本发明涉及工程机械领域,具体地涉及爬升架及其安装结构以及顶升装置。
在塔式起重机的安装过程中,需要通过爬升架来完成标准节的逐节安装。具体的,先将爬升架安装于过渡节或下支座,然后顶升过渡节或下支座,以获得安装标准的空间。如果爬升架没有稳定地安装于过渡节或下支座,此时顶升过渡节或下支座将导致爬升架下坠,造成爬升架上的人员伤亡,后果非常严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术存在的爬升架安装不稳导致的安全问题,提供一种爬升架,该爬升架具有更好的安全防护性。

Claims (10)
- 一种爬升架,其特征在于,所述爬升架(10)包括多个爬升架接头,至少一个所述爬升架接头为防坠接头(11),所述防坠接头(11)上固定设置有挂钩(111),所述挂钩(111)的开口朝下以钩挂所述挂钩(111)下方的钩挂件(22)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的爬升架,其特征在于:所述挂钩(111)朝向所述爬升架(10)的内侧设置;和/或,所述防坠接头(11)包括连接耳板(112),所述挂钩(111)设置于所述连接耳板(112)。
- 一种顶升装置,其特征在于,所述顶升装置(200)包括主体(210)和周向地设置在所述主体底部的多个安装座(20),至少一个所述安装座(20)为防坠安装座(21),所述顶升装置(200)包括与所述防坠安装座(21)对应的钩挂件(22),所述防坠安装座(21)设置有滑移孔(211),所述钩挂件(22)能够沿所述滑移孔(211)滑动,所述钩挂件(22)设置为能够在自然状态下保持在爬升架(10)的对应爬升架接头的竖直移动路径上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的顶升装置,其特征在于,所述滑移孔(211)为沿朝向所述爬升架(10)的外侧的方向向下倾斜的直型孔。
- 根据权利要求3所述的顶升装置,其特征在于,所述钩挂件(22)为销轴。
- 根据权利要求3所述的顶升装置,其特征在于,所述防坠安装座(21)包括一对安装耳板(212),所述滑移孔(211)设置在所述安装耳板(212) 上,所述钩挂件(22)穿过一对所述安装耳板(212)上的所述滑移孔(211),所述安装耳板(212)上设置有用于安装防坠接头(11)的安装孔(213),所述安装孔(213)位于所述滑移孔(211)的外侧。
- 根据权利要求6所述的顶升装置,其特征在于,所述安装耳板(212)上设置有提示孔(214),所述钩挂件(22)设置为能够从所述滑移孔(211)中抽出并插入所述提示孔(214),所述提示孔(214)设置为使得所述钩挂件(22)插入时保持在所述爬升架接头的竖直移动路径上。
- 根据权利要求7所述的顶升装置,其特征在于,所述提示孔(214)设置在所述滑移孔(211)的上方或下方。
- 根据权利要求3-8中任意一项所述的顶升装置,其特征在于,所述主体(210)包括过渡节或下支座。
- 一种爬升架的安装结构,其特征在于,所述安装结构包括权利要求1或2所述的爬升架(10)和权利要求3-9中任意一项所述的顶升装置,所述钩挂件(22)能够沿所述滑移孔(211)滑动并设置为能够在自然状态下保持在所述挂钩(111)的竖直移动路径上。
