Abstract

The present invention relates to an order and cargo transport system (1) enabling people to receive the incoming cargoes remotely in places such as housing estates, sites, apartments, lodgings, hotels and/or to order and make payment for their daily needs from the market (M) in the closed area from their homes and rooms, and to receive their cargoes coming to the site independently of people.

Description

ORDER AND CARGO TRANSPORT SYSTEM
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an order and cargo transport system enabling people to order and make payment for their daily needs from markets in closed areas such as sites, apartments, lodgings, hotels and to receive their orders from their homes, rooms with horizontal and vertical transport units in the closed area.
Prior Art
In housing estates such as sites, it may be a long and difficult process for residents to meet their market needs. In some sites, there are markets within the site, and thus the needs can be met relatively more quickly from the market within the site. Although there is a market within the site, it takes a long time to go to the market, come from the market and complete the shopping, particularly since the residential areas of large sites are very big. This situation may form a greater problem to residents or disabled citizens trying to get to work in the morning. Some markets deliver their orders themselves, however, this causes additional costs and long delivery times due to limited manpower. In large sites, grocery shopping causes an increase in human traffic within the site. There are couriers using elevators and trying to deliver orders. With the present application, it is possible to do shopping remotely from the markets within the site and to deliver the shopping home with mechanical carriers.
As a result of "foreigners who are not attendant at the site" delivering the orders or cargos from outside, there may be a security gap in addition to the problem of increase in human traffic mentioned above. More than 500 daily deliveries can be performed in a site with an average of 500 residences. This means that 500 foreigners can move freely and in an uncontrolled way within the site. Furthermore, this foreign human traffic can allow the disease to spread rapidly in the collective living space during pandemic periods.
Another problem related to cargo deliveries in places such as sites and housing estates is that cargo delivery cannot be performed when the residents are not at home. In such a case, the resident of the site must go to the cargo branch for the cargo delivery or the cargo is returned.
Today, there are some applications for giving orders from far and automatic delivery of cargoes independently of people. The majority of these applications are about receiving orders remotely, delivering orders with drone, and some of these applications are presented below.
In the United States patent document No: US20170203857A1 in the state of the art, a remote product delivery system is described. In said system, product order, payment and tracking can be made with mobile application. With the help of a drone, the product can be delivered to the desired area of the house. In the present application, the user can order and make payment for daily needs such as a market from home, the order is reported to the market section in the site or apartment, and after the order is prepared, the order is automatically served to the user's home with the help of the horizontal and vertical transport line in the site. In the present application, it can also be delivered to the user's home without any courier, with the help of the horizontal and vertical transport line after received from a point such as site security for orders outside.
An order delivery system is described in the Korean patent document No: KR20160081345 A in the state of the art. In said order system, the user can give remote delivery confirmation for the incoming cargo, and then the user can receive the incoming order from a storage area. In the system described in the present application, the cargo coming to the user can be received from a point at the entrance of the site and delivered to the owner s home through the transport line. After the cargo is received, the cargo can be carried within the site without any courier and automatically delivered to the owner's home, and remote delivery confirmation can be done.
At present, cargoes are distributed by couriers entering into sites in collective living spaces. In some applications, cargoes are received from a point and then the cargo owners come to that point and receive their cargo by hand. At present, in crowded places such as the site, where many people live collectively, there is no application for receiving the cargoes from one point and distributing them to the residents on the horizontal and vertical transport lines installed in the site automatically independently of any carrier courier. With the present application, cargo, grocery shopping, food orders, etc. are automatically distributed within the site.
At present, the market service can be provided in places such as sites. However, the orders and distribution of the orders are performed by a courier. In some applications, the market orders are delivered independently of the courier with the help of a drone. In the present application, the residents of the site can give their market order from their home in places such as the site, and after the market prepares the order, it can deliver the order to the relevant house independently of the person with a horizontal and vertical transport line. At the same time, the user can make payment for the order and make the delivery confirmation through this system.
With the patent application, the technical problems mentioned above are solved; the market order is delivered to homes of each site resident with the transport line in the site. Further, cargo and orders coming from outside the site can also be delivered to each site resident through the closed transport line in the site, and delivery confirmation can be done. Thus, orders can be delivered with minimum contact without anyone being taken into the site, and maximum security is provided at a time of infectious diseases such as a pandemic.
