1.金属框从四周铆紧固定住座板的围边,并且座板是吸塑板,厚度薄,座板柔软,当面板在乘坐受力时,面板内部是四周扩散开的拉力,因此面板可以承重很大的重力,或者可以理解,金属框从四周框住座板,这样面板处于悬吊状态,在受到重力时不再是单个点受力,重力则是扩散在整个面,因此具有足够大的支撑力。由于座板和靠背板都是吸塑板,厚度小用料省,金属框也仅是一个边框,因此可以有效地减小制造成本,相应地,整个结构重量得到有效减小。
2.扣边插入到插槽或插缝之中,扣边整个被铆压固定,靠背板与金属支架连接的面积或者说是长度得到极大提升,不再是单独一两个点受力,因此可以很牢固地安装于背靠框上。而且采用铆压的方式使扣边夹紧固定在插槽或插缝当中,扣边两面受力,被稳定地夹持住,扣边结构稳定,不易损坏,因此具有更好的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,所示椅子为一款可折叠的塑钢椅,包括靠背板10、座板组件20及金属支架30,金属支架30支撑靠背板10和座板组件20,并使座板组件20可以跟随金属支架30一起折叠,座板组件20如何与金属支架30连接可参考现有的折叠椅结构。所述金属支架30包括对称设置于所述座板组件20左右两侧的二根前腿管31、对称设置于所述座板组件20左右两侧的二根后腿管32,所述座板组件20同侧的前腿管31和后腿管32呈X转动铰接在一起,二根前腿管31均朝上延长并且顶端之间由连接管33进行连接,二根前腿管31和连接管33构成U形框,所述靠背板10固定在所述U形框的顶部,所述U形框是由一根金属管弯折形成。本实施例介绍到这里,实际上三大结构之间的连接方式是现有结构,因此塑钢椅的折叠原理不再说明。下面对座板组件20的具体结构、靠背板10的结构,以及靠背板10与金属支架30的固定方式做介绍。
请参照图2至图4,所述座板组件20包括座板22和金属框24。所述座板22是吸塑成型的吸塑板,厚度是1mm左右,甚至是0.5mm,柔软可弯折,所述座板22包括面板221以及连接于所述面板四周边沿并朝下设置的围边222。所述金属框24是一圈,围绕所述座板22四周设置,所述金属框24底端朝外侧弯折形成钩子241。所述座板的围边222的下端部从上往下插入到所述钩子241当中,同时所述金属框24靠在所述围边222的内侧,所述钩子241通过铆压夹紧固定住所述围边222的下边沿。也就是说在装配时,所述围边222可先插入所述钩子241当中,然后进行铆压,使所述钩子241变形并压紧固定住所述围边222,座板22与金属框24结合成一体。
优选地,所述面板221中部呈下凹的弧面形状,或者所述面板221呈下凹的弧面形状。这样面板221不是平整的表面,本身就具有弧度,稳定性更好,不容易变形,而且抗拉能力会更好。这里所说的下凹弧面形状,也并不一定要前后左右对称,只要贴合人体乘坐的部位有下凹便可。
优选地,所述面板221与所述围边222连接的部位向内凹获得弧形过渡肩223,从而在围边到面板之间形成一上一下两级台阶,上级台阶224和下级台阶225,一来立体造形更突出,获得结实厚重的视觉感受。进一步优选地,所述金属框24对下级台阶225提供支撑力,这样必然会提高座板22的承重能力,当然也可以一并对上级台阶224提供支撑力。
优选地,所述金属框24的横断面具有封闭内腔242,本实施例当中,所述封闭 内腔的形状是矩形。这样金属框24其实上可以理解为支撑管,刚性和强度都更好。
请参照图5和图6,座板组件的第一种变形方式,是在原来的基础之上,在所述金属框24内增加设置一根或多根的加强杆243,所述加强杆243支撑于所述面板221的下表面。可以理解地,这样加强杆243支撑面板221,整个座板组件的承受重力的极限当然更高。作为优选方案,所述加强杆243的端部朝外斜向下弯折形成连接角244(两头的连接角就呈八字形状),所述连接角244与所述金属框24的内侧面连接。这个连接角244在加强杆243的端部,长度小,因此抗弯折的能力非常强,因此加强杆243在支撑时不容易变形。
请参照图7和图8,座板组件的第二种变形方式,金属框不是管的结构,即没有内腔,而是改用板材结构,即金属框24的横断面是板材。进一步优选地,所述金属框24上端部的形状对应所述弧形过渡肩223设置从而贴靠在所述弧形过渡肩的下表面。显然,这种方式可以更容易地对弧形过渡肩223提供支撑,或者说金属框对座板的支撑面积更大。
