Definitions
- the invention relates to a chair, in particular to a foldable plastic-steel chair.
- a plastic-steel chair is a chair with a metal bracket as the support and a plastic plate as the seat panel and backboard.
- the most common structure in daily life is the structure of the iron tube bracket and the injection-molded plate. Relatively speaking, the cost of the plastic-steel chair is lower. , the price is not high, so it is one of the household items commonly used in ordinary family life.
- the seat panel needs higher strength requirements, but in any case, the plastic plate needs to meet the strength requirements, and the thickness needs to be relatively large, so injection molding is used. If it is rotational molding, the thickness is larger.
- the bottom is provided with reinforcing ribs with horizontal and vertical differences, and the manufacturing cost is also increased accordingly.
- the backboard is either locked on the metal bracket or plugged into the metal bracket. If it is locked on the metal bracket, the backboard needs to reserve screw holes, and it is easy to damage the backboard when tightening the screws. If it is plugged into the metal bracket, the backrest can be removed at will, and the structure is not firm enough.
- the invention provides a plastic-steel folding chair, which effectively reduces the manufacturing cost and has a firm structure.
- the technical scheme adopted by the present invention to solve its technical problems is:
- a plastic-steel folding chair includes a seat panel assembly, a backrest panel and a metal bracket, the seat panel assembly and the backrest panel are connected to the metal bracket, the seat panel assembly includes a seat panel, and the seat panel includes a panel and a connection The surrounding edge is arranged on the periphery of the panel and facing downward, the seat plate is a plastic-absorbing plate formed by plastic, and the seat plate assembly also includes a ring of metal frames arranged around the seat plate.
- the bottom end of the frame is bent to the outside to form a hook, and the lower end of the surrounding edge of the seat plate is inserted into the hook from top to bottom, while the metal frame is against the inner side of the surrounding edge, and the hook passes through
- the lower edge of the surrounding edge is fixed by riveting and clamping;
- the backboard is a blister board, at least the upper edge of the backboard is folded backwards to form a buckle, and the metal bracket is provided with a slot corresponding to the buckle Or insertion seam, the buckle edge is inserted into the slot or insertion seam, and the slot or insertion seam position of the metal bracket is riveted and then clamped to fix the buckle edge.
- the metal frame is riveted to fix the edge of the seat plate from all sides, and the seat plate is a plastic plate, with a thin thickness and a soft seat plate. It can bear a lot of gravity, or it can be understood that the metal frame frames the seat plate from all sides, so that the panel is in a suspended state, and it is no longer a single point when it is subjected to gravity. great support. Since both the seat plate and the backrest plate are blister plates, the thickness is small and materials are saved, and the metal frame is only a frame, so the manufacturing cost can be effectively reduced, and accordingly, the weight of the entire structure can be effectively reduced.
- the buckle edge is inserted into the slot or slot, the whole buckle edge is riveted and fixed, and the area or length of the connection between the backboard and the metal bracket is greatly improved, and it is no longer a single point or two. Therefore, it can be firmly mounted on the backrest frame.
- the riveting method is used to clamp and fix the buckle edge in the slot or the slot, the buckle edge is stressed on both sides, and is stably held, the buckle edge structure is stable, and it is not easy to be damaged, so it has a better service life.

- FIG. 12 is a schematic diagram showing the first structural deformation of the metal bracket.
- FIG. 13 is a schematic diagram illustrating a second structural deformation of the metal stent.
- the chair shown is a foldable plastic-steel chair, including a backrest board 10 , a seat board assembly 20 and a metal bracket 30 .
- the metal bracket 30 supports the backrest board 10 and the seat board assembly 20 , and makes the seat board assembly 20 It can be folded together with the metal bracket 30, and how to connect the seat panel assembly 20 with the metal bracket 30 can refer to the existing folding chair structure.
- the metal bracket 30 includes two front leg tubes 31 symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the seat plate assembly 20 and two rear leg tubes 32 symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the seat plate assembly 20 .