Objects of the Invention
The object of the present invention is to provide an order and cargo transport system enabling people to order and make payment for their daily needs from markets in closed areas such as sites, apartments, lodgings, hotels and to receive their orders from their homes, rooms with horizontal and vertical transport units in the closed area.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an order and cargo transport system enabling the delivery of the cargoes coming to places such as sites, apartments, lodgings and hotels to the relevant flats with horizontal and vertical transport units from a point such as site security.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an order and cargo transport system preventing people to enter the site for the purpose of bringing orders to places such as sites, apartments, lodgings and hotels, reducing the human traffic in the site, preventing security weakness and shortening delivery times.
Another object of the present invention is to perform an order and cargo transport system enabling the orders coming in places such as sites, apartments, lodgings, hotels to be disinfected during transport and delivered to the order owner.
Brief Description of the Invention
An order and cargo transport system defined in the first claim and other claims depending on this claim, which is performed to achieve the object of this invention, provides automatically transportation for the cargo directly to a user residing in the site, which can perform horizontal and perpendicular (vertical) transport within the buildings, residences, offices, housing estates, sites or lodgings. The order and cargo transport system allows the user to give online orders and payments for their market-like needs, as well as to deliver the user's order directly to the user through the horizontal and vertical transport system. With the order and cargo transport system, the user can give an online market order with a device such as a smart device, tablet or mobile phone and pay for the order online from home.
The order and cargo transport system works in a closed place such as a site, housing estate, and lodging. Transport (delivery) cabins are used to deliver market orders or external cargoes to the user. The transport cabin is located at different stops in the site such as site security, site market. All transport cabins in the site work on horizontal and vertical transport units. A cargo or order coming to the site security is placed in the transport cabin at the security point, and the relevant flat is selected from the cargo delivery screen and delivered to the relevant flat through the carriers. Another transport stop of the order and cargo transport system is in the site market. The user can give the market order and make payment via the smart device at home. The order given by the user comes to the market order screen. After the user's order is prepared in the market, the product is placed in the transport cabin, information such as the order code, delivery cabin number, the relevant flat of the products and their cabin number and the user are entered to the order taking and sending screen and the products are delivered directly to the user's delivery stop via the carriers. The user receives the order from the transport cabin coming to his/her flat and transmits the delivery information to the relevant places via the smart device. Therefore, in places such as site, housing estates, the user can receive orders from home, and the site market or security can send the user's order directly to the relevant flat.

In the order and cargo transport system (1) of the invention, a transport mechanism is used for the distribution of market orders and incoming cargo. The transport mechanism is installed between all flats in the housing estate and delivery points such as the market (M) where daily needs orders are received and/or the security (G) entrance where cargo deliveries are desired to be taken. Therefore, market orders and/or cargo deliveries can be taken from one stop and distributed to all flats. The transport mechanism can be different structures and equipment according to the characteristics of the housing estate. While a mechanical structure having the characteristic of horizontal transport can be used only in sites consisting of detached houses (housing estates), a mechanical structure that can perform both horizontal transport and vertical transport can be used in high-rise or multi-storey buildings. According to many variables such as the transportation mechanism, the characteristics of the housing estate, the characteristics of each house, the types of flats, the number of floors, whether the car park is underground, cost, economic preferences, whether the transportation system is adapted to the housing estate and area/floor reserved for the transport system, the transport mechanism can be selected in a structure that can carry only horizontal or only vertical and/or both horizontal and vertical (vertical) transport. The transport mechanism used in the order and cargo transport system (1) of the present invention is determined according to the housing estate structure; it comprises at least one horizontal transport unit (2) and/or at least one vertical transport unit (3).
In an embodiment of the present invention, the transport mechanism comprises both horizontal transport unit (2) and vertical transport unit (3). Said horizontal and vertical transport units (2, 3) are located between the market stop (6) in the market (M) area where the market orders are taken and the user stop (8) inside the flats. The horizontal and vertical transport units (2, 3) are located between all flats in the housing estate and the market (M) and they can move around the entire housing estate such that the market orders are transferred to each flat.
