发明内容

S2:在此过程中,第二分隔板带动矩形槽和第二齿条位移,使得第二齿条在位移时带动齿轮转动,齿轮转动时带动第一齿条向下位移,第一齿条带动滑杆位移,第一滑杆带动第一卡块与第一卡槽相分离,从而使得第二分隔板在集装箱体内解除锁止状态;
S3:此时可以使得第一分隔板在集装箱体内自由的滑动,从而使得第一分隔板可以自由的将集装箱体分隔成需要的空间大小进行使用,此时第一分隔板可以带动第一滑动块在第一滑动槽内位移,同时带动第二滑动块在第二滑动槽内位移;
S4:待集装箱体内需要分隔的货物装好后,此时将第一分隔板移动过去并通过把手向下拉动第二分隔板即可,最后使得第一卡块再次与另一个第一卡槽相嵌合,第二卡块再次与另一个第二卡槽相嵌合即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本方案通过第一滑动槽与第一滑动块相配合,第二滑动槽与第二滑动块相配合,使得第一分隔板和第二分隔板可以将集装箱体的内部空间分隔成任意的大小空间,便于货物的隔开放置运输;
2、本方案通过第一卡块与第一卡槽相配合,第二卡块与第二卡槽相配合,第二齿条通过齿轮与第二齿条相配合,使得第一分隔板和第二分隔板可以同时与集装箱体进行锁止,操作便捷,使用方便;
3、本方案通过第二分隔板与滑板槽相配合,卡块槽与滑块相配合,滑块和拉杆与弹簧相配合,使得第一分隔板与第二分隔板便于进行收纳,结构合理,使用便捷;
本发明中的集装箱体内部设置有分割装置,可以针对数量比较多且尺寸 比较小的货物在运输中稳定的放置,不会使得集装箱体内的货物散落,导致货物损坏,同时降低了卸货的难度。

本实施例中,集装箱体2的两个内壁上均开设有第二滑动槽18,两个第二滑动槽18内均滑动安装有第二滑动块19,两个第二滑动块19的一侧分别与第一分隔板1的两侧固定连接,第二滑动块19可以沿着第二滑动槽18位移。
本实施例中,第一分隔板1上开设有与滑块槽7相接通的滑杆槽20,滑杆槽20内滑动安装有滑杆21,滑杆21的顶端与第一卡块8的底部固定连接
,滑杆21可以带动第一卡块8位移。
本实施例中,滑板槽3与滑杆槽20相互靠近的一侧开设有同一个连接槽22,连接槽22内转动安装有旋转轴23,旋转轴23的外侧固定套设有齿轮24,滑杆21的一侧固定连接有第一齿条25,第一齿条25与齿轮24相啮合,齿轮24可以带动第一齿条25位移。
本实施例中,第二分隔板4的另一侧开设有矩形槽26,矩形槽26的一侧内壁上固定连接有第二齿条27,第二齿条27与齿轮24相配合,当第二齿条27位移并与齿轮24相啮合时,此时第二齿条可以带动齿轮24转动。
实施例二
参照图1-5,一种仓储物流设备中的分隔装置,包括第一分隔板1以及设于第一分隔板1外侧的集装箱体2,第一分隔板1滑动安装于集装箱体2内,第一分隔板1的底部开设有滑板槽3,滑板槽3内滑动安装有第二分隔板4,第二分隔板4的一侧通过焊接固定连接有把手5,第一分隔板1侧一侧开设有凹槽6,凹槽6与把手5相配合,第一分隔板1的顶部开设有滑块槽7,滑块槽7内滑动安装有第一卡块8,集装箱体2的顶部内壁上开设有多个第一卡槽9,第一卡块8与第一卡槽9相配合,第二分隔板4的底部通过焊接固定连接有第二卡块10,集装箱体2的底部内壁上开设有多个第二卡槽11,第二卡块10与第二卡槽11相配合,第二分隔板4与第一卡块8相配合,第二分隔板4的一侧开设有卡块槽28,滑板槽3的一侧内壁上开设有弹簧槽12,弹簧槽12内滑动安装有滑块13,滑块13与卡块槽28相配合,第一分隔板1的一侧开设有与弹簧槽12相接通的滑孔,滑孔内滑动安装有拉杆14,拉杆14的一端与滑块13的一侧通过焊接固定连接。
本实施例中,拉杆14的外侧套设有弹簧15,弹簧15的一端与弹簧槽12的一侧内壁通过焊接固定连接,弹簧15的另一端与滑块13的一侧通过焊接固定连接,弹簧15可以带动滑块13复位。
