技术领域
本发明实施例涉及仓储技术领域,尤其涉及一种存储位指引系统及方法。
背景技术
在“货到人”的场景下,可以将订单所需的库存容器或库存容器搬运到拣选工位,再由拣选工位处的操作人员或者机械臂等完成拣选出库操作。
目前,在相关技术的拣选过程中,主要是通过拣选工位的电脑屏幕指示操作人员从库存容器或库存容器中拣出订单所需的物品。然而,在拣选过程中很容易出现漏拣、错拣等问题,不得不进行细致复核,从而导致拣选效率和准确率性对低下,而且电脑屏幕与实际拣选位置有一定距离,且屏幕相对小,同样也会导致拣选效率和准确率相对低下。
发明内容
本发明实施例中提供了一种存储位指引系统及方法,以至少部分地解决无法对订单所需的物品进行快速准确指引取出的问题。
第一方面,本发明实施例中提供了一种存储位指引系统,包括:一个控制服务器、至少一个机器人、至少一个指引装置以及至少一个库存容器,所述库存容器包括多个存储隔层,所述每一存储隔层包括多个存储位;其中,
所述控制服务器配置为,确定一目标库存容器和一目标指引装置,控制所 述机器人将目标库存容器搬运到一指定位置,以及向目标指引装置发送第一指引控制命令;
所述目标指引装置配置为,位于所述指定位置,响应所述第一指引控制命令示出提示信息,所述提示信息至少用于指引所述目标库存容器上的至少一个目标存储位。
第二方面,本发明实施例中还提供了一种存储位指引方法,所述方法包括:
控制服务器从至少一个库存容器中确定一目标库存容器和从至少一个机器人中确定一目标指引装置;
控制服务器控制机器人将目标库存容器搬运到一指定位置,以及向目标指引装置发送第一指引控制命令;
目标指引装置响应所述第一指引控制命令示出提示信息,其中,所述提示信息至少用于指引所述目标库存容器上的至少一个目标存储位,所述库存容器包括多个存储隔层,所述每一存储隔层包括多个存储位。
本发明实施例中提供了一种存储位指引系统,控制服务器会确定一目标库存容器和一目标指引装置,并控制机器人将目标库存容器搬运到指定位置;并且,控制服务器会通过第一指引控制命令,控制位于指定位置的目标指引装置示出提示信息,所述提示信息至少用于指引所述目标库存容器上的至少一个目标存储位。采用本申请方案,通过指引装置灵活地指引工作人员对库存容器上的物品进行取出,减少工作人员与电脑屏幕的交互次数,在拣选场景下可以使物品拣选更加简单和专注,降低物品拣选难度,尽可能减少物品漏拣和错拣的次数,进而提高拣选效率及准确率。

下面针对本发明实施例中提供的存储位指引系统及方法,通过以下各实施例及其可选方案进行详细阐述。
图1是本发明实施例中提供的一种存储位指引系统的结构框图,本实施例的方案可适用于对订单命中的物品进行取出的情况,尤其是在拣选场景下对订单命中物品进行拣选的情况。如图1所示,本发明实施例中提供的存储位指引系统100可包括:一个控制服务器110、至少一个指引装置120、至少一个机器人130以及至少一个库存容器140;库存容器140包括多个存储隔层,每一存储隔层包括多个存储位。其中:
控制服务器110可配置为,确定一目标库存容器140和一目标指引装置120,控制机器人130将目标库存容器140搬运到一指定位置,以及向目标指引装置发送第一指引控制命令;
目标指引装置120可配置为,位于所述指定位置,响应所述第一指引控制命令示出提示信息,所述提示信息至少用于指引所述目标库存容器上的至少一个目标存储位。
在本实施例中,目标指引装置120位于指定位置,控制服务器110控制机器人130将目标库存容器140搬运至该指定位置,向目标指引装置120发送第 一指引控制命令。目标指引装置120根据第一指引控制命令示出提示信息,提示信息可以用于指引目标库存容器上的至少一个目标存储位,示出提示信息的方式有很多,可以为语音提示、视觉提示等。
更近一步的,所述响应所述第一指引控制命令示出的提示信息还用于指引从所述目标存储位中取出或放入的物品信息和数量中的至少一种。
在本实施例中,提示信息还可以进一步指引从目标存储位中取出或放入的物品信息、物品数量、物品信息数量。
更近一步的,所述控制服务器还配置为,控制所述机器人将所述目标指引装置搬运到所述指定位置。
在实际应用中,目标指引装置还有可能位于其他位置,需要由控制服务器控制机器人将目标指引装置搬运到指定位置,以完成示出提示信息的操作。
