Description
本发明涉及考勤机领域，具体涉及壁挂式考勤机。
考勤是为维护企业的正常工作秩序，提高办事效率，严肃企业纪律，使员工自觉遵守工作时间和劳动纪律。早期的考勤通常就是用笔在记录簿上签个名字，随着科技的不断发展，考勤的方式也越来越多，员工可以通过指纹、磁卡、人脸等多种方式实现考勤签到，有效的提高了考勤签到的效率和精确性。
但是现有的考勤机在使用的时候仍然存在一定的缺陷，现有的考勤机在使用的时候存在考勤机位置不易调节、灵活性差的问题，考勤机的位置固定可能会导致考勤不方便。因此我们有必要针对现有技术的不足而提供壁挂式考勤机。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的不足，本发明提出壁挂式考勤机，其能够灵活调节位置，适用性高。
为了实现上述目的，本发明的壁挂式考勤机，包括打卡器和将打卡器固定的壁挂机构，壁挂机构包括底座、支撑杆、连接管和固定板，其中底座通过螺栓固定在墙壁上，底座的上方垂直固定支撑杆，支撑杆的端部转动连接旋转座，旋转座的侧壁铰接倾斜设置的连接架，连接架的外部套设与连接架相适配的连接管，连接架与连接管之间呈活动连接并通过锁紧螺栓锁紧，连接管的端部设置端座，端座铰接可以在水平方向上转动的连接轴，连接轴一端转动连接固定板的后侧壁，固定板的前后两侧壁对称设置用于卡合打卡器的隔板，隔板的中间部位通过螺纹旋接固定栓，且固定栓穿过隔板旋接打卡器的侧壁。
优选的，底座上设置若干用于穿过螺栓的螺孔，底座的顶部水平设置与底座一体成型的支撑板，支撑杆垂直固定在支撑板上。
优选的，底座的侧壁中部水平焊接加强板，加强板的中部贯穿设置卡孔，卡孔通过螺纹垂直旋接加强杆，加强杆的顶部设置用于支撑支撑板的垫片，加强杆的底部设置用于旋转加强杆的转把。
优选的，固定板的底部侧壁沿宽度方向设置呈矩形结构的托板，托板宽度与打卡器的宽度相适配。
优选的，连接架呈矩形结构，连接管呈中空结构，连接管套设在连接架的外侧并沿 连接架滑动，且接连管内部空腔的侧壁上设置有用于卡合连接架上沿和下沿的滑槽。
本发明具有以下有益效果：
该考勤机设置通过设置壁挂机构，能够通过壁挂机构固定在墙壁上，而且该壁挂机构可以翻转调节打卡器的角度，方便考勤者打卡，同时壁挂机构上的连接管和连接架能够活动调节相对位置，改变整个壁挂机构的长度，方便不同身高的人使用，有效的提高了考勤机的灵活性和适用性。
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描写和阐述。

下面将结合附图、通过对本发明的优选实施方式的描述，更加清楚、完整地阐述本发明的技术方案。
实施例
如图1所示，本发明的壁挂式考勤机，包括打卡器1和将打卡器1固定的壁挂机构2；打卡器1为市面上常见的打卡设备，能够通过指纹或磁卡来识别考勤者的身份信息并记录，壁挂机构2将打卡器1安装固定在墙壁侧，能够方便考勤者记录考勤。
如图2所示，壁挂机构2包括底座21、支撑杆22、连接管23和固定板24，其中底座21通过螺栓固定在墙壁上，底座21的上方垂直固定支撑杆22，支撑杆22的端部转动连接旋转座28，旋转座28的侧壁铰接倾斜设置的连接架，连接架的外部套设与连接架相适配的连接管23，连接架与连接管23之间呈活动连接并通过锁紧螺栓锁紧，连接管23的端部设置端座210，端座210铰接可以在水平方向上转动的连接轴211，连接轴211一端转动连接固定板24的后侧壁，固定板24的前后两侧壁对称设置用于卡合打卡器1的隔板213，隔板213的中间部位通过螺纹旋接固定栓214，且固定栓214穿过隔板213旋接打卡器1的侧壁；首先整个壁挂机构2通过底座21安装固定在墙壁上，将打卡器1置于固定板24上，隔板213将打卡器1左右两侧卡合，旋拧固定栓214连接打卡器1将打卡器1与隔板213固定 连接，使用者可以通过旋转座28在水平方向上旋转连接架的位置，并且连接架与旋转座28铰接，连接架可以调节倾斜的角度，同时可以改变连接管23与连接架的相对位置改变整个披挂机构的高度并通过锁紧栓216锁紧，连接轴211与端座210、固定板24均呈转动连接，从而可以进一步微调固定在固定板24上打卡器1的位置。