- the front leg tube 31 and the rear leg tube 32 on the same side of the assembly 20 are hinged together in an X-rotation manner.
- the tube 33 forms a U-shaped frame, and the back panel 10 is fixed on the top of the U-shaped frame, and the U-shaped frame is formed by bending a metal tube.
- This embodiment has been introduced here. In fact, the connection mode between the three structures is the existing structure, so the folding principle of the plastic-steel chair will not be described again.
- the specific structure of the seat panel assembly 20 , the structure of the backrest panel 10 , and the fixing method of the backrest panel 10 and the metal bracket 30 will be introduced below.
- the seat plate assembly 20 includes a seat plate 22 and a metal frame 24 .
- the seat plate 22 is a blister molded plastic plate with a thickness of about 1mm, even 0.5mm, and is flexible and bendable. Circumference 222.
- the metal frame 24 is a circle and is arranged around the seat plate 22 , and the bottom end of the metal frame 24 is bent outward to form a hook 241 .
- the lower end of the surrounding edge 222 of the seat plate is inserted into the hook 241 from top to bottom, while the metal frame 24 is against the inner side of the surrounding edge 222, and the hook 241 is clamped and fixed by riveting.
- the lower edge of the surrounding edge 222 that is to say, during assembly, the surrounding edge 222 can be inserted into the hook 241 first, and then riveted to deform the hook 241 and press and fix the surrounding edge 222.
- the seat plate 22 is combined with the metal frame 24 into one.
- the middle part of the panel 221 is in a concave arc shape, or the panel 221 is in a concave arc shape.
- the panel 221 is not a flat surface, but itself has a curvature, which has better stability, is not easily deformed, and has better tensile strength.
- the shape of the concave arc surface mentioned here does not necessarily need to be symmetrical in front, back, left and right, as long as the part that fits the human body is concave.
- the part where the panel 221 is connected to the surrounding edge 222 is concave inward to obtain an arc-shaped transition shoulder 223, thereby forming two steps, an upper step 224 and a lower step 225, between the surrounding edge and the panel.
- the metal frame 24 provides support for the lower steps 225, which will inevitably improve the load-bearing capacity of the seat plate 22.
- it can also provide support for the upper steps 224.
- the cross section of the metal frame 24 has a closed cavity 242.
- the shape of the closed cavity is a rectangle.
- the metal frame 24 can actually be understood as a support tube, with better rigidity and strength.
- the first modification of the seat plate assembly is to add one or more reinforcing rods 243 in the metal frame 24 on the basis of the original one.
- the reinforcing rods 243 Supported on the lower surface of the panel 221 . It can be understood that, in this way, the reinforcing rod 243 supports the panel 221 , and the limit of the entire seat plate assembly to bear the gravity is of course higher.
- the ends of the reinforcing rods 243 are bent outward and obliquely downward to form connecting corners 244 (the connecting corners at both ends are in a figure-eight shape), and the connecting corners 244 are connected to the inner side of the metal frame 24 .
- the connecting angle 244 is at the end of the reinforcing rod 243 and has a small length, so the ability to resist bending is very strong, so the reinforcing rod 243 is not easily deformed during support.
- the metal frame is not a tube structure, that is, there is no inner cavity, but a plate structure, that is, the cross section of the metal frame 24 is a plate.
- the shape of the upper end of the metal frame 24 corresponds to the arc-shaped transition shoulder 223 so as to abut against the lower surface of the arc-shaped transition shoulder. Obviously, in this way, the arc-shaped transition shoulder 223 can be more easily supported, or the support area of the metal frame to the seat plate is larger.
- the third deformation mode of the seat plate assembly is made on the basis of the second deformation, and the principle is the same as that of the first deformation, specifically: the metal frame 24 is provided with a long strip of reinforcement Sheet 245 , the long reinforcing sheet 245 is supported on the lower surface of the panel 221 .
- the end of the long reinforcing sheet 245 is bent outward and obliquely downward to form a connecting corner 246 , and the connecting corner 246 is connected with the top end of the metal frame 24 .
- the function of the long reinforcing sheet refers to the reinforcing rod of the first deformation mode.
