각도조절이 가능한 턱받이
본 발명은 턱받이에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 턱받이 하단의 포켓부를 사용자의 상태 또는 사용상태에 따라 전방으로 각도를 형성하면서 폴딩할 수 있는 각도조절이 가능한 턱받이에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 유아나 환자, 노인은 침을 잘 흘리고, 음료나 음식물을 섭취하면서 옷이나 바닥 등에 떨어뜨리거나 흘리는 경우가 많으므로 유아나 환자의 턱에 착용시키는 턱받이가 널리 이용되어 왔다.
종래의 턱받이는 사용자의 목부분에 고정시키기 위해 목 뒷부분에 위치하는 끈 형태로 구비되어 벨크로나 스냅단추 또는 묶어서 결속시키는 결속요소를 구비한 착용끈과, 사용자의 턱 아래측에 넓은 면적으로 구비되어 흘리는 침이나 콧물 또는 이유식이나 우유 등이 떨어지는 받이면으로 이루어진다.

본 발명은 상술한 종래기술의 문제점을 해결하고자 하는 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 사용자의 자세가 구부려지거나 사용상태에 따라 착용된 턱받이가 구부려지더라도 손상이 되지 않는 턱받이를 제공하는 것이다.
또한, 본 발명의 다른 목적은 필요에 따라 턱받이의 각도를 조절할 수 있도록 구성되어, 구부러진 상태에서도 파손되지 않고 음식물이나 오물을 제대로 수용할 수 있는 각도조절이 가능한 턱받이를 제공하는 것이다.
상술한 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명에 의한 각도조절이 가능한 턱받이는, 사용자의 목과 상반신 상부를 커버하는 본체부와, 상기 본체부의 상단에 일체로 형성되며 사용자의 목을 감싸는 목걸이부와, 상기 본체부의 하단에 형성되며 흘러내리는 음식물이나 오물을 수용하는 포켓부와, 상기 본체부의 이면의 양측부에 부착되어 서로 각도 조절이 가능하도록 구성되는 한 쌍의 지지바를 갖는 각도조절부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상술한 구성을 가지는 본 발명의 각도조절이 가능한 턱받이에 의하면, 상기 각도조절부의 구성에 의해, 상기 본체부와 상기 포켓부를 상방으로 들어올려지도록 각도조절이 가능하므로 사용자의 자세가 구부려지거나 사용상태에 따라 착용된 턱받이가 구부려지더라도 손상이 되지 않고, 턱받이의 각도를 조절할 수 있도록 구성되어, 구부러진 상태에서도 파손되지 않고 음식물이나 오물을 제대로 수용할 수 있고, 사용이 간편하고 사용이 완료된 후에도 간단하게 세척이 가능하다.