请参照图9,座板组件的第三种变形方式,是在第二种变形的基础之上作出的,原理与第一种变形相同,具体为:所述金属框24内设有长条加强片245,所述长条加强片245支撑于所述面板221的下表面。优选地,所述长条加强片245的端部朝外斜向下弯折形成连接角246,所述连接角246与所述金属框24的顶端连接。长条加强片的作用参照第一种变形方式的加强杆。
请参照图10和图11,所述靠背板10是吸塑板,所述靠背板10至少上边沿朝后翻折形成扣边12,所述金属支架30对应所述扣边12设有插缝34,所述扣边12插入到所述插缝34当中,所述金属支架30的插缝34位置经过铆压之后夹紧固定住所述扣边12。也就是说在装配时,所述扣边12先插入所述插缝34,然后进行铆压,使所述金属支架变形并固定住所述扣边12,这样所述扣边12无法从所述插缝34拔出来。
本实施例当中,所述靠背板10设置于U形框顶部,也就是连接管33及连接管与前腿管31的连接处,因此,所述插缝34对应开设在连接管33及连接管与前腿管31的连接处,也可以理解,插缝34其实上是对应扣边12来设置,靠背板在哪里,哪里需要固定扣边,则相应地开设插缝34,所述插缝是通过激光切割快速成型。
优选地,所述靠背板10整圈的外边沿都朝后翻折形成扣边12。这样所述扣边12 不仅仅是用来和金属框进行连接,而且扣边本身在靠背板10四周可以起到增加强度的作用,使靠背板10的强度更好、稳定性更好。可以理解地,这里所说的整圈外边沿都形成扣边12,单然也包括在拐角的位置留出加工成形间隙的结构。
优选地,所述靠背板10是朝后凸的拱形状,从而可以极大地提高靠背板10承受压力的能力,这样的结构设计,使得所述靠背板10采用吸塑板,就可以满足使用要求。具体来说,吸塑板厚度只有0.5-1mm左右,做成下凹的弧形状,并且边沿翻折出扣边12之后,强度便得到很大地提高,再者,利用插缝34配合铆压工艺,同时还能够很牢固地限位住所述扣边12,因此,不仅金属框30造价很低,而且重量也减小了,在满足性能要求的前提下,椅子重量变轻造价变低,具有非常好的市场竞争力。
前后腿管并不一定是圆管,作为金属支架的一种变形,请参照图12,金属支架30的截面也可以是其他形状,只要能夹紧固定靠背板10的扣边12便可。另外,图12的结构当中,金属支架30的也不是设置插缝,而是设置插槽35,扣边12放置在插槽35,然后经过铆压,一样可以固定住扣边12。
请参照图13,作为金属支架的第二种变形,不同之处是所述金属支架30还包括加强横管36,所述加强横管36的两端分别连接于二前腿管31与连接管33的连接部位,所述加强横管36上也设置插缝34(当然插缝也可以替换为插槽),所述靠背板整圈的扣边都插入插缝。所述加强横管36支撑靠背板10的下边沿,使靠背板10更牢固。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明公开了一种塑钢折叠椅,包括座板组件、靠背板及金属支架,所述座板组件包括座板,所述座板包括面板以及连接于所述面板四周边沿并朝下设置的围边,所述座板组件还包括金属框,所述金属框底端朝外侧弯折形成钩子,所述钩子通过铆压夹紧固定住所述围边的下边沿;所述靠背板至少上边沿朝后翻折形成扣边,所述金属支架对应所述扣边设有插槽或插缝,所述扣边插入到所述插槽或插缝当中,所述金属支架的插槽或插缝位置经过铆压之后夹紧固定住所述扣边。金属框从四周铆紧固定住座板的围边,可以有效地减小制造成本,整个结构重量得到有效减小。扣边插入到插 槽或插缝之中,扣边整个被铆压固定,因此可以很牢固地安装于背靠框上,具有工业实用性。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种塑钢折叠椅,包括座板组件、靠背板及金属支架,所述座板组件和所述靠背板连接在所述金属支架上,所述座板组件包括座板,所述座板包括面板以及从所述面板周边朝下延伸的围边,其特征在于:
    所述座板是吸塑成型的吸塑板,所述座板组件还包括金属框,所述金属框抵靠在所述座板周边,所述金属框底端朝外侧弯折形成钩子,所述座板的围边的下端部插入到所述钩子中,所述金属框的一部分抵靠在所述围边的内侧,所述钩子夹固所述围边的下边沿。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的塑钢折叠椅,其特征在于:所述靠背板是吸塑板,所述靠背板至少上边沿朝后翻折形成扣边,所述金属支架对应所述扣边设有插槽或插缝,所述扣边插入到所述插槽或插缝当中,所述金属支架的插槽或插缝位置经过铆压之后夹紧固定住所述扣边。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的塑钢折叠椅,其特征在于:所述面板中部呈下凹的弧面形状,或者所述面板呈下凹的弧面形状。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的塑钢折叠椅,其特征在于:所述面板与所述围边连接的部位向内凹获得弧形过渡肩,在围边到面板之间形成一上一下两级台阶;所述金属框至少对下级台阶提供支撑力。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的塑钢折叠椅,其特征在于:所述金属框的横断面具有封闭内腔;所述封闭内腔的形状是矩形。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的塑钢折叠椅,其特征在于:所述金属框内设有加强杆,所述加强杆支撑于所述面板的下表面;所述加强杆的端部朝外斜向下弯折形成连接角,所述连接角与所述金属框的内侧面连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的塑钢折叠椅,其特征在于:所述金属框的横断面是板材;所述面板与所述围边连接的部位向内凹获得弧形过渡肩,在围边到面板之间形成一上一下两级台阶,所述金属框上端部的形状对应所述弧形过渡肩设置从而贴靠在所述弧形过渡肩的下表面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的塑钢折叠椅,其特征在于:所述金属框内设有长条加强 片,所述长条加强片支撑于所述面板的下表面;所述长条加强片的端部朝外斜向下弯折形成连接角,所述连接角与所述金属框的顶端连接。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的塑钢折叠椅,其特征在于:所述靠背板是朝后凸的拱形状。
  10. 根据权利要求1或9所述的塑钢折叠椅,其特征在于:所述靠背板整圈的外边沿都朝后翻折形成扣边;所述金属支架包括对称设置于所述座板组件左右两侧的二根前腿管、对称设置于所述座板组件左右两侧的二根后腿管,所述座板组件同侧的前腿管和后腿管呈X转动铰接在一起,二根前腿管均朝上延长并且顶端之间由连接管进行连接,二根前腿管和连接管构成U形框,所述靠背板固定在所述U形框的顶部,所述U形框是由一根金属管弯折形成,所述插槽或插缝设置在所述连接管及前腿管与连接管的连接部位。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的塑钢折叠椅,其特征在于:金属支架还包括加强横管,所述加强横管的两端分别连接于二前腿管与连接管的连接部位,所述加强横管上也设置插槽或插缝,所述靠背板整圈的扣边都插入所述插槽或插缝。
  12. 一种塑钢折叠椅,包括座板组件、靠背板及金属支架,所述座板组件和所述靠背板连接在所述金属支架上,所述座板组件包括座板,所述座板包括面板以及从所述面板周边朝下延伸的围边,其特征在于:
    所述靠背板是吸塑板,所述靠背板至少上边沿朝后翻折形成扣边,所述金属支架对应所述扣边设有插槽或插缝,所述扣边插入到所述插槽或插缝当中,所述金属支架的插槽或插缝位置经过铆压之后夹紧固定住所述扣边。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的塑钢折叠椅,其特征在于:所述座板是吸塑成型的吸塑板,所述座板组件还包括金属框,所述金属框抵靠在所述座板周边,所述金属框底端朝外侧弯折形成钩子,所述座板的围边的下端部插入到所述钩子中,所述金属框的一部分抵靠在所述围边的内侧,所述钩子夹固所述围边的下边沿。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的塑钢折叠椅,其特征在于:所述金属框的横断面是板材;所述面板与所述围边连接的部位向内凹获得弧形过渡肩,在围边到面板之间形成一上一下两级台阶,所述金属框上端部的形状对应所述弧形过渡肩设置从而贴靠在所述弧形过渡肩的下表面。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的塑钢折叠椅,其特征在于:所述面板与所述围边连接的部位向内凹获得弧形过渡肩,在围边到面板之间形成一上一下两级台阶;所述金属框至少对下级台阶提供支撑力。