控制服务器110可配置为,确定一目标库存容器140和一目标指引装置120,控制机器人130分别将目标库存容器140和目标指引装置120搬运到一指定位置,以及向目标指引装置120发送第一指引控制命令。
目标指引装置120可配置为,响应第一指引控制命令示出提示信息,用于指引至少一个目标存储位和需要从目标存储位取出的物品信息和数量。
在本实施例中,控制服务器110可与存储位指引系统中各个指引装置120建立通信连接,用于实现对各个指引装置120的高度控制和拣选提示。其中存储位指引系统可应用于物品拣选场景。控制服务器110是指具有数据信息存储和数据信息处理能力的软件和/或硬件系统,可通过无线的方式与各个指引装置120以及存储位指引系统100中其他硬件设备或软件系统进行通信连接。控制服务器110中可包括一个或多个控制服务器。控制服务器110可以向存储位 指引系统100中指引装置120以及其他硬件设备或软件系统发送控制任务,以及统计存储区域中各个库存容器上物品的存储情况。
在本实施例中,在存储位指引系统的存储区域中部署有多个库存容器,库存容器具有多个不同高度的隔层,每一隔层包含多个存储位,一个存储位上可放置一个置物容器。其中,存储区域中部署的库存容器可为隔板货架,而置物容器可为用于容纳物品的箱式存储容器或者物料箱等。这样,置物容器就可被放置在对应库存容器的存储位上用来容纳存储在对应存储位的物品。
在本实施例中,控制服务器110可根据存储区域中各个库存容器的物品存储情况以及订单命中的物品,从存储区域中各个库存容器中确定包含有至少部分订单命中物品的库存容器,并将命中的库存容器作为目标库存容器。订单命中的物品中的至少部分存放于目标库存容器的目标存储位上。这样,目标库存容器就可为订单任务所命中的库存容器,而目标存储位可为订单任务所命中的目标库存上存储有订单命中物品的存储位。其中,上述订单可为拣选场景、存储场景、配货场景、集货场景等下的订单。
在本实施例中,图2是本发明实施例中提供的一种对指引装置进行调整的正视示意图。参见图2,在确定目标库存容器的同时、之前或者之后,控制服务器110还可从众多指引装置120中确定一用于针对目标库存容器上订单命中物品进行存储位指引的目标指引装置。例如,可根据目标库存容器与各个指引装置的距离来筛选得到目标指引装置。
在一种可选方案中,工作区域中设置有供工作人员或设备进行物品取出的一个或者多个工位,记为工作位。指定位置的位置可包括以下情况:从工作区域的工作位处选择确定用于放置目标库存容器和目标指引装置的指定位置。例 如,可在工作区域的工作位处或者工作位附近区域设置一定数量的指引装置,这样在从工作位处选定一指定位置后就可以快速地从位于工作区域附近的目标指引装置搬运到该指定位置处,减少目标指引装置的搬运距离。又例如,在工作位处可设置有一个或多个用于指引工作人员或者设备进行定向取出物品的指引装置。控制服务器可根据目标库存容器距离各个工作位的距离,或者订单命中的工作位,从工作区域的众多工作位中确定目标工作位。进而,控制服务器可从目标工作位处指引装置中确定目标指引装置。
在另一种可选方案中,指定位置的位置包括以下情况:从目标库存容器所在库存位处选择确定用于放置目标库存容器和目标指引装置的指定位置。由于目标库存容器的容器体积较大,在搬运库存容器时会存在一定困难,为此可在目标库存容器所在库存位处选择一个位置作为指定位置,尽可能让目标库存容器不移动,而让目标指引装置进行移动,避免库存容器移动过慢影响效率。
在又一种可选方案中,指定位置的位置可包括以下情况:从工作区域的工作位与目标库存容器所在库存位之间选择确定用于放置目标库存容器和目标指引装置的指定位置。库存容器和指引装置的搬运都会耗费较长时间,因此可从库存位与工作位之间选择一个指定位置,让目标库存容器与目标指引装置同时向中间位置处搬运汇合,这样在一定程度上可减少搬运耗时。
在本实施例中,参见图1和图2,在机器人将目标库存容器搬运到一目标指定位置后,控制服务器100可向目标指引装置发送指引控制命令。这样控制服务器100可以通过指引控制命令控制目标指引装置示出提示信息,用于指引目标库存容器上的至少一个目标存储位和需要从各个目标存储位上取出的物品信息和数量。这样就能通过指引装置灵活地指引工作人员对库存容器上的物 品进行取出,减少工作人员与电脑屏幕的交互次数。
