It is also convenient for pouring water and share with the family at home. A small re-usable clip can be used to close the dispensing spout opening of the pouch once it is cut open.

  • the carafe supplies pallet stability and minimizes secondary and tertiary packaging. This last benefit is particularly important as packaging kits according to the invention proved to be stable enough to build the pallets, without the need for corrugated interlayers which are traditionally used to stabilize the pallets.
  • the packaging kits according to the invention therefore provide enhanced consumer convenience, as well as a lower cost for storage and transportation due to the fact that corrugated pallet interlayers are no longer required (the reinforcement property in the pallet is provided by the supporting layer in each packaging kit).

Claims (6)

  1. Kit d'emballage (1) transformable manuellement entre deux configurations, comprenant :
    - une première configuration définie comme une configuration de stockage, comprenant
    - une pluralité d'emballages souples primaires (3) sous la forme de poche souple contenant un produit fluide et présentant un bec de distribution (11) ; et
    - au moins un emballage secondaire (2) incluant une couche de support solide ou semi-solide et comprenant au moins une partie de pliage (6) et une poignée (8), dans laquelle la pluralité d'emballages souples primaires (3) est maintenue sur ladite au moins une couche de support (2) par une bande d'enveloppement détachable (4) ; et
    - une deuxième configuration définie comme configuration de service, dans laquelle l'emballage secondaire est plié autour de l'un des emballages primaires (3) afin de former une carafe d'eau (5) présentant :
    - un boîtier extérieur autoportant avec des panneaux latéraux (7) et une poignée (8), et
    - un emballage primaire sous forme de poche interne souple contenant du produit avec un bec de distribution qui est maintenu de façon amovible par ledit boîtier.
  2. Kit d'emballage (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits emballages primaires sont des poches de film souple (3).
  3. Kit d'emballage (1) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel ledit bec de distribution (11) peut être ouvert par déchirement ou découpage.
  4. Kit d'emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits emballages primaires souples (3) sont adaptés pour contenir des produits fluides sous forme de poudre, sous forme de liquide ou de semi-liquide comme de l'eau minérale, des jus de fruit, de la soupe, des produits laitiers, des céréales, du lait en poudre, des produits comestibles gélifiés, et autres.
  5. Kit d'emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite couche de support (2) est réalisée en carton, matière thermoplastique unie ou ondulée, film métallique, ou en une combinaison de ceux-ci.
  6. Kit d'emballage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite couche de support (2) comprend des moyens de verrouillage (9, 10) pour verrouiller ledit boîtier de carafe (7, 8) une fois plié autour dudit emballage souple primaire (3).