The transport mechanism used in the preferred embodiment of the invention comprises at least one horizontal transport unit (2) and at least one vertical transport unit (3). The horizontal and vertical transport unit (2, 3) surrounds inside of all housing state (site). In this application, the horizontal and vertical transport unit (2, 3) is used for market shopping as well as delivering the cargo coming to the site. The horizontal and vertical transport unit (2, 3) are planned and assembled to surround the whole site between the market stop (6), the cargo stop (7) and the user stops (8) in such a way that there is at least one for each flat. At least one user is defined for each flat and also more than one user can be defined for each flat.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the horizontal and vertical transport units (2, 3) are connected to each other and there is a movement mechanism for carrying on it. The transport cabin (4) moves on said movement mechanism. The market orders and the cargo transport can be done by the transport cabin (4) moving on the horizontal and vertical transport units (2, 3) or by the horizontal and vertical transport units (2, 3) moving the transport cabin (4) and carrying it to the relevant place. In the order and cargo transport system (1), the transport can be performed in both ways with the transport cabin (4).
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the transport mechanism comprises the horizontal transport unit (2), the vertical transport unit (3) and the transport cabin (4). The horizontal transport unit (2), the vertical transport unit (3) and the transport cabinet (4) are preferably controlled by a control unit (5). The control unit (5) comprises at least one processor, memory, communication unit performing wired and wireless communication, and basic equipment such as battery. The control unit (5) is adapted to perform wired and wireless communication with the horizontal transport unit (2), vertical transport unit (3) and the transport cabin (4). The control unit (5) is adapted to determine and control the operation, stopping, direction of movement, speed of movement, and movement mode of the horizontal transport unit (2), vertical transport unit (3) and transport cabin (4). The control unit (5) is adapted to operate, stop and follow the transport the horizontal transport unit (2), vertical transport unit (3) and transport cabin (4) for transporting the cargo and order with the preferred sorting and manner.
Horizontal transport units (2) and vertical transport units (3) are manufactured during or after the construction of house according to the housing estate architecture and characteristics. The vertical transport unit (3) preferably is at least one in each block of the housing estate. The vertical transport units (3) are preferably positioned in the shaft cavity within the blocks (Figure 1). The vertical transport unit (3) preferably passes through the car parks under the blocks and comes under each block and from here moves vertically/perpendicularly through the shaft cavity along the entire block. The vertical transport unit (3) is located in the shaft cavity, preferably in the shaft cavity over one single line. The vertical transport units (3) are preferably positioned in the shaft cavity so that they pass through each user stop (8). Thus, the transport cabin (4) can reach to each user stop (8) by moving on the vertical transport unit (3). The user stops (8) are preferably located in the kitchen of each flat (figure 1, figure 4, and figure 5) and the vertical transport unit (3) is located in a vertical line, in a vertical shaft cavity from the kitchen of each flat. Depending on the housing estates or the preference of the users, the vertical transport unit (3) can be located in another room of the flats or in the entrance area where the flat entrance doors are.
The vertical transport units (3) are located along a linear line to reach all flats in each block of the housing estate, and connects with the horizontal transport unit (2) in the bottom of each block or in the building where the blocks are connected or in the underground or overground transmission tunnel (gallery) between the buildings or in the parking section (Figure 1). The horizontal transport unit (2) is preferably positioned on the parking floor of the housing estate so that it will circulate all the blocks and the security (G) entrance in the housing estate. In an embodiment of the present invention, the horizontal transport unit (2) surrounds the housing estate in a circular manner or in the form of a round trip over a single line, so that it connects with the market stop (6), the cargo stop (7) and the lowest part of the vertical transport units (3). The market stop (6) in the market (M) area in the site, the cargo stop (7) in the site security and the user stops (8) in the flats are connected to each other in the form of a transport network with the horizontal and vertical transport units (2, 3). Therefore, the transport cabin (4) can reach all stops (6, 7, 8) and each point in the housing estate with the horizontal and vertical transport units (2, 3).
