进一步地,发送状态变更信息至调控目标家电对应的用户终端的步骤之后还包括:在预设的位置坐标与运行状态的对应关系中查询出与调控目标家电的位置坐标对应的预设运行状态;将预设运行状态发送至用户终端,以提示用户是否使用预设运行状态。
根据本发明的另一方面,还提供一种共享家电设备的控制装置,该控制装置包括:处理器;以及存储器,其内存储有控制程序,控制程序被处理器执行时用于实现根据上述任一项的控制方法。
本发明的共享家电设备的控制方法可以根据预设的受控区域进行筛选,在区域内的所有共享家电设备中筛选出调控目标家电,并发送运行限制条件至调控目标家电。本发明的共享家电设备的控制方法可以实现对受控区域内的共享家电进行集中控制,以使得受控区域内的共享家电均满足运行限制条件,降低控制难度。
进一步地,本发明的共享家电设备的控制方法,在筛选受控区域的共享家电设备时,可进行两步筛选。首先根据受控区域的边界坐标集合划出初筛范围,而后在初筛范围内逐一筛选出受控区域内的共享家电设备。本发明的控制方法通过两步筛选,降低筛选难度,可精确确定受控范围内的共享家电设备。
进一步地,本发明的共享家电设备的控制方法,在检测到共享家电设备的运行状态不在运行限制条件的范围内,将共享家电设备的运行状态调整为符合运行条件范围,并提供状态变更信息至用户终端,且提示用户家电设备运行状态发生改变。当检测到共享家电设备的运行状态在运行限制条件的范围内时,则将运行限制条件发送至用户终端,以提醒用户当下的运行限制条件,可减少用户的操作,提升用户的使用体验。

具体实施方式
图1是根据本发明一个实施例的共享家电设备的数据交互示意图。共享家电设备130的数据交互过程一般性地会涉及用户终端110、管理平台120以及共享家电设备130。
用户终端110可以接收来自管理平台120的信息。用户终端110例如为移动设备、电脑、或浮动车中内置的车载设备等,或其任意组合。在一些实 施例中,移动设备例如可以包括手机、智能家居设备、可穿戴设备、智能移动设备、虚拟现实设备等,或其任意组合。
管理平台120可以接收来自用户终端或共享家电设备130的信息或指令。管理平台120可以接收行政区域、供电分区或者地域分区等区域划分信息,从而获取受控区域,并将受控区域内的共享家电设备进行筛选控制。例如供电分区可以为来自政府相关部门对于用电范围的划分信息。
共享家电设备130可以为共享空调、共享电视、共享冰箱等。共享家电设备130均与管理平台120连接,并将其运行信息、编码信息和位置信息等储存在管理平台120中,上述信息均与共享家电设备130对应保存,每台共享家电均对应不同的编码信息、位置信息和运行信息等。
图2是根据本发明一个实施例的共享家电设备的控制装置的示意性框图。如图2,控制装置140一般性地包括处理器141和存储器142。存储器142中保存有控制程序1421。控制程序1421被处理器141执行时用于实现对以下任一实施例的共享家电设备130的控制方法。
图3是根据本发明一个实施例的共享家电设备的控制方法的流程图。参考图3,共享家电设备的控制方法一般性地可包括如下步骤:
步骤S302,获取调控指令。调控指令包括受控区域以及运行限制条件,运行限制条件用于规定共享家电设备的可用功能。受控区域在一些实施例中可由政府相关部门给出。例如,在第一区域,针对共享空调的运行过程,对其最低设定温度提出要求,比如最低设定温度不低于18℃,管理平台将接收该调控指令,即受控区域为第一区域,运行限制条件为设定温度等于或高于18℃。又例如,在第二区域,为解决夜间噪音问题,夜间共享电视的音量不可超过40分贝,即受控区域为第二区域,运行限制条件为音量小于或等于40分贝。又例如,在第三区域,该区域为版权授权范围,第三区域内的电视将限制部分频道的播放,也就是说,受控区域为第三区域,运行限制条件为限制部分频道播放。
