本发明涉及一种农药精确配比装置,属于农药混合设备技术领域。
背景技术
农药广义的定义是指用于预防、消灭或者控制危害农业、林业的病、虫、草和其他有害生物以及有目的地调节、控制、影响植物和有害生物代谢、生长、发育、繁殖过程的化学合成或者来源于生物、其他天然产物及应用生物技术产生的一种物质或者几种物质的混合物及其制剂,狭义上是指在农业生产中,为保障、促进植物和农作物的成长,所施用的杀虫、杀菌、杀灭有害动物(或杂草)的一类药物统称,特指在农业上用于防治病虫以及调节植物生长、除草等药剂。
现有技术中,在农药生产过程中常常需要对农药进行配比,但是目前对农药的配比大多数都是操作员靠经验进行配比,配比误差大,导致农药药效变差,影响使用效果。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有的通过人工操作进行农药配比存在的配比误差大的问题,进而提供了一种农药精确配比装置。
本发明为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种农药精确配比装置,它包括箱体以及设置在箱体内的配比组件和混合组件,其中所述配比组件包括位于箱体上部的水腔及若干个药腔,箱体的顶端开设有水腔入口及若干药腔入口,水腔及每个药腔底部均设置有流量计,箱体外部安装有触摸屏,每个流量计均与触摸屏电性连接;所述混合组件包括位于配比组件正下方的混合腔及设置在混合腔内的搅拌杆,且所述混合腔通过管路与箱体外部连通,且位于箱体外部的管路一端安装有水龙头。
进一步地,箱体外部设置有升降组件,所述升降组件包括上下滑动连接在箱体外壁的两个滑板以及固装在两个滑板之间的固定托板,其中所述固定托板位于水龙头的正下方,所述滑板与箱体之间通过蝶形螺栓固接。
进一步地,所述固定托板呈L型结构。
进一步地,固定托板的底板上开设有置物槽,所述置物槽内随型嵌装有清洗板。
进一步地,混合腔的内壁布置有加热带。

箱体1的一侧外壁水平且转动安装有滚轴21,所述滚轴21位于若干踏板17的正上方布置,且所述滚轴21位于牵引绳18与箱体1之间。通过设置滚轴21,降低牵引绳18的磨损,进而提高牵引绳18的使用寿命。

  7. 根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的一种农药精确配比装置,其特征在于:水腔(2)入口盖设有水腔盖(15)且所述水腔盖(15)与水腔(2)入口转动连接,每个药腔(3)入口均盖设有药腔盖(16)且所述药腔盖(16)与药腔(3)入口转动连接,箱体(1)的一侧外壁上下转动安装有若干踏板(17),水腔盖(15)与若干药腔盖(16)对应通过牵引绳(18)连接至若干踏板(17),通过下压踏板(17)带动与其连接的水腔盖(15)或药腔盖(16)翻转。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种农药精确配比装置,其特征在于:箱体(1)的一侧外壁水平且转动安装有滚轴(21),所述滚轴(21)位于若干踏板(17)的正上方布置,且所述滚轴(21)位于牵引绳(18)与箱体(1)之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种农药精确配比装置,其特征在于:所述滚轴(21)外部包覆有橡胶层。
  10. 根据权利要求1、2、3、4、6、8或9所述的一种农药精确配比装置,其特征在于:箱 体(1)的上部插设有清洗棒(22),所述清洗棒(22)包括棒体(22-1)、包覆在棒体(22-1)外部的毛刷(22-2)以及一体固装在棒体(22-1)上端部的握柄(22-3),所述握柄(22-3)上加工有防滑纹。
