一种轮式推行工具,所述轮式推行工具包括:主体,所述主体上设有用于将所述主体支撑在工作面上的轮子;推杆组件,包括至少一个推杆,所述推杆与所述主体相连,所述推杆 包括下杆部及与所述下杆部可伸缩连接的上杆部,所述下杆部与所述主体可转动地连接;锁定机构,包括传动组件、第一解锁件及第二解锁件,所述传动组件包括第一锁定件、第二锁定件,所述第一锁定件用于锁定所述上推杆及所述下推杆,所述第二锁定件用于锁定所述主体与所述下推杆,所述第一解锁件的运动带动所述第一锁定部解锁,所述第二解锁件的运动带动所述第二锁定部解锁,所述第二解锁件的安装位置和所述下杆部与所述主体的连接处在所述推杆组件的长度方向上间隔40cm-80cm。
进一步地,所述推杆组件包括第一推杆及第二推杆,所述第一推杆及所述第二推杆分别设置于所述主体相对的两侧,所述轮式推行工具在所述第一推杆及所述第二推杆之间还设有横梁结构,所述横梁结构分别与所述第一推杆及第二推杆相连,所述第二解锁件安装于所述横梁结构。
进一步地所述第一解锁件安装于所述横梁结构,且所述第一解锁件及所述第二解锁件沿着所述横梁结构的长度方向并排设置。
进一步地,所述传动组件还包括与所述第一传动件传动配合的第三传动件,所述第三传动件的一端与所述第一锁定件连接,所述第三传动件的另一端抵触在所述第一传动件上,所述第一解锁件活动时能驱使所述第一传动件运动而带动所述第三传动件运动,所述第三传动件推动所述第一锁定件离开所述推杆组件上的第一定位孔。
进一步地,当所述下杆部套设于所述上杆部时,所述横梁结构安装于所述下杆部;当所述上杆部套设于所述下杆部时,所述横梁结构安装于所述上杆部。
进一步地,所述传动组件还包括设置于所述第一锁定件及所述第一解锁件之间的第一传动件、与所述第一传动件传动配合的第三传动件,所述第三传动件的一端与所述第一锁定件连接,所述第三传动件的另一端抵触在所述第一传动件上,所述第一解锁件活动时能驱使所述第一传动件运动而带动所述第三传动件运动,所述第三传动件推动所述第一锁定件离开所述推杆组件上的第一定位孔。

本发明的轮式推行工具通过单个解锁件实现推杆组件的伸缩与折叠控制,便于用户操作, 提高用户体验,且单个解锁件设置于用户易于触及的推杆组件的中间位置,进一步地便于用户进行推杆组件的折叠与伸缩。

为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
本发明提供了一种轮式推行工具,该轮式推行工具可以是手推式割草机、手推式播种机、手推式扫地机、手推式行李箱等,请参考图1至图4,在本发明的第一实施例中,以轮式推行工具为手推式割草机为例。
手推式割草机包括:主体300、推杆组件200及锁定机构100。主体300上设有将主体300支撑在工作面上的轮子320。推杆组件200包括至少一个推杆,比如:第一推杆210,第 一推杆210包含下杆部211及与下杆部211可伸缩连接的上杆部212,上杆部212相对于下杆部211在第一位置及第二位置间运动,下杆部211与主体300可转动地连接,通过推动上杆部212可以实现推杆组件200的伸缩,通过转动下杆部211可实现推杆的折叠,以此,一方面,在进行割草作业时,用户可以根据需要调节推杆组件200的高度;另一方面,在完成割草作业后,可以减少手推割草机的占用空间。在本发明的一实施例中,下杆部211套设于上杆部212,即下杆部211为粗杆,在进行推杆组件200的伸缩操作时,上杆部212运动以至少部分收纳至下杆部211内;当然,在其他实施例中,也可以是上杆部212套设于下杆部211,即上杆部212为粗杆,在进行推杆组件200的伸缩操作时,上杆部212运动以至少部分地容纳下杆部211。进一步地,上述第一位置在本发明的一优选实施例中,具体为推杆组件200处于极限拉伸状态时,上杆部212的位置;对应地,上述第二位置则具体为推杆组件200处于极限收缩状态时,上杆部212的位置;当然,在其他实施例中,第一位置及第二位置也可以是推杆组件200处于极限拉伸状态及极限收缩状态的之间的任意两个状态时,上杆部212的位置。
锁定机构100包括传动组件130及解锁件140。传动组件130包含第一锁定件133、第二锁定件134,其中,第一锁定件133作用于锁定上杆部212与下杆部211,第二锁定件134作用于锁定主体300与下杆部211,一次操作至少一个解锁件140,以分别带动第一锁定件133及所述第二锁定件134解锁,并使得上杆部212可相对于下杆部211进行伸缩运动,且下杆部211可相对于主体300转动。在本发明的第一实施例中,所述解锁件140仅设有一个,需要注意的是,在其他实施例中,解锁件140也可以是中间切割开以形成两个,但用户仍仅需一次操作,便可以驱动两个解锁件140触发解锁。
