Description

一种防盗喇叭总成及车辆 技术领域
本发明涉及汽车技术领域,特别涉及一种防盗喇叭总成及车辆。
背景技术
近年来,盗车活动非常猖獗,全球每年丢失车辆约为300万辆,平均下来,每10秒就有一台车被偷。针对车辆丢失导致的高额保费,某些组织会找来熟悉盗贼手法的防盗专家,在不严重破坏车辆的情况下入侵,针对入侵时间对车辆防盗性能进行评级,作为保额评估标准,防盗系数越高,相应投保额度越低。
为增加市场竞争力,一些车辆在通过安装高音防盗喇叭,当车辆非正常开启时触发防盗喇叭报警。因为车辆布置及透音性要求,防盗喇叭一般布置在车身翼子板内侧。目前一般采用安装和防护分体式的安装结构,不仅自重较高,不利于降低能耗,而且其安装点裸露在翼子板内侧,虽然车身外部看不到,但是,盗贼只要找到喇叭的位置,通过简单的工具能够对喇叭进行拆卸,再撬开门锁,缺少了高音喇叭的报警,盗贼有足够的时间去破解其他防盗系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、轻量化的防盗喇叭总成,能够防止盗贼在不开车门的情况下破坏防盗喇叭,提高车辆的防盗等级。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种防盗喇叭总成,包括防盗喇叭和安装支架,所述安装支架用于将所述防盗喇叭固定在车辆翼子板内侧;
所述安装支架包括第一固定部、基板、第二固定部和防盗喇叭安装部;
所述第一固定部位于所述基板的第一端,用于与车辆机舱连接固定;
所述第二固定部位于所述基板的第二端,用于与车辆翼子板安装支架 连接固定;
所述防盗喇叭安装部位于所述基板的内侧,与所述基板形成U形槽结构,所述防盗喇叭安装于所述U形槽结构内。
可选地,所述第一固定部设有第一固定孔,所述第一固定部与车辆机舱通过螺栓和所述第一固定孔连接固定。
可选地,所述第二固定部设有第二固定孔,所述第二固定部与车辆翼子板安装支架通过螺栓和所述第二固定孔连接固定。

采用上述技术方案,本发明所述的防盗喇叭总成及车辆具有如下有益效果:
(1)通过防护和安装一体式安装支架将防盗喇叭固定在车辆翼子板内侧,U形槽结构形成包裹防盗喇叭的安装结构,可以固定和保护防盗喇叭,且将防盗喇叭的固定点设置在车辆机舱内部,在不拆卸安装支架的前提下无法拆卸或者破坏防盗喇叭;同时,将安装支架的一个固定点设置在车辆翼子板安装支架上,在不打开车门的情况下无法拆卸安装支架,进而防止盗贼在不打开车门的情况下拆卸或者破坏防盗喇叭,有效保护了防盗喇叭,提高了车辆的防盗系数;
(2)防盗喇叭和安装支架均采用常规标件,无需采用防盗标件,易于维修;
(3)安装支架本身为安装和防护一体式设计,结构工艺简单,成本低廉,且有利于轻量化车身设计、降低能耗。

近年欧洲和北美盗车活动非常猖獗,针对车辆丢失导致的高额保费,对车辆防盗性能进行评估的非盈利保险组织应运而生,如英国保险业界非盈利团体萨切姆研究所(Thatcham),针对投入英国和瑞典的所有新车进行保险评估,该组织会找来熟悉盗贼手法的防盗专家,在不严重破坏车辆的情况下进行入侵,针对入侵时间对车辆防盗进行评级,作为保额评估标准,防盗系数越高,相应投保额度越低,其中入侵用时2分钟以上为高、1到2分钟为中、1分钟以下为低。
为了提高车辆防盗系数,增加欧洲市场竞争力,一些车辆选择安装高音防盗喇叭,当车辆非正常开启时触发防盗喇叭,进行报警。由于车辆布置及透音性要求,防盗喇叭一般布置在车身翼子板内侧,一般采用安装和防护分体式的安装结构来固定防盗喇叭,该安装结构不仅自重较高,且喇叭安装点裸露在翼子板内侧,虽然车辆外部看不到,到那时,盗贼只要找到喇叭的位置,通过简单的工具能够对喇叭进行拆卸,对于第一次作案的盗贼或许有防盗效果,但对于二次(稍有经验)或了解结构的盗贼便无法起作用。另外,若采用防盗紧固件的方式进行防盗,又将提高拆卸维修的操作难度。
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本申请实施例提供了一种防盗喇叭总成及车辆,能够防止盗贼在不开车门的情况下破坏防盗喇叭,提高车辆的防盗等级。
请参见图1-3,图1是本申请实施例一种可选的防盗喇叭总成的结构示意图,该图1中包括,防盗喇叭1和安装支架2,安装支架2用于将防盗喇叭1固定在车辆翼子板内侧;
其中,安装支架2包括第一固定部201、基板202、第二固定部203和 防盗喇叭安装部204;