步骤S304,确定安装于受控区域内的共享家电设备。每台共享家电设备均具有不同的设备编码,该编码中包括位置坐标,可通过对共享家电设备的设备编码得到其位置信息。管理平台在收到受控区域后,可对该区域进行数字化处理,将受控区域转化为坐标集合,若某共享家电设备的位置坐标属于受控区域所限定出的坐标集合,则该共享家电设备为安装于受控区域内的 共享家电设备。在一些实施例中,位置坐标在编码上予以体现,比如在第一区域内的共享家电具有编码0880040116,其中040116为该共享家电的位置坐标。例如在一些实施例中,管理平台中预存有编码与位置坐标的对应关系,从而根据编码可以查询出坐标。
步骤S306,向调控目标家电发送运行限制条件,以使得调控目标家电在运行限制条件规定的可用功能范围内运行。
本实施例的共享家电设备的控制方法可以根据预设的受控区域进行筛选,在区域内的所有共享家电设备中筛选出调控目标家电,并发送运行限制条件至调控目标家电。本发明的共享家电设备的控制方法可以实现对受控区域内的共享家电进行集中控制,以使得受控区域内的共享家电均满足运行限制条件,降低控制难度,可有效配合对于受控区域的运行需求。
图4是根据本发明一个优选实施例的共享空调的控制方法的流程图。如图4所示,本发明一个优选实施例的共享空调的控制方法的步骤包括:
步骤S402,获取调控指令,调控指令包括受控区域以及运行限制条件。运行限制条件用于规定共享家电设备的可用功能。
步骤S404,确定受控区域的边界坐标集合。坐标可以通过经纬度表示,也可通过预设的坐标轴进行坐标表示。
步骤S406,调取共享家电设备所在位置的位置坐标。共享家电的位置坐标可以表示为(x,y),x和y可以是任意可表示坐标的数值。例如设置x为经度值,y为纬度值。
步骤S408,确定边界坐标集合中的第一坐标值的极值与第二坐标值的极值。第一坐标值为x,第二坐标值为y。在一些实施例中,第一坐标值可以为经度值,第二坐标值可以为纬度值。在另一些实施例中,第一坐标值为纬度值,第二坐标值为经度值。
步骤S410,根据第一坐标值的极值与第二坐标值的极值按照预设形状划分控制范围并记为初筛范围。在一些实施例中,预设形状为方形。在一些其他实施例中,预设形状也可为圆形。该预设形状可以通过实际情况进行调整,该形状的设置是为了将共享家电设备进行第一步初筛,从而降低筛选难度,减少筛选时间。
步骤S412,根据位置坐标筛选出安装于初筛范围内的共享家电设备,作为初筛目标家电。
步骤S414,获取初筛目标家电的第一坐标值与第二坐标值。
步骤S416,根据初筛目标家电的第一坐标值确定对应的受控区域的第二坐标值的取值范围。
步骤S418,判断初筛目标家电的第二坐标值是否处于取值范围中,若是,则执行步骤S420,若否,则表明初筛目标家电不是调控目标家电。
步骤S420,该初筛目标家电为调控目标家电。
步骤S422,获取调控目标家电的运行状态。
步骤S424,判断该运行状态是否在运行限制条件的范围内。若否,则执行步骤S426。若是,则执行步骤S428。
步骤S426,发送运行限制条件至调控目标家电,以将调控目标家电调整为在运行限制条件规定的可用功能范围内运行,并发送状态变更信息至调控目标家电对应的用户终端。
步骤S428,发送运行限制条件规定的可用功能范围至调控目标家电对应的用户终端。并在预设的位置坐标与运行状态的对应关系中查询出与调控目标家电的位置坐标对应的预设运行状态;将预设运行状态发送至用户终端,以提示用户是否使用预设运行状态。
在一些实施例中,需根据用电限制调控共享空调的设定温度。调控目标家电为共享空调,运行限制指令为在制冷模式下,设定温度不得低于23℃。当共享空调的检测装置检测到共享空调的设定温度低于23℃时,将该检测结果上传至管理平台,当管理平台接收到该信息后则将发送设定温度等于或高于23摄氏度的运行限制条件至共享空调,以使得共享空调的设定温度上调至23℃,同时发送状态变更信息以及变更原因至用户终端,以提示用户。如果检测到共享空调的设定温度处于23℃以上,则将运行限制条件发送给用户,以提示用户当前的运行限制条件,提示用户在使用过程中注意。
