在其中一个实施例中,所述振膜本体呈矩形设置,所述振膜本体的拐角位置呈圆弧过渡,所述第一折环和所述第二折环中的一个与所述振膜本体平滑过渡连接,另一个与所述固定部平滑过渡连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述折环部还包括连接相邻的两个所述第二折环的连接部,所述连接部与所述第二折环均位于所述振膜本体的同一侧。

另一方面,一个实施例还提供了一种发声单体,包括:
磁路系统,所述磁路系统包括主磁体和副磁体,所述副磁体设在所述主磁体的外周,所述副磁体和所述主磁体之间呈间隔设置并形成磁间隙;及
振动系统,所述振动系统位于所述磁路系统的一侧,所述振动系统包括音圈和如上述任一个技术方案所述的振膜,所述音圈与所述振膜本体固定,所述音圈靠近所述磁路系统的一端伸入所述磁间隙的内部。
上述发声单体,振动系统中的振膜采用前述任一个技术方案所述的振膜,通过改变振膜的有效辐射面积,使得总的劲度系数kms(x)与力电耦合系数Bl(x)更加匹配,从而降低了发声单体发出声音的失真度。
下面进一步对技术方案进行说明:
在其中一个实施例中,所述副磁体包括至少两个副磁单元,至少两个所述副磁单元呈间隔设置并环绕在所述主磁体的外周。

实施例一:
请参照图1和图2,一种振膜220,包括振膜本体221、固定部222和折环部223,其中:
振膜本体221为振膜220的主体,为振膜220的中心部,音圈210固定在振膜本体221上。
固定部222呈环状设置,固定部222位于振膜本体221的外围,用于实现振膜220的固定安装。
折环部223连接在振膜本体221和固定部222之间,如图1所示的实施例中,折环部223的外侧与固定部222的内侧连接,折环部223的内侧与振膜本体221的外侧连接。
请参照图1和图2,所述折环部223连接在所述振膜本体221和所述固定部222之间,所述折环部223包括第一折环2231和第二折环2232,所述第二折环2232和所述第一折环2231相邻设置,所述第二折环2232设有至少两个,所述第一折环2231朝所述振膜本体221的一侧凸起设置,所述第二折环2232朝所述振膜本体221的另一侧凸起设置。
如图1和图2所示的实施例中,振膜本体221位于中部,振膜本体221的外围为折环部223,折环部223的外围为固定部222,通过固定部222进行振膜220的安装,通过振膜本体221进行音圈210的安装。
该振膜220,由于折环包括第一折环2231和至少两个第二折环2232,第一折环2231的凸起朝向和第二折环2232的凸起朝向分别位于振膜本体221的相对两侧,如此设置,振膜220的有效辐射面积增加,并使得总的劲度系数和力电耦合系数更加匹配,从而降低失真。
请参照图1和图2,所述第一折环2231连接在所述第二折环2232和所述固定部222之间,所述第二折环2232设有两个,两个所述第二折环2232相邻设置并连接在所述第一折环2231和所述振膜本体221之间。
如图1和图2所示的实施例中,第一折环2231设有一个,第一折环2231设在振膜本体221的外围,且第一折环2231与固定部222紧邻设置。
如图1和图2所示的实施例中,第二折环2232设有两个,两个第二折环2232设在振膜本体221的外围,且靠近振膜本体221的第二折环2232与振膜本体221紧邻设置,两个第二折环2232相邻设置,且两个第二折环2232分别与振膜本体221和第一折环2231连接。
请参照图2,第一折环2231设有一个,第二折环2232设有两个,第一折环2231朝振膜本体221的上侧凸出设置,第二折环2232朝振膜本体221的下侧凸出设置。
如图2所示的实施例中,第二折环2232设有两个,两个第二折环2232均朝振膜本体221的下侧凸出设置,且两个第二折环2232紧邻设置,第一折环2231设有一个,第一折环2231位于第二折环2232的外围,且第一折环2231朝振膜本体221的上侧凸出设置。
请参照图2,所述第一折环2231的截面为半圆形,所述第二折环2232的截面为弧形,所述第一折环2231的截面半径与所述第二折环2232的截面半径相等。
如图2所示的实施例中,第一折环2231的截面为半圆形,第二折环2232有两个,两个第二折环2232的截面均为弧形。
可以理解的是:第二折环2232的弧形可以是圆形的一部分,因此,第二折环2232的截面半径与第一折环2231的节目半径相等或基本相当。
请参照图1和图2,所述振膜本体221呈平板状设置,所述折环部223呈环状绕设于所述振膜本体221的周缘,所述折环部223的靠近所述振膜本体221的一端与所述振膜本体221平滑过渡连接,所述折环部223的靠近所述固定部222的一端与所述固定部222平滑过渡连接,所述第一折环2231与所述第二折环2232平滑过渡连接。