- the backboard 10 is a blister board, at least the upper edge of the backboard 10 is folded backwards to form a buckle edge 12 , and the metal bracket 30 is provided with a slotted seam corresponding to the buckle edge 12 34.
- the buckle edge 12 is inserted into the insertion slot 34, and the insertion slot 34 of the metal bracket 30 is riveted and then clamped to fix the buckle edge 12. That is to say, during assembly, the buckle edge 12 is inserted into the insertion slot 34 first, and then riveted to deform the metal bracket and fix the buckle edge 12, so that the buckle edge 12 cannot pass through the insertion slot 34. Seam 34 is pulled out.
- the backrest board 10 is disposed on the top of the U-shaped frame, that is, at the connection between the connecting pipe 33 and the connecting pipe and the front leg pipe 31. Therefore, the insertion slot 34 is correspondingly opened on the connecting pipe 33 and the connecting pipe.
- the insertion seam 34 is actually set corresponding to the buckle edge 12. Where the backboard is and where the buckle edge needs to be fixed, the insertion seam 34 is correspondingly opened.
- the insertion seam is Rapid prototyping by laser cutting.
- the entire outer edge of the backboard 10 is folded backwards to form the buckle edge 12 .
- the buckle edge 12 is not only used to connect with the metal frame, but also the buckle edge itself can increase the strength around the backboard 10, so that the strength and stability of the backboard 10 are better.
- the entire outer edge of the circle forms the buckle edge 12, and it also includes the structure of leaving a machining and forming gap at the position of the corner.
- the backrest plate 10 is in the shape of an arch that is convex toward the rear, so that the ability of the backrest plate 10 to withstand pressure can be greatly improved.
- the backrest plate 10 is made of a plastic sheet, which can meet the usage requirements. .
- the thickness of the blister board is only about 0.5-1mm, and it is made into a concave arc shape, and after the edge is folded and the buckle edge 12 is folded, the strength is greatly improved.
- the insertion seam 34 is used to cooperate with the riveting process. , at the same time, the buckle edge 12 can be firmly limited. Therefore, not only is the metal frame 30 low in cost, but also the weight is reduced. Under the premise of meeting the performance requirements, the chair is lighter in weight and lower in cost. good market competitiveness.
- the front and rear leg tubes are not necessarily round tubes.
- the metal bracket 30 is not provided with a slot, but a slot 35, and the buckle edge 12 is placed in the slot 35, and then riveted and pressed, the buckle edge 12 can also be fixed.
- the metal bracket 30 further includes a reinforcing transverse tube 36 , and the two ends of the reinforcing transverse tube 36 are respectively connected to the two front leg tubes 31 and the connecting tube.
- the reinforcing transverse tube 36 is also provided with insertion seams 34 (of course, the insertion seams can also be replaced by slots), and the entire circle of the buckle edges of the backboard are inserted into the insertion seams.
- the reinforcing transverse tube 36 supports the lower edge of the backboard 10 to make the backboard 10 firmer.
- the invention discloses a plastic-steel folding chair, comprising a seat panel assembly, a backrest panel and a metal bracket.
- the seat panel assembly includes a seat panel, and the seat panel includes a panel and an enclosure connected to the four peripheral edges of the panel and arranged downward.
- the seat plate assembly further includes a metal frame, the bottom end of the metal frame is bent to the outside to form hooks, the hooks are clamped by riveting to fix the lower edge of the surrounding edge; at least the upper edge of the back plate is Fold back to form a buckle, the metal bracket is provided with a slot or a slot corresponding to the buckle, the buckle is inserted into the slot or the slot, and the slot or slot of the metal bracket After the position is riveted, the buckle edge is clamped and fixed.
- the metal frame is riveted to fix the surrounding edge of the seat plate from all sides, which can effectively reduce the manufacturing cost and the weight of the entire structure.
- the buckle edge is inserted into the slot or slot, and the whole buckle edge is fixed by riveting, so it can be firmly installed on the back frame, which has industrial practicability.