本发明实施例中提供了一种存储位指引系统,通过指引装置灵活地指引工作人员对库存容器上的物品进行拣选,尽可能减少工作人员与电脑屏幕的交互次数,尤其是在拣选场景下可以使物品拣选更加简单和专注,降低物品拣选难度,尽可能减少物品漏拣和错拣的次数,进而提高拣选效率及准确率。
在本实施例的一种可选方案中,本实施方案可以与上述一个或者多个实施例中的各个可选方案结合。参见图1和图2,在本申请实施例提供的存储位指引系统中,目标指引装置120具体可包括至少一个存储位指引组件和一组件支架,所述存储位指引组件的两端分别与组件支架的两侧滑动对接,且存储位指引组件能够沿组件支架上下升降。这样,目标指引装置能够响应第一指引控制命令在与目标存储位对应的高度示出提示信息,用于指引至少一个目标存储位和需要从目标存储位取出的物品信息和数量。
在本实施例的一种可选方案中,本实施方案可以与上述一个或者多个实施例中的各个可选方案结合。参见图1和图2,在本申请实施例提供的存储位指引系统中,控制服务器110还配置为,控制目标指引装置的一存储位指引组件,升降到与目标存储位的高度对应的指定高度。
在本实施例中,参见图2,控制服务器110可控制目标指引装置进行高度调整,使得目标指引装置的一个存储位指引组件,升降移动到与目标库存容器中目标存储位相对应的指定高度。这样,通过提前调整存储位指引组件的高度,可节约将目标库存容器搬运到指定位置然后再调整高度所浪费的时间,便于快速启动目标指引装置在对应高度的拣选提示功能,提高拣选效率。
在本实施例的另一种可选方案中,本实施方案还可以与上述一个或者多个 实施例中的各个可选方案结合。参见图1和图2,在本申请实施例提供的存储位指引系统中,控制服务器110还配置为,在目标库存容器到达指定位置之前或者同时,控制目标指引装置的一存储位指引组件,升降到与目标存储位的高度对应的指定高度。
在本实施例中,参见图2,在将目标库存容器搬运到上述指定位置进行放置的同时或之前,控制服务器110可提前控制目标指引装置进行高度调整,使得目标指引装置的一个存储位指引组件,升降移动到与目标库存容器中目标存储位相对应的指定高度。这样,通过提前调整存储位指引组件的高度,可节约将目标库存容器搬运到指定位置然后再调整高度所浪费的时间,便于快速启动目标指引装置在对应高度的拣选提示功能,提高拣选效率。
在本实施例中,工作区域中还设置有多个机器人,控制服务器110可从众多机器人中选择距离目标库存容器最近的机器人,通过控制选择的机器人来向一指定位置处搬运目标库存容器。参见图2,在机器人将目标库存容器搬运到指定位置后,控制服务器100可向目标指引装置发送第一指引控制命令。控制服务器100可以通过第一指引控制命令控制目标指引装置的存储位指引组件在自身与目标存储位对应的装置部位处示出提示信息。这样,就能实现在需要拣选物品对应的存储位处点亮以提示工作人员在此处取出物品,还可在点亮的同时提示需要在点亮位置需要取出的物品信息和物品数量,通过定向提示需要拣选的物品来尽可能避免在拣选物品时出现错拣或者漏拣等问题。
在本实施例的一种可选方案中,本实施方案可以与上述一个或者多个实施例中的各个可选方案结合。参见图1和图2,在本申请实施例中的存储位指引系统中,在完成对目标库存容器上的多个存储隔层中的一个隔层的目标存储位 的指引后,控制服务器110还配置为,向位于指定位置处目标指引装置发送第二指引控制命令。
相应的,目标指引装置120配置为,响应所述第二指引控制命令示出提示信息,所述提示信息至少用于指引所述目标库存容器上的下一个存储隔层的至少一个目标存储位。
在本实施例中,目标指引装置120根据第二指引控制命令示出提示信息,提示信息可以用于指引所述目标库存容器上的下一个存储隔层的至少一个目标存储位。
更近一步的,所述响应所述第二指引控制命令示出的提示信息还用于指引从所述目标存储位中取出或放入的物品信息和数量中的至少一种。
在本实施例中,响应所述第二指引控制命令示出的提示信息还可以进一步指引从目标存储位中取出或放入的物品信息、物品数量、物品信息数量。
在本实施例的一种可选方案中,本实施方案可以与上述一个或者多个实施例中的各个可选方案结合。参见图1和图2,在本申请实施例中的存储位指引系统中,在完成对目标库存容器一个隔层的目标存储位的指引后,控制服务器110还配置为,向位于指定位置处目标指引装置发送第二指引控制命令。
相应地,目标指引装置120配置为,响应第二指引控制命令示出提示信息,用于指引目标库存容器下一个隔层的至少一个目标存储位和需要从目标存储位取出的物品信息和数量。
