开设有下料通口9,下料通口9与下料管6相配合,气缸4的输出轴上焊接有伸缩杆10,伸缩杆10的一端通过焊接固定连接有移动杆11,移动杆11的顶部通过焊接固定连接有两个L形连接杆12,两个L形连接杆12的另一端均与挡板8的一侧通过焊接固定连接,移动杆11的一侧设置有活动板13。
本实施例中,矩形框7的底部开设有两个滑槽14,挡板8的顶部通过焊接固定连接有两个滑轨15,两个滑轨15分别滑动安装于两个滑槽14内,滑轨15可以沿着滑槽14位移。
本实施例中,移动杆11的底部通过焊接固定连接有圆杆16,圆杆16的外侧转动套设有旋转座17,活动板13的一端与旋转座17通过焊接固定连接,旋转座17可以在圆杆16的外侧转动。
本实施例中,圆杆16的底端固定连接有限位块18,移动杆11的一侧通过焊接固定连接有挡块19,挡块19与活动板13相配合,挡块19可以限制住活动板13的活动范围。
本实施例中,圆杆16的外侧套设有扭力弹簧20,扭力弹簧20的顶端与旋转座17通过焊接固定连接,扭力弹簧20的底端与限位块18的顶部通过焊接固定连接,扭力弹簧20可以带动旋转座17复位。
本实施例中,下料管6的外侧通过螺栓固定安装有小型电机21,小型电机21的输出轴上焊接有旋转轴22,旋转轴22的一端延伸至下料管6内,且旋转轴22的外侧通过焊接固定连接有多个搅拌杆23,旋转轴22可以带动搅拌杆23转动。
本实施例中,料仓3的底部通过焊接固定连接有U形杆24,U形杆24上开设有滑孔,滑孔内滑动安装有滑杆25,滑杆25的顶端通过焊接固定连接有敲击块26,且滑杆25的外侧通过焊接固定套设有限位圈27,限位圈27 与U形杆24相配合,限位圈27可以对滑杆25向下位移的距离进行限位。
本实施例中,旋转轴22的外侧通过焊接固定套设有凸轮28,滑杆25的底端通过焊接固定连接有挤压板29,挤压板29与凸轮28相配合,凸轮28每转动一圈可以带动挤压板29向上位移一次。
本发明中,在使用时,第一传送带1带动打包桶5移动,直至打包桶5被移动杆11拦住,此时打包桶5正位于下料管6的正下方,下料管6向打包桶5内下料,在此过程中,小型电机21的输出轴带动旋转轴22转动,旋转轴22带动搅拌杆23转动,使得下料管6内不会产生饲料堵塞,同时旋转轴22带动凸轮28转动,凸轮28每转动一圈可以通过挤压板29带动滑杆25向上位移一次,滑杆25带动敲击块26位移,使得敲击块26可以间歇性的敲击料仓3,避免料仓3与下料管6的连接处堵塞,从而使得下料管6保持匀速下料,随着下料的进行,第一传送带1会初步带着工作人员放上去的打包桶5挤在正在下料的打包桶5的一侧,当第一个打包桶5足量后,气缸4启动,气缸4的输出轴带动伸缩杆10延伸,使得伸缩杆10带动移动杆11位移,使得移动杆11通过L形连接杆12带动挡板8位移,使得挡板8带动下料通口9与下料管6错位,使得下料管6的下料终止,随后移动杆11带动活动板13移动,由于活动板13被挡块19限制住,使得活动板13带动足量的打包桶5位移,使得打包桶5从第一传送带1上移动至第二传送带2上,第二传送带2带动分装好的打包桶5转移走,随后气缸4带动伸缩杆10收回,使得伸缩杆10带动移动杆11复位,移动杆11带动活动板13复位,此时活动板13被后来的打包桶5挡住,从而使得活动板13此时带动旋转座17在圆杆16上转动并使得扭力弹簧20形变,直至活动板13与后来的打包桶5相错位,此时扭力弹簧20形变恢复并通过旋转座17带动活动板13复位,在次过程中,移动杆11通过L形连接杆12带动挡板8复位,使得挡板8上的下料通口9再次与下料管6相对应,从而重新对后来的打包桶5进行下料,如此往复, 使用便捷且功能实用。

  1. 一种水产品养殖用饲料分装打包设备,包括第一传送带(1)、第二传送带(2)、料仓(3)和气缸(4),其特征在于,所述第一传送带(1)与第二传送带(2)并排设置,第一传送带(1)设置于料仓(3)的正下方,气缸(4)的设置于第一传送带(1)的一侧,第一传送带(1)的顶部放置有多个打包桶(5),料仓(3)的底部接通有下料管(6),下料管(6)的底端外侧固定套设有矩形框(7),矩形框(7)的底部滑动安装有挡板(8),挡板(8)上开设有下料通口(9),下料通口(9)与下料管(6)相配合,气缸(4)的输出轴上焊接有伸缩杆(10),伸缩杆(10)的一端固定连接有移动杆(11),移动杆(11)的顶部固定连接有两个L形连接杆(12),两个L形连接杆(12)的另一端均与挡板(8)的一侧固定连接,移动杆(11)的一侧设置有活动板(13)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水产品养殖用饲料分装打包设备,其特征在于,所述矩形框(7)的底部开设有两个滑槽(14),挡板(8)的顶部固定连接有两个滑轨(15),两个滑轨(15)分别滑动安装于两个滑槽(14)内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水产品养殖用饲料分装打包设备,其特征在于,所述移动杆(11)的底部固定连接有圆杆(16),圆杆(16)的外侧转动套设有旋转座(17),活动板(13)的一端与旋转座(17)固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种水产品养殖用饲料分装打包设备,其特征在于,所述圆杆(16)的底端固定连接有限位块(18),移动杆(11)的一侧固定连接有挡块(19),挡块(19)与活动板(13)相配合。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种水产品养殖用饲料分装打包设备,其特征在于,所述圆杆(16)的外侧套设有扭力弹簧(20),扭力弹簧(20)的顶端与旋转座(17)固定连接,扭力弹簧(20)的底端与限位块(18)的顶部固 定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水产品养殖用饲料分装打包设备,其特征在于,所述下料管(6)的外侧固定安装有小型电机(21),小型电机(21)的输出轴上焊接有旋转轴(22),旋转轴(22)的一端延伸至下料管(6)内,且旋转轴(22)的外侧固定连接有多个搅拌杆(23)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水产品养殖用饲料分装打包设备,其特征在于,所述料仓(3)的底部固定连接有U形杆(24),U形杆(24)上开设有滑孔,滑孔内滑动安装有滑杆(25),滑杆(25)的顶端固定连接有敲击块(26),且滑杆(25)的外侧固定套设有限位圈(27),限位圈(27)与U形杆(24)相配合。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种水产品养殖用饲料分装打包设备,其特征在于,所述旋转轴(22)的外侧固定套设有凸轮(28),滑杆(25)的底端固定连接有挤压板(29),挤压板(29)与凸轮(28)相配合。