本实施例中,集装箱体2的顶部内壁上开设有两个第一滑动槽16,两个 第一滑动槽16内均滑动安装有第一滑动块17,两个第一滑动块17的底部分别均与第一分隔板1的顶部通过焊接固定连接,第一滑动块17可以沿着第一滑动槽16位移。
本实施例中,集装箱体2的两个内壁上均开设有第二滑动槽18,两个第二滑动槽18内均滑动安装有第二滑动块19,两个第二滑动块19的一侧分别与第一分隔板1的两侧通过焊接固定连接,第二滑动块19可以沿着第二滑动槽18位移。
本实施例中,第一分隔板1上开设有与滑块槽7相接通的滑杆槽20,滑杆槽20内滑动安装有滑杆21,滑杆21的顶端与第一卡块8的底部通过焊接固定连接,滑杆21可以带动第一卡块8位移。
本实施例中,滑板槽3与滑杆槽20相互靠近的一侧开设有同一个连接槽22,连接槽22内转动安装有旋转轴23,旋转轴23的外侧通过焊接固定套设有齿轮24,滑杆21的一侧通过焊接固定连接有第一齿条25,第一齿条25与齿轮24相啮合,齿轮24可以带动第一齿条25位移。
本实施例中,第二分隔板4的另一侧开设有矩形槽26,矩形槽26的一侧内壁上通过焊接固定连接有第二齿条27,第二齿条27与齿轮24相配合,当第二齿条27位移并与齿轮24相啮合时,此时第二齿条可以带动齿轮24转动。
本实施例还提出了一种仓储物流设备中的分隔装置的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:在使用时,先通过把手5向上拉动第二分隔板4,使得第二分隔板4带动卡块槽28位移,使得卡块槽28与弹簧槽12相对应,此时弹簧15形变恢复,弹簧15带动滑块13复位,使得滑块13与卡块槽28相嵌合,从而使得第二分隔板4被收纳到了第一分隔板1的滑板槽3内,且第二分隔板4被锁止,同时第二分隔板4带动第二卡块10与第二卡槽11相分离;
S2:在此过程中,第二分隔板4带动矩形槽26和第二齿条27位移,使得第二齿条27在位移时带动齿轮24转动,齿轮24转动时带动第一齿条25向下位移,第一齿条25带动滑杆21位移,第一滑杆21带动第一卡块8与第一卡槽9相分离,从而使得第二分隔板4在集装箱体2内解除锁止状态;
S3:此时可以使得第一分隔板1在集装箱体2内自由的滑动,从而使得第一分隔板1可以自由的将集装箱体2分隔成需要的空间大小进行使用,此时第一分隔板1可以带动第一滑动块17在第一滑动槽16内位移,同时带动第二滑动块19在第二滑动槽18内位移;
S4:待集装箱体2内需要分隔的货物装好后,此时将第一分隔板1移动过去并通过把手5向下拉动第二分隔板4即可,最后使得第一卡块8再次与另一个第一卡槽9相嵌合,第二卡块10再次与另一个第二卡槽11相嵌合即可。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种仓储物流设备中的分隔装置,包括第一分隔板(1)以及设于第一分隔板(1)外侧的集装箱体(2),其特征在于,所述第一分隔板(1)滑动安装于集装箱体(2)内,第一分隔板(1)的底部开设有滑板槽(3),滑板槽(3)内滑动安装有第二分隔板(4),第二分隔板(4)的一侧固定连接有把手(5),第一分隔板(1)侧一侧开设有凹槽(6),凹槽(6)与把手(5)相配合,第一分隔板(1)的顶部开设有滑块槽(7),滑块槽(7)内滑动安装有第一卡块(8),集装箱体(2)的顶部内壁上开设有多个第一卡槽(9),第一卡块(8)与第一卡槽(9)相配合,第二分隔板(4)的底部固定连接有第二卡块(10),集装箱体(2)的底部内壁上开设有多个第二卡槽(11),第二卡块(10)与第二卡槽(11)相配合,第二分隔板(4)与第一卡块(8)相配合,第二分隔板(4)的一侧开设有卡块槽(28),滑板槽(3)的一侧内壁上开设有弹簧槽(12),弹簧槽(12)内滑动安装有滑块(13),滑块(13)与卡块槽(28)相配合,第一分隔板(1)的一侧开设有与弹簧槽(12)相接通的滑孔,滑孔内滑动安装有拉杆(14),拉杆(14)的一端与滑块(13)的一侧固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