本公开涉及电解技术领域,具体涉及一种电极固定结构、电极组件及电解装置。所述电极固定结构包括至少两个固定架,各个所述固定架彼此对接形成框形结构,所述框形结构设有适于安装电极的限位空间,所述电极固定结构具有至少一个所述固定架与相邻的所述固定架分离以装入电极的分离状态,及各个所述固定架互相连接形成所述限位空间以包覆电极的外周壁的组装状态。克服相关技术中电极无法在不增加成本的前提下兼顾美观与高电解效率的缺陷,提供一种美观且电解效率高的电极固定结构、电极组件及电解装置。

Description

电极固定结构、电极组件及电解装置
本公开要求于2020年11月09日提交中国专利局、申请号为202011240360.0、发明名称为“电极固定结构、电极组件及电解装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本公开中。
技术领域
本公开涉及电解技术领域,具体涉及一种电极固定结构、电极组件及电解装置。
背景技术
近年来,随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对健康及个人防护日益重视,消毒液制造机应运而生。家庭版消毒液制造机通过电解氯化钠水溶液,生成次氯酸钠溶液即消毒液。消毒液的制造过程中,需要使用电极来对电解液进行电解,电极包括阳极和阴极。
电极的安装方式包括多种。例如将电极隐藏安装,无法直接观察到,从而达到美观的效果,但是易导致电解效率降低。例如将电极直接裸露安装,电解效率好但影响美观。例如将电极本身的外形尺寸塑造达到产品美观效果,并将电极直接裸露安装,电解效率好但电极的生产成本上升。
一种清洗净化机,包括电解装置,所述电解装置包括固定架、可拆卸的固定在所述固定架上侧的上电极片、可拆卸的固定在所述固定架下侧的下电极片。所述电解装置还包括上盖,所述上盖罩住所述上电极片、所述固定架和所述下电极片,上盖上设有多个条形孔。
上述电解装置由于设置上盖罩住了电极片,没有增加电极片的生产成本,但电解效率低。
发明内容
因此,本公开要解决的技术问题在于克服相关技术中电极无法在不增加成本的前提下兼顾美观与高电解效率的缺陷,从而提供一种美观且电解效率高的电极固定结构、电极组件及电解装置。
一种电极固定结构,包括至少两个固定架,各个所述固定架彼此对接形成框形结构,所述框形结构设有适于安装电极的限位空间,所述电极固定结构具有至少一个所述固定架与相邻的所述固定架分离以装入电极的分离状态,及各个所述固定架互相连接形成所述限位空间以包覆电极的外周壁的组装状态。
在一些实施方式中,所述固定架具有两个,所述固定架包括:
主体,为中间设有开口的环状结构;
至少一段边框,由所述主体的一端面向远离另一端的方向延伸而出,所述边框的内周壁与所述主体的端面之间形成定位空间;
其中一个所述固定架的所述定位空间与另一个所述固定架的定位空间对接形成所述限位空间。
在一些实施方式中,所述定位空间为定位槽,所述限位空间为限位槽。
在一些实施方式中,所述固定架还包括间隔部,凸出设置在所述边框的内周壁上,所述间隔部将所述限位槽分隔成第一限位腔和第二限位腔。
在一些实施方式中,所述固定架还包括防呆筋条,设于所述边框的内周壁上,所述电极的外周壁设有与所述防呆筋条配合的凹部。
在一些实施方式中,所述主体设有所述边框的一端面上还设有至少两个卡接柱,所述边框上设有至少两个卡接孔,其中一个所述固定架的卡接 柱适于与另一个所述固定架的卡接孔卡接。
在一些实施方式中,所述卡接孔的孔壁上设有卡槽,所述卡接柱远离所述主体的一端设有卡块,其中一个所述固定架的所述卡块卡设在另一个所述固定架的所述卡槽中。
在一些实施方式中,所述边框远离所述主体的一端面上设有至少一个定位柱,所述主体设有所述边框的一端面上设有至少一个定位孔,其中一个所述固定架的定位柱适于插入另一个所述固定架的定位孔内。
一种电极组件,包括上述的电极固定结构,及安装于所述电极固定结构中的至少一个电极。
在一些实施方式中,所述电极具有至少两个,且至少两个所述电极中,具有至少一个第一电极,至少一个第二电极,所述第一电极与所述第二电极的极性相反。
在一些实施方式中,所述电极包括第一连接孔和第二连接孔,所述第一连接孔的孔径大于所述第二连接孔的孔径;其中一个所述电极的第一连接孔与另一个所述电极的第二连接孔同轴,第二连接孔与另一个所述电极的第一连接孔同轴。