具体地,上述的手推割草机,在用户进行割草作业前,需旋转推杆组件200,调整下杆部211与主体300之间的角度以调节推杆组件200的高度;同时,也需拉伸上杆部212与下杆部211,调节推杆组件200的长度;当推杆组件200的高度及长度调节至与用户需求相符时,通过第一锁定件133和第二锁定件134,分别锁定上杆部212与下杆部211、主体300与下杆部211,使得推杆组件200与主体300上形成相对固定状态,此时,用户可以推动手推割草机进行割草作业。当需要对推杆组件200进行收缩与折叠时,用户仅需一次操作上述的解锁件140,便可以驱使第一锁定件133和第二锁定件134,以分别对推杆组件200的伸缩和旋转功能进行解锁,用户可以同时进行推杆组件200的伸缩与折叠,极大方便了推杆的收缩和折叠操作,有效提高手推割草机的使用便利性,大大提升产品的用户体验感。
进一步地,在上杆部212相对下杆部211在第一位置及第二位置之间运动的过程中,下杆部211可同时相对主体300进行转动,以此,用户在通过解锁件140完成推杆组件200的伸缩与折叠解锁后,在进行推杆组件200的伸缩操作的过程中,可同步进行推杆组件200的折叠操作,提高用户体验。
进一步地,在本发明的一实施例中,当上杆部212相对于下杆部211的位移小于等于二分之一的上杆部212相对于下杆部211进行伸缩运动的最大运动行程时,下杆部211相对于主体300进行转动,以此,用户仅需先通过解锁件140实现推杆组件200的伸缩及折叠解锁,之后推杆组件200的伸缩与折叠操作是可以根据用户需要同步进行的,而无需先单独完成推杆组件200的伸缩操作,后再单独进行推杆组件200的折叠操作,从而提高了用户的操作体验。需要注意的是,在其他实施例中,上杆部212相对于下杆部211的位移也可以是小于等于三分之二、四分之三或五分之四的上述最大运动行程,并不局限于上述的二分之一,只要满足用户无需先单独完成推杆组件200的伸缩操作,后才能进行推杆组件200的折叠操作即可。
解锁件140的安装位置和下杆部211与主体300的连接处在推杆组件200的长度方向上间隔40cm-80cm,以此,使得用户易于接触到解锁件140。具体地,在本发明的优选实施例中,所述推杆组件200包括第一推杆210及第二推杆220,第一推杆210及第二推杆220分别与主体300相连。手推割草机还包括横梁结构400,横梁结构400设置于第一推杆210及第二推杆220之间,且分别与第一推杆210及第二推杆220相连。解锁件140安装于横梁结构400,横梁结构400设置于主体300的上方,且与下杆部211及主体300的连接处间隔40cm-80cm,以此,在本发明的第一实施例中,通过将收缩与折叠的解锁触发统一集成在横梁结构400上,并且横梁结构400和主体300间隔一定距离以更易于用户接触到,从而用户无需通过弯腰触控主体300一侧的折叠开关,便可以轻松地完成推杆组件200的伸缩及折叠解锁,进一步地方便了推杆的收缩和折叠操作。在本发明的优选实施例中,解锁件140安装于横梁结构400在长度方向上的中间位置,以此,解锁件140的位置更易于被用户注意到,也更易于被用户操作,从而进一步地提高用户体验。
进一步地,在本发明的一实施例中,第一推杆210及第二推杆220分别设置于主体300的两侧,且第二推杆220的结构构造为与第一推杆210基本一致,基本对称地连接在主体两侧,以此,在用户进行推杆组件200的伸缩与折叠作业时,第二推杆220可以与第一推杆210同步进行伸缩及折叠,便于用户操作。当然,在其他实施例中,第一推杆210及第二推杆220 也可以并列设置在主体的中间区域,而不局限于设置于主体的两侧。需要注意的是,推杆组件200包含两个推杆仅是本发明的一优选实施例,在其他实施例中,推杆组件也可以是仅包含一个推杆,此时,用于实现推杆组件200的伸缩与折叠一键控制的解锁件140安装于手推割草机的操作面板500上,操作面板500和下杆部211与主体300的连接处间隔较远,以此,用户易于接触到解锁件140以实现推杆组件200的收缩与折叠控制。
