Definitions
- the present invention relates to a robot system and a control method for the robot system.
- a paint gun is attached to a robot to paint an object to be painted.
- the tire inner surface coating device disclosed in Patent Document 1 the data of the target path of the coating gun preset by the teaching and the distance between the coating gun and the coated surface of the tire measured by the distance sensor are used. It is disclosed that painting is performed while maintaining a constant distance between the painting gun mounted on the robot and the surface to be painted on the tire.
- the uniformity of the thickness of the coating film depends at least on the movement path of the coating gun. Therefore, it is desirable to determine the movement path of the coating gun while confirming the coating condition on the actual work. Examples of the uniformity include a small amount of coating unevenness.
- the movement path of the coating gun in the direction parallel to the coating surface is determined in a state of painting with the coating gun while actually maintaining a constant distance between the coating gun and the surface to be coated of the tire. Not done, but preset. Therefore, there is no guarantee that the actual painting condition will be the desired condition.
- Such problems are common to the case where a robot is used to machine the workpiece surface of the work in a non-contact manner.
