本发明涉及智能装备,尤其涉及一种智能防护设备。
背景技术
随着社会不断地发展,智能化时代的来临,越来越多产品向智能方向发展,满足不同人群的需求。在我国电力行业中,尤其农村偏远地区,存在数量众多的水泥电杆,进行电线的架设。由于,目前在电网建设中需要水泥电杆架设的电力线路,这样在户外电杆发生故障时,维修人员需要使用脚扣攀登至电杆上将故障排除保证供电。
然而,电力人员登杆时,需要穿上脚扣进行操作;然而,目前,脚扣的脚踏板上只有一个扣带,容易造成脚扣滑出,增加了安全风险;
更进一步,造成电力人员跌落的风险,造成安全事故。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题,提供了一种结构简单,智能方便,提高安全性的智能防护设备。
本发明的技术方案是:包括活动钩、连杆和脚踏板,所述连杆的一端固定连接在脚踏板的背面,另一端连接活动钩;所述脚踏板的正面设有扣带;
还包括控制器、气囊、充气机和弹性伸缩杆,所述弹性伸缩杆设在脚踏板的底部,所述弹性伸缩杆的外端设有挡杆,
所述气囊呈圆弧形,所述气囊的两端分别连接脚踏板,所述充气机设在脚踏板的一侧,所述控制器用于控制充气机,所述充气机用于对气囊充气动作。

所述活动钩上设有若干距离传感器,所述距离传感器用于测量与电杆之间的距离,所述距离传感器连接控制器,所述控制器连接报警器。

所述保护环的外径为2-3m,内径为60-80cm。
本发明在工作中,通过在脚踏板的底部设置弹性伸缩杆,一方面,便于对气囊进行支撑,另一方面,便于对电力人员的电工鞋间接支撑;
由于电力人员的电工鞋尺码不同,通过控制器控制充气机,便于对气囊的充气量进行控制,在电工鞋尺寸较大时,气囊的总进气量小,在电工鞋尺寸较小时,气囊的总进气量较大,这样,使得气囊配合扣带能够完全包覆电工鞋,提高适应性和安全性。

本发明如图1-2所示,包括活动钩1、连杆3和脚踏板5,所述连杆3的一端固定连接在脚踏板5的背面,另一端连接活动钩1;所述脚踏板的正面设有扣带6;
还包括控制器、气囊7、充气机8和弹性伸缩杆9,所述弹性伸缩杆设在脚踏板的底部,所述弹性伸缩杆的外端设有挡杆10,
所述气囊7呈圆弧形,所述气囊7的两端分别连接脚踏板5,所述充气机设在脚踏板的一侧,所述控制器用于控制充气机8,所述充气机用于对气囊充气动作。
本发明在工作中,通过在脚踏板的底部设置弹性伸缩杆,一方面,便于对气囊进行支撑,另一方面,便于对电力人员的电工鞋间接支撑;
由于电力人员的电工鞋尺码不同,通过控制器控制充气机,便于对气囊的充气量进行控制,在电工鞋尺寸较大时,气囊的总进气量小,在电工鞋尺寸较小时,气囊的总进气量较大,这样,使得气囊配合扣带能够完全包覆电工鞋,提高适应性和安全性。
应用中,活动钩1呈J形,活动钩的一端活动连接在导管2内,导管连接在所述连杆3上,连杆固定连接在脚踏板5的背面上,脚踏板的正面设有扣带6;脚踏板的内侧设有连接座,连接座4包括防滑块,防滑块40用于接触电杆14。
所述挡杆10呈圆弧形。
设置呈圆弧形,便于适应气囊展开的形状,提高安全性。
所述活动钩上设有若干距离传感器11,所述距离传感器用于测量与电杆之间的距离,所述距离传感器连接控制器,所述控制器连接报警器。
设置距离传感器,便于实时测量显示活动钩是否接触电杆,若长时间(即5-10s)无信号,发出报警提醒。
还包括地接保护组件,所述地接保护组件包括保护环12和辅助充气机13,所述保护环设在地面上,所述电杆位于保护环内,所述辅助充气机用于对保护环充气动作,所述辅助充气机连接控制器。
在登杆后,控制器控制辅助充气机对保护环进行充气动作,起到辅助保护,在意外发生时,起到缓冲支撑作用。
所述保护环的外径为2-3m,内径为60-80cm;提高安全范围,保护可靠。