进一步地,在本发明的一实施例中,下杆部211套设于上杆部212,且横梁结构400安装于下杆部211,横梁结构400的安装位置靠近下杆部211的最上端,以此,一方面,将横梁结构400安装于较粗的下杆部211上,使得横梁结构400更稳定地固定在推杆组件200上,也提高了横梁结构400的安装结构的强度;另一方面,横梁结构400的安装位置与下杆部211的最上端距离较近,则锁定件140处于更易于被用户触碰的位置,以此,进一步地方便用户进行推杆的伸缩与折叠操作。在本发明的一优选实施例中,横梁结构400安装于推杆组件200在长度方向上的中间位置,以此,在保证用户可以易于接触到锁定件140的基础上,还可以使得上杆部212与下杆部211可以设计成长度基本一致,从而在进行推杆组件200的伸缩操作时,上推杆212可以完全收容入下杆部211内,在进行推杆组件200的折叠操作时,下推杆211也不会过长而无法收容在主体300上。还需要注意的是,在其他实施例中,若上杆部212套设于下杆部211,则横梁结构400安装于上杆部212,此时,一方面,将横梁结构400安装于较粗的上杆部211上,使得横梁结构400更稳定地固定在推杆组件200上,也提高了横梁结构400的安装结构的强度;另一方面,用户在按压解锁件140进行伸缩与折叠解锁后,用同样的手顺势便可以完成推杆组件200的伸缩操作,提高用户的使用体验。
在本发明的第一实施例中,传动组件130分为第一传动部分与第二传动部分,即本实施例对传动组件130进行分级,使得推杆组件200的伸缩和旋转两个功能分别通过第一传动部分和第二传动部分实现。
其中,第一传动部分包括设置于第一锁定件133及解锁件140之间的第一传动件131、与第一传动件131传动配合的第三传动件132,第三传动件132的一端与第一锁定件133相连,另一端抵触在第一传动件131上,第一传动件131还设有第一解锁部1311,第一解锁部1311可与解锁件140接触。解锁件140活动时,能驱使第一传动件131运动而带动第三传动件132运动,第三转动件132则推动第一锁定件133离开推杆组件200上的第一定位孔213,以此,上杆部212与下杆部211之间的锁定解除,用户可进行推杆的伸缩操作。第二传动部分包括设置于第二锁定件134及解锁件140之间的第二传动件135、与第二锁定件134传动 配合的第四传动件136、连接在第二传动件135及第四传动件136之间的拉绳(未图示),第二传动件135还设有第二解锁部1351,第二解锁部1351可与解锁件140接触。解锁件140活动时,能驱使第二传动件135运动而拉动拉绳,拉绳运动而带动第四传动件136运动,第四传动件136则驱使第二锁定件134离开主体300上的第二定位孔310,以此,下杆部211与主体300之间的锁定接触,用户可进行推杆的折叠操作。
进一步地,解锁件140的活动带动第一解锁部1311及第二解锁部1351同步或先后运动。在本发明的第一实施例中,第一解锁部1311及第二解锁部1351在竖直高度上基本平行设置,且解锁件140被触发运动后,会同时抵触第一解锁部1311及第二解锁部1351运动,以此,用户操作解锁件140后,可同时进行推杆组件200的伸缩及折叠操作,提高工作效率。当然,还需要注意的是,在其他实施例中,解锁件140的活动也可以是先带动第一解锁部1311运动,后再带动第二解锁部1351运动,以此,用户可以优先解锁推杆组件200的伸缩,后再进行推杆组件200的折叠,更符合用户的操作习惯。
综上,当解锁件140活动时,第一传动件131与第三传动件132依次动作,驱使第一锁定件133在横梁结构400内移动,使得第一锁定件133稳定脱离第一定位孔213,以此解除推杆组件200上的锁定,从而使得推杆组件200能够进行收缩。同时,第二传动件135在解锁件140的驱使下发生动作,拉紧拉绳,带动第四传动件136发生动作,使得第二锁定件134拔出第二定位孔310,从而使得推杆组件200在主体300上解锁,以便推杆组件200折叠在主体300上。此外,第一定位孔213及第二定位孔310并不限于孔形结构,也可以设置成定位槽或其他类似结构。
