  • Non-Patent Document 4 There is a review of Non-Patent Document 4 regarding the latest trends in infrared radiation temperature measurement. From the conclusions of this review, it can be seen that the method of multi-wavelength analysis assuming a function of emissivity requires various restrictions such as specific conditions and material types. It is considered that the current state of the technology is that there are still many restrictions and problems in determining the temperature, and research has not progressed until the identification of the material.

Abstract

Description

 L1/L2=L(λ1,T)/L(λ2,T)
     =[ε(λ1)/ε(λ2)]・[B(λ1,T)/B(λ2,T)]
Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-T000001
具体的には、複数の波長における測定対象物体からの放射強度を測定し、新たに提案されたGIM-EPF(Generalized Inverse Matrix-Exterior Penalty Function)データ処理アルゴリズムにより、当該物体の温度を求める。

Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-M000002

Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-M000004
 ここで参照データ、測定対象データの測定には、これに限定するわけではないが、例えばFTIR(Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy)を使用することができる。
