显示装置及发光面板 技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示装置及发光面板。
背景技术
目前,Mini LED(Mini Light Emitting Diode,次毫米发光二极管)发光面板或Micro LED(Micro Light Emitting Diode,微型发光二极管)发光面板用于直接显示或将其作为显示装置的背光源得到了广泛发展。
现有的LED灯常用驱动电路进行驱动发光,目前常用的驱动电路为2T1C,即两个薄膜晶体管加一个电容的结构来实现将电压转变为电流。但是,受限于LED灯的特性等因素,2T1C的驱动电路仅能驱动一颗LED灯发光,因此,该设置方式增加了驱动电路的生产成本。
故,有必要提出一种新的技术方案,以解决上述技术问题。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供一种显示装置和发光面板,用于降低发光面板中驱动电路的生产成本。
技术解决方案
本发明实施例提供一种发光面板,所述发光面板包括多个最小重复单元,至少两个所述最小重复单元呈阵列排布,所述最小重复单元包括驱动芯片以及发光器件,所述驱动芯片和所述发光器件电连接,其中,所述驱动芯片包括第一驱动子模块、第二驱动子模块和电容,所述发光器件包括第一发光器件和第二发光器件;
所述第一驱动子模块电连接所述第一发光器件的第一端,所述第一驱动子模块用于接入扫描信号和第一数据信号,并根据所述扫描信号和所述第一数据信号控制所述第一发光器件发光;
所述第二驱动子模块电连接所述第二发光器件的第一端,所述第二驱动子模块用于接入所述扫描信号和第二数据信号,并根据所述扫描信号和所述第二数据信号控制所述第二发光器件发光;

有益效果
本发明实施例提供一种显示装置和发光面板,在本发明实施例提供的发光面板中,所述最小重复单元包括驱动芯片和发光器件,其中,驱动芯片至少包括第一驱动子模块和第二驱动子模块,发光器件至少包括第一发光器件和第二发光器件,使得同一驱动芯片至少可以驱动两个发光器件发光,降低了发光面板中驱动电路的生产成本。
另外,该设置方式实现了发光面板的高度集成化,并且由于驱动芯片数目的减小,改善了灯影和亮度的损失。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例提供一种发光面板,其中,发光面板100包括由数据线D和扫描线S交叉形成的多个最小重复单元10,至少两个所述最小重复单元10呈阵列排布。发光面板100还包括膜片组合(图中未示出),膜片组合覆盖所述最小重复单元10,其包括量子膜、棱镜膜、扩散膜、增亮膜等一系列光学膜片的组件。
请参阅图2,所述最小重复单元10包括驱动芯片101以及发光器件L,所述驱动芯片101和所述发光器件L电连接。所述驱动芯片101包括第一驱动子模块101a、第二驱动子模块101b和电容C,所述发光器件L包括第一发光器件L1和第二发光器件L2。
所述第一驱动子模块101a电连接所述第一发光器件L1的第一端,所述第一驱动子模块101a用于接入扫描信号SCAN和第一数据信号D1,并根据所述扫描信号SCAN和所述第一数据信号D1控制所述第一发光器件L1发光。
在一些实施例中,所述第一驱动子模块101a包括第一开关晶体管T11和第一驱动晶体管T12。其中,所述第一开关晶体管T11的输出端与所述第一驱动晶体管T12的控制端电连接。所述第一开关晶体管T11的控制端用于接入所述扫描信号SCAN。所述第一开关晶体管T11的输入端用于接入所述第一数据信号D1。所述第一开关晶体管T11用于将所述第一数据信号D1输出至所述第一驱动晶体管T12的控制端。所述第一驱动晶体管T12的输入端与所述第一发光器件L1电连接,所述第一驱动晶体管T12的输出端接地GND。
请继续参阅图2,所述第二驱动子模块101b电连接所述第二发光器件L2的第一端。所述第二驱动子模块101b用于接入所述扫描信号SCAN和第二数据信号D2,并根据所述扫描信号SCAN和所述第二数据信号D2控制所述第二发光器件L2发光。