在一些实施方式中,所述电极为圆片状结构,所述电极还包括中心通孔,所述中心通孔的轴线与所述电极的轴线重合。
一种电解装置,包括上述的电极组件。
本公开技术方案,具有如下优点:
1.本公开提供的电极固定结构,包覆电极的外周壁,外部看来电极比较美观,且对电极进行保护,电极的大部分直接暴露在电解液中,电解效率高。无需特制电极片外形形状来完成外观要求,可以有效降低电极片的成本。具有透明电解容器的消毒液制造机例如家用的消毒液制造机,电极直接暴露在透明的电解容器中时比较难看,本公开提供的电极固定结构包 覆电极的外周壁,且仅包覆电极,电极的大部分直接暴露在电解液中,电解效率高。现有清洗净化机中,上盖罩住所述上电极片、所述固定架和所述下电极片后,与清洗腔的底壁固定连接,上盖上设有多个条形孔,无需经常拆卸电极片。本公开对于需要经常拆卸电极的清洗净化机或消毒液制造机,在拆卸过程中保证电极美观的同时还保护电极不受伤害。例如需要经常拆卸电解容器的家用消毒液制造机,需要经常更换消毒液,更换过程中电极暴露,不够美观,本公开的电极固定结构包覆电极的外周壁,美观大方,且电极固定结构还在拆卸或安装所述电解容器的过程中保护电极不受到伤害。所述电极固定结构包括至少两个固定架,所述电极固定结构具有至少一个所述固定架与相邻的所述固定架分离以装入电极的分离状态,及各个所述固定架互相连接形成所述限位空间以包覆电极的外周壁的组装状态;无需使用很大的力气安装电极,安装和拆卸方便,且安装和拆卸电极的过程中不会伤害电极。与一个固定架连接两个电极相比,本公开中的电极固定结构通过固定架之间的对接实现电极的固定,无需额外设置连接结构,结构简单,不伤害电极。
2.本公开提供的固定架,包括主体和边框,所述主体为中间设有开口的环状结构,电极通过开口暴露在电解液中;边框隐藏电极的外周壁,保证电极美观,提高电解效率;部分电极的外周壁包覆于定位空间内,整个电极的外周壁包覆于限位空间内。
3.本公开提供的定位空间为定位槽,限位空间为限位槽,结构简单容易成型,且限位效果好。
4.本公开提供的间隔部,将所述限位槽分割成第一限位腔和第二限位 腔,将电极限位在第一限位腔,防止安装时电极晃动增加电极的安装难度;对于设置了两个电极的情况,一个电极限位在第一限位腔,一个电机限位在第二限位腔,将电极分隔开,防止不同极性的电极连接导致短路。
5.本公开提供的固定架还包括防呆筋条,与凹部配合,无需区分电极的正反,能装配电极就表示电极装配正确,简化了电极的安装。
6.本公开提供的卡接柱与别的固定架的卡接孔配合卡接,无需额外的结构就能实现两个固定架之间的连接,结构简单,连接方便。
7.本公开提供的卡块与卡槽配合,防止卡接在一起的固定架松脱分离。
8.本公开提供的定位柱与别的固定架的定位孔配合,安装过程中帮助定位安装,且增强卡接效果。
9.本公开提供的电极组件,包覆电极的外周壁,外部看来电极比较美观,且对电极进行保护,电极的大部分直接暴露在电解液中,电解效率高。无需特制电极片外形形状来完成外观要求,可以有效降低电极片的成本。
10.本公开提供的所述第一电极与所述第二电极的极性相反,通过一个电极固定结构将极性相反的第一电极和第二电极同时安装,且两者之间通过间隔部间隔,一个设置在第一限位腔,另一个设置在第二限位腔。
11.本公开提供的第一电极通过第一导电元件与电源正极或负极连接,第二电极通过第二导电元件与电源负极或正极连接,第一导电元件与第一电极的第二连接孔连接,第二导电元件穿过第一电极的第一连接孔与第二电极的第二连接孔连接;所述第一连接孔的孔径大于所述第二连接孔的孔径;其中一个所述电极的第一连接孔与另一个所述电极的第二连接孔同轴,第二连接孔与另一个所述电极的第一连接孔同轴;第二导电元件穿过第一 电极的第一连接孔时不会碰到第一电极导致短路。
12.本公开提供的电极为圆片状结构,成型方便。所述电极还包括中心通孔,所述中心通孔的轴线与所述电极的轴线重合,便于电极上产生的气体的流通,便于气体的扩散,减少气泡附着,增强电解效率。

如图1至图5所示,本实施例中提供了一种电极固定结构,包括至少两个固定架1,各个所述固定架1彼此对接形成框形结构,所述框形结构设有适于安装电极2的限位空间,所述电极固定结构具有至少一个所述固定架1与相邻的所述固定架1分离以装入电极2的分离状态,及各个所述固定架1互相连接形成所述限位空间以包覆电极2的外周壁的组装状态。所 述框形结构可以为圆形框、矩形框或其他框形结构,优选与所述电极2的形状匹配。