在本发明的第一实施例中,第一传动件131与第三传动件132均可转动设置在横梁结构400内,且第一传动件131与第三传动件132均为跷跷板结构,即,利用跷跷板原理,下压解锁件140,降低第一传动件131与解锁件140接触的一端的高度,并提升第一传动件131远离解锁件140的另一端的高度,对应地,与第一传动件131传动连接的第三传动件132也被带动而进行转动,以此,使得第一锁定件133在第三传动件132的作用下从第一定位孔213中退出。具体地,第三传动件132上设有第一腰型槽1321,第一锁定件133上设有第一凸起1331,第一凸起1331穿入第一腰型槽1321内以实现第三传动件132与第一锁定件133之间的连接,当第三传动件132进行转动时,第一腰型槽1321的槽壁对第一凸起1331施力,使得第一锁定件133运动直至退出第一定位孔213。需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,第一传动件131与第三传动件132结构有多种,不局限于上述跷跷板结构,比如:第一传动件131 与第三传动件132均为齿轮,对应地,解锁件140上设齿条或者锥齿轮,第一锁定件133上也设有齿条。当解锁件140上下按压或者绕自身轴线旋转时,通过齿轮配合,使得第一锁定件133在横梁结构400内移动;或者,第一传动件131与第三传动件132分别为曲柄、连杆,解锁件140连接在曲柄的轴心上,连杆两端分别连接在曲柄与第一锁定件133上,利用曲柄滑块原理,旋转解锁件140驱使第一锁定件133来回移动。
在本发明的第一实施例中,下杆部211靠近主体300一端设有安装壳120,第四传动件136可转动地连接在安装壳120内,第二传动件135可转动连接在横梁结构400内。第二传动件135与第四传动件136分别为跷跷板结构,解锁件140下压时,降低第二传动件135与解锁件140接触的一端的高度,并提升第二传动件135远离解锁件140的另一端的高度;在拉绳的作用下,第四传动件136进行转动而驱使第二锁定件134移动,与第二定位孔310分离。具体地,第四传动件136上设有第二腰型槽1361,第二锁定件134上设有第二凸起1341,第二凸起1341穿入第二腰型槽1361内以实现第四传动件136与第二锁定件134之间的连接,当第四传动件136进行转动时,第二腰型槽1361的槽壁对第二凸起1341施力,使得第二锁定件134移动直至退出第二定位孔310。需要注意的是,在其他实施例中,第二传动件135与第四传动件136还可为齿轮结构。当第二传动件135与第四传动件136为齿轮结构时,解锁件140上设齿条或者锥齿轮,拉绳分别缠绕在第二传动件135与第四传动件136上,第四传动件136与第二锁定件134通过齿轮与齿条配合。
进一步地,横梁结构400及安装壳120内设有导绳管180,拉绳穿过导绳管180内与第四传动件136连接,通过导绳管180,可以对拉绳的运动路径进行限制,避免拉绳与推杆的内壁接触磨损。
进一步地,解锁件140的活动方式有多种,比如:在横梁结构400内上下按压移动、在横梁结构400的表面上左右或者前后滑动、在横梁结构400上绕自身轴线旋转(即360°旋转)或者绕横梁结构400上的支点转动等。
进一步地,横梁结构400内还设有支撑板170,第一传动部分与第二传动部分分别位于支撑板170的相对两侧,如此,将第一传动部分和第二传动部分分隔开,使得收缩和折叠过程各自运行,互不干扰。
请继续参考图1、图5及图9,主体300上设有电机(未图示),手推割草机还包括安全组件190,安全组件190与电机电性连接,当第一锁定件133和/或第二锁定件134处于解锁状态时,安全组件190使得电机处于禁止启动状态;当第一锁定件133和第二锁定件134处 于锁定状态时,安全组件190使得电机处于允许启动状态。具体地,安全组件190设置于横梁结构400内,且与解锁件140传动配合,并相对解锁件140的活动能处于连接或者断开状态,当第一锁定件133和/或第二锁定件134处于解锁状态时,安全组件190能使电机处于禁止启动状态。如此,当解锁件140活动时,不仅使得第一锁定件133和第二锁定件134分别进行解锁操作,而且还使得安全组件190处于断开状态,以控制电机电路断开,保证主体300在推杆组件200处于解锁状态下无法开机,有效提升轮式推行工具的操作安全。
进一步地,安全组件190可为触点开关或者位置传感器等。同时,轮式推行工具还包括设置在主体300内的控制器,控制器可为单片机或者可编程逻辑控制器等。具体地,请参考图9,在本发明的一实施例中,安全组件190包括相对设置的霍尔板191与磁铁192,在霍尔板191与磁铁192两者中,一个装设在横梁结构400内,另一个装设在传动组件130上。当解锁件140活动时,霍尔板191与磁铁192相互错开,例如:解锁件140下压时,磁铁192远离霍尔板191,并相互错开,弱化霍尔板191上的磁场,减小霍尔板191的两端薄片之间电位差,使得安全组件190处于断开状态。霍尔板191装设在支撑板170上,磁铁192装设在第一传动件131或者第二传动件135上。