种仓储物流设备中的分隔装置,其特征在于,所述拉杆(14)的外侧套设有弹簧(15),弹簧(15)的一端与弹簧槽(12)的一侧内壁固定连接,弹簧(15)的另一端与滑块(13)的一侧固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种仓储物流设备中的分隔装置,其特征在于,所述集装箱体(2)的顶部内壁上开设有两个第一滑动槽(16),两个第一滑动槽(16)内均滑动安装有第一滑动块(17),两个第一滑动块(17)的底部分别均与第一分隔板(1)的顶部固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种仓储物流设备中的分隔装置,其特征在于,所述集装箱体(2)的两个内壁上均开设有第二滑动槽(18),两个第二滑动 槽(18)内均滑动安装有第二滑动块(19),两个第二滑动块(19)的一侧分别与第一分隔板(1)的两侧固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种仓储物流设备中的分隔装置,其特征在于,所述第一分隔板(1)上开设有与滑块槽(7)相接通的滑杆槽(20),滑杆槽(20)内滑动安装有滑杆(21),滑杆(21)的顶端与第一卡块(8)的底部固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种仓储物流设备中的分隔装置,其特征在于,所述滑板槽(3)与滑杆槽(20)相互靠近的一侧开设有同一个连接槽(22),连接槽(22)内转动安装有旋转轴(23),旋转轴(23)的外侧固定套设有齿轮(24),滑杆(21)的一侧固定连接有第一齿条(25),第一齿条(25)与齿轮(24)相啮合。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种仓储物流设备中的分隔装置,其特征在于,所述第二分隔板(4)的另一侧开设有矩形槽(26),矩形槽(26)的一侧内壁上固定连接有第二齿条(27),第二齿条(27)与齿轮(24)相配合。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7提出的一种仓储物流设备中的分隔装置的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1:在使用时,先通过把手(5)向上拉动第二分隔板(4),使得第二分隔板(4)带动卡块槽(28)位移,使得卡块槽(28)与弹簧槽(12)相对应,此时弹簧(15)形变恢复,弹簧(15)带动滑块(13)复位,使得滑块(13)与卡块槽(28)相嵌合,从而使得第二分隔板(4)被收纳到了第一分隔板(1)的滑板槽(3)内,且第二分隔板(4)被锁止,同时第二分隔板(4)带动第二卡块(10)与第二卡槽(11)相分离;
    S2:在此过程中,第二分隔板(4)带动矩形槽(26)和第二齿条(27)位移,使得第二齿条(27)在位移时带动齿轮(24)转动,齿轮(24)转动时带动第一齿条(25)向下位移,第一齿条(25)带动滑杆(21)位移,第 一滑杆(21)带动第一卡块(8)与第一卡槽(9)相分离,从而使得第二分隔板(4)在集装箱体(2)内解除锁止状态;
    S3:此时可以使得第一分隔板(1)在集装箱体(2)内自由的滑动,从而使得第一分隔板(1)可以自由的将集装箱体(2)分隔成需要的空间大小进行使用,此时第一分隔板(1)可以带动第一滑动块(17)在第一滑动槽(16)内位移,同时带动第二滑动块(19)在第二滑动槽(18)内位移;
    S4:待集装箱体(2)内需要分隔的货物装好后,此时将第一分隔板(1)移动过去并通过把手(5)向下拉动第二分隔板(4)即可,最后使得第一卡块(8)再次与另一个第一卡槽(9)相嵌合,第二卡块(10)再次与另一个第二卡槽(11)相嵌合即可。