第一固定部201位于基板202的第一端,用于与车辆机舱连接固定;
第二固定部203位于基板202的第二端,用于与车辆翼子板安装支架连接固定;
防盗喇叭安装部204位于基板202的内侧,结合图3所示,与基板202形成U形槽结构,防盗喇叭1安装于该U形槽结构内。
通过防护和安装一体式安装支架将防盗喇叭固定在车辆翼子板内侧,U形槽结构形成包裹防盗喇叭的安装结构,可以固定和保护防盗喇叭,且将防盗喇叭的固定点隐藏在了车辆机舱内部,使得在不拆卸安装支架的前提下无法拆卸或者破坏防盗喇叭;同时,将安装支架的一个固定点设置在车辆翼子板安装支架上,在不打开车门的情况下无法拆卸安装支架,进而防止盗贼在不打开车门的情况下拆卸或者破坏防盗喇叭,有效保护了防盗喇叭,提高了车辆的防盗系数。
作为一种可选的实施方式,图1所示的第一固定部201设有第一固定孔201a,该第一固定部201与车辆机舱通过螺栓和第一固定孔201a连接固定。
需要说明的是,第一固定部201与车辆机舱的连接方式并无特殊限定,可以是如上所述的螺栓固定的方式,也可以是其他的连接方式,只要其能够达到将安装支架2与车辆机舱连接固定的目的即可,其中,连接方式优选为可拆卸连接,便于防盗喇叭的拆卸和维修。
作为一种可选的实施方式,图1所示的第二固定部203设有第二固定孔203a,该第二固定部203与车辆翼子板安装支架通过螺栓和第二固定孔203a连接固定。
需要说明的是,第二固定部203与车辆翼子板安装支架的连接方式并无特殊限定,可以是如上所述的螺栓固定的方式,也可以是其他的连接方式,只要其能够达到将安装支架2与车辆翼子板安装支架连接固定的目的即可,其中,连接方式优选为可拆卸连接,便于防盗喇叭的拆卸和维修。
作为一种可选的实施方式,图1所示的防盗喇叭安装部204设有喇叭固定孔204a(结合图2所示),该防盗喇叭1与防盗喇叭安装部204通过螺 栓和喇叭固定孔204a连接固定。
需要说明的是,防盗喇叭1与防盗喇叭安装部204的连接方式并无特殊限定,可以是如上所述的螺栓固定的方式,也可以是其他的连接方式,只要其能够达到将防盗喇叭1与安装支架2连接固定的目的即可,其中,连接方式优选为可拆卸连接,便于防盗喇叭的拆卸和维修。
作为一种可选的实施方式,图1所示的防盗喇叭安装部204还设有喇叭定位孔204b,相应地,防盗喇叭1上还应设有与该定位孔204b对应的定位部,可以将防盗喇叭1快速定位,找准安装点,便于防盗喇叭1的安装。
作为一种可选的实施方式,图1所示的基板202上设有多个与防盗喇叭1对应的漏音孔202a,以满足透音性要求。
需要说明的是,漏音孔202a的数量和具体布置方案并无特殊限定,可以是如图1所示的形成包围圈的布置方案,也可以是其他的布置方案,只要其能够达到提高透音的效果即可。
作为一种可选的实施方式,图1所示的基板202上设有线束通孔202b,用于布置防盗喇叭1的线束101。
作为一种可选的实施方式,图1所示的基板202上还设有线束卡扣202c,用于固定防盗喇叭1的线束101。
作为一种可选的实施方式,图1所示的基板202上设有减重孔202d。
需要说明的是,减重孔202d的数量和具体形状并无特殊限定,只要其能够达到减重的目的并保证安装支架的结构强度即可。
作为一种可选的实施方式,图1所示的安装支架2采用钣金一体冲压成型。
在具体实施中,安装支架2的钣金料厚为1mm~1.4mm,优选为1.2mm,与车身、喇叭频率无耦合,且满足刚度及NVH模态要求。
本申请实施例还提供了一种车辆,包括上述的任意一种防盗喇叭总成。
图4为本申请实施例一种防盗喇叭总成的应用场景示意图,如图4所示,该图4中,车辆前门4为开启状态;若采用现有技术的安装方法,防盗喇叭安装在车辆翼子板3内侧,盗贼在不打开车门的情况下,可以通过拆卸轮罩内板,从车轮处进入车辆翼子板内侧,对裸露的防盗喇叭进行破 坏或者拆卸,在解除防盗喇叭的威胁后,赢得较多的时间去破解其他防盗系统。
若采用本申请的防盗喇叭总成,防盗喇叭1通过安装支架2固定在车辆翼子板3内侧,其中防盗喇叭安装部204形成了包裹防盗喇叭1的保护结构,使得防盗喇叭1不暴露在车辆翼子板3内侧,且防盗喇叭1的固定点也未暴露,因此,在不拆卸安装支架2的前提下,是无法对防盗喇叭1进行拆卸或破坏的;此外,安装支架2的第一固定部201固定在车辆翼子板3的安装支架上,其特殊的固定点使得第一固定部201处的拆卸必须先打开车门,从车辆前门4和车身A柱5形成的安装缝隙6处对第一固定部201进行拆卸(结合图5所示);由此,盗贼在不打开车门的情况下无法拆卸或者破坏防盗喇叭1,若想破坏防盗喇叭1,必须先将安装支架2拆卸,而拆卸安装支架2必须开启车辆前门4,拆开翼子板衬板,通过安装缝隙6拆卸,上述动作无法在2分钟内完成,而且撬锁还会导致防盗喇叭1报警,在防盗喇叭1的蜂鸣声中更是无法完成上述动作。
