Description
本发明涉及仓储设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种大米生产仓储设备。
大米生产仓储设备是指仓储工作中使用的设备,能够满足储藏和保管大米需要的技术装置和机具,常见的存储设备为可固定的仓、罐等。
现有的仓储设备不能有效的对大米进行长时间仓储,因此,我们提出了一种大米生产仓储设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在不能有效的对大米进行长时间仓储的缺点,而提出的一种大米生产仓储设备。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:

本发明中能有效的对大米进行长时间仓储,机构简单,操作方便。

本发明中,当需要对大米进行存储时,首先向外拉动第二把手39,第二把手39带动第二密封板38向外移动,接着可将大米倒入进料筒35,由进料筒35进入进料管34,最正进入到存储箱3内,同时,打开电机5,电机5带动蜗杆6转动,蜗杆6带动扇叶7转动,扇叶7转动向下吹风进入到第二进风口24,最终进入到进风管10内,且进风管10经过干燥机9干燥,最终从多个出风孔12排出,对大米进行干燥处理,同时,蜗杆6带动蜗轮16转 动,蜗轮16带动第一旋转杆17转动,第一旋转杆17带动第一锥齿轮18转动,第一锥齿轮18带动第二锥齿轮19转动,第二锥齿轮19带动第二旋转杆20旋转,第二旋转杆20带动第一齿轮21,第一齿轮21转动带动第二齿轮22转动,第二齿轮22转动带动旋转柱11转动,旋转柱11带动进风管10转动,同时,旋转柱11带动多个第一搅拌杆13转动和转板15,转板15带动多个第二搅拌杆14转动,当第一搅拌杆13和第二搅拌杆14转动配合干燥吹风,可加速大米风干便于存储,当存储完成后,向内推动第二把手39,第二把手39带动第二密封板38向内移动,最后将进料筒35密封,当需要取出大米时,向外拉动第一把手31,第一把手31带动第一密封板30向外移动,第一密封板30离开出料口26时,此时,第一搅拌杆13和第二搅拌杆14转动加速大米落下速度,最终落到收集箱32内,取出后可向内推动第一把手31,第一把手31带动第一密封板30对出料口26进行密封。

- 一种大米生产仓储设备,包括底座(1),其特征在于,所述底座(1)的顶部固定连接有两个支撑柱(2),两个支撑柱(2)的顶部固定连接有同一个存储箱(3),所述存储箱(3)的顶部固定连接有固定架(4),所述固定架(4)的顶部设有电机(5),所述电机(5)的输出轴上固定连接有蜗杆(6),所述蜗杆(6)的一端固定连接有扇叶(7),所述存储箱(3)的顶部固定连接有干燥机(9),所述存储箱(3)和干燥机(9)的内部转动连接有同一个进风管(10),所述进风管(10)的外侧固定连接有旋转柱(11),所述旋转柱(11)的内壁开设有多个出风孔(12),多个出风孔(12)与进风管(10)相连接,所述旋转柱(11)的外侧固定连接有多个第一搅拌杆(13),所述旋转柱(11)的一端固定连接有转板(15),且转板(15)的外侧固定连接有多个第二搅拌杆(14),所述蜗杆(6)的一侧啮合有蜗轮(16),所述蜗轮(16)的一侧固定连接有第一旋转杆(17),且第一旋转杆(17)的一端固定连接有第一锥齿轮(18),所述第一锥齿轮(18)上啮合有第二锥齿轮(19),所述第二锥齿轮(19)的底端固定连接有第二旋转杆(20),所述第二旋转杆(20)的底端固定连接有第一齿轮(21),且第一齿轮(21)上啮合有第二齿轮(22),且第二齿轮(22)的内圈与旋转柱(11)的外侧固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种大米生产仓储设备,其特征在于,所述存储箱(3)的底部开设有出料口(26),出料口(26)的内壁固定连接有固定板(27),且固定板(27)的顶部固定连接有旋转块(28),所述旋转块(28)的顶部与旋转柱(11)的底部滑动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种大米生产仓储设备,其特征在于,所述存储箱(3)的底部两侧均固定连接有第一滑轨(33),两个第一滑轨(33)内均滑动连接有第一滑块(29),两个第一滑块(29)的底部固定连接有同一个第一密封板(30),且第一密封板(30)的顶部与存储箱(3)的底部滑动连 接,且第一密封板(30)的一侧固定连接有第一把手(31)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种大米生产仓储设备,其特征在于,所述存储箱(3)的两侧均开设有出风口(25),且出风口(25)的内壁固定连接有过滤网(44)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种大米生产仓储设备,其特征在于,所述存储箱(3)的顶部固定连接有进料管(34),且进料管(34)的顶部固定连接有进料筒(35),所述进料筒(35)的两侧均固定连接第二滑轨(36),且第二滑轨(36)的内部滑动连接有第二滑块(37),两个第二滑块(37)的顶部固定连接有同一个第二密封板(38),且第二密封板(38)的一侧固定连接有第二把手(39)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种大米生产仓储设备,其特征在于,所述干燥机(9)的顶部固定连接有风机罩(8),且风机罩(8)的顶部开设有第一进风口(23),扇叶(7)转动连接在风机罩(8)的内部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种大米生产仓储设备,其特征在于,所述干燥机(9)的顶部固定连接有第二进风口(24),第二进风口(24)与进风管(10)相连接,且第二进风口(24)与扇叶(7)相配合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种大米生产仓储设备,其特征在于,所述风机罩(8)的顶部固定连接有第一轴承(40),且第一轴承(40)的内圈与第一旋转杆(17)的外侧固定连接,存储箱(3)的顶部固定连接第二轴承(41),第二轴承(41)的内圈与第二旋转杆(20)的外侧固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种大米生产仓储设备,其特征在于,所述存储箱(3)的顶部开设有第二转孔(43),且第二转孔(43)的内壁与第二旋转杆(20)外侧滑动连接,固定架(4)的顶部开设有第一转孔(42),且第一转孔(42)的内壁与蜗杆(6)的外侧滑动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种大米生产仓储设备,其特征在于,所述 底座(1)的顶部设有收集箱(32),且收集箱(32)与出料口(26)相对应。