在本实施例中,上位订单系统可收集各个订单需求信息,并将各个订单需求信息下发到对应的仓储管理系统,仓储管理系统可根据订单需求进行生产波次组建及分配。进而,可根据生产波次组建及分配结果,向控制服务器110下 发订单任务信息,而控制服务器可根据下发的订单任务来确定目标库存容器以及目标库存容器上的目标存储位。可选地,订单任务命中的目标库存容器可包括一个或多个,在同一个目标库存容器上可包括多个目标存储位,且不同目标存储位可以分布设置在相同隔层,也可分布设置在不同隔层。
在本实施例中,可选地,参见图1和图2,在工作人员对一个存储隔层的目标存储位上的物品进行取出或放入时,控制服务器110还配置为,控制指定位置处的目标指引装置的一存储位指引组件,升降到与目标库存容器中下一个隔层目标存储位的高度对应的高度。
在本实施例中,参见图2,在物品拣选场景中,在拣选完成目标库存容器一个隔层的目标存储位,且对拣选到的物品进行播种时,控制服务器110可提前控制目标指引装置120进行高度调整,使得目标指引装置的一个存储位指引组件移动到与目标库存容器下一个隔层的目标存储位相对应的高度。这样,通过在播种时对指引装置进行提前调整,可以实现快速启动目标指引装置在对应高度的拣选提示功能,可节约需要将指引装置调整到下一个隔层的目标存储位高速所浪费的时间,提高拣选效率。
在本实施例的一种可选方案中,本实施方案可以与上述一个或者多个实施例中的各个可选方案结合。参见图1和图2,在本申请实施例中的存储位指引系统中,上述指定位置可包括用于停放目标库存容器的第一指定位置和用于停放目标指引装置的第二指定位置;第一指定位置和所述第二指定位置之间满足预设相对位置关系。
在本实施例中,参见图1和图2,在目标库存容器到达第一指定位置进行停放时,到达第二指定位置停放的目标指引装置位于靠近目标库存容器的取放 物品一侧的预设距离内。当将目标库存容器被放置到第一指定位置时,放置到第二指定位置的目标指引装置会位于靠近目标库存容器的取放物品一侧的预设距离内。这样,当目标指引装置的存储位指引组件移动到对应高度后可面向拣选一侧进行直观提示信息,方便工作人员能够在看目标指引装置发出的提示信息同时,还能同时从目标库存容器的目标存储位上取出合适数量的物品。
在本实施例中,可选地,参见图2,指引装置120中的存储位指引组件为一个的情况下,所述存储位指引组件包括一条可移动发光装置,具体的,所述可移动发光装置可以为可移动发光指示灯带,该一条可移动发光指示灯带可沿指引装置120的组件支架两侧支柱上下方向进行高度移动,且同一条灯带中包括多个发光位置点,使不同发光位置点能够对应库存容器上的同隔层的不同存储位,便于通过不同发光位置点的点亮状态来提示工作人员是否对该位置点对应的存储位的物品进行拣选。可选地,库存容器的每一隔层可能有不同数目的存储位,发光位置点的点亮点数目与目标存储位的数目对应,在不同发光位置点的拣选提示信息的显示位置与目标存储位的位置相对应,保证仓库内各种类型的货位位置均可被对应点亮。
在本实施例中,可选地,指引装置120中的存储位指引组件为多个的情况下,所述多个存储位指引组件包括多条可移动发光装置,具体的,所述可移动发光装置可以为可移动发光指示灯带,每一存储位指引组件对应一条可移动发光装置。各条可移动发光指示灯带仅能在各自对应的高度范围内沿指引装置120的组件支架两侧支柱上下方向移动,且同一条灯带中包括多个发光位置点,使不同发光位置点能够对应库存容器上的同隔层的不同存储位。因为库存容器比较高,而存储位指引组件的移动速度可能并不高,通过在指引装置120中设 置了多条可移动发光指示灯带,保证发光指示灯带仅在预设高度范围进行移动,能够使得各个发光灯带在各自的工作区域范围内各司其职进行移动,避免移动高度过大,造成移动时间过长而无法快速启动后续的拣选提示功能。
在本实施例中,可选地,参见图2,在可移动发光指示灯带对应的发光位置点进行点亮时,不仅可以在发光位置点的灯带部位至少显示一需取出物品的数量,而且也可以显示一需要取出的物品的属性,用于在目标存储位上包含多种物品时,对目标存储位上的多种物品进行区分,例如,物品的属性可采用以下内容描述:物品名称、物品代码以及物品颜色等。