本公开的电极固定结构包覆电极2的外周壁,外部看来电极2比较美观,且对电极2进行保护,电极2的大部分直接暴露在电解液中,电解效率高。无需特制电极2片外形形状来完成外观要求,可以有效降低电极2片的成本。具有透明电解容器的消毒液制造机例如家用的消毒液制造机,电极2直接暴露在透明的电解容器中时比较难看,本公开提供的电极固定结构包覆电极2的外周壁,且仅包覆电极2,电极2的大部分直接暴露在电解液中,电解效率高。现有清洗净化机中,上盖罩住所述上电极2片、所述固定架1和所述下电极2片后,与清洗腔的底壁固定连接,上盖上设有多个条形孔,无需经常拆卸电极2片。本公开对于需要经常拆卸电极2的清洗净化机或消毒液制造机,在拆卸过程中保证电极2美观的同时还保护电极2不受伤害。例如需要经常拆卸电解容器的家用消毒液制造机,需要经常更换消毒液,更换过程中电极2暴露,不够美观,本公开的电极固定结构包覆电极2的外周壁,美观大方,且电极固定结构还在拆卸或安装所述电解容器的过程中保护电极2不受到伤害。所述电极固定结构包括至少两个固定架1,所述电极固定结构具有至少一个所述固定架1与相邻的所述固定架1分离以装入电极2的分离状态,及各个所述固定架1互相连接形成所述限位空间以包覆电极2的外周壁的组装状态;无需使用很大的力气安装电极2,安装和拆卸方便,且安装和拆卸电极2的过程中不会伤害电极2。与一个固定架1连接两个电极2相比,本公开中的电极固定结构通过固定架1之间的对接实现电极2的固定,无需额外设置连接结构,结构简单,不伤害电极2。
作为可变换的实施方式,也可以为,所述电极固定结构包括一个固定架1,所述固定架1为框形结构,所述框形结构设有适于安装电极2的限位空间。
本实施例中,所述固定架1具有两个,所述固定架1包括主体11和至少一段边框12,所述主体11为中间设有开口的环状结构;至少一段边框12由所述主体11的一端面向远离另一端的方向延伸而出,所述边框12的内周壁与所述主体11的端面之间形成定位空间;其中一个所述固定架1的所述定位空间与另一个所述固定架1的定位空间对接形成所述限位空间。所述环状结构可以为圆环、矩形环或其他环状结构,优选与电极2形状相匹配。两个所述固定架1为相同的结构,可通过一个模具成型,节省开模费用。其中一个所述固定架1旋转180°与另一个所述固定架1对接。
固定架1包括主体11和边框12,所述主体11为中间设有开口的环状结构,电极2通过开口暴露在电解液中;边框12隐藏电极2的外周壁,保证电极2美观,提高电解效率;部分电极2的外周壁包覆于定位空间内,整个电极2的外周壁包覆于限位空间内。
作为可变换的实施方式,也可以为,所述固定架1包括主体11和边框12,所述主体11为中间设有开口的半环结构,所述主体11的一端面向远离另一端的方向延伸而出,所述边框12的内周壁与所述主体11的端面之间形成定位空间,其中一个固定架1的半环边缘与另一个固定架1的半环边缘连接形成完整的环状结构,其中一个所述固定架1的所述定位空间与另一个所述固定架1的定位空间对接形成所述限位空间。
作为可变换的实施方式,也可以为,所述固定架1具有两个,所述固定架1包括半环状的边框12,所述边框12内周壁上设有向内凸出的至少三个凸部,三个凸部不位于同一平面,电极2夹设在三个凸部之间。两个边框12的半环边缘连接形成完整的环状结构。
本实施例中,所述定位空间为定位槽,所述限位空间为限位槽。结构简单容易成型,且限位效果好。
本实施例中,所述固定架1还包括间隔部13,凸出设置在所述边框12的内周壁上,所述间隔部13将所述限位槽分隔成第一限位腔和第二限位腔。 由于本实施例中,固定架1具有两个,每个固定架1具有至少一个间隔部13,相当于至少两个间隔部13再起作用,间隔效果好。
间隔部13将所述限位槽分割成第一限位腔和第二限位腔,将电极2限位在第一限位腔,防止安装时电极2晃动增加电极2的安装难度;对于设置了两个电极2的情况,一个电极2限位在第一限位腔,一个电机限位在第二限位腔,将电极2分隔开,防止不同极性的电极2连接导致短路。
在一些实施方式中,所述间隔部13为片状结构,通过面来实现对电极2的间隔,避免电极2发生偏移导致记性相反的电极2接触,间隔效果好。