在一些实施例中,所述第二驱动子模块101b包括第二开关晶体管T21和第二驱动晶体管T22。所述第二开关晶体管T21的输出端与所述第二驱动晶体管T22的控制端电连接。所述第二开关晶体管T21的控制端用于接入所述扫描信号SCAN,所述第二开关晶体管T21的输入端用于接入所述第二数据信号D2,所述第二开关晶体管T21用于将所述第二数据信号D2输出至所述第二驱动晶体管T22的控制端。所述第二驱动晶体管T22的输入端与所述第二发光器件L2电连接,所述第二驱动晶体管T22的输出端接地GND。
所述第一发光器件L1的第二端以及所述第二发光器件L2的第二端均连接电源电压VDD。需要说明的是,在一些实施例中,所述发光器件L可以是发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED),其中,发光二极管可以是Mini LED(Mini Light Emitting Diode,次毫米发光二极管)或Micro LED(Micro Light EmittingDiode,微型发光二极管)。当所述发光器件L为发光二极管时,所述发光器件L的第一端为发光二极管的阴极,所述发光器件L的第二端为发光二极管的阳极。
请继续参阅图2,所述第一驱动子模块101a和所述第二驱动子模块101b均与所述电容C的第一极板连接,所述电容C的第二极板与地线GND连接。其中,电容C为存储电容。
请参阅图3,在一些实施例中,所述驱动芯片101还包括第三驱动子模块101c,所述第三驱动子模块101c与所述电容C的第一极板连接,所述发光器件L还包括第三发光器件L3。其中,所述第三驱动子模块101c电连接所述第三发光器件L3的第一端,所述第三驱动子模块101c用于接入所述扫描信号SCAN和第三数据信号D3,并根据所述扫描信号SCAN和所述第三数据信号D3控制所述第三发光器件L3发光。所述第三发光器件L3的第二端连接所述电源电压VDD。
具体的,在一些实施例中,所述第三驱动子模块101c包括第三开关晶体管T31和第三驱动晶体管T32。所述第三开关晶体管T31的输出端与所述第三驱动晶体管T32的控制端电连接,所述第三开关晶体管T31的控制端用于接入所述扫描信号SCAN,所述第三开关晶体管T31的输入端用于接入所述第三数据信号D3,所述第三开关晶体管T31用于将所述第三数据信号D3输出至所述第三驱动晶体管T32的控制端。所述第三驱动晶体管T32的输入端与所述第三发光器件L3电连接,所述第三驱动晶体管T32的输出端接地GND。
请参阅图4,在一些实施例中,所述驱动芯片101还包括第四驱动子模块101d,所述第四驱动子模块101d与所述电容C的第一极板连接,所述发光器件L还包括第四发光器件L4。所述第四驱动子模块101d电连接所述第四发光器件L4的第一端,所述第四驱动子模块101d接入所述扫描信号SCAN和第四数据信号D4,并根据所述扫描信号SCAN和所述第四数据信号D4控制所述第四发光器件L4发光。所述第四发光器件L4的第二端接入所述电源电压VDD。
在一些实施例中,所述第四驱动子模块101d包括第四开关晶体管T41和第四驱动晶体管T42。所述第四开关晶体管T41的输出端与所述第四驱动晶体管T42的控制端电连接,所述第四开关晶体管T41的控制端用于接入所述扫描信号SCAN,所述第四开关晶体管T41的输入端用于接入所述第四数据信号D4,所述第四开关晶体管T41用于将所述第四数据信号D4输出至所述第四驱动晶体管T42的控制端。所述第四驱动晶体管T42的输入端与所述第四发光器件L4电连接,所述第四驱动晶体管T42的输出端接地GND。
进一步的,请参阅图5,图5为本发明实施例提供的驱动芯片的信号时序图。当所述扫描信号SCAN为高电平电位时,所述第一数据信号D1和/或所述第二数据信号D2为高电平电位。
具体的,在阈值电压补偿阶段,所述扫描信号SCAN为高电平电位,所述第一数据信号D1和/或所述第二数据信号D2为高电平电位,从而使得所述第一开关晶体管T11和/或所述第二开关晶体管T21处于打开状态,其中,所述第一数据信号D1和/或所述第二数据信号D2经过所述第一开关晶体管T11和/或所述第二开关晶体管T21的输出端传送至所述第一驱动晶体管T12和/或所述第二驱动晶体管T22的控制端,从而控制所述第一驱动晶体管T12和/或所述第二驱动晶体管T22的开启,从而使得所述第一发光器件L1和/或所述第二发光器件L2发光。
