Le dispositif d'élimination de fumée secondaire selon certains modes de réalisation de la présente invention peut comprendre : un boîtier au sein duquel est formé un espace à fumer ; une partie d'insertion d'article positionnée au niveau d'une extrémité du boîtier pour former une ouverture par laquelle un article à fumer est inséré dans l'espace à fumer ; une partie de support élastique pour supporter un article à fumer inséré par la partie d'insertion d'article ; une partie d'allumage pour allumer un article à fumer inséré dans l'espace à fumer ; et une partie de traitement de fumée secondaire pour traiter la fumée secondaire générée par un article à fumer inséré dans l'espace à fumer. La partie de support élastique supporte élastiquement l'extrémité amont d'un article à fumer, ce qui permet d'améliorer la stabilité de support et la stabilité d'allumage pour l'article à fumer.