In an embodiment of the present invention, the market orders and cargo deliveries are provided by a transport cabin (4) moving on the horizontal and vertical transport units (2, 3). A separate transport cabin (4) can be used for the market orders and a separate transport cabin (4) can be used for the cargo delivery, and also all transports can be provided with a single transport cabin (4). The transport cabin (4) is mounted on the horizontal transport unit and/or the vertical transport unit (2, 3) directly or by a movement mechanism. The transport cabin (4) moves on the horizontal transport unit and/or the vertical transport unit (2, 3) between the market stop (6), the cargo stop (7) and the user stops (8). The orders given during the market shopping to the transport cabin (4), the items put in the transport cabin (4) are transmitted to the users with the user stop (8) by placing the cargo for the user.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the transport cabin (4) comprises technical elements that can disinfect the products carried in it. In one embodiment, the items carried in the transport cabin (4) are disinfected with liquid or gas disinfectant during transportation. There is a small storage for liquid disinfection and a nozzle for spraying disinfection in the transport cabin (4). During transportation, disinfection of the items is also provided with the disinfectant sprayed from the nozzles. In another embodiment of the present invention, a UV light source is used for the disinfection process. The transport cabin (4) comprises at least one UV light source. The UV light source produces UV light that kills germs and viruses. During transportation, the UV light source is working and the items are disinfected with the UV rays. The control and operation of the nozzle and the UV light source used for disinfection processes are preferably provided by the control unit (5). Therefore, when the market order or cargo package comes to the user, it is delivered to the user in a disinfected form.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the transport cabinet (4) comprises a camera and/or a scale. Whether there is a product in the transport cabin or not, the weight of the product or the image of the product in the cabin can be monitored by the user and the market with the camera or the scale. The camera or scale in the transport cabin (4) is also used for product returns. When the user wants to return the product, the product is controlled with the camera or scale in the cabin, and it is verified whether the product has been returned. In an embodiment of the present invention, the movement of the transport cabin (4) is performed over the control screens. The control screen is located at a single point or for each stop as the user screen (9), the market screen (10) and the cargo screen (11). In the preferred embodiment of the order and cargo transport system (1) of the invention, there is at least one user screen (9) in the flat where each user is located, at least one market screen (10) in each market and the cargo screen (11) at the cargo distribution stop. Said user screen (9), the market screen (10) and the cargo screen (11) are preferably a smart device and there is an order and cargo tracking application (12). The user screen (9), the market screen (10) and the cargo screen (11) are a smart device such as a tablet or computer that has hardware such as an electronic processor, memory, internet access unit. In an embodiment of the present invention, the screen used as a smart building diaphone system can also be used as the User screen (9), the market screen (10) and the cargo screen (11).
A single application (12) can be used in the user screen (9), the market screen (10) and the cargo screen (11), as well as there is a separate application (12) for the market orders and a separate application (12) for the cargo delivery. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the user can do the market order, payment, and cargo delivery on the user screen (9) by using a single application (12).
In an embodiment of the present invention, the user screen (9), the market screen (10) and the cargo screen (11) are cooperating devices that can communicate with each other and receive commands, messages and signals from each other. The user uses the user screen (9) for the market shopping and payment processes. The user can work in integration with the market screen (10) through the application (12) within the screen (9). In the preferred embodiment of the invention, in each flat, room or hotel room, there is a user screen (9) near the user's stop (8). The person living in the flat or staying in the room give his/her all order on the user screen (9) for any market (M) needs. The order and cargo tracking application (12) runs in the user screen (9). The user screen (9) is adapted to list all the products for the market shopping, to take orders, to determine the total price of the order and to show it to the user. The user can form the market shopping list on the user screen (9) and pay for said shopping from here. The user screen (9) is adapted to do shopping and payment by credit card and can receive payment confirmation and receive payment by credit card by connecting to the relevant bank servers during the payment process. After the user does and approves his/her shopping on the user screen (9), the user's order is displayed on the market screen (10) in the market (M) as there is a new order. The officer in the market (M) sees the products requested by the user and whether the payment has been done or not on the market screen (10). The market screen (10) is adapted to receive the order given from the user screen (9), to transmit the order ready information to the user screen (9) when the order is prepared, and to transmit the order sent information when the order is sent. When the shopping assistant prepares the products, he/she put the products into the transport cabin (4) waiting at the market stop (6) and then does the confirmation process by entering the relevant order on the market screen (10) or by entering the flat number or by entering the information in which transport cabin the products are put into the selected order on the screen. Said order sending instruction entered on the market screen (10) is preferably transmitted to the control unit (5). The control unit (5) transmits the movement and direction instructions to the transport cabin (4), the horizontal transport unit (2) and the vertical transport unit (3) in order to transmit the transport cabin (4) located at the market stop (6) to the relevant flat. The transport cabin (4) moves in the horizontal transport unit (2) with the instruction coming from the control unit (5) and connects to the vertical transport unit (3) of the block from which the order is received and goes to the relevant floor and the user stop. In an embodiment of the present invention, the transport cabin (4) is in the form of a linear motor (linear motor) and can move by passing between the honzontal transport unit (2) and the vertical transport unit (3). In another embodiment of the present invention, the loads in the transport cabin (4) can be transferred to another transport cabin (4) and the transport can be performed between the horizontal transport unit (2) and the vertical transport unit (3). In another embodiment of the present invention, the transport cabin (4) is moved by a hydraulic system and a transition between the horizontal transport unit (2) and the vertical transport unit (3) is provided.