在一些实施例中,所述第三数据信号D3和所述第四数据信号D4与所述第一数据信号D1和第二数据信号D2具有相同的信号时序图。即在阈值电压补偿阶段,所述扫描信号SCAN为高电平电位,所述第三数据信号D3和/或所述第四数据信号D4为高电平电位,从而使得所述第三开关晶体管T31和/或所述第四开关晶体管T41处于打开状态,其中,所述第三数据信号D3和/或所述第四数据信号D4经过所述第三开关晶体管T31和/或所述第四开关晶体管T41的输出端传送至所述第三驱动晶体管T32和/或所述第四驱动晶体管T42的控制端,从而控制所述第三驱动晶体管T32和/或所述第四驱动晶体管T42的开启,从而使得所述第三发光器件L3和/或所述第四发光器件L4发光。
在阈值电压补偿阶段和发光阶段,所述电源电压VDD均为恒定高电压,所述接地GND的电压均为零伏。
进一步的,请继续参阅图5,所述扫描信号SCAN处于高电平电位的时间t1大于或等于所述第一数据信号D1和/或所述第二数据信号D2处于高电平电位的时间t2。具体的,所述扫描信号SCAN从低电平电位到高电平电位的上升沿的时间早于所述第一数据信号D1和/或所述第二数据信号D2从低电平电位到高电平电位的上升沿的时间。并且,所述扫描信号SCAN从高电平电位到低电平电位的下降沿的时间晚于所述第一数据信号D1和/或所述第二数据信号D2从高电平电位到低电平电位的下降沿的时间。
在一些实施例中,所述扫描信号SCAN从低电平电位到高电平电位的上升沿的时间早于所述第三数据信号D3和/或所述第四数据信号D4从低电平电位到高电平电位的上升沿的时间。并且,所述扫描信号SCAN从高电平电位到低电平电位的下降沿的时间晚于所述第三数据信号D3和/或所述第四数据信号D4从高电平电位到低电平电位的下降沿的时间。
在一些实施例中,第一开关晶体管T11、第一驱动晶体管T12、第二开关晶体管T21、第二驱动晶体管T22、第三开关晶体管T31、第三驱动晶体管T32、第四开关晶体管T41和第四驱动晶体管T42可以是低温多晶硅薄膜晶体管、氧化物半导体薄膜晶体管或非晶硅薄膜晶体管。
请参阅图6,本发明实施例还提供一种显示装置20,所述显示装置20包括液晶盒202和背光模组201,所述液晶盒202设置在所示背光模组201上,其中,所述背光模组201包括背光源2011,所述背光源2011为上述任意一项的发光面板100。需要说明的是,本实施例中的背光源2011可以是直下式背光源或侧入式背光源,在此不加以限定。
本发明实施例中的发光面板100可以用于直接显示,也可以用做显示装置中的背光源。当发光面板100用于直接显示时,例如,发光面板100可以作为LED电视使用。
本发明实施例提供一种显示装置和发光面板,在本发明实施例提供的发光面板中,所述最小重复单元包括驱动芯片和发光器件,其中,驱动芯片至少包括第一驱动子模块和第二驱动子模块,发光器件至少包括第一发光器件和第二发光器件,使得同一驱动芯片至少可以驱动两个发光器件发光,降低了发光面板中驱动电路的生产成本。
另外,该设置方式实现了发光面板的高度集成化,并且由于驱动芯片数目的减小,改善了灯影和亮度的损失。

  1. 一种发光面板,其中,所述发光面板包括多个最小重复单元,至少两个所述最小重复单元呈阵列排布,所述最小重复单元包括驱动芯片以及发光器件,所述驱动芯片和所述发光器件电连接,其中,所述驱动芯片包括第一驱动子模块、第二驱动子模块和电容,所述发光器件包括第一发光器件和第二发光器件;
    所述第一驱动子模块电连接所述第一发光器件的第一端,所述第一驱动子模块用于接入扫描信号和第一数据信号,并根据所述扫描信号和所述第一数据信号控制所述第一发光器件发光;
    所述第二驱动子模块电连接所述第二发光器件的第一端,所述第二驱动子模块用于接入所述扫描信号和第二数据信号,并根据所述扫描信号和所述第二数据信号控制所述第二发光器件发光;
    所述第一发光器件的第二端以及所述第二发光器件的第二端均连接电源电压;
    所述第一驱动子模块和所述第二驱动子模块均与所述电容的第一极板连接,所述电容的第二极板与地线连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发光面板,其中,所述第一驱动子模块包括第一开关晶体管和第一驱动晶体管;

