所述第二配合壁设有至少两个,至少两个所述第二配合壁呈间隔设在所述第一骨架的外周,且所述第二配合壁与所述第一配合壁一一对应;

在其中一个实施例中,所述音膜包括中膜、外膜和连接环,所述第三配合壁设在所述中膜的内环,所述外膜的外环与所述下盖固定,所述中膜的外环和所述外膜的内环均与所述连接环固定,所述第二骨架与所述连接环固定。
在其中一个实施例中,所述盆架还包括中框,所述中框与所述下盖固定并位于所述下盖的朝向所述上盖的一侧,所述外膜的外环与所述中框固定。
在其中一个实施例中,所述振动系统还包括定心支片,所述定心支片与所述第二骨架固定,且所述定心支片位于所述第二骨架朝向所述下盖的一侧。
在其中一个实施例中,所述振动系统还包括弹性支撑件和安装框,所述安装框与所述中框固定或所述安装框与所述下盖固定,所述弹性支撑件与所述音膜呈间隔设置,且所述弹性支撑件的外环与所述安装框固定,所述弹性支撑件的内环与所述第二骨架固定,所述定心支片位于所述弹性支撑件和所述音膜之间。
在其中一个实施例中,所述弹性支撑件设有两个,两个所述弹性支撑件呈间隔环绕设在所述第二骨架的外周。
在其中一个实施例中,所述磁路系统包括主磁体和副磁体,所述主磁体和所述副磁体均与所述下盖固定,所述副磁体设有至少两个,至少两个所述副磁体呈间隔环绕在所述主磁体的外周,且所述副磁体和所述主磁体之间呈间隔设置并形成所述磁间隙。
在其中一个实施例中,所述上盖设有四个第一配合壁,四个所述第一配合壁呈间隔设在所述上盖的外周;所述第二配合壁设有四个,四个所述第二配合壁与所述第一配合壁一一对应;所述第三配合壁设有四个,四个所述第三配合壁与所述第二配合壁一一对应。
在其中一个实施例中,所述上盖设有第四配合壁,所述第四配合壁与所述第一配合壁的边缘固定并沿水平方向延伸设置,所述副磁体设有四个,所述副磁体与所述第四配合壁一一对应,所述副磁体的相对两侧分别与所述下盖和所述第四配合壁连接,相邻的所述第四配合壁之间形成避让间隙;
所述第二骨架的内环设有第五配合壁,所述第五配合壁设有四个,所述第五配合壁与所述避让间隙一一对应,所述音圈与四个所述第五配合壁固定。
另一个实施例还提供了一种扬声器,包括如上述任一个技术方案所述的发声单体。
上述扬声器,包括前述任一个技术方案所述的发声单体,音膜和磁路系统的同心度更高,提高了发声单体的产品性能。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明:
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
一个实施例提供了一种发声单体,请参照图1至图5、图7,该发声单体包括盆架100、磁路系统200和振动系统300。
磁路系统200和振动系统300均设在盆架100上,磁路系统200使振动系统300进行振动,以发出声音。
请参照图1和图2,所述盆架100包括上盖110和下盖120,所述上盖110和所述下盖120配合形成容纳空间101,所述上盖110的外周设有第一配合壁111。
请参照图1和图2,所述磁路系统200与所述下盖120固定并位于所述容纳空间101,所述磁路系统200形成有磁间隙230。
请参照图1和图2,所述振动系统300包括第一骨架310、第二骨架320、音膜330和音圈340,所述第一骨架310呈环状设置,所述第一骨架310设有第二配合壁311,所述第二配合壁311与所述第一配合壁111对应设置,以使所述第一骨架310配合于所述上盖110的外周,所述音膜330的内环与所述第一骨架310的外环固定,所述音膜330的外环与所述下盖120固定,所述第二骨架320呈环状设置,所述第二骨架320与所述音膜330固定并位于所述音膜330的朝向所述磁路系统200的一侧,所述音圈340与所述第二骨架320固定,所述音圈340伸入所述磁间隙230的内部。
第一配合壁111与第二配合壁311对应设置,使第一骨架310和上盖110具有更高的配合定位精度;同时,音膜330与第一骨架310配合,第二骨架320设在音膜330上,音圈340又设在第二骨架320上,而音圈340与磁路系统200的磁间隙230对应,因而,在整体的发声单体中,音膜330与磁路系统200的同心度得到了保证。