The transport cabin (4) can start to move in the horizontal transport unit (2) or the vertical transport unit (3). When the transport cabin (4) reaches the junction of the horizontal transport unit (2) and the vertical transport unit (3) of the block to be ordered, it moves on the vertical transport unit (3) and moves up to the floor where the order is received and the use stop (8). The transport cabin (4) stops when it comes to the user stop (8) of the person giving the order. When the transport cabin (4) comes to the users stop (8), an order ready message and an audible warning are preferably displayed on the user screen (9). The user opens the transport cabin (4) at the users stop (8), takes his/her orders from the cabin, and preferably gives the confirmation that he/she has received the order via the user screen (9). In another embodiment of the present invention, the transport cabin (4) has a lock mechanism to be opened with a password. The user can unlock the transport cabin (4) by entering the password. When the market (M) authority sends the order with the transport cabin (4), it also transmits a password to the user screen (9) to open the transport cabin (4) or the user can use a fixed user password. The user opens the transport cabin (4) by entering said password.
When the user receives the market order, he/she preferably transmits the information that the order has been received via the user screen (9) or gives confirmation that the order has been received via the transport cabin (4). Said order received information and confirmation are preferably transmitted to the control unit (5). After the control unit (5) receives the confirmation of order received, it moves the transport cabin (4) from the vertical transport unit (3) where it is located first to the horizontal transport unit (2), then, by moving it in the horizontal transport unit (2), it directs it to the market stop (6) and shifts it to the standby operating mode at the market (M) for new orders.
Residents of the site give their market orders via the user screen (9), the order is transmitted to the market (M) via the market screen (10), after the order is prepared in the market, and it is placed in the transport cabin (4). After the market authority puts the order in the transport cabin (4), he/she gives the order send command to direct the order to the relevant flat and the user stop (8) via the market screen (10). After said command is received by the control unit (5), the transport cabin (4) moves up to the relevant vertical transport unit (3) connection in the horizontal transport unit (2) and passes to the vertical transport unit (3) and arrives at the user stop (8) of the relevant flat. The user receives his/her order from the transport cabin (4) and sends the transport cabin (4) again through the control unit (5). When the user prefers to carry a disinfected order, the order is sterilized with the liquid disinfectant or the UV light source through the control unit (5) in the cabin. By means of the order and cargo transport system (1), the orders in the site can be delivered independently of people, and the user can give remote orders and make payments. Therefore, there is no need for people to continuously enter the site for the market shopping.
In the order and cargo transportation system (1), the delivery of the cargoes coming to the site is carried out independent from people, similar to the distribution of market orders. When a cargo comes to someone living in the site, the cargo authority preferably brings the cargo to the site security. In site security, there is a cargo screen (11). The cargo screen (11) is adapted to communicate with the user screen (9), to exchange signals, to transmit the cargo to the relevant user through the transport cabin (4), to receive the cargo delivery confirmation when the cargo is delivered and to transmit the confirmation to the control unit (5). When a cargo comes to someone living in the site, the cargo authority preferably brings the cargo to the site security. After receiving the cargo, the site security puts the cargo in the transport cabin (4) at the cargo stop (7) or calls the transport cabin (4) to the cargo stop through the cargo screen (11). Site security or the person who will deal with the cargo delivery puts the cargo to be delivered in the transport cabin (4), then enters the information of the flat to which the cargo will be transmitted via the cargo screen (11) and gives the confirmation to send the cargo. In an embodiment of the invention, after the cargo to be delivered is put in the transport cabin (4), the cargo can be sent by entering the sender, sender company and product content information to be transmitted to the user via the cargo screen (11). Therefore, all information about the cargo can be transmitted to the user before or with the cargo. In another application of the invention, the site security uses a common code or barcode system with the cargo company, so that the cargo and delivery information coming to the site can be taken into the system.
In an embodiment of the invention, by means of the order and cargo transport system (1), even when the user is not in his/her flat, he/she can receive the incoming orders with the command he/she will give from his mobile device, keep them in a storage until they reach the user's flat, and receive the order by giving a delivery order from the user screen (9) in the user's flat or from the mobile application.