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发光面板,其中,所述第二驱动子模块包括第二开关晶体管和第二驱动晶体管;
    所述第二开关晶体管的输出端与所述第二驱动晶体管的控制端电连接,所述第二开关晶体管的控制端用于接入所述扫描信号,所述第二开关晶体管的输入端用于接入所述第二数据信号,所述第二开关晶体管用于将所述第二数据信号输出至所述第二驱动晶体管的控制端;
    所述第二驱动晶体管的输入端与所述第二发光器件电连接,所述第二驱动晶体管的输出端接地。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述发光面板,其中,所述驱动芯片还包括第三驱动子模块,所述第三驱动子模块与所述电容的第一极板连接,所述发光器件还包括第三发光器件;
    所述第三驱动子模块电连接所述第三发光器件的第一端,所述第三驱动子模块用于接入所述扫描信号和第三数据信号,并根据所述扫描信号和所述第三数据信号控制所述第三发光器件发光;
    所述第三发光器件的第二端连接所述电源电压。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的发光面板,其中,所述第三驱动子模块包括第三开关晶体管和第三驱动晶体管;
    所述第三开关晶体管的输出端与所述第三驱动晶体管的控制端电连接,所述第三开关晶体管的控制端用于接入所述扫描信号,所述第三开关晶体管的输入端用于接入所述第三数据信号,所述第三开关晶体管用于将所述第三数据信号输出至所述第三驱动晶体管的控制端;

    所述第四驱动子模块电连接所述第四发光器件的第一端,所述第四驱动子模块接入所述扫描信号和第四数据信号,并根据所述扫描信号和所述第四数据信号控制所述第四发光器件发光;
    所述第四发光器件的第二端接入所述电源电压。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的发光面板,其中,所述第四驱动子模块包括第四开关晶体管和第四驱动晶体管;
    所述第四开关晶体管的输出端与所述第四驱动晶体管的控制端电连接,所述第四开关晶体管的控制端用于接入所述扫描信号,所述第四开关晶体管的输入端用于接入所述第四数据信号,所述第四开关晶体管用于将所述第四数据信号输出至所述第四驱动晶体管的控制端;

  11. 一种显示装置,其中,所述显示装置包括液晶盒和背光模组,所述液晶盒设置在所述背光模组上,所述背光模组包括背光源,所述背光源包括发光面板,所述发光面板包括多个最小重复单元,至少两个所述最小重复单元呈阵列排布,所述最小重复单元包括驱动芯片以及发光器件,所述驱动芯片和所述发光器件电连接,其中,所述驱动芯片包括第一驱动子模块、第二驱动子模块和电容,所述发光器件包括第一发光器件和第二发光器件;
    所述第一驱动子模块电连接所述第一发光器件的第一端,所述第一驱动子模块用于接入扫描信号和第一数据信号,并根据所述扫描信号和所述第一数据信号控制所述第一发光器件发光;
    所述第二驱动子模块电连接所述第二发光器件的第一端,所述第二驱动子模块用于接入所述扫描信号和第二数据信号,并根据所述扫描信号和所述第二数据信号控制所述第二发光器件发光;

    所述第四驱动晶体管的输入端与所述第四发光器件电连接,所述第四驱动晶体管的输出端接地。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的显示装置,其中,当所述扫描信号为高电平电位时,所述第三数据信号和/或所述第四数据信号为高电平电位。
  19. 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,当所述扫描信号为高电平电位时,所述第一数据信号和/或所述第二数据信号为高电平电位。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的显示装置,其中,所述扫描信号处于高电平电位的时间大于或等于所述第一数据信号和/或所述第二数据信号处于高电平电位的时间。
