Abstract

La présente invention concerne un nouveau four de protection d'atmosphère, comprenant : un boîtier de four (1) ; un revêtement de fond de four (2) disposé au fond d'une cavité de boîtier de four ; une paire de revêtements de paroi de four (3) disposée dans le sens de la longueur des côtés opposés d'une paroi de la cavité de boîtier de four ; une partie supérieure de four (4) disposée dans la cavité de boîtier de four ; des rouleaux de transport de saggar (5b) répartis à intervalles dans le sens de la longueur d'un four (5a), une tige de chauffage supérieure et une tige de chauffage inférieure étant positionnées au-dessus et au-dessous des rouleaux de transport de saggar (5b) respectivement ; et un tuyau d'introduction de gaz protecteur (5e) pénétrant dans la paire de revêtements de paroi de four (3) pour faire saillie à partir du boîtier de four. Le four est caractérisé en ce qu'un carneau (41) comprend une section de récupération de gaz de combustion (411) et une section de sortie de gaz de combustion (412), la section de récupération de gaz de combustion (411) est composée d'une cavité d'évacuation de gaz de combustion longitudinale (4111) et une cavité d'évacuation de gaz de combustion de transition transversale (4112) ; la section de sortie de gaz de combustion (412) est composée d'une cavité de décharge longitudinale de gaz de combustion (4121) et un orifice d'échappement de gaz de combustion (4122) ; l'extrémité inférieure de la cavité d'évacuation de gaz de combustion longitudinale (4111) est en communication avec la partie supérieure du four (5a), dont l'extrémité supérieure est reliée à une extrémité de la cavité d'évacuation de gaz de combustion de transition transversale (4112), et l'autre extrémité de la cavité d'évacuation de gaz de combustion de transition transversale (4112) est reliée à un côté du milieu de la cavité de décharge longitudinale de gaz de combustion (4121) ; et la partie inférieure de la cavité de décharge longitudinale de gaz de combustion (4121) est une cavité de stockage de colloïde (41211), et l'orifice d'échappement de gaz de combustion (4122) est formé au sommet de la cavité de décharge longitudinale de gaz de combustion (4121). La propreté du four et la qualité du produit sont assurées, et le nettoyage et l'élimination sont facilités.
