技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种无需对鞋子结构进行改变,便可以实现与鞋子灵活适配的自动穿脱鞋装置。
技术解决方案

有益效果
采用上述方案后,本发明利用开合控制器控制主体旋臂的开合移动,来控制自动鞋带做拉紧与放松的动作,开合控制器设置于主体前固定片,经由主体旋臂及主体连接片与自动鞋带将其装设于鞋子上,当使用者脱鞋时,用脚掌撑开自动鞋带,自动鞋带与主体旋臂会被撑开,并将复位弹簧弹力储存起来,并且经由连动片拉动开合控制片,并且与开合控制器勾住,自动鞋带则处于松开状态而不会绑紧,当使用者脚掌再度穿入鞋内时,会使自动鞋带再度撑开,此时开合控制器会与开合控制片脱勾,复位弹簧驱动主体旋臂闭合,磁锚开关再度闭合,因此自动鞋带可再度绑紧,使用者就不必弯下腰去绑鞋带省时省力;同时,自动穿脱鞋装置可以直接与鞋子配合,无需对鞋体进行改变,实用性更佳。

如图6、7所示的本发明的实施例二:本发明的一种自动穿脱鞋装置,包括主体11、开合控制器12、复位弹簧13、磁锚开关组14;利用开合控制器12控制主体旋臂16的开合移动,来控制粘扣带32做拉紧与放松的动作,即此实施例中的连接机构为粘扣带30,而复位弹簧13形成有一与主体连接片20配合的U型挂片131,另其弹簧脚同实施例1配合于主体旋臂沟槽18中,复位弹簧13与开合控制器基座21及主体连接片20固接,主体旋臂16设置有粘扣带32并且经由粘扣带及主体连接片20将其设置于鞋子10上,一主体旋臂16设置有多组弹性C型扣环34,则另一主体旋臂16上设有与弹性C型扣环34配合的C型扣环座35,弹性C型扣环34经由C型扣环轴341及C型扣环回旋弹簧342枢接于主体旋臂16,弹性C型扣环34是上掀套入C型扣环座35,要脱开时弹性C型扣环34须要撑开才能与C型扣环座35脱离,是扣紧主体旋臂16及承受一定拉力会自动脱开的弹性C型扣环开关组。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自动穿脱鞋装置, 其特征在于包括:
    一主体,包括设置在鞋舌前端的主体连接片及一端枢接在主体连接片上的两主体旋臂,两主体旋臂臂身分别配合于鞋舌两侧的鞋帮上;
    一开合控制器,包括开合控制器基座、开合控制器移动片、开合控制片以及两连接片;其中开合控制器基座连接在主体连接片上,开合控制器移动片活动配合在开合控制器基座上;所述开合控制片及两连接片的一端枢接于开合控制器移动片上,两连接片的另一端分别枢接于两主体旋臂上,开合控制片的另一端穿过开合控制器移动片与开合控制器基座活动配合;
    一复位弹簧,配合于两主体旋臂上,令两主体旋臂始终具有相对扣合的力;
    一磁锚开关,为设置于两主体旋臂上的磁性装置,以令两主体旋臂利用磁性锁合,同时承受一定的拉力会自动脱开;
    所述两主体旋臂受使用者脚面的施力通过开合控制器配合复位弹簧实现打开与关闭。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的自动穿脱鞋装置,其特征在于:所述开合控制器基座表面设置有由前移沟槽、停驻沟槽及后移沟槽形成的封闭沉槽,所述前移沟槽与后移沟槽相对开合控制器基座呈纵向设置,二者前端连接处形成锁定部,二者后端均向前方弯折形成止逆斜坡,二者后端的连接处形成停驻沟槽;所述开合控制片另一端下方设穿过开合控制器移动片与所述封闭沉槽配合的限定销。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的自动穿脱鞋装置,其特征在于:所述开合控制器移动片上呈横向设有一供限定销穿过的弧形限位槽。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的自动穿脱鞋装置,其特征在于:所述两主体旋臂臂身分别通过连接机构配合于鞋舌两侧的鞋帮上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的自动穿脱鞋装置,其特征在于:所述连接机构为自动鞋带,则两主体旋臂上设有供自动鞋带穿置的鞋带孔。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的自动穿脱鞋装置,其特征在于:所述连接机构为粘扣带。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的自动穿脱鞋装置,其特征在于:所述主体还包括一或多个主体旋臂枢接片、一前固定片,所述主体旋臂枢接片装设于主体旋臂上并且经由轴钉枢接于前固定片,另主体旋臂上设有供复位弹簧配合的主体旋臂沟槽。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的自动穿脱鞋装置,其特征在于:所述复位弹簧形成有一与主体连接片配合的U型挂片。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的自动穿脱鞋装置,其特征在于:所述一主体旋臂设置有弹性C型扣环,则另一主体旋臂上设有与弹性C型扣环配合C型扣环座,弹性C型扣环通过回旋弹簧枢接于主体旋臂上。
  10. 如权利要求4所述的自动穿脱鞋装置,其特征在于:所述主体连接片上设有供自动鞋带穿置的鞋带孔。