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案，如图2所示，底座21上设置若干用于穿过螺栓的螺孔，底座21的顶部水平设置与底座21一体成型的支撑板25，支撑杆22垂直固定在支撑板25上。
通过采用上述技术方案，从而可以利用将支撑板25将支撑杆22安装固定，保证支撑杆22能够垂直固定稳定。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案，如图2所示，底座21的侧壁中部水平焊接加强板26，加强板26的中部贯穿设置卡孔，卡孔通过螺纹垂直旋接加强杆27，加强杆27的顶部设置用于支撑支撑板25的垫片，加强杆27的底部设置用于旋转加强杆27的转把。
通过采用上述技术方案，从而可以利用加强杆27支撑固定支撑板25的底部，保证支撑板25能够承受较大的重量。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案，如图2所示，固定板24的底部侧壁沿宽度方向设置呈矩形结构的托板212，托板212宽度与打卡器1的宽度相适配。
通过采用上述技术方案，从而可以利用托板212支撑固定打卡器1的底部，进一步确保打卡器1能够被固定稳定，防止在安装打卡器1时，打卡器1从固定板24上滑落下来。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案，如图3所示，连接架呈矩形结构，连接管23呈中空结构，连接管套设在连接架的外侧并沿连接架滑动，且接连管内部空腔的侧壁上设置有用于卡合连接架上沿和下沿的滑槽。
通过采用上述技术方案，从而可以利用滑槽保证连接管23能够沿着连接架滑动调节位置，确保连接管23在移动时的稳定性。

- 壁挂式考勤机，其特征在于，包括打卡器和将打卡器固定的壁挂机构，所述壁挂机构包括底座、支撑杆、连接管和固定板，其中所述底座通过螺栓固定在墙壁上，所述底座的上方垂直固定支撑杆，所述支撑杆的端部转动连接旋转座，所述旋转座的侧壁铰接倾斜设置的连接架，所述连接架的外部套设与连接架相适配的连接管，所述连接架与连接管之间呈活动连接并通过锁紧螺栓锁紧，所述连接管的端部设置端座，所述端座铰接可以在水平方向上转动的连接轴，所述连接轴一端转动连接固定板的后侧壁，所述固定板的前后两侧壁对称设置用于卡合打卡器的隔板，所述隔板的中间部位通过螺纹旋接固定栓，且所述固定栓穿过隔板旋接打卡器的侧壁。
- 根据权利要求1所述的壁挂式考勤机，其特征在于，所述底座上设置若干用于穿过螺栓的螺孔，所述底座的顶部水平设置与底座一体成型的支撑板，所述支撑杆垂直固定在支撑板上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的壁挂式考勤机，其特征在于，所述底座的侧壁中部水平焊接加强板，所述加强板的中部贯穿设置卡孔，所述卡孔通过螺纹垂直旋接加强杆，所述加强杆的顶部设置用于支撑支撑板的垫片，所述加强杆的底部设置用于旋转加强杆的转把。
- 根据权利要求1所述的壁挂式考勤机，其特征在于，所述固定板的底部侧壁沿宽度方向设置呈矩形结构的托板，所述托板宽度与所述打卡器的宽度相适配。
- 根据权利要求1所述的壁挂式考勤机，其特征在于，所述连接架呈矩形结构，所述连接管呈中空结构，所述连接管套设在连接架的外侧并沿连接架滑动，且所述接连管内部空腔的侧壁上设置有用于卡合连接架上沿和下沿的滑槽。