锁定机构100还包括第一复位件150,第一复位件150装设在横梁结构400内,第一复位件150用于将第一锁定件133复位至第一定位孔221中。第一锁定件133离开第一定位孔221后,若松开解锁件140,在第一复位件150的作用下,第一锁定件133又重新复位至第一定位孔221中。需要说明的是,本实施例不限定第一复位件150在横梁结构400内的具体位置,只需满足松开解锁件140时,第一锁定件133能恢复至之前的状态。比如:第一复位件150连接在解锁件140上,对解锁件140作用复位力;或者,第一复位件150连接在第一传动部分上,对第一传动部分作用复位力;又或者,第一复位件150直接连接在第一锁定件133上。可选地,第一复位件150可为弹簧、弹性橡胶、弹性金属片或者扭簧等。具体地,请参考图7,第一复位件150为复位弹簧。复位弹簧一端套接在第一锁定件133上,复位弹簧另一端连接在横梁结构400内。当解锁件140活动时,第一锁定件133退出第一定位孔221,此时,复位弹簧被压缩;当解锁件140被松开时,第一锁定件133在复位弹簧的回弹力作用下,重新插入第一定位孔221中。
进一步地,锁定机构100还包括第二复位件(未图示),第二复位件用于将第二锁定件134复位至第二定位孔310中。第二锁定件134离开第二定位孔310后,若松开解锁件140,在第二复位件的作用下,第二锁定件134又重新复位至第二定位孔310中,重新锁定推杆组 件200。具体地,第二复位件为弹簧,该弹簧位于安装壳120内,并套设在第二锁定件134上。
请参考图5-图8,一种轮式推行工具,在本发明的第二实施例中,以手推割草机为例,需要注意的是,本发明的第二实施例与本发明的第一实施例的区别在于:第二实施例的手推割草机设有两个解锁件,通过两个解锁件分别实现推杆组件200的伸缩与折叠解锁,故下面的内容仅针对第二实施例与第一实施例的区别进行描述,与第一实施例相同的部分则不再赘述。
在本发明的第二实施例中,锁定机构100包含传动组件130、第一解锁件141、第二解锁件142。传动组件130包含第一锁定件133、第二锁定件134,其中,第一锁定件133作用于锁定上杆部212与下杆部211,第二锁定件134作用于锁定主体300与下杆部211,第一解锁件141的运动带动第一锁定件133解锁,第二解锁件142的运动带动第二锁定件134解锁,第二解锁件142的安装位置和下杆部211与主体300的连接处在推杆组件200的长度方向上间隔40cm-80cm,以此,使得用户易于接触第二解锁件142。
具体地,在本实施例中,在用户进行割草作业前,可通过第一解锁件141及第二解锁件142分别调节推杆组件200的长度及高度。若用户需要调节推杆组件200的长度,则可通过触发第一解锁件141以实现下杆部211及上杆部212之间的解锁,后拉伸上杆部212与下杆部211以实现推杆组件200的长度变化;若用户需要调节推杆组件200的高度,则可通过触发第二解锁件142以实现下杆部211与主体300之间的解锁,后旋转推杆组件200以实现下杆部211与主体300之间的角度变化;当推杆组件200的高度及长度调节至与用户需求相符时,通过第一锁定件133和第二锁定件134,分别锁定上杆部212与下杆部211、主体300与下杆部211,使得推杆组件200与主体300上形成相对固定状态,此时,用户可以推行手推割草机进行割草作业。在本实施例中,通过两个解锁件分别实现推杆组件200的伸缩与折叠解锁,用户可以根据需要选择操作第一解锁件141或第二解锁件142以可选择地实现第一锁定件133或第二锁定件134解锁,并以此选择是调整推杆组件200的高度或长度,从而推杆组件200的伸缩与折叠操作不会相互影响,提高用户体验;同时用户用以实现推杆组件200折叠解锁的第二解锁件141的安装位置和下杆部211与主体300的连接处在推杆组件200的长度方向上间隔40cm-80cm以使得用户易于接触第二解锁件141,以此,进一步地提高了用户的工作效率。
进一步地,推杆组件200包括第一推杆210及第二推杆220,第一推杆210及第二推杆 220分别与主体300相连。手推割草机还包括横梁结构400,横梁结构400设置于第一推杆210及第二推杆220之间,且分别与第一推杆210及第二推杆220相连。第一解锁件141及第二解锁件142均安装于横梁结构400,且横梁结构400设置于主体300的上方,与下杆部211及主体300的连接处在推杆组件200的长度方向上间隔40cm-80cm,以此,在本发明的第二实施例中,通过将收缩与折叠的解锁触发统一集成在横梁结构400上,并且横梁结构400和主体300间隔一定距离,更易于用户接触到,从而用户无需通过弯腰触控主体300一侧的折叠开关,便可以轻松地完成推杆组件200的伸缩及折叠解锁,进一步地方便了推杆的收缩和折叠操作。在本发明的优选实施例中,第一解锁件141及第二解锁件142均安装于横梁结构400在长度方向上的中间位置,以此,解锁件的位置更易于被用户注意到,也更易于被用户操作,从而进一步地提高用户体验。
