取暖器主要分为电驱动和燃气驱动,按照使用环境不同主要分为户内和户外。其中燃气驱动的取暖器通常包括可拆装更换的气罐、门阀、火头组件以及作为外部壳体的炉体,其中,外部壳体的上盖既作为封盖,也可作为加热底座,起到加热食物或烘干的作用,通常上盖下方可旋转地固定有一作为阻隔面的转盖,用来调节通孔大小,从而调节热量辐射,由于转盖旋转需要手动拨动,而转盖因为热传导性,在取暖过程中其温度非常高,在手动拨动转盖时容易烫伤。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种取暖器用转盖结构,其用来调节热量辐射的转盖上设有一把手,通过把手拨动转盖,能有效避免被烫伤。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:它包括上盖与转盖,所述上盖架于取暖器壳体上,所述转盖可旋转地固定于上盖正中间下方且靠近上盖,实现转盖与上盖同轴旋转,所述转盖上开有第一通孔,所述上盖开有同第一通孔形状相同的第二通孔,且第一通孔与第二通孔重合,所述转盖边缘沿着周向向下延伸形成第一凸边,所述第一凸边上固定一把手,所述把手延伸至上盖边缘外,通过拨动把手来带动转盖旋转。
优选地,所述上盖边缘沿着周向向下延伸形成第二凸边,所述第二凸边开有一限位孔,所述限位孔沿着第二凸边水平设置,所述把手通过限位孔而延伸至第二凸边外,所述把手能沿着限位孔进行转动。

本实用新型提供一种取暖器用转盖结构,如图1、2所示,它包括上盖1与转盖2,本实施例中,上盖1为圆形,上盖1边缘沿着周向向下延伸形成凸边而形成盖状结构,上盖1通常盖于外壳桶体上方,转盖2与上盖1均开有第三通孔12,通过转轴13与第三通孔12配合方式实现转盖2相对于上盖1可旋转,本实施例中,可采用转轴13可采用销轴,第三通孔12为销孔,销轴配合安装于销孔内,实现转盖2绕着转轴13可旋转。
转盖2边缘沿着周向向下延伸形成第一凸边5,第一凸边5上固定一条形结构把手6,把手6可采用导热性较差的材质,折弯成具有一定弹性形变,第一凸边5上开有限位槽9,由于把手6为条状结构,因此其两端沿着第一凸边5两侧向相反方向延伸至限位槽9内, 从而使整个把手6呈撑开状,从而固定于第一凸边5上,而上盖1边缘沿着周向向下延伸形成第二凸边7,第二凸边7开有一限位孔8,限位孔8沿着第二凸边7水平设置,限位孔8的位置正好对准把手6所在位置,把手6通过限位孔8而延伸并穿过限位孔8,最终延伸至第二凸边7外围,当手动拨动把手6时,把手6能沿着限位孔8进行转动,把手6带动转盖2进行旋转。
另外,上盖1上设有一拎环10,拎环10两端固定于上盖1第二凸边7上且能绕着第二凸边7作提升与收拢动作,当拎环10为收拢状态时,拎环10环身平躺于第二凸边7一侧位置,拎环10环身落至从上盖1第二凸边7处延伸而出的把手6上,且紧抵把手6,防止拎环10环身落至取暖器壳体外壁上,这样设计的目的在于,若拎环10收拢时落至取暖器壳体外壁上时,由于外壳为高温体且与拎环10直接接触,拎环10通过热传导而温度升高,手动再次去提拎环10时会烫伤手指,而本实用新型中把手6延伸至上盖1外围的设计,避免拎环10环身部位与取暖器壳体外壁直接接触。
转盖2上开有第一通孔3,上盖1开有同第一通孔3形状相同的第二通孔4,且第一通孔3与第二通孔4相互重合。第一通孔3与第二通孔4数量为多个,且沿着转盖2与上盖1转轴13作环形阵列分布。第一通孔3与第二通孔4的形状及尺寸大小均可根据实际取暖器尺寸或环境作适应性调整。
当转盖2旋转一定角度后,第一通孔3与第二通孔4错开,转盖2面直接覆盖于上盖1的第二通孔4,实现完全阻隔热量辐射从第二通孔4而出;接着转盖2再次旋转一定角度后,第一通孔3与第二通孔4完全或部分重合,形成通道,使得自下而上的热量辐射直接通过第一通孔3与第二通孔4而出,从而实现加热待加热物体。
这里需要说明的是,转盖2与上盖1之间不能距离过大,否则转盖2第一通孔3与第二通孔4完全错开时,热量辐射会从第一通孔3进入,经过转盖2顶面与上盖1底面之间的间隙,最后从第二通孔4而出,造成转盖2失效。
上盖1沿着转盖2所在区域面周向分布有多个等距凸块11,用来支撑待加热物体,而凸块11既可以通过焊接或紧固件固定于上盖1顶面上,也可以通过冲压上盖1面,使其从上盖1面上延伸而出。
另一实施例中,转盖2与上盖1为同轴固定并旋转,但是转盖2面积小于上盖1面积,上盖1顶面上对应转盖2所在区域设置成球面弧度,而其余则为水平面设置,多个凸块11均匀地分布于水平面区域,
