本发明涉及农业种植技术领域,尤其涉及一种农业种植用农药配比装置及其方法。
背景技术
农药广义的定义是指用于预防、消灭或者控制危害农业、林业的病、虫、草和其他有害生物以及有目的地调节植物、昆虫生长的化学合成或者来源于生物、其他天然物质的一种物质或者几种物质的混合物及其制剂;是指在农业生产中,为保障、促进植物和农作物的成长,所施用的杀虫、杀菌、杀灭有害动物(或杂草)的一类药物统称。
在农药生产过程中常常需要对农药进行配比,现有技术中,在配比时不能够根据需要选择分别加入药品还是同时加入药品,导致使用不便,影响配比效率和质量,因此,我们提出了一种农业种植用农药配比装置及其方法用于解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在在配比时不能够根据需要选择分别加入药品还是同时加入药品,导致使用不便,影响配比效率和质量的缺点,而提出的一种农业种植用农药配比装置及其方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种农业种植用农药配比装置,包括底座,所述底座的顶部设置有配药箱,且配药箱的顶部设置有多个药品罐,所述药品罐的底部连 接有进药管,且进药管与配药箱连接,所述进药管内转动安装有转轴,且转轴上套设有阀门板,所述转轴的一端延伸至进药管的外侧并固定连接有转动柱,且转动柱的外侧套设有固定安装于进药管上的固定管,所述固定管的内侧壁上固定安装有第一弹簧,且第一弹簧与转动柱连接,所述转动柱远离转轴的一端固定安装有手柄,且转动柱上套设有齿轮;
所述配药箱的两侧顶部均设置有固定块,且固定块连接有同一个顶板,所述顶板的底部设置有多个连接柱,且连接柱的底部开设有连接槽,所述连接槽的顶部内壁上固定安装有连接弹簧,且连接弹簧固定连接有滑动安装于连接槽内的升降柱,所述升降柱的底端固定安装有连接块,且升降柱的一侧开设有固定槽,所述固定槽内固定安装有第二弹簧,且第二弹簧固定连接有滑动安装于固定槽内的卡块,所述连接槽的内壁上开设有卡槽,且卡块与卡块相配合;
多个连接块滑动连接有同一个升降板,且升降板的底部设置有齿条,齿条与齿轮相配合。

一种农业种植用农药配比装置的方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将各类药品分别放置在多个药品罐内;
S2:分别进行加药时,转动手柄,手柄带动转动柱转动,转动柱带动转轴转动,转轴带动阀门板转动,打开进药管,药品罐内的药品落入配药箱内,进行农药配比;
S3:同时进行加药时,先向上推动升降板,升降板通过连接块带动升降柱向上移动,升降柱带动卡块向上移动,卡块移出卡槽,然后向下移动升降板,升降板通过连接块带动升降柱向下移动,升降柱带动卡块向下移动,卡块来不及卡入第一个卡槽内,在移动至第二个卡槽的位置时,第二弹簧将卡块卡入卡槽内,此时,齿条与多个齿轮啮合,移动升降板,升降板带动齿条移动,齿条带动多个齿轮转动,齿轮带动转动柱转动,转动柱带动转轴转动,转轴带动阀门板转动,打开进药管,药品罐内的药品落入配药箱内,进行农药配比。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、由于设置了进药管、转轴、阀门板、转动柱、固定管、第一 弹簧、手柄,能够分别转动阀门板,从而能够分别打开进药管,达到分别进行加药的目的;
2、由于设置了齿轮、固定块、顶板、连接柱、连接弹簧、升降柱、连接块、固定槽、第二弹簧、卡块、卡槽、升降板、齿条、手持板,能够在需要时,同时转动阀门板,从而能够同时打开进药管,达到同时进行加药的目的。
本发明在配比时能够根据需要选择分别加入药品还是同时加入药品,提高了配比效率和质量,使用方便。

    S3:同时进行加药时,先向上推动升降板(23),升降板(23)通过连接块(18)带动升降柱(17)向上移动,升降柱(17)带动卡块(21)向上移动,卡块(21)移出卡槽(22),然后向下移动升降板(23),升降板(23)通过连接块(18)带动升降柱(17)向下移动,升降柱(17)带动卡块(21)向下移动,卡块(21)来不及卡入第一个卡槽(22)内,在移动至第二个卡槽(22)的位置时,第二弹簧(20)将卡块(21)卡入卡槽(22)内,此时,齿条(24)与多个齿轮(12)啮合,移动升降板(23),升降板(23)带动齿条(24)移动,齿条(24)带动多个齿轮(12)转动,齿轮(12)带动转动柱(8)转动,转动柱(8)带动转轴(6)转动,转轴(6)带动阀门板(7)转动,打开进药管(5),药品罐(4)内的药品落入配药箱(2)内,进行农药配比。
