- Other pouch machines make use of multiple profiles on this seal as to “double-hit” the seal area, requiring lower sealing dwell times and thus increase cycle times on the machine.

- the gland insertion unit on this flexible container manufacturing arrangement will preheat the gland flange on its sealing surface, as well as heating the material feeding into the unit. This will guarantee a strong seal and allow for lower sealing temperatures, preventing any blistering and blemishing of the seal. This facilitates the production of pouches with abnormally thick materials.
- the flexible container manufacturing arrangement is designed in such a manner as to be “modular”. This means that units/modules can be added at a later stage, should the customer require these additions. For example, the red line below in Figure 7 below where a zipper unit could be added in to an existing machine, requiring no further effort than extending the sections of the machine’s frame.

Abstract
L'invention concerne un agencement de fabrication de récipient souple, qui est conçu pour fabriquer un récipient souple avec des revêtements internes. L'agencement de fabrication de récipient souple est conçu pour fabriquer une vaste gamme de récipients souples comprenant des sachets plats, des sachets qui tiennent droits, des super sachets, des sacs quadruples et des sachets à coussin. L'agencement est conçu pour fabriquer les récipients souples avec des revêtements internes et comprend les éléments suivants en combinaison : une configuration de déroulement de 4 (ou plus) bobines ; des compensateurs individuels ; un système d'enregistrement double/« de marque d'œil » ; une unité d'étanchéité de profilé/forme ayant une barre d'étanchéité « à coup unique » ; et un mécanisme de presse-étoupe/bande préchauffé. Les éléments sont des composants modulaires.