进一步地,在本发明的一实施例中,第一推杆210及第二推杆220分别设置于主体300的两侧,且第二推杆220的结构构造为与第一推杆210基本一致,基本对称地连接在主体两侧,以此,在用户进行推杆组件200的伸缩与折叠作业时,第二推杆220可以与第一推杆210同步进行伸缩及折叠,便于用户操作。当然,在其他实施例中,第一推杆210及第二推杆220也可以并列设置在主体的中间区域,而不局限于设置于主体的两侧。需要注意的是,推杆组件200包含两个推杆仅是本发明的一优选实施例,在其他实施例中,推杆组件也可以是仅包含一个推杆,此时,用于分别实现推杆组件200的伸缩与折叠控制的第一解锁件141及第二解锁件142安装于手推割草机的操作面板500上,操作面板500和下杆部211与主体300的连接处间隔较远,以此,用户易于接触到第一解锁件141及第二解锁件142以实现推杆组件200的收缩与折叠控制。
进一步地,在本发明的一实施例中,下杆部211套设于上杆部212,且横梁结构400安装于下杆部211,横梁结构400的安装位置靠近下杆部211的最上端,以此,一方面,将横梁结构400安装于较粗的下杆部211上,使得横梁结构400更稳定地固定在推杆组件200上,也提高了横梁结构400的安装结构的强度;另一方面,横梁结构400的安装位置与下杆部211的最上端距离较近,则第一锁定件141及第二锁定件142处于更易于被用户触碰的位置,以此,进一步地方便用户进行推杆的伸缩与折叠操作。在本发明的一优选实施例中,横梁结构400安装于推杆组件200在长度方向上的中间位置,以此,在保证用户可以易于接触到第一锁定件141及第二锁定件142的基础上,还可以使得上杆部212与下杆部211可以设计成长度基本一致,从而在进行推杆组件200的伸缩操作时,上推杆212可以完全收容入下杆部211 内,在进行推杆组件200的折叠操作时,下推杆211也不会过长而无法收容在主体300上。还需要注意的是,在其他实施例中,若上杆部212套设于下杆部211,则横梁结构400安装于上杆部212,此时,一方面,将横梁结构400安装于较粗的上杆部211上,使得横梁结构400更稳定地固定在推杆组件200上,也提高了横梁结构400的安装结构的强度;另一方面,用户在按压第一锁定件141进行伸缩解锁后,用同样的手顺势便可以完成推杆组件200的伸缩操作,提高用户的使用体验。
进一步地,在本发明的一实施例中,第一解锁件141及第二解锁件142沿着横梁结构400的长度方向并排设置,以此,一方面,横梁结构400无需为了容纳第一解锁件141及第二解锁件142而设计的较厚,减少横梁结构400所占据的手推割草机的空间;另一方面,第一解锁件141与第二解锁件142在横梁结构400上一左一右并排设置,更便于用户进行选择操作,降低了用户误操作的可能。
在本发明的第二实施例中,传动组件130分为第一传动部分与第二传动部分,即本实施例对传动组件130进行分级,使得推杆组件200的伸缩和旋转两个功能分别通过第一传动部分和第二传动部分完成。
其中,第一传动部分包括设置于第一锁定件133及第一解锁件141之间的第一传动件131、与第一传动件131传动配合的第三传动件132,第三传动件132的一端与第一锁定件133相连,另一端抵触在第一传动件131上,第一传动件131还设有第一解锁部1311,第一解锁部1311可与第一解锁件141接触。第一解锁件141活动时,能驱使第一传动件131转动而带动第三传动件132转动,第三转动件132则推动第一锁定件133离开推杆组件200上的第一定位孔213,以此,上杆部212与下杆部211之间的锁定解除,用户可进行推杆的伸缩操作。第二传动部分包括设置于第二锁定件134及第二解锁件142之间的第二传动件135、与第二锁定件134传动配合的第四传动件136、连接在第二传动件135及第四传动件136之间的拉绳(未图示),第二传动件135还设有第二解锁部1351,第二解锁部1351可与第二解锁件142接触。第二解锁件142活动时,能驱使第二传动件135转动而拉动拉绳,拉绳运动而带动第四传动件136运动,第四传动件136则驱使第二锁定件134离开主体300上的第二定位孔310,以此,下杆部211与主体300之间的锁定接触,用户可进行推杆的折叠操作。
