本发明涉及夹具技术领域,具体为一种用于汽车配件加工的夹持装置。
背景技术
工厂和车间内的机械配件的生产加工一般在特定的工作台上进行,且在加工生产过程中需要夹持装置将机械配件夹持固定住,以方便加工生产,而现有的机械配件生产的夹持装置一般只能夹持特定型号的配件,如果加工不同型号或不同形状的配件,则需要更换相应的夹持装置,这种频繁的更换影响工作效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于汽车配件加工的夹持装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

(2)本发明,首先将一端的滑座与滑杆通过螺栓固定,再将工件至于两个夹持装置之间,并将工件一侧嵌入固定好后夹持装置的连接杆中,随后移动另一侧滑座至工件另一侧也嵌入另一夹持装置的连接杆,通过可根据工件形状所改变长度的连接杆,能够有效确保对不同工件的有效夹持,从而减少需要因不同型号和形状所选择不同夹具的成本投入。

此外,本发明中,连接臂14为折弯杆,且所述连接臂14远离所述圆管13的一端设置有防滑套,并且所述连接臂14外壁与所述圆管13内壁之间设置有阻尼卡;采用此设计结构,是为了确保连接臂在圆管中转动时,具有一定的阻力,放置连接臂在作业者或他人无意识中触碰,导致其带动工件进行转动,影响使用效果。
如图4所示,本实施例中,为了能将少夹持时,对工件表面的损害,采用了将所述的连接杆6设计成包括圆柱形杆体19和连接头20的两段式结构的设置,其中所述的连接杆6远离所述弹性件22一端设置卡槽21,所述连接头20一端为圆球形状,所述连接头20另一端为与所述卡槽21匹配连接的卡扣23,通过所述卡扣23与所述卡槽21的啮合,能够确保将所述连接头20与所述连接杆6固定,并且所述连接头20采用了柔性材质,通过此结构设置,能够确保在夹持工件时,不会刮伤工件的表面,以及进一步的提高使用时安全性,从而确保对工件加工时的保护,并且后期如需更换连接头,只需要将卡扣与卡槽脱离即可,无需更换整体的连接杆,用以减少成本的投入。