图2所示的实施例,为振膜220的截面结构,由该截面结构可知,振膜220的中部为振膜本体221,振膜本体221的外围首先是第二折环2232,接着是另一个第二折环2232,再外围的是第一折环2231,最外围的是固定部222。
如图2所示,可以理解的是:
第一折环2231朝振膜本体221的上侧凸出设置,第一折环2231的外边缘与固定部222的内边缘平滑过渡连接,第一折环2231的内边缘与外侧的第二折环2232的外边缘平滑过渡连接;
两个第二折环2232均朝振膜本体221的下侧凸出设置,两个第二折环2232通过边缘平滑过渡连接在一起,外侧的第二折环2232的外边缘与第一折环2231的内边缘平滑过渡连接,内侧的第二折环2232的外边缘与振膜本体221的外边缘平滑过渡连接固定。
请参照图1,所述振膜本体221呈矩形设置,所述振膜本体221的拐角位置呈圆弧过渡,所述第一折环2231和所述第二折环2232中的一个与所述振膜本体221平滑过渡连接,另一个与所述固定部222平滑过渡连接。
如图1所示的实施例中,振膜本体221大致呈矩形设置,固定部222大致呈环状的矩形设置,以与振膜本体221进行对应,第一折环2231和第二折环2232也均为大致呈环状的矩形设置,以设在振膜本体221和固定部222之间。
请参照图1和图2,所述折环部223还包括连接相邻的两个所述第二折环2232的连接部2233,所述连接部2233与所述第二折环2232均位于所述振膜本体221的同一侧。
请参照图2,连接相邻的两个所述第二折环2232的连接部与所述第二折环2232的位置均位于所述振膜本体221的同一侧。
如图2所示的实施例中,第二折环2232设有两个,两个第二折环2232之间的连接部低于振膜本体221的水平面,也即,两个第二折环2232之间的连接部和第二折环2232的位置均在振膜本体221的下侧。
请参照图3和图4,提供的是采用前述实施例一的振膜220的发声单体,该发声单体包括磁路系统100和振动系统200。其中:
所述磁路系统100包括主磁体110和副磁体,所述副磁体设在所述主磁体110的外周,所述副磁体和所述主磁体110之间呈间隔设置并形成磁间隙130。
所述振动系统200位于所述磁路系统100的一侧,所述振动系统200包括音圈210和前述的振膜220,所述音圈210与所述振膜本体221固定,所述音圈210的靠近所述磁路系统100的一端伸入所述磁间隙130的内部。
如图3和图4所示的实施例中,磁路系统100包括中部的主磁体110和副磁体,副磁体设在主磁体110的外周,从而使得主磁体110和副磁体之间形成磁间隙130。
如图3和图4所示的实施例中,振动系统200包括音圈210和振膜220,振膜220通过固定部222固定在磁路系统100的上方,振膜220的振膜本体221下方固定音圈210,音圈210的下端伸入至磁路系统100的磁间隙130内。
请参照图3和图4,所述副磁体包括至少两个副磁单元121,至少两个所述副磁单元121呈间隔设置并环绕在所述主磁体110的外周。
如图3和图4所示的实施例中,副磁单元121环绕设在主磁体110的外周,副磁单元121和主磁体110之间呈间隔设置,该间隔形成磁间隙130,以使音圈210的靠近磁路系统100的一端伸入。
可选地,副磁单元121可以是两个,如图3和图4所示的实施例中,主磁体110的左侧设有一个副磁单元121,主磁体110的右侧也设有一个副磁单元121,副磁单元121和主磁体110之间呈间隔设置,以整体形成环状的磁间隙130,从而使磁间隙130与音圈210对应。
当然,副磁单元121也可以是三个或四个,以环绕设在主磁体110的外周,形成磁间隙130。
具体地,主磁体110可以是正方体或长方体,副磁单元121也可以是正方体或长方体,副磁单元121设在主磁体110的外周,从而形成磁间隙130。
该发声单体,由于振动系统200中的振膜采用的是前述任一个技术方案所述的振膜200,通过改变振膜200的有效辐射面积,使得总的劲度系数kms(x)与力电耦合系数Bl(x)更加匹配,从而降低了发声单体发出声音的失真度。
实施例二:
实施例二与实施例一的主要区别在于第一折环2231和第二折环2232,具体地:
请参照图5和图6,在该实施例中,所述第一折环2231连接在所述第二折环2232和所述振膜本体221之间,所述第二折环2232设有两个,两个所述第二折环2232相邻设置并连接在所述第一折环2231和所述固定部222之间。
如图4和图5所示的实施例中,第一折环2231设有一个,第二折环2232设有两个,与实施例一所不同的是,第一折环2231设在第二折环2232和振膜本体221之间,而第二折环2232设在第一折环2231和固定部222之间。
请参照图5,第一折环2231朝向振膜本体221的下侧凸出设置,两个第二折环2232均朝向振膜本体221的上侧凸出设置。
如图5所示的实施例中,第一折环2231设有一个,第二折环2232设有两个,第一折环2231的内边缘与振膜本体221的外边缘平滑过渡连接固定,两个第二折环2232通过连接部2233平滑过渡连接,内侧的第二折环2232的内边缘与第一折环2231的外边缘平滑过渡连接固定,外侧的第二折环2232的外边缘与固定部222的内边缘平滑过渡连接固定。