需要注意的是,在本发明的第二实施例中,传动组件130的具体结构及安全组件190的具体结构与第一实施例中基本一致,这里便不再赘述。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中 的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的,并不表示是唯一的实施方式。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种轮式推行工具,其特征在于,所述轮式推行工具包括:
    主体,所述主体上设有用于将所述主体支撑在工作面上的轮子;
    推杆组件,包括至少一个推杆,所述推杆包括下杆部及与所述下杆部可伸缩连接的上杆部,所述下杆部与所述主体可转动地连接;
    锁定机构,包括传动组件及解锁件,所述传动组件包括第一锁定件、第二锁定件,所述第一锁定件用于锁定所述上杆部及所述下杆部,所述第二锁定件用于锁定所述主体与所述下杆部,一次操作至少一个所述解锁件,以分别带动所述第一锁定件及所述第二锁定件解锁,并使得所述上杆部可相对于所述下杆部进行伸缩运动,且所述下杆部可相对所述主体转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的轮式推行工具,其特征在于,所述解锁件的安装位置和所述下杆部与所述主体的连接处在所述推杆组件的长度方向上间隔40cm-80cm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的轮式推行工具,其特征在于,在所述上杆部相对所述下杆部在第一位置及第二位置之间运动的过程中,所述下杆部可相对所述主体进行转动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的轮式推行工具,其特征在于,当所述上杆部相对于所述下杆部的位移小于等于二分之一的所述上杆部相对于所述下杆部进行伸缩运动的最大运动行程时,所述下杆部相对所述主体进行转动。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的轮式推行工具,其特征在于,所述推杆组件包括第一推杆及第二推杆,所述第一推杆及所述第二推杆分别设置于所述主体相对的两侧,所述轮式推行工具在所述第一推杆及所述第二推杆之间还设有横梁结构,所述横梁结构分别与所述第一推杆及所述第二推杆相连,所述锁定机构包含单个所述解锁件,且所述解锁件安装于所述横梁结构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的轮式推行工具,其特征在于,当所述下杆部套设于所述上杆部时,所述横梁结构安装于所述下杆部;当所述上杆部套设于所述下杆部时,所述横梁结构安装于所述上杆部。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的轮式推行工具,其特征在于,所述传动组件还包括设置于所述第一锁定件及所述解锁件之间的第一传动件、设置于所述第二锁定件及所述解锁件之间的第二传动件,所述第一传动件还设有第一解锁部,所述第二传动件还设有第二解锁部,所述解锁件活动以抵触所述第一解锁部及所述第二解锁部运动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的轮式推行工具,其特征在于,所述解锁件的活动带动所述第一解锁部及所述第二解锁部同步运动。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的轮式推行工具,其特征在于,所述传动组件还包括与所述第一 传动件传动配合的第三传动件,所述第三传动件的一端与所述第一锁定件连接,所述第三传动件的另一端抵触在所述第一传动件上,所述解锁件活动时能驱使所述第一传动件运动而带动所述第三传动件运动,所述第三传动件推动所述第一锁定件离开所述推杆组件上的第一定位孔。