Definitions

  • This disclosure relates to information processing devices, information processing systems, information processing methods, and programs. More specifically, the present invention relates to an information processing device, an information processing system, an information processing method, and a program that perform a process of transferring various tickets such as tickets and coupons using a user terminal such as a smartphone (smartphone).
  • a smartphone smart phone
  • tickets such as train and bus tickets, reserved seat tickets, coupon tickets, amusement park admission tickets, and theater reserved seat tickets can be purchased in advance via the Internet and downloaded to user terminals such as smartphones. If this is done, the ticket information can be read and the ticket can be used by holding the user terminal over the ticket gate or the reading device of the entrance gate.
  • Patent Document 1 Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2013-206214
  • This Patent Document 1 discloses a configuration in which a user A transfers a limited express ticket registered in association with his / her IC card a to the IC card b of the user B. Specifically, the user A registers the identifier of the IC card b of the user B to whom the limited express ticket is transferred in the server, and notifies the user B of the limited express ticket identifier. The limited express ticket identifier of the limited express ticket purchased by the user A is registered in the server.
  • the user B inserts his / her IC card b into the ticket vending machine and inputs the limited express ticket identifier notified by the user A.
  • the server collates the identifier of the IC card b and the input limited express ticket identifier with the information registered in the server, and if the collation is successful, registers the limited express ticket as data associated with the IC card b. That is, the limited express ticket can be used when the IC card b passes through the ticket gate.
  • the user B needs to remember the limited express ticket identifier notified by the user A, and must definitely enter the limited express ticket identifier at the ticket vending machine.
  • the user B must enter the limited express ticket identifier. If you forget the ticket identifier, you will not be able to use it.
  • Challenge 1. The need to repair infrastructure such as ticket vending machines is an obstacle to the introduction of services.
  • Problem 2. The user B who receives the ticket needs to go to the ticket vending machine in advance to receive the ticket.
  • User A who gives the ticket needs to confirm only one user B who receives the ticket in advance. For example, when the participants of a group trip or a plurality of business travelers are not confirmed until the day, or It cannot be used when a coupon ticket or limited express ticket is handed over so that it can be used by a group or multiple business travelers at any time.
  • the receiving user B In order to receive the ticket by the smartphone described above, the receiving user B must be aware of the contact and operate the smartphone systematically to download it, and if he / she forgets it, he / she can receive the ticket. However, you may not be able to use your ticket (for example, take a limited express train). However, if you download it too early in advance, when there is a sudden schedule change, the downloaded ticket will be returned to User A, who will refund it, or other people on group trips or business trips. Since it is complicated to operate and troublesome to hand over to the user, for example, in the case of a limited express ticket, the ticket can be used after User B passes through the ticket gate of the nearest station of User B on the day of travel or business trip. There is a challenge to be able to receive tickets after the ticket is confirmed.