在本实施例的一种可选方案中,本实施方案可以与上述一个或者多个实施例中的各个可选方案结合。图3是本发明实施例中提供参一种指引装置上报警组件的示意图。参见图1和图3,在本申请方案的存储位指引系统中,目标指引装置的预设位置处设置有报警组件。报警组件配置为,在通过扫描设备检测到工作人员从所述目标存储位取出的物品与指示信息不符时,发出取出错误报警提示。
在本实施例中,指引装置的预设位置处设置报警组件,当工作人员按照指引装置的提示取出或放入物品后,可通过扫描设备扫描取出的物品上的二维码或者条码信息。若通过扫描二维码或者条码出现错误时,目标指引装置处设置的报警组件会提示错误,这样拣选人员可直接根据报警组件的提示直接更换商品扫描,避免与电脑交互。
在本实施例的一种可选方案中,本实施方案可以与上述一个或者多个实施例中的各个可选方案结合。图4是本发明实施例中提供参一种组件支架上设置的存储调整组件的局部示意图。参见图4,指引装置的组件支架上设置小型的 存储调整组件设备,当拣选遇到缺货时,拣选作业人员可直接在组件支架处增加或减少拣选数量,减少与电脑交互。此外,作业人员还可在指引装置处使用存储调整设备直接报错,控制服务器自动调整剩余需拣选任意sku物品的数量。
图5是本发明实施例中提供的一种存储位指引方法的流程示意图,本实施例的方案可适用于在拣选场景下对订单命中物品进行拣选的情况。如图5所示,本发明实施例中的拣选方法,可包括以下步骤:
S510、控制服务器从至少一个库存容器中确定一目标库存容器和从至少一个机器人中确定一目标指引装置。
S520、控制服务器控制机器人将目标库存容器搬运到一指定位置,以及向目标指引装置发送第一指引控制命令。

在上述实施例的技术方案的基础上,可选地,所述指定位置包括用于停放目标库存容器的第一指定位置和用于停放目标指引装置的第二指定位置;所述第一指定位置和所述第二指定位置之间满足预设相对位置关系。
在上述实施例的技术方案的基础上,可选地,在目标库存容器到达第一指定位置进行停放时,位于第二指定位置停放的目标指引装置位于靠近所述目标库存容器的取放物品一侧的预设距离内。
在上述实施例的技术方案的基础上,可选地,所述存储位指引组件为一个的情况下,所述存储位指引组件包括一条可移动发光装置,所述发光装置中包括多个发光位置点,使不同发光位置点能够对应库存容器上同隔层的不同存储位。
在上述实施例的技术方案的基础上,可选地,所述存储位指引组件为多个的情况下,所述多个存储位指引组件包括多条可移动发光装置,每一条可移动发光装置仅能在各自预设的高度范围内沿所述组件支架上下方向移动。
在上述实施例的技术方案的基础上,可选地,所述发光装置包括发光指示灯带。
在上述实施例的技术方案的基础上,可选地,所述方法还包括:
在通过扫描设备检测到工作人员从所述目标存储位取出或放入的物品与提示信息不符时,通过在指引装置的预设位置处设置有报警组件发出取出错误报警提示。
本发明实施例中所提供的存储位指引方法可应用于上述本发明任意实施例中所提供的存储位指引系统,具备该存储位指引系统相应的功能和有益效果,未在上述实施例中详尽描述的技术细节,具体可参见本申请任意实施例中所提供的存储位指引系统。

Claims (32)

  1. 一种存储位指引系统,其特征在于,包括:一个控制服务器、至少一个机器人、至少一个指引装置以及至少一个库存容器,所述库存容器包括多个存储隔层,每一存储隔层包括多个存储位;其中,
    所述控制服务器配置为,确定一目标库存容器和一目标指引装置,控制所述机器人将目标库存容器搬运到一指定位置,以及向目标指引装置发送第一指引控制命令;
    所述目标指引装置配置为,位于所述指定位置,响应所述第一指引控制命令示出提示信息,所述提示信息至少用于指引所述目标库存容器上的至少一个目标存储位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述响应所述第一指引控制命令示出的提示信息还用于指引从所述目标存储位中取出或放入的物品信息和数量中的至少一种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述控制服务器还配置为,控制所述机器人将所述目标指引装置搬运到所述指定位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述指定位置的位置包括以下情况中的至少一种:工作区域的工作位处、目标库存容器所在库存位处以及工作区域的工作位与目标库存容器所在库存位之间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述目标指引装置包括至少一个存储位指引组件和一组件支架,所述存储位指引组件的两端分别与所述组件支架的两侧滑动对接,且所述存储位指引组件能够沿所述组件支架上下升降。