The send cargo confirmation is preferably transmitted to the control unit (5). The control unit (5) moves the transport cabin (4) until it reaches the relevant flat block on the horizontal transport unit (2) after receiving the confirmation of sending or accepting cargo. Then, when it comes to the relevant flat block, a transition is performed from the horizontal transport unit (2) to the vertical transport unit (3) and the floor is reached in the vertical direction. When the transport cabin (4) comes to the user stop (9) where the flat is located, the cargo arrived message and the audio warning are performed via the user screen (9). The flat resident receives his/her cargo from the transport cabin (4) at the user stop (8) and sends the transport cabin (4) again via the control unit (5). When the user prefers to deliver the disinfected cargo, it is sterilized by means of the control unit (5) in the cargo transport cabin (4) with the liquid disinfectant or UV light source. By means of the order and cargo transport system (1), the cargo deliveries within the site can be delivered independently of people. Therefore, there is no need for people coming from outside the site to enter the site for the cargo delivery. At the same time, there is a decrease in the use of passenger elevators due to the decrease in human traffic in the site, and electricity, maintenance and repair savings are provided to the site. Since the entrance to the site from outside is reduced, the security weakness is significantly reduced by preventing people entry from outside the site.
The control unit (5) for the cargo delivery is adapted to control the operation of the horizontal transport unit (2) and the vertical transport unit (3), the direction of operation and the operation time, to communicate with the user screen (9) and the cargo screen (10), to receive the send cargo instruction from the cargo screen (11) when the cargo will be delivered, when the instruction is received, to enable the cargo to be transmitted to the user via the transport cabin (4) by operating the horizontal transport unit (2) and the vertical transport unit (3) by directing the transport cabin (4) to the block and floor where the cargo will be transmitted.
In an embodiment of the present invention, by connecting to the market's own shopping portal via the user screen (9), shopping can be done through the market portal.
The order and cargo transportation system (1) of the invention can be used for online shopping and delivery from the market (M) in the site, and also for distributing the cargo coming from outside the site to the residents living in the site. The market order and cargo delivery can be installed with individual transport mechanisms and automation and also can be used together. A smartphone or computer or tablet can be used as the user screen (9), the market screen (10) and the cargo screen (11). People who will use said screens can perform all processes such as order, payment, delivery and confirmation via their smart phones or computers with the applications they will download to their smartphones or computers.

Claims

CLAIMS An order and cargo transport system (1) enabling people to receive their incoming cargo remotely in places such as housing estates, sites, apartments, lodgings, hotels and/or to order, make payment and receive their daily needs from the market (M) located in their closed areas like homes, rooms independently of people, characterized in that; it provides that the market shopping can be done remotely and/or the cargo coming into the site is transported from one point to the user's flat by horizontal and vertical control unit (5) through the horizontal transport unit (2), vertical transport unit (3) and the transport cabin (4) and also the market orders and payments or cargo delivery confirmations can be made online from the user screen (9), the market screen (10), and the cargo screen (10). An order and cargo transport system (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that; it comprises at least one horizontal transport unit (2) controlled by the control unit (5), positioned to surround all the blocks in the housing area, having a movement mechanism and carrying horizontally between all blocks, at least one vertical transport unit (3) controlled by the control unit (5), located in each block within the housing area, located vertically along all floors of the block, having a movement mechanism, combining with the horizontal transport unit (2), providing vertical transport between all floors in the block. An order and cargo transport system (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that; it comprises at least one transport cabin (4) moving on the horizontal transport unit (2) and the vertical transport unit (3), having one door and enabling the product inside to be carried. An order and cargo transport system (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that; it comprises at least one user screen (9) or smart phone enabling the user to view the product list, select, order and make payment for remote market shopping, and communicate with the control unit (5), and at least one market screen (10) that can communicate with the user screen (9), exchange signals, receive and display the requested order list from the user screen (9), receive confirmation for order transport when the order is prepared, and transmit the confirmation to the control unit (5). An order and cargo transport system (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that; it comprises at least one cargo screen (11) adapted to communicate with the user screen (9), exchange signals, to transmit the cargo through the transport cabin (4) to the relevant user, to receive cargo delivery confirmation when the cargo is delivered, and to transmit the confirmation to the control unit (5). An order and cargo transport system (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that; it comprises a user screen (9), a market screen (10) and a cargo screen (11), which are a tablet, computer or a smart device with hardware such as an electronic processor, memory, internet access unit. An order and cargo transport system (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that; it