请参照图7,为采用实施例二的振膜220的一种发声单体,该发声单体包括磁路系统100和振动系统200。其中:
磁路系统100,所述磁路系统100包括主磁体110和副磁体,所述副磁体设在所述主磁体110的外周,所述副磁体和所述主磁体110之间呈间隔设置并形成磁间隙130。
振动系统200,所述振动系统200位于所述磁路系统100的一侧,所述振动系统200包括音圈210和如实施例二所述的振膜220,所述音圈210与所述振膜本体221固定,所述音圈210的靠近磁路系统的一端伸入所述磁间隙130的内部。
该发声单体,振动系统200中的振膜220采用前述的振膜220,使得振膜220的有效辐射面积增加,进而使总的劲度系数和力电耦合系数更加匹配,从而降低失真。
可以理解的是:
请参照图6,该采用该振膜220的发声单体中,所述副磁体包括至少两个副磁单元121,至少两个所述副磁单元121呈间隔设置并环绕在所述主磁体110的外周。
如图6所示,副磁单体可以是两个,两个副磁单元121设在主磁体110的左右两侧,两个副磁单元121和一个主磁体110配合形成磁间隙130,音圈210的下端伸入磁间隙130的内部。
在本实用新型的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本实用新型的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本实用新型中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本实用新型中的具体含义。
在本实用新型中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (10)
- 一种振膜,其特征在于,包括:振膜本体;固定部,所述固定部设在所述振膜本体的外围;及折环部,所述折环部连接在所述振膜本体和所述固定部之间,所述折环部包括第一折环和第二折环,所述第二折环和所述第一折环相邻设置,所述第二折环设有至少两个,所述第一折环朝所述振膜本体的一侧凸起设置,所述第二折环朝所述振膜本体的另一侧凸起设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的振膜,其特征在于,所述第一折环连接在所述第二折环和所述固定部之间,所述第二折环设有两个,两个所述第二折环相邻设置并连接在所述第一折环和所述振膜本体之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的振膜,其特征在于,所述第一折环连接在所述第二折环和所述振膜本体之间,所述第二折环设有两个,两个所述第二折环相邻设置并连接在所述第一折环和所述固定部之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的振膜,其特征在于,所述第一折环的截面为半圆形,所述第二折环的截面为弧形,所述第一折环的截面半径与所述第二折环的截面半径相等。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的振膜,其特征在于,所述振膜本体呈平板状设置,所述折环部呈环状绕设于所述振膜本体的周缘,所述折环部的靠近所述振膜本体的一端与所述振膜本体平滑过渡连接,所述折环部的靠近所述固定部的一端与所述固定部平滑过渡连接,所述第一折环与所述第二折环平滑过渡连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的振膜,其特征在于,所述振膜本体呈矩形设置,所述振膜本体的拐角位置呈圆弧过渡,所述第一折环和所述第二折环中的一个与所述振膜本体平滑过渡连接,另一个与所述固定部平滑过渡连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的振膜,其特征在于,所述折环部还包括连接相邻的两个所述第二折环的连接部,所述连接部与所述第二折环均位于所述振膜本体的同一侧。
- 根据权利要求5所述的振膜,其特征在于,所述固定部呈平板状设置,所述固定部与所述振膜本体处于同一水平面上。
- 一种发声单体,其特征在于,包括:磁路系统,所述磁路系统包括主磁体和副磁体,所述副磁体设在所述主磁体的外周,所述副磁体和所述主磁体之间呈间隔设置并形成磁间隙;及振动系统,所述振动系统位于所述磁路系统的一侧,所述振动系统包括音圈和如权利要求1-8任一项所述的振膜,所述音圈与所述振膜本体固定,所述音圈靠近所述磁路系统的一端伸入所述磁间隙的内部。
- 根据权利要求9所述的发声单体,其特征在于,所述副磁体包括至少两个副磁单元,至少两个所述副磁单元呈间隔设置并环绕在所述主磁体的外周。