在另一些实施例中,调控目标家电为共享电视,运行限制指令为音量小于30分贝,共享家电的检测装置检测到调控目标家电的音量大于30分贝时,将该检测结果上传至管理平台,当管理平台接收到用户的音量大于30分贝时,管理平台则发送音量低于30分贝的运行限制条件至共享电视,以使得共享电视的音量下降至30分贝以下,同时发送状态变更信息以及变更原因至用户终端,提示用户。如果检测到共享家电的音量处于30分贝以下,则将运行限制条件直接发送给用户,提示用户可能发生的运行状态变化,以提 示用户在日后的使用中注意。
当共享家电设备的状态发生变化,提示发送状态变更信息的同时,在预设的位置坐标与运行状态的对应关系查询出该地区适宜的运行状态,并发送给用户,让用户判断是否使用,这可以减少用户操作,提升用户的使用感受。该对应关系可以通过该地区的气象信息获取,或者根据该地区当日或当时的大多数设备所采取的运行状态获取。
图5是图4所示优选实施例的共享家电设备的筛选过程示意图。该优选实施例中使用共享空调作为共享家电设备进行控制。其中,异型图形部分为受控区域甘肃省,黑色三角形标志为共享空调。框型部分为本实施例中共享家电设备预设形状的初筛范围。当第一坐标值为L1时,与甘肃省边界的交点为e、f两点,当第一坐标值为L2时,与甘肃省边界的交点为g、h、k、l。第一坐标值为经度值,第二坐标值为纬度值。
如图5所示,受控区域为地形较为复杂的甘肃省,共享家电设备为共享空调,运行限制条件为设置温度不得低于23摄氏度。在管理平台接收到上述信息后,沿甘肃省边界按照预设的距离10km记录一次边界坐标,并将所有边界坐标保存为边界坐标集合,边界坐标可以通过经纬度表示。在该坐标集合中找到经度值的最大值点和最小值点,纬度值的最大值点和最小值点,即图5中所示,A点、B点、C点、D点。根据上述四个点划出一个矩形范围,然后将该矩形范围作为初筛范围。调取已保存的共享空调的编码,编码中含有预设的位置坐标,例如038102,也即经度值为102°,纬度值为38°。根据共享空调的编码可以确定出位于初筛范围中的共享空调,并将该共享空调记为初筛目标家电。然后,针对初筛目标家电进行逐一筛选。首先调取初筛目标家电的经度值。当获取到任一经度值后,可将其在边界坐标集合中具有相同经度值的点筛选出来,此时至少有2点,如图5所示,当经度值为L1时,交点为e、f两点。此时,若该共享空调位于受控区域内,该共享空调的纬度值应在e、f两点的纬度值之间。从而,当获取到任一共享空调的经度值和纬度值,可通过其经度值查询到调控目标空调对应的纬度值范围,在通过纬度值查询到其是否是调控目标空调。如图5所示,当经度值为L2时,交点为g、h、k、l四个点。此时的调控目标空调对应的纬度值范围应为g、h的纬度值之间以及k、l的纬度值之间。当具有多个交点时,沿任一方向,每两个为一组,纬度范围应在两者之间。图5所示的方法为通过经度值确定 纬度范围,在一些实施例中也可通过纬度值确定纬度范围,从而确定调控目标空调。
本实施例的共享家电设备的控制方法可以根据预设的受控区域进行筛选,在区域内的所有共享家电设备中筛选出调控目标家电,并发送运行限制条件至调控目标家电。本发明的共享家电设备的控制方法可以实现对受控区域内的共享家电进行集中控制,以使得受控区域内的共享家电均满足运行限制条件,降低控制难度。
进一步地,本实施例的共享家电设备的控制方法,在筛选受控区域的共享家电设备时,可进行两步筛选。首先根据受控区域的边界坐标集合划出初筛范围,而后在初筛范围内逐一筛选出受控区域内的共享家电设备。本发明的控制方法通过两步筛选,降低筛选难度,可精确确定受控范围内的共享家电设备。
进一步地,本实施例的共享家电设备的控制方法,在检测到共享家电设备的运行状态不在运行限制条件的范围内时,将共享家电设备的运行状态调整为符合运行限制条件,并提供状态变更信息至用户终端,提示用户家电设备运行状态发生改变。当运行状态在运行限制条件范围内的时候,则将运行限制条件发送至用户终端,以提醒用户当下的运行限制条件,减少用户的操作,提升用户的使用体验。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种共享家电设备的控制方法,包括:
    获取调控指令,所述调控指令包括受控区域以及运行限制条件,所述运行限制条件用于规定共享家电设备的可用功能;
    确定安装于所述受控区域内的共享家电设备,作为调控目标家电;
    向所述调控目标家电发送所述运行限制条件,以使得调控目标家电在所述运行限制条件规定的可用功能范围内运行。
  2. 根据权利要求1中的控制方法,其中,所述确定所述调控目标家电的步骤包括:
    确定所述受控区域的边界坐标集合;
    调取所述共享家电设备所在位置的位置坐标;
    根据所述位置坐标与所述边界坐标集合确定所述调控目标家电。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的控制方法,其中,所述根据所述位置坐标与所述边界坐标集合确定所述调控目标家电的步骤包括:
    根据所述边界坐标集合确定初筛范围;
    根据所述位置坐标筛选出安装于所述初筛范围内的共享家电设备,作为初筛目标家电;
    根据所述初筛目标家电的位置坐标确定所述调控目标家电。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的控制方法,其中,所述根据所述边界坐标集合确定初筛范围的步骤包括:
    确定所述边界坐标集合中的第一坐标值的极值与第二坐标值的极值;
    根据所述第一坐标值的极值与所述第二坐标值的极值按照预设形状划分控制范围,并记为所述初筛范围。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的控制方法,其中,所述根据所述初筛目标家电的位置坐标确定所述调控目标家电:
    获取所述初筛目标家电的第一坐标值与第二坐标值;
    根据所述初筛目标家电的第一坐标值确定对应的受控区域的第二坐标 值的取值范围;
    判断所述初筛目标家电的第二坐标值是否处于所述对应的受控区域内第二坐标值的取值范围中;
    若是,则所述初筛目标家电为所述调控目标家电。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的控制方法,其中,所述确定所述受控区域的边界坐标集合的步骤包括:
    沿所述受控区域的边界间隔预设距离记录一次边界坐标,并将所有所述边界坐标保存为所述边界坐标集合。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其中,所述向所述调控目标家电发送所述运行限制条件的步骤包括:
    获取所述调控目标家电的运行状态;
    判断所述运行状态是否在所述运行限制条件的范围内;
    若否,则发送所述运行限制条件至所述调控目标家电,以将所述调控目标家电调整为在所述运行限制条件规定的可用功能范围内运行,并发送状态变更信息至所述调控目标家电对应的用户终端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的控制方法,其中,在所述运行状态处于所述运行限制条件范围内的情况下,发送所述运行限制条件规定的可用功能范围发送至所述调控目标家电对应的用户终端。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的控制方法,其中,所述发送状态变更信息至所述调控目标家电对应的用户终端的步骤之后还包括:
    在预设的位置坐标与运行状态的对应关系中查询出与所述调控目标家电的位置坐标对应的预设运行状态;
    将所述预设运行状态发送至所述用户终端,以提示用户是否使用所述预设运行状态。
  10. 一种共享家电设备的控制装置,包括:
    处理器;以及
    存储器,其内存储有控制程序,所述控制程序被所述处理器执行时用于 实现根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的控制方法。