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述控制服务器还配置为,控制所述目标指引装置的一存储位指引组件,升降到与所述目标存储位的高度对应的指定高度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述控制服务器还配置为,在所述目标库存容器到达所述指定位置之前或者同时,控制所述目标指引装置的一存储位指引组件,升降到与所述目标存储位的高度对应的指定高度。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,在完成对目标库存容器上的多个存储隔层中的一个隔层的目标存储位的指引后,所述控制服务器还配置为,向位于所述指定位置处目标指引装置发送第二指引控制命令;
    所述目标指引装置配置为,响应所述第二指引控制命令示出提示信息,所述提示信息至少用于指引所述目标库存容器上的下一个存储隔层的至少一个目标存储位。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,所述响应所述第二指引控制命令示出的提示信息还用于指引从所述目标存储位中取出或放入的物品信息和数量中的至少一种。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,在工作人员对一个存储隔层的目标存储位上的物品进行取出或放入时,所述控制服务器还配置为,控制指定位置处的目标指引装置的一存储位指引组件,升降到与所述目标库存容器中下一个存储隔层目标存储位的高度对应的高度。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述指定位置包括用于停放目标库存容器的第一指定位置和用于停放目标指引装置的第二指定位置;所 述第一指定位置和所述第二指定位置之间满足预设相对位置关系。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的系统,其特征在于,在目标库存容器到达第一指定位置进行停放时,位于第二指定位置停放的目标指引装置位于靠近所述目标库存容器的取放物品一侧的预设距离内。
  13. 根据权利要求5所述的系统,其特征在于,所述存储位指引组件为一个的情况下,所述存储位指引组件包括一条可移动发光装置,所述发光装置中包括多个发光位置点,使不同发光位置点能够对应库存容器上同隔层的不同存储位。
  14. 根据权利要求5所述的系统,其特征在于,所述存储位指引组件为多个的情况下,所述多个存储位指引组件包括多条可移动发光装置,每一条可移动发光装置仅能在各自预设的高度范围内沿所述组件支架上下方向移动。
  15. 如权利要求13或14所述的系统,其特征在于,所述发光装置包括发光指示灯带。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述指引装置的预设位置处设置有报警组件;
    所述报警组件配置为,在通过扫描设备检测到工作人员从所述目标存储位取出或放入的物品与指示信息不符时,发出错误报警提示。
  17. 一种存储位指引方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    控制服务器从至少一个库存容器中确定一目标库存容器和从至少一个机器人中确定一目标指引装置;
    控制服务器控制机器人将目标库存容器搬运到一指定位置,以及向目标指引装置发送第一指引控制命令;