本实施例中,所述固定架1还包括防呆筋条14,设于所述边框12的内周壁上,所述电极2的外周壁设有与所述防呆筋条14配合的凹部24。无需区分电极2的正反,能装配电极2就表示电极2装配正确,简化了电极2的安装。
本实施例中,所述主体11设有所述边框12的一端面上还设有至少两个卡接柱15,所述边框12上设有至少两个卡接孔16,其中一个所述固定架1的卡接柱15适于与另一个所述固定架1的卡接孔16卡接。无需额外的结构就能实现两个固定架1之间的连接,结构简单,连接方便。由于本实施例中,固定架1具有两个,每个固定架1具有至少两个卡接柱15,相当于至少四个卡接柱15在起作用,可靠性更好。
本实施例中,所述卡接孔16的孔壁上设有卡槽17,所述卡接柱15远离所述主体11的一端设有卡块151,其中一个所述固定架1的所述卡块151卡设在另一个所述固定架1的所述卡槽17中。防止卡接在一起的固定架1松脱分离。由于本实施例中,固定架1具有两个,每个固定架1具有至少两个卡接柱15,相当于至少四个卡接柱15在起作用,也就是至少四个卡块151在起作用,有效防止固定架1在使用过程中的松脱,可靠性更好。所述固定架1的任意一个定位柱18与所述卡接柱15呈三角形分布,卡接更稳固。
本实施例中,所述边框12远离所述主体11的一端面上设有至少一个定位柱18,所述主体11设有所述边框12的一端面上设有至少一个定位孔19,其中一个所述固定架1的定位柱18适于插入另一个所述固定架1的定位孔19内。安装过程中帮助定位安装,且增强卡接效果。由于本实施例中,固定架1具有两个,每个固定架1具有至少一个定位柱18,相当于至少两个定位柱18在起作用。本实施例中均匀设置三个定位柱18,外观均匀好看。
如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种电极组件,包括上述电极固定结构,及安装于所述电极固定结构中的至少一个电极2。包括至少两个固定架1,各个所述固定架1彼此对接形成框形结构,所述框形结构设有适于安装电极2的限位空间,所述电极固定结构具有至少一个所述固定架1与相邻的所述固定架1分离以装入电极2的分离状态,及各个所述固定架1互相连接形成所述限位空间以包覆电极2的外周壁的组装状态。包覆电极2的外周壁,外部看来电极2比较美观,且对电极2进行保护,电极2的大部分直接暴露在电解液中,电解效率高。无需特制电极2片外形形状来完成外观要求,可以有效降低电极2片的成本。
本实施例中,所述电极2具有至少两个,且至少两个所述电极2中,具有至少一个第一电极2,至少一个第二电极2,所述第一电极2与所述第二电极2的极性相反。所述第一电极2与所述第二电极2为相同的结构,通用性强,且可通过一个模具成型,节省生产成本。
所述第一电极2与所述第二电极2的极性相反,通过一个电极固定结构将极性相反的第一电极2和第二电极2同时安装,且两者之间通过间隔部13间隔,一个设置在第一限位腔,另一个设置在第二限位腔。
本实施例中,所述电极2包括第一连接孔21和第二连接孔22,所述第一连接孔21的孔径大于所述第二连接孔22的孔径;其中一个所述电极2的第一连接孔21与另一个所述电极2的第二连接孔22同轴,第二连接孔22与另一个所述电极2的第一连接孔21同轴。
第一电极2通过第一导电元件与电源正极或负极连接,第二电极2通过第二导电元件与电源负极或正极连接,第一导电元件与第一电极2的第二连接孔22连接,第二导电元件穿过第一电极2的第一连接孔21与第二电极2的第二连接孔22连接;所述第一连接孔21的孔径大于所述第二连接孔22的孔径;其中一个所述电极2的第一连接孔21与另一个所述电极2的第二连接孔22同轴,第二连接孔22与另一个所述电极2的第一连接孔21同轴;第二导电元件穿过第一电极2的第一连接孔21时不会碰到第一电极2导致短路。
所述间隔部13朝向所述第一连接孔21或所述第二连接孔22的端部设有避让口,防止导电元件无法安装。
本实施例中,所述电极2为圆片状结构,成型方便。所述电极2还包括中心通孔23,所述中心通孔23的轴线与所述电极2的轴线重合,便于电极2上产生的气体的流通,便于气体的扩散,减少气泡附着,增强电解效率。