comprises control unit (5) adapted to operate the horizontal transport unit (2) and the vertical transport unit (3), to control the operating direction and time, to communicate with the user screen (9) and the market screen (10), to receive the send order instruction from the market screen (10) when the market prepares the order and when it receives a send order instruction, to ensure that the order is transmitted to the user via the transport cabin (4) by operating the horizontal transport unit (2) and the vertical transport unit, directing the transport cabin (4) to the block and floor where the order is to be transmitted. An order and cargo transport system (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that; it comprises control unit (5) adapted to operate the horizontal transport unit (2) and the vertical transport unit (3), to control the operating direction and time, to communicate with the user screen (9) and the market screen (10), to receive the send order instruction from the market screen (10) when the cargo will be delivered, when it receives the instruction, to ensure that the order is transmitted to the user via the transport cabin (4) by operating the horizontal transport unit (2) and the vertical transport unit, directing the transport cabin (4) to the block and floor where the order is to be transmitted. An order and cargo transport system (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that; the horizontal transport unit (2) and the vertical transport unit (3) are installed between all flats in the housing estate and the market (M) where daily needs orders are received and/or the security (G) entrance or the cargo delivery point where the cargo deliveries are desired to be taken and thus the market order or the delivery of cargo is taken from one stop and delivered to all apartments. An order and cargo transport system (1) according to claim 9, characterized in that; the horizontal and vertical transport unit (2, 3), the market stop (6), the cargo stop (7) and the user stops (8) are installed in such a way that there will be at least one for each user, surrounding the whole site or a part of it. An order and cargo transport system (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that; the horizontal and vertical transport units (2, 3) are connected to each other, there is a movement mechanism for carrying on it, and the transport cabin (4) moves on said movement mechanism. An order and cargo transport system (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that; the horizontal transport unit (2) and the vertical transport unit (3) move the transport cabin (4) between the market stop (6), the cargo stop (7) and the user stop (8). An order and cargo transport system (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that; it comprises the control unit (5) adapted to perform wired and wireless communication with the horizontal transport unit (2), vertical transport unit (3) and the transport cabin (4), to determine and control the operation, stopping, direction of movement, speed of movement, movement mode of the horizontal transport unit (2), vertical transport unit (3) and transport cabin (4), to operate, stop and follow the transport in the preferred sorting and manner of the horizontal transport unit (2), vertical transport unit (3) and transport cabin (4) for transporting the cargo and order. An order and cargo transport system (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that; the vertical transport unit (3) is positioned vertically to the shaft space inside the blocks so that it passes through each user stop (8). An order and cargo transport system (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that; the vertical transport units (3) are located along a linear line to reach all flats in each block of the housing estate, and connects with the horizontal transport unit (2) in the bottom of each block or in the building where the blocks are connected or in the underground or overground transmission tunnel between the buildings or in the parking section An order and cargo transport system (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that; the horizontal transport unit (2) surrounds the housing estate in such a way that it connects with the market stop (6), the cargo stop (7) and the bottom of the vertical transport units (3). An order and cargo transport system (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that; there is a small storage for liquid or gas disinfection that will disinfect the products and a nozzle for spraying disinfection in the transport cabin (4).
18. An order and cargo transport system (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that; there is a UV light source producing a UV light that kills germs and viruses in order to disinfect the products carried in the transport cabin (4).

An order and cargo transport system (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that; whether the transport cabin (4) comprises a camera or a scale or not, whether there is a product in the transport cabin or not, the weight of the product or the image of the product in the cabin can be monitored by the user and the market with the camera or the scale.
20. An order and cargo transport system (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that; the building diaphone system is used as the user screen (9), the market display (10) and the cargo display (11) or the building is integrated with the diaphone system.
21. An order and cargo transport system (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that; the user can perform the market order, payment, and cargo delivery with said application (12) by using a single application (12) in the user screen (9), the market screen (10) and the cargo screen (11).
22. An order and cargo transport system (1) according to claim 1, wherein; even when the user is not in his/her flat, he/she can receive the incoming orders with the command he/she will give from his mobile device, keep them in a storage until they reach the user's flat, and receive the order by giving a delivery order from the user screen (9) in the user's flat or from the mobile application.
