Description

一种电机及其滑环系统
本申请要求于2020年11月3日提交中国专利局、申请号为202022509755.8、发明名称为“一种电机及其滑环系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及电机技术领域,特别涉及一种滑环系统,还涉及一种包括上述滑环系统的电机。
背景技术
滑环系统是电机中的重要组成部件,其中滑环系统的集电环工作在碳粉环境中,容易渗入碳粉造成短路故障,因此对密封性要求较高。
现有的密封方式主要采用在绝缘环侧面刷胶或注胶后再和导电环配合,密封效果主要依靠密封胶来保证,在实际的制造中,可能存在漏胶的问题,给集电环的密封性带来严重的故障风险。
因此,如何提高滑环系统的密封效果,是本领域技术人员目前需要解决的技术问题。
申请内容
有鉴于此,本申请的目的是提供一种滑环系统,能够有效保证滑环系统的密封性。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供如下技术方案:
一种滑环系统,包括:绝缘环和导电环,所述绝缘环和所述导电环的连接面之间设有密封圈。
优选地,所述绝缘环与所述导电环相对的侧面设有用于容纳所述密封圈的密封槽。
优选地,所述密封槽内注有或所述密封圈外涂刷有密封胶或漆。
优选地,所述密封槽设置在所述绝缘环的侧面。
优选地,所述密封圈为橡胶圈。
优选地,所述绝缘环和所述导电环相接触的一侧面为平面。
优选地,所述绝缘环和所述导电环之间设有多个所述密封圈。
一种电机,包括上述任一项所述的滑环系统。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没 有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
请参考图1~图6,图1为本申请一种具体实施方式所提供的一种滑环系统的结构示意图;图2为图1中的绝缘环的主视图;图3为图1中的绝缘环的剖视图;图4为图1中的导电环的主视图;图5为图1中的导电环的剖视图;图6为图1中的密封圈的结构示意图。
本申请实施例所提供的一种滑环系统,包括:绝缘环1和导电环2,绝缘环1和导电环2的连接面之间设有密封圈3,相对于传统涂刷密封胶4的密封方式,通过密封圈3可以避免漏胶的问题出现,从而提高滑环系统的密封效果,进而保证电机运行地稳定性。
为了便于固定密封圈3,绝缘环1与导电环2相对的侧面设有用于容纳密封圈3的密封槽5,其中密封槽5优选设置在绝缘环1的侧面,通过在密封槽5上开槽,可不增加绝缘环1的轴向长度,因此不会改变产品的整体轴向长度。此外密封槽5的槽宽、深度、形状可根据绝缘环1的结构进行设置,如图2和图5所示的密封槽5和密封圈3的结构。另外密封槽5还可设置在导电环2的侧面或者在绝缘环1和导电环2相对的侧面均设置密封槽5。
进一步地,密封槽5内注有或密封圈3外涂刷有密封胶4或漆,通过密封胶4和密封圈3相互配合的方式,可提高密封效果,而且可降低对密封胶4的依赖性。在具体的组装过程中,先在密封槽5内注入部分密封胶4,然后将密封圈3放入密封槽5内,在绝缘环1侧面需要密封的部位和密封圈3露出容纳槽的表面刷涂密封胶4,然后通过工装将导电环2和绝缘环1进行轴向压装,最后通过上述方式循环组装即可完成集电环的装配工作。
其中,密封圈3优选为橡胶圈,另外为了进一步提高绝缘环1和导电环2之间的密封性,绝缘环1和导电环2相互接触的一侧面为平面,以提高两者连接的紧密性,此外还可在绝缘环1和导电环2之间设置多个密封圈3,以起到多重保护的作用。
本申请实施例还提供了一种电机,包括上述任一实施例所提供的滑环 系统,其有益效果参考上述滑环系统即可,此处不再赘述。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

  1. 一种滑环系统,其特征在于,包括:绝缘环和导电环,所述绝缘环和所述导电环的连接面之间设有密封圈。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滑环系统,其特征在于,所述绝缘环与所述导电环相对的侧面设有用于容纳所述密封圈的密封槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的滑环系统,其特征在于,所述密封槽内注有或所述密封圈外涂刷有密封胶或漆。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的滑环系统,其特征在于,所述密封槽设置在所述绝缘环的侧面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的滑环系统,其特征在于,所述密封圈为橡胶圈。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的滑环系统,其特征在于,所述绝缘环和所述导电环相接触的一侧面为平面。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的滑环系统,其特征在于,所述绝缘环和所述导电环之间设有多个所述密封圈。
  8. 一种电机,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至7任一项所述的滑环系统。
