本申请属于烟弹制品领域,尤其涉及一种组合物、制备方法及一种茶弹。
背景技术
烟弹,一般特指与加热不燃烧电子烟配套使用的“似卷烟”的烟草制品,目前市面上在售的烟弹,主要由卷烟纸包裹烟丝制成。大麻、茶叶均是常见的提神物品,在全世界各地均有使用及销售。
技术问题
目前,市面上的烟弹产品种类较为单一,一般就是单纯的烟丝或烟丝复配薄荷等调味物质组成,存在着种类单一,无法满足消费者的多重消费需求的技术缺陷。
技术解决方案
有鉴于此,本申请提供了一种组合物、制备方法及一种茶弹,用于解决现有技术中,烟弹产品种类单一,无法满足消费者的多重消费需求的及缺陷。
本申请提供了一种组合物,所述组合物的原料包括:茶叶和四氢大麻酚。
优选地,以质量份计,所述组合物的原料包括:茶叶1~60份、四氢大麻酚1~20份以及发烟剂1~30份。
优选地,所述发烟剂为:丙二醇和/或丁三醇。
本申请还提供了一种包括以上任意一项所述组合物的制备方法,所述制备方法为:
步骤一、茶叶干燥:茶叶干燥后,粉碎得第一产物;
步骤二、混合:所述第一产物、四氢大麻酚和发烟剂混合,得第二产物;
步骤三、成型:第二产物造粒和/或制丝成型,得第三产物;
步骤四、干燥:所述第三产物干燥,得产品。
优选地,所述茶叶干燥的方法为:阶段性干燥法;
S1、茶叶以80~125℃的温度热风干燥至含水量为15~25%,得第一中间产物;
S2、所述第一中间产物以60~75℃的温度热风干燥至含水量为7~12%,得第二中间产物;
S3、所述第二中间产物以40~60℃的温度热风干燥至含水量为3~5%,得第一产物。
优选地,步骤二中,所述混合的方法为:四氢大麻酚及发烟剂溶解于溶剂后,喷洒在所述第一产物;
和/或,
含四氢大麻酚和发烟剂的脂质球与所述第一产物混合。
优选地,丝状所述第三产物的宽度为0.5~5mm,颗粒状所述第三产物的粒径为4~30目。
优选地,所述第一产物的粒径为100~2000目,所述第二产物的粒径为6~25目。

茶叶干燥:10kg茶叶干燥后,粉碎得第一产物1,第一产物1的粒径为100~2000目;其中,茶叶干燥的方法为:阶段性干燥法;S1、茶叶以80~125℃的温度热风干燥至含水量为15~25%,得第一中间产物1;S2、第一中间1产物以60~75℃的温度热风干燥至含水量为7~12%,得第二中间产物1;S3、第二中间产物1以40~60℃的温度热风干燥至含水量为3~5%,得第一产物1。
混合:第一产物1、5kg四氢大麻酚和1kg发烟剂混合,得第二产物1,第二产物1的粒径为6~25目;其中,发烟剂为丁三醇,混合的方法为:四氢大麻酚及发烟剂溶解于溶剂后,喷洒在第一产物1得第二产物1。
成型:第二产物1造粒成型,得第三产物1;其中,第三产物1的粒径为4~30目。
干燥:第三产物1经超临界冷冻干燥得产品1,其中,产品1的含水量为5~30%。
实施例2

实施例4
本实施例为测定产品1~产品3抽吸效果的具体实施例。
将产品1~3作为发烟部原料,分别制成适用于加热不燃烧电子烟所使用的茶弹,分别为茶弹1~3,市售烟弹作为对照品。使用同一品牌、同一型号的加热不燃烧电子烟进行抽吸测评,测评员为召集的电子烟用户。测评过程中采取双盲测定,分别从提神效果、发烟效果、吸阻体验、综合评分进行评分,评分为0~5分,5分为满分,取测评员的平均分,所得结果请参阅表1。

从表1可以得出,本申请提供的技术方案制得的制品,采用常规茶弹制备技术制得茶弹后,在抽吸时,其提神效果、发烟效果、吸阻体验、综合评分均与市售烟弹持平,或优于市售烟弹,可满足消费者的抽吸需求,确保了良好的抽吸体验。本申请提供的技术方案,提供了一种新的茶弹形式,为消费者提供了多元化的消费选择。
本申请提供的技术方案中,从配方的组成而言,创新性的提出了一种茶与四氢大麻酚复配的组合物,并进一步地通过本申请特殊的处理工艺,尤其是阶段式干燥法的处理工艺,既可以保留茶香及确保茶多酚不流失,还可以去除茶的涩味,达到良好的抽吸体验。茶叶与四氢大麻酚复配后,具有良好的提神效果及抽吸体验。
综上所述,本申请提供了一种组合物,所述组合物的原料包括:茶叶、四氢大麻酚以及发烟剂。本申请还提供了一种上述组合物的制备方法,本申请还提供了一种茶弹,所述茶弹的发烟部含有:上述组合物和/或上述制备方法得到的产品。本申请提供的技术方案中,将茶叶和四氢大麻酚复配制得茶弹,既可以满足传统抽烟提神的需求,同时产品的形式更加多样,满足不同消费者的多元化消费需求。本申请提供的一种组合物、制备方法及一种茶弹,解决了现有技术中,烟弹产品种类单一,无法满足消费者的多重消费需求的及缺陷。

  1. 一种组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物的原料包括:茶叶、四氢大麻酚以及发烟剂。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,以质量份计,所述组合物的原料包括:茶叶1~60份、四氢大麻酚1~20份以及发烟剂1~30份。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述发烟剂为:丙二醇和/或丁三醇。
  4. 一种包括权利要求1至3任意一项组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法为:
    步骤一、茶叶干燥:茶叶干燥后,粉碎得第一产物;
    步骤二、混合:所述第一产物、四氢大麻酚和发烟剂混合,得第二产物;
    步骤三、成型:所述第二产物经造粒和/或制丝成型,得第三产物;
    步骤四、干燥:所述第三产物干燥,得产品。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述茶叶干燥的方法为:阶段性干燥法;