采用上述技术方案,本发明所述的防盗喇叭总成及车辆具有如下有益效果:
(1)通过防护和安装一体式安装支架将防盗喇叭固定在车辆翼子板内侧,U形槽结构形成包裹防盗喇叭的安装结构,可以固定和保护防盗喇叭,且将防盗喇叭的固定点隐藏在了车辆机舱内部,使得在不拆卸安装支架的前提下无法拆卸或者破坏防盗喇叭;同时,将安装支架的一个固定点设置在车辆翼子板安装支架上,在不打开车门的情况下无法拆卸安装支架,进而防止盗贼在不打开车门的情况下拆卸或者破坏防盗喇叭,有效保护了防盗喇叭,提高了车辆的防盗系数;
(2)防盗喇叭和安装支架均采用常规标件,无需采用防盗标件,易于维修;
(3)安装支架本身为安装和防护一体式设计,结构工艺简单,成本低廉,且有利于轻量化车身设计、降低能耗。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在 本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种防盗喇叭总成,其特征在于,包括防盗喇叭(1)和安装支架(2),所述安装支架(2)用于将所述防盗喇叭(1)固定在车辆翼子板内侧;
    所述安装支架(2)包括第一固定部(201)、基板(202)、第二固定部(203)和防盗喇叭安装部(204);
    所述第一固定部(201)位于所述基板(202)的第一端,用于与车辆机舱连接固定;
    所述第二固定部(203)位于所述基板(202)的第二端,用于与车辆翼子板安装支架连接固定;
    所述防盗喇叭安装部(204)位于所述基板(202)的内侧,与所述基板(202)形成U形槽结构,所述防盗喇叭(1)安装于所述U形槽结构内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防盗喇叭总成,其特征在于,所述第一固定部(201)设有第一固定孔(201a),所述第一固定部(201)与车辆机舱通过螺栓和所述第一固定孔(201a)连接固定。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的防盗喇叭总成,其特征在于,所述第二固定部(203)设有第二固定孔(203a),所述第二固定部(203)与车辆翼子板安装支架通过螺栓和所述第二固定孔(203a)连接固定。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的防盗喇叭总成,其特征在于,所述防盗喇叭安装部(204)设有喇叭固定孔(204a),所述防盗喇叭(1)与所述防盗喇叭安装部(204)通过螺栓和所述喇叭固定孔(204a)连接固定。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的防盗喇叭总成,其特征在于,所述防盗喇叭安装部(204)还设有喇叭定位孔(204b)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的防盗喇叭总成,其特征在于,所述基板(202)上设有多个与所述防盗喇叭(1)对应的漏音孔(202a)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的防盗喇叭总成,其特征在于,所述基板(202)上设有线束通孔(202b),用于布置所述防盗喇叭(1)的线束。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的防盗喇叭总成,其特征在于,所述基板(202)上还设有线束卡扣(202c),用于固定所述防盗喇叭(1)的线束。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的防盗喇叭总成,其特征在于,所述基板(202)上设有减重孔(202d)。
  10. 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1~9任意一项所述的防盗喇叭总成。