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的轮式推行工具,其特征在于,所述传动组件还包括第四传动件及连接在所述第二传动件与所述第四传动件之间的拉绳,第四传动件与所述第二锁定件传动配合,所述解锁件活动时能驱使所述第二传动件运动而拉动所述拉绳,所述拉绳运动而带动所述第四传动件运动,所述第四传动件驱动所述第二锁定件离开所述主体上的第二定位孔。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的轮式推行工具,其特征在于,所述传动组件至少部分设置于所述横梁结构内,所述传动组件还包括第一传动部分及第二传动部分,所述解锁件与所述第一传动部分配合以驱动所述第一锁定件解锁,所述解锁件与所述第二传动部分配合以驱动第二锁定件解锁。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的轮式推行工具,其特征在于,所述横梁结构内还设有支撑板,所述第一传动部分与所述第二传动部分分别位于所述支撑板相对的两侧。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的轮式推行工具,其特征在于,所述主体上设有电机,所述轮式推行工具还包括安全组件,所述安全组件与所述电机电性连接,当所述第一锁定件和/或所述第二锁定件处于解锁状态时,所述安全组件使得所述电机处于禁止启动状态;当所述第一锁定件和所述第二锁定件处于锁定状态时,所述安全组件使得所述电机处于允许启动状态。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的轮式推行工具,其特征在于,所述安全组件与所述解锁件传动配合,并相对所述解锁件的运动处于连接或者断开状态。
  15. 一种轮式推行工具,其特征在于,所述轮式推行工具包括:
    主体,所述主体上设有用于将所述主体支撑在工作面上的轮子;
    推杆组件,包括至少一个推杆,所述推杆与所述主体相连,所述推杆包括下杆部及与所述下杆部可伸缩连接的上杆部,所述下杆部与所述主体可转动地连接;
    锁定机构,包括传动组件、第一解锁件及第二解锁件,所述传动组件包括第一锁定件、第二锁定件,所述第一锁定件用于锁定所述上推杆及所述下推杆,所述第二锁定件用于锁定所述主体与所述下推杆,所述第一解锁件的运动带动所述第一锁定部解锁,所述第二解锁件的运动带动所述第二锁定部解锁,所述第二解锁件的安装位置和所述下杆部与所述主体的连接处在所述推杆组件的长度方向上间隔40cm-80cm。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的轮式推行工具,其特征在于,所述推杆组件包括第一推杆及第二推杆,所述第一推杆及所述第二推杆分别设置于所述主体相对的两侧,所述轮式推行工具在所述第一推杆及所述第二推杆之间还设有横梁结构,所述横梁结构分别与所述第一推杆及第二推杆相连,所述第二解锁件安装于所述横梁结构。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的轮式推行工具,其特征在于,所述第一解锁件安装于所述横梁结构,且所述第一解锁件及所述第二解锁件沿着所述横梁结构的长度方向并排设置。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的轮式推行工具,其特征在于,当所述下杆部套设于所述上杆部时,所述横梁结构安装于所述下杆部;当所述上杆部套设于所述下杆部时,所述横梁结构安装于所述上杆部。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的轮式推行工具,其特征在于,所述传动组件还包括设置于所述第一锁定件及所述第一解锁件之间的第一传动件、与所述第一传动件传动配合的第三传动件,所述第三传动件的一端与所述第一锁定件连接,所述第三传动件的另一端抵触在所述第一传动件上,所述第一解锁件活动时能驱使所述第一传动件运动而带动所述第三传动件运动,所述第三传动件推动所述第一锁定件离开所述推杆组件上的第一定位孔。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的轮式推行工具,其特征在于,所述传动组件还包括第四传动件、设置于所述第二锁定件及所述第二解锁件之间的第二传动件及连接在所述第二传动件与所述第四传动件之间的拉绳,所述第四传动件与所述第二锁定件传动配合,所述第二解锁件活动时能驱使所述第二传动件运动而拉动所述拉绳,所述拉绳运动而带动所述第四传动件运动,所述第四传动件驱动所述第二锁定件离开所述主体上的第二定位孔。