如图1和图2所示的实施例中,上盖110位于下盖120的上方,音膜330位于上盖110的外围,音膜330和上盖110之间设有第一骨架310,第一骨架310呈环状设置,因此,第一配合壁111和第二配合壁311在配合时,保证了音膜330相对第一骨架310和上盖110的位置精度。同时,第二骨架320设在音膜330的下方,而音圈340与第二骨架320固定,音圈340又与磁路系统200的磁间隙230对应,而磁路系统200又与下盖120固定,从而在整体结构中,音膜330与磁路系统200的同心度也得到了保证。
该发声单体,第一骨架310相当于音膜330的安装支撑结构,第一配合壁111与第二配合壁311通过面接触装配,不仅保证了音膜330与上盖110的安装精度,进而保证整体结构中音膜330和磁路系统200的同心度,而且还减少音膜330胶合面边宽,减少胶合工序,提高装配效率,并有效增加音膜330的有效辐射面积,提高发声单体的产品性能。
请参照图1、图2、图4和图5,所述音膜330的内环设有第三配合壁3311,所述第三配合壁3311与所述第二配合壁311对应设置。
请参照图7,所述第一配合壁111设有至少两个,至少两个所述第一配合壁111呈间隔设在所述上盖110的外周。
请参照图5,所述第二配合壁311设有至少两个,至少两个所述第二配合壁311呈间隔设在所述第一骨架310的外周,且所述第二配合壁311与所述第一配合壁111一一对应。
请参照图4,所述第三配合壁3311设有至少两个,至少两个所述第三配合壁3311呈间隔设在所述音膜330的内环,且所述第三配合壁3311与所述第二配合壁311一一对应。
请参照图1、图2、图4和图5,第一配合壁111、第二配合壁311和第三配合壁3311均设有四个。如此设置,在整个结构安装之后,相当于第一骨架310环扣在上盖110的外围,音膜330环扣在第一骨架310的外围,形成环环相扣的配合结构,使得配合定位精度更高,最终提高音膜330与磁路系统200的同心度。
请参照图1和图2,所述音膜330包括中膜331、外膜332和连接环333,所述第三配合壁3311设在所述中膜331的内环,所述外膜332的外环与所述下盖120固定,所述中膜331的外环和所述外膜332的内环均与所述连接环333固定,所述第二骨架320与所述连接环333固定。
请参照图1和图2,中膜331还设有朝上盖110一侧凸设的第一折环,外膜332还设有朝下盖120一侧凸设的第二折环。
请参照图1和图2,所述盆架100还包括中框130,所述中框130与所述下盖120固定并位于所述下盖120的朝向所述上盖110的一侧,所述外膜332的外环与所述中框130固定。
如图2所示的实施例中,中框130的下端与下盖120的上方固定,上盖110、中框130和下盖120共同配合形成容纳空间101,磁路系统200设在容纳空间101,而外膜332的外边缘与中框130固定。
请参照图1和图2,所述振动系统300还包括定心支片350,所述定心支片350与所述第二骨架320固定,且所述定心支片350位于所述第二骨架320朝向所述下盖120的一侧。
工作时,磁路系统200产生磁场,音圈340在磁间隙230内活动,从而带动第二骨架320活动,定心支片350的设置保证音圈340只在上下方向移动,这里不再赘述。
请参照图1和图2,所述振动系统300还包括弹性支撑件360和安装框370,所述安装框370与所述中框130固定或所述安装框370与所述下盖120固定,所述弹性支撑件360与所述音膜330呈间隔设置,且所述弹性支撑件360的外环与所述安装框370固定,所述弹性支撑件360的内环与所述第二骨架320固定,所述定心支片350位于所述弹性支撑件360和所述音膜330之间。
如图1和图2所示的实施例中,下盖120形成有多个环形台阶,安装框370与下盖120最上方的台阶面配合,而定心支片350的边缘位于下盖120和安装框370之间,弹性支撑件360的内边缘与第二骨架320固定,弹性支撑件360的外边缘与安装框370固定。