本实施例还提供一种电解装置,包括上述的电极组件。所述电解装置可以为消毒液制造机等其他需要电解的装置。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本公开创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种电极固定结构,包括至少两个固定架(1),各个所述固定架(1)彼此对接形成框形结构,所述框形结构设有适于安装电极(2)的限位空间,所述电极固定结构具有至少一个所述固定架(1)与相邻的所述固定架(1)分离以装入电极(2)的分离状态,及各个所述固定架(1)互相连接形成所述限位空间以包覆电极(2)的外周壁的组装状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电极固定结构,其中,所述固定架(1)具有两个,所述固定架(1)包括:
    主体(11),为中间设有开口的环状结构;
    至少一段边框(12),由所述主体(11)的一端面向远离另一端的方向延伸而出,所述边框(12)的内周壁与所述主体(11)的端面之间形成定位空间;
    其中一个所述固定架(1)的所述定位空间与另一个所述固定架(1)的定位空间对接形成所述限位空间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电极固定结构,其中,所述定位空间为定位槽,所述限位空间为限位槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电极固定结构,其中,所述固定架(1)还包括间隔部(13),凸出设置在所述边框(12)的内周壁上,所述间隔部(13)将所述限位槽分隔成第一限位腔和第二限位腔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电极固定结构,其中,所述固定架(1)还包括防呆筋条(14),设于所述边框(12)的内周壁上,所述电极(2)的外周壁设有与所述防呆筋条(14)配合的凹部(24)。
  6. 根据权利要求2-5任一项所述的电极固定结构,其中,所述主体(11)设有所述边框(12)的一端面上还设有至少两个卡接柱(15),所述边框(12)上设有至少两个卡接孔(16),其中一个所述固定架(1)的卡接柱(15) 适于与另一个所述固定架(1)的卡接孔(16)卡接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电极固定结构,其中,所述卡接孔(16)的孔壁上设有卡槽(17),所述卡接柱(15)远离所述主体(11)的一端设有卡块(151),其中一个所述固定架(1)的所述卡块(151)卡设在另一个所述固定架(1)的所述卡槽(17)中。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的电极固定结构,其中,所述边框(12)远离所述主体(11)的一端面上设有至少一个定位柱(18),所述主体(11)设有所述边框(12)的一端面上设有至少一个定位孔(19),其中一个所述固定架(1)的定位柱(18)适于插入另一个所述固定架(1)的定位孔(19)内。
  9. 一种电极组件,包括权利要求1-8任一项所述的电极固定结构,及安装于所述电极固定结构中的至少一个电极(2)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电极组件,其中,所述电极(2)具有至少两个,且至少两个所述电极(2)中,具有至少一个第一电极(2),至少一个第二电极(2),所述第一电极(2)与所述第二电极(2)的极性相反。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电极组件,其中,所述电极(2)包括第一连接孔(21)和第二连接孔(22),所述第一连接孔(21)的孔径大于所述第二连接孔(22)的孔径;其中一个所述电极(2)的第一连接孔(21)与另一个所述电极(2)的第二连接孔(22)同轴,第二连接孔(22)与另一个所述电极(2)的第一连接孔(21)同轴。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电极组件,其中,所述电极(2)为圆片状结构,所述电极(2)还包括中心通孔(23),所述中心通孔(23)的轴线与所述电极(2)的轴线重合。
  13. 一种电解装置,包括权利要求9-12任一项所述的电极组件。