    目标指引装置响应所述第一指引控制命令示出提示信息,其中,所述提示信息至少用于指引所述目标库存容器上的至少一个目标存储位,所述库存容器包括多个存储隔层,每一存储隔层包括多个存储位。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的存储位指引方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述响应所述第一指引控制命令示出的提示信息还用于指引从所述目标存储位中取出或放入的物品信息和数量中的至少一种。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述控制服务器控制所述机器人所述目标指引装置搬运到所述指定位置。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述指定位置的位置包括以下情况中的至少一种:工作区域的工作位处、目标库存容器所在库存位处以及工作区域的工作位与目标库存容器所在库存位之间。
  21. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标指引装置包括至少一个存储位指引组件和一组件支架,所述存储位指引组件的两端分别与所述组件支架的两侧滑动对接,且所述存储位指引组件能够沿所述组件支架上下升降。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述控制服务器还控制所述目标指引装置的一存储位指引组件,升降到与所述目标存储位的高度对应的指定高度。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的方法,其特征在于,所述控制服务器还控制所述目标指引装置的一存储位指引组件,升降到与所述目标存储位的高度对应的指定高度,包括:
    所述控制服务器在所述目标库存容器到达所述指定位置之前或者同时,控制所述目标指引装置的一存储位指引组件,升降到与所述目标存储位的高度对应的指定高度。
  24. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在完成对目标库存容器上的多个存储隔层中的一个隔层的目标存储位的指引后,所述控制服务器还向位于所述指定位置处目标指引装置发送第二指引控制命令;
    所述目标指引装置响应所述第二指引控制命令示出提示信息,所述提示信息至少用于指引所述目标库存容器的下一个存储隔层的至少一个目标存储位。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述响应所述第二指引控制命令示出的提示信息还用于指引从所述目标存储位中取出或放入的物品信息和数量中的至少一种。
  26. 根据权利要求22所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在工作人员对一个存储隔层的目标存储位上的物品进行取出或放入时,所述控制服务器还控制指定位置处的目标指引装置的一存储位指引组件,升降到与所述目标库存容器中下一个存储隔层目标存储位的高度对应的高度。
  27. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述指定位置包括用于停放目标库存容器的第一指定位置和用于停放目标指引装置的第二指定位置;所述第一指定位置和所述第二指定位置之间满足预设相对位置关系。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的方法,其特征在于,在目标库存容器到达第一指定位置进行停放时,位于第二指定位置停放的目标指引装置位于靠近所述目标库存容器的取放物品一侧的预设距离内。
  29. 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,所述存储位指引组件为一个的情况下,所述存储位指引组件包括一条可移动发光装置,所述发光装置中包括多个发光位置点,使不同发光位置点能够对应库存容器上同隔层的不同存储位。
  30. 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,所述存储位指引组件为多个的情况下,所述多个存储位指引组件包括多条可移动发光装置,每一条可移动发光装置仅能在各自预设的高度范围内沿所述组件支架上下方向移动。
  31. 如权利要求29或30所述的方法,其特征在于,所述发光装置包括发光指示灯带。
  32. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在通过扫描设备检测到工作人员从所述目标存储位取出或放入的物品与提示信息不符时,通过在指引装置的预设位置处设置有报警组件发出取出错误报警提示。