进一步地,如图1和图2所示的实施例中,弹性支撑件360可以是振膜结构。
请参照图1和图2,所述弹性支撑件360设有两个,两个所述弹性支撑件360呈间隔环绕设在所述第二骨架320的外周。
如图1和图2所示的实施例中,弹性支撑件360设有两个,分别位于磁路系统200的左侧和右侧。
请参照图1和图2,所述磁路系统200包括主磁体210和副磁体220,所述主磁体210和所述副磁体220均与所述下盖120固定,所述副磁体220设有至少两个,至少两个所述副磁体220呈间隔环绕在所述主磁体210的外周,且所述副磁体220和所述主磁体210之间呈间隔设置并形成所述磁间隙230。
如图1和图2所示的实施例中,主磁体210可以包括上磁块、下磁块和主极芯,主极芯设在上磁块和下磁块之间,副磁体220设在主磁体210的外周,副磁体220和主磁体210均固定在下盖120的内侧底壁上,且副磁体220与主磁体210之间呈间隔设置,从而使主磁体210和副磁体220之间形成磁间隙230,音圈340的下端伸入磁间隙230的内部。
请参照图7,所述上盖110设有四个第一配合壁111,四个所述第一配合壁111呈间隔设在所述上盖110的外周。
请参照图5,所述第二配合壁311设有四个,四个所述第二配合壁311与所述第一配合壁111一一对应。
请参照图4,所述第三配合壁3311设有四个,四个所述第三配合壁3311与所述第二配合壁311一一对应。
请参照图7,所述上盖110设有第四配合壁112,所述第四配合壁112与所述第一配合壁111的边缘固定并沿水平方向延伸设置,所述副磁体220设有四个,所述副磁体220与所述第四配合壁112一一对应,所述副磁体220的相对两侧分别与所述下盖120和所述第四配合壁112连接,相邻的所述第四配合壁112之间形成避让间隙。
如图1所示的实施例中,第一配合壁111、第二配合壁311和第三配合壁3311均一一对应,因此,相邻第一配合壁111/相邻第二配合壁311/相邻第三配合壁3311之间的间隙为避让间隙,且避让间隙有四个,而第二骨架320的四个第五配合壁321通过避让间隙,使得音圈340通过第五配合壁321与第二骨架320连接,当音圈340在磁间隙230的内部运动时,带动第二骨架320运动,从而最终带动音膜330振动,不再赘述。
请参照图6,所述第二骨架320的内环设有第五配合壁321,所述第五配合壁321设有四个,所述第五配合壁321与所述避让间隙一一对应,所述音圈340与四个所述第五配合壁321固定。
如图7所示的实施例中,第一配合壁111的下端边缘朝外侧延伸形成水平的第四配合壁112;如图2所示的实施例中,第四配合壁112的下壁面与副磁体220的上表面配合;参考如图1和图2可知,第五配合壁321通过避让间隙靠近音圈340,以使音圈340通过第五配合壁321与第二骨架320连接,避让间隙提供了第二骨架320与音圈340连接的有效避让空间,同时也保证了振动空间。
另一个实施例还提供了一种扬声器,包括如上述任一个实施例所述的发声单体。
该扬声器,包括前述的发声单体,音膜330和磁路系统200的同心度更高,提高了发声单体的产品性能。
进一步地,扬声器包括壳体,壳体开设有出声口,发声单体固定在壳体的内部。
发声单体在工作时发出声音,声音通过出声口传播至壳体的外部,这里不再赘述。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种发声单体,其特征在于,包括:
    盆架,所述盆架包括上盖和下盖,所述上盖和所述下盖配合形成容纳空间,所述上盖的外周设有第一配合壁;
    磁路系统,所述磁路系统与所述下盖固定并位于所述容纳空间,所述磁路系统形成有磁间隙;及
    振动系统,所述振动系统包括第一骨架、第二骨架、音膜和音圈,所述第一骨架呈环状设置,所述第一骨架设有第二配合壁,所述第二配合壁与所述第一配合壁对应设置,以使所述第一骨架配合于所述上盖的外周,所述音膜的内环与所述第一骨架的外环固定,所述音膜的外环与所述下盖固定,所述第二骨架呈环状设置,所述第二骨架与所述音膜固定并位于所述音膜的朝向所述磁路系统的一侧,所述音圈与所述第二骨架固定,所述音圈伸入所述磁间隙的内部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声单体,其特征在于,所述音膜的内环设有第三配合壁,所述第三配合壁与所述第二配合壁对应设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发声单体,其特征在于,所述第一配合壁设有至少两个,至少两个所述第一配合壁呈间隔设在所述上盖的外周;
    所述第二配合壁设有至少两个,至少两个所述第二配合壁呈间隔设在所述第一骨架的外周,且所述第二配合壁与所述第一配合壁一一对应;
    所述第三配合壁设有至少两个,至少两个所述第三配合壁呈间隔设在所述音膜的内环,且所述第三配合壁与所述第二配合壁一一对应。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的发声单体,其特征在于,所述音膜包括中膜、外膜和连接环,所述第三配合壁设在所述中膜的内环,所述外膜的外环与所述下盖固定,所述中膜的外环和所述外膜的内环均与所述连接环固定,所述第二骨架与所述连接环固定。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的发声单体,其特征在于,所述盆架还包括中框,所述中框与所述下盖固定并位于所述下盖的朝向所述上盖的一侧,所述外膜的外环与所述中框固定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发声单体,其特征在于,所述振动系统还包括定心支片,所述定心支片与所述第二骨架固定,且所述定心支片位于所述第二骨架朝向所述下盖的一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的发声单体,其特征在于,所述振动系统还包括弹性支撑件和安装框,所述安装框与所述中框固定或所述安装框与所述下盖固定,所述弹性支撑件与所述音膜呈间隔设置,且所述弹性支撑件的外环与所述安装框固定,所述弹性支撑件的内环与所述第二骨架固定,所述定心支片位于所述弹性支撑件和所述音膜之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的发声单体,其特征在于,所述弹性支撑件设有两个,两个所述弹性支撑件呈间隔环绕设在所述第二骨架的外周。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的发声单体,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括主磁体和副磁体,所述主磁体和所述副磁体均与所述下盖固定,所述副磁体设有至少两个,至少两个所述副磁体呈间隔环绕在所述主磁体的外周,且所述副磁体和所述主磁体之间呈间隔设置并形成所述磁间隙。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的发声单体,其特征在于,所述上盖设有四个第一配合壁,四个所述第一配合壁呈间隔设在所述上盖的外周;所述第二配合壁设有四个,四个所述第二配合壁与所述第一配合壁一一对应;所述第三配合壁设有四个,四个所述第三配合壁与所述第二配合壁一一对应。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的发声单体,其特征在于,所述上盖设有第四配合壁,所述第四配合壁与所述第一配合壁的边缘固定并沿水平方向延伸设置,所述副磁体设有四个,所述副磁体与所述第四配合壁一一对应,所述副磁体的相对两侧分别与所述下盖和所述第四配合壁连接,相邻的所述第四配合壁之间形成避让间隙;
    所述第二骨架的内环设有第五配合壁,所述第五配合壁设有四个,所述第五配合壁与所述避让间隙一一对应,所述音圈与四个所述第五配合壁固定。
  12. 一种扬声器,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的发声单